Kenneth Petty is set to serve around 120 days house arrest for threatening Offset ... a pure act of immaturity, says Charlamagne Tha God who slapped Nicki Minaj's husband with his trademarked "Donkey of the Day."

CTG ripped into Petty Thursday morning for being 45 years old but still having the audacity to record and post himself making death threats ... which only served to incriminate him.

We obtained the court docs that made it official ... Petty was found to be in violation of his federal probation as a registered sex offender and could be indoors for up to 4 months.

Offset laughed off Petty's response (and is probably still laughing), and CTG says Petty has a privilege like none other he's not taking advantage of ... he's freakin' married to Nicki Minaj!!!

CTG declared the streets to be corny and says the evidence of them leading to jail or death backs him ten times over.

Nicki has yet to address the situation, but is teasing a new episode of her Queen Radio for later today where she'll have the opportunity to do so, but likely won't.

"I’ve been doing horrible and I realize that now and I’m doing everything I can to change it."

That's "Mayhem" Miller getting real with his thousands of followers ... sharing he's been seriously struggling after years of bad behavior that often left him in handcuffs and behind bars.

But, the 42-year-old retired MMA fighter is vowing to change his life for the better.

"I went away for a couple of years to pay my debt to society, and when I got out, I realized that I have much more paying to do," Mayhem wrote on social media.

He continued ... "I thought I could smoothly transition from prison to the regular world, but things have been more difficult than I imagined, especially interpersonal relationships and the burden of being free."

Of course, Jason has been in an almost constant state of legal trouble over the years ... getting arrested for everything from fighting in bars to allegedly choking a fan in August 2023. He's been in and out of jail.

Mayhem isn't looking to go back, though ... and is now opening up about asking for help, something he wasn't willing to do in the past.

"Until recently I viewed asking for help as something for the weak, but a very special person has shown me that the actual opposite is true; asking for help shows strength. Strength of character and strength of mind."

Miller also offered a heartfelt apology to his family ... for what they've been through.

"My family has bore the brunt of my frustration and self destructive behavior, so to them I offer a sincere apology and if I have directly affected you in a negative manner, I am sorry."

Mayhem, who beat beasts like Tim Kennedy and Robbie Lawler during his fighting career, says he now plans to step away from social media and his everyday routine and work on himself.

"I’ve been doing horrible and I realize that now and I’m doing everything I can to change it. Thank you for your support, but I’m not reading comments. I’m going to work on me now for the good of my family."

Given his past mentioning of the Houston rap star -- he effectively dissed her on the "Her Loss" track "Circo Loco" -- fans went wild with speculation once the clip began to circulate on social media.

MegYup took to her own social media to set the record straight, accusing unintelligible trolls of ruining her big moment of glory -- but eventually she called it a day, and simply plugged his upcoming album.

Alex Spiro, who represented Thee Stallion during her trial against Tory Lanez, told TMZ Hip Hop that Drake and other doubters would have egg on their faces ahead of the verdict ... which history shows went in their favor.

Traveling light is always the goal, but, uh ... this guy's taking it just a hair too far.

Folks in Dallas-Fort Worth airport got an eyeful when this butt-naked dude casually strolled through one of the concourses, past a TGI Fridays -- hey, for some folks it's always Friday!!!

Mind you, there was surprisingly little fanfare or shock from his fellow travelers, besides the guy who recorded this Monday night. He couldn't help yelling the obvious, "There's a naked guy in the airport!"

That brilliant color commentary was very much appreciated by the nudist himself, who turned, smiled and pointed at the camera as if he were an all-star athlete walking off the field.

Cops weren't as impressed and took the man into custody for a mental health evaluation ... and he was not booked for any crime.

Los policías no estaban tan impresionados y se llevaron al hombre bajo custodia para realizarle una evaluación de salud mental, y el hombre no fue fichado por ningún delito.

Según documentos judiciales obtenidos por TMZ, Petty violó su libertad condicional federal por "hacer comentarios amenazantes mientras estaba en compañía de alguien con antecedentes penales."

Un juez ordenó que Petty estuviera en arresto domiciliario hasta por 4 meses para vigilar de cerca sus actividades. Como parte de ser monitoreado, Petty podría tener que ser equipado con una pulsera de tobillo GPS electrónico, aunque eso no se ha determinado todavía.

Nicki Minaj's husband is back in prison ... sort of.

Kenneth Petty was put on home detention for up to 120 days -- and all because he threatened Offset on social media.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Petty violated his federal probation by "making threatening remarks while in the company of someone with a criminal record."

A judge ordered Petty to be placed on house arrest for as long as 4 months to keep a close eye on his activities. As part of being monitored, Petty might have to be fitted with an electronic GPS ankle bracelet, although that hasn't been determined yet.

Petty's new troubles began last week when he posted an Instagram video, featuring himself and two buddies sounding off on Cardi B's husband. The trio was standing across the street from an NYC hotel where Offset was supposedly staying -- and they were all acting pretty menacing.

In response, Offset later posted his own video on social media, showing himself chuckling on the tarmac outside his private jet -- which was nowhere near the hotel.

Clearly, the feds didn't find it funny ... because they wasted no time putting a stop to it -- and Petty!!

Over the years, Petty has been convicted of attempted rape and attempted murder and has served two stints in prison. In 2022, he was sentenced to 3 years probation after he failed to register as a sex offender in California.

Tory Lanez is officially on the inside ... ensconced at the prison where he'll likely spend the next 10 years, and the facility is no cakewalk, as multiple murders have happened there just this year.

North Kern State Prison in Delano, California houses around 4,000 inmates, and recently became the focus of local news media after a vicious crime within its walls.

Reports say convicted serial killer Ramon Escobar was recently charged with first-degree murder after allegedly killing his cellmate, 53-year-old Juan Villanueva back in February.

Villanueva was locked up for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Additionally, on July 4, 25-year-old Ricardo Saldivar was found dead in his cell, and officials with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation are now investigating his death as a homicide.

There's also violence with inmates and correctional officers ... just this month a former inmate and convicted sex offender was found guilty in connection to a 2020 incident where he was accused of attacking a pair of staffers.

The facility is fitted with an electric fence around the perimeter ... but several inmates have reportedly been able to escape over the years.

Shannon Beador is rest and recovery mode after crashing her car and getting busted for DUI -- and new pics show her getting by with a little help from none other than her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen.

Check out these photos of the 'RHOC' star heading up to what we're told is John's pad in Newport Beach, CA -- just a few days after Shannon was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence ... not to mention what cops say was a straight up hit-and-run.

Shannon headed up the stairs Tuesday, with John following closely behind. You can see her left arm is tucked inside her jacket, and the photog on the scene says she might've been wearing a sling ... suggesting she was injured in the crash.

What's also interesting is seeing her with John --. remember, they'd gone through a nasty split, which devastated SB. Now, however, he seems to be in her corner again.

TMZ broke the story ... Shannon was taken to jail Saturday night over what cops say was a wild ride in her car that ended with her slamming into someone's home, damaging a concrete planter and damn near going through the front door.

We also obtained video of Shannon's alleged DUI incident ... and the footage appears to show her driving in an erratic manner right before the crash. Through her attorney, Shannon's said she's extremely apologetic and remorseful.

Tory Lanez is settling into his new life behind bars, getting transferred to state prison and posing for a new mug shot ... one where he looks none too pleased.

We just obtained the pic, Tory's hair looks messy and he's certainly not smiling ... sporting a scowl on his face. As for where he'll be housed, Tory checked in Tuesday at North Kern State Prison in Delano, California ... about 145 miles from Los Angeles.

As we reported, Tory was sentenced to 10 years behind bars last month for negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.

Tory can find plenty to do in order to stay busy while he's locked up, we're told the prison offers a bunch of different jobs with wages ranging from $.08 an hour for unskilled labor, and up to $.30 an hour for skilled labor ... but he's gotta apply for those gigs.

Bijou Phillips is showing more signs her divorce from Danny Masterson is more a legal matter, and less a personal one -- because she's still rocking her wedding band.

BP was still wearing her bling Tuesday in Los Olivos, CA ... stepping out of a real estate office the day after she filed papers to start the divorce process.

It's obviously interesting, wearing your ring the day after calling off your nearly 12-year marriage -- and it fuels speculation that the split is purely strategic.

BTW, Los Olivos is in Central California's Santa Ynez Valley, and Bijou and Danny own a home and farmland there.

As we reported, Bijou wrote a letter of support for her husband only weeks ago, ahead of his sentencing of 30 years to life ... pleading for the judge to give him a light sentence, saying he's a "life-saving" father who's always looked out for others.

She also was reportedly wailing in the courtroom when Masterson was found guilty in May, so her turning around and filing for divorce less than 2 weeks later came as a shock ... at least, on a personal level.

También se ha informado que Bijou estuvo llorando en la sala del tribunal cuando Masterson fue declarado culpable, por lo que su cambio de opinión y presentación de la demanda de divorcio solo 2 semanas más tarde fue un shock, al menos a nivel personal.

Adam "Pacman" Jones is trying to turn his most recent run-in with the law into some clicks for his new music ... using the police video of his arrest earlier this month to promote his latest rap song.

The 39-year-old posted some of the footage on his Instagram page on Wednesday ... showing him yelling at an officer after he was taken into custody at Northern Kentucky International Airport on Sept. 11.

In the clip, you can see the ex-NFL star in the back of a police cruiser ... loudly questioning a cop about why he was being arrested after he said all he did was complain to airline employees about a faulty charging port on his plane.

"Bro, I'm going to jail for being on the plane?!" Jones said. "Bro, I didn't even yell at nobody!"

Jones' video then transitioned into a snippet of his new rap song.

"Its always two sides of the story …….," Jones captioned the vid. "👂🏾👂🏾👂🏾new music. Ep coming."
