Master P has each of his kids on tape saying he DID NOT kidnap them, and their mom has trouble with booze and weed ... claims she adamantly denies.

As TMZ first reported, Sonya Miller went to court yesterday trying to obtain an emergency order forcing the rapper to return their 3 minor children to her. Her request was denied until a court hearing in July.

But today a video popped up on YouTube of Master P interviewing each of his kids about the situation -- and they all backed their dad ... claiming their mother was the bad influence who had exposed them to weed and alcohol.

Master P goes on to say he wants Sonya to get help ... specifically rehab.

Responding to the video, Sonya's attorney tells TMZ she vehemently denies Master P's allegations and calls the video "a joke," "despicable" and "offensive." Miller's lawyer says she'd rather face her ex in court and not battle things out through the media.

The split between Big Sean and Naya Rivera is already turning nasty -- with Naya accusing the rapper of stealing expensive jewelry from her house.

Sean's rep announced today that Sean had called off their engagement and wedding ... but insisted "recent rumors and accusations" had nothing to do with the breakup -- a reference to reports claiming he cheated.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... the cheating rumors are 100% false and that Sean actually made the decision to call off the wedding weeks ago. We're told he thought Naya was too controlling and too jealous of the women he worked with and met on tour.

The "Glee" star took to Twitter today to accuse BS of thievery ... claiming he stole a pricey Rolex watch from her. But sources tell us the watch was Sean's in the first place -- he bought it for himself when he became successful. We're told Sean gave it to Naya to wear ... but it was never hers to keep.

The Ultimate Warrior is dead ... he died suddenly and horrifically, right in front of his wife.

We've learned Warrior collapsed without warning outside an Arizona hotel at 5:50 PM Tuesday ... while walking to his car with his wife.

He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Warrior -- real name James Hellwig -- was a true WWE legend ... and was one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time. He was 54-years-old.

Warrior was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame the night before Wrestlemania XXX this weekend ... and this week he made his first appearance on "Monday Night Raw" in years.

Triple H just tweeted, "Saddened to announce the passing of the Ultimate Warrior. Icon and friend. My sympathy to his wife Dana and his daughters."

Stephanie McMahon also tweeted, "#RIPUltimateWarrior Your strength of character is to be admired. There will never be anyone like you. Your spirit lives on in your family."

Hulk Hogan -- Warrior's greatest rival -- has also tweeted, "RIP WARRIOR. only love. HH"

Kevin Nash wrote, "So happy I embraced Warrior with a hug when we saw each other backstage Saturday night.My heart goes out to his family.Always Believe."

Warrior posed for some pics at the airport in New Orleans around 6am Tuesday morning. We're told he was in great spirits and offered to take photos with any fan who approached him.

WWE posted a message on the official website saying, "WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. "

"Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans."

"WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters."

Story developing ...

One of the "Ying Yang Twins" -- Deongelo Holmes -- is already a free man ... after serving just 24 hours behind bars for beating his wife.

According to Georgia court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Holmes made a deal and pled no contest to domestic violence for hitting Porsche in the head last November.

Under the deal, Holmes served a single day in jail and he's on probation for a year.

The "no touching" rule did NOT apply for this lap dance -- Lady Gaga shoved her ass in her boyfriend Taylor Kinney's face Friday in NYC ... and his hands were EVERYWHERE.

Gaga -- wearing fishnets and a thong bodysuit -- went full stripper on the "Chicago Fire" star inside 42West's new nightclub BPM. We're told Kinney even spanked her.

A source in the VIP area tells TMZ, Gaga showed up with Kinney just after midnight, and the two were all over each other pretty much the whole time.

English socialite Peaches Geldof has died.

The 25-year-old was found dead at her home in Kent, England, Monday afternoon. Details surrounding the death are unclear. Kent Police tell TMZ, they do not suspect foul play. Investigators are treating the death as "unexplained and sudden."

A law enforcement source at the Kent PD tells TMZ, a woman called in and said she could not reach Peaches, so officials dispatched an ambulance and emergency responders found Peaches' body.

She's survived by her two children, her husband Thomas, her sisters, and her dad. Peaches posted this video to Instagram Sunday, showing her playing with her baby son.

Eerily, Peaches also posted a photo of her mother Paula Yates Sunday on Twitter. Her mom passed away in 2000 from a drug overdose.

Dr. James Naismith is rolling over in his grave ... because the beloved sport he invented was desecrated in Miami yesterday when Justin Bieber and Austin Mahone put aside their Selena Gomez beef and played pick up basketball ... in LEATHER PANTS!!!

According to our sources, Bieber and Mahone got together at the Hit Factory studio in Miami thanks to YMCMB ballers Birdman and Mack Maine. The two had previously beefed over Selena Gomez ... Bieber was pissed Austin and Selena went to Disneyland together ... Mahone claimed he and Gomez were just friends.

The photos were snapped when the pair took a break from recording to play hoops (and do a little skateboarding) in the parking lot outside the studio.

Michael Strahan is joining "Good Morning America" on the heels of Josh Elliott's departure ... TMZ has confirmed.

ABC sources tell TMZ Strahan will appear during the 7:00 hour of GMA ... 3 to 4 times a week. He'll be a utility player ... features, lifestyle, sports ... pretty much anything.

GMA is in trouble ... Josh Elliott's departure for NBC Sunday was bitter. Sam Champion is gone. Lara Spencer and Amy Robach hate each other.

Mendeecees Harris got busted back in January 2013 for his alleged involvement in a heroin and cocaine drug ring. He's been in Federal custody -- most recently in a Rochester, NY jail -- ever since his arrest.

Today, a judge agreed to release him on a $600k bond ... and his fiancée Yandy Smith came through with $200k of that.

Snoop Dogg's uncle June Bug passed away Sunday morning after holding on almost a week longer than doctors expected ... and Snoop was the last person to see him.

June Bug's nephew Daz Dillinger tells TMZ ... his uncle died around 9:30 am -- and it happened right after Snoop arrived for a visit.

We're told J.B. happily acknowledged Snoop's presence ... then passed on.

As we previously reported, June Bug was given one day to live last week after succumbing to colon cancer ... but he was clearly a fighter.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore exploded on each other Thursday ... and it was a quick but full-on bitch fight.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... the brawl went down during the reunion show. We're told Porsha just snapped -- it looked like a nervous breakdown. She charged Kenya and it was on. There was clawing and hair-pulling before they were pulled apart.

It was bad enough that someone called 911 and the cops raced to the scene. No one was arrested.

As for why they fought -- it's unclear. The people who were there tell us the tension between them had been mounting, but there was nothing obvious that triggered the fight. Here's what's obvious to us ... Porsha's on the chopping block, so this may be her way of staying on the show.

Someone who's clearly not a "Versace" fan opened fire on the rap group Migos ... and the whole situation exploded into a rolling shootout in Miami last night.

According to police ... the Migos crew was driving in a van on a highway -- after a club appearance -- when another vehicle pulled up alongside them and started shooting.

There are reports one of the group's bodyguards was shot in the leg and hospitalized, but Migos' manager tells us no one in their van was injured.

He also claims they returned fire at the other vehicle, telling us ... "There was at least 40 rounds being blasted on those n*****."

The manager says their driver drove to the nearest hospital ... thinking someone on board might have been shot -- though somehow they escaped unscathed.

Police confiscated the van from the hospital -- it was was riddled with bullet holes -- and it's being processed as part of the investigation.

The photos of Rachel Snider hit Twitter today showing the ex-postal worker posing for bathroom selfies ... some topless, some bottomless ... and some that look like they're straight out of Hustler.

Snider confirmed the pics are definitely her, but adds they were taken for T.O. ... and intended for his eyes only.

Kris Jenner has been bombarded by someone who is claiming to have a sex tape starring Kris herself and they will release it UNLESS she pays a Queen's ransom ... and now cops are on the case.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies went to the Jenner house Tuesday and took a report, which says Kris has been receiving up to 300 phone calls, voice mails and texts a day for the last few weeks -- day and night -- from someone who says they have the tape.

We're told the person has recently told Kris if she doesn't ante up a big sum ... TMZ will post the sex tape. FYI ... it's not true and besides, it's not up our alley.

Kris told deputies there is no such tape and the caller even flip-flopped during several calls and said Khloe -- not Kris -- starred in the tape.

Johnny Weir's estranged husband wants the Olympic figure skater thrown in jail -- for allegedly sending him email threats in the wake of their split ... and violating a restraining order in the process.

Victor Voronov filed the police report Monday with Lyndhurst PD in Jersey, claiming Weir had sent him a cryptic email ... strongly insinuating he planned to go public with allegations that Voronov had threatened his life.

Voronov not only claims Weir's allegations are false -- he told police the email was a violation of the restraining order he obtained against Weir last week, which prohibits Weir from contacting him in any way.
