7:29 PM PT -- Kanye clearly got the message, replying on Twitter, "The dynamics of Cher and Sonny’s relationship made Kim and I grab each other’s hand and sing 'I got you babe' please pardon my lack of etiquette. We have so much appreciation for the energy you guys put into making this master piece."

A source close to Kanye tells us ... Kanye loved the production and was taking notes on his phone. He thought the show was so beautiful that, even though he and Kim were scheduled to leave during intermission, they pushed their flight back so they could catch the end of the show.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had a date night Monday in NYC to see the new show about Cher's life on Broadway ... but it ain't going so well, according to one cast member.

"The Cher Show" is currently in the middle of its opening night ... and tons of celebs including Kim, Kanye and Cher herself are in attendance. However, cast member Jarrod Spector -- who plays Sonny in the show -- wasn't too pleased with Kanye's audience etiquette.

Spector just tweeted, "Hey @kanyewest so cool that you're here! If you look up from your cell phone you'll see we're doing a show up here. It's opening night. Kind of a big deal for us. Thanks so much."

Kim and Kanye clearly have prime seats in the theater for Spector to be able to call him out like that ... unclear if Ye's got the message yet ... but his mentions are definitely blowing up.

9:58 AM PT -- We've learned Sully is still by the President's side, flying with the casket from Houston to D.C.

A Bush spokesperson tells TMZ ... when Air Force One lands in Washington, Sully will be returned to America's VetDogs and he will miss all of the memorial services to prepare for his next assignment.

We're told Sully will spend the holiday season in New York with America's VetDogs before moving to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center's Facility Dog Program. Sully will work alongside fellow service dogs SGT Dillon and SGT Truman, "To assist with physical and occupational therapy to wounded soldiers and active duty personnel during their journey to recovery."

A rep for Walter Reed tells us ... Sully won't be assigned to an individual veteran on site, and he will be a "roving" dog in the program, providing support, comfort and helping to reduce stress for wounded soldiers and their visitors. Sully will have a handler who will take him home each night.

We're told the Bush family is welcome to visit Sully whenever they want, and the facility would be "honored" if the President's family came to visit.

President George H.W. Bush's loyal companion remained by his side Sunday night -- his service dog, Sully, keeping watch until the very end ... and beyond.

In one of the more moving images since the 41st President's passing Friday night ... Sully was pictured laying in front of Bush's casket in Houston, ahead of its Monday flight to Washington, D.C. The former Prez will lie in state at the Capitol until Wednesday, and Sully will be heading back east as well.

The service dog was assigned to former Prez Bush back in June, and Bush family spokesman Jim McGrath says Sully -- trained by the nonprofit group America's VetDogs -- will be reassigned now.

43rd Prez George W. Bush said, "As much as our family is going to miss this dog, we're comforted to know he'll bring the same joy to his new home, [military hospital] Walter Reed,"

Jeb Bush also saluted Sully ...

Good boy, Sully. Good boy.

Lil Xan has just checked himself into rehab.

The rapper's girlfriend, Annie, posted Sunday on Xan's Instagram account "Diego was just admitted into his first treatment." She went on to say, "He loves each and every one of you sending good wishes and prayers to him. We thank you all so very much for all of the love and support you are sending his way."

As for why it took until now for Xan to check into rehab -- after announcing his intentions back on November 15 -- we're told the facility where he was supposed to check himself in had a mix-up with patients staying longer than initially anticipated. The small hiccup has now been resolved ... allowing Xan to check himself in.

As we reported ... Xan came on "TMZ Live" and explained why was heading to rehab. He told us he's been struggling on and off with opioids and needs treatment to help him get over the hump.

You'll recall, Xan reached out to us after we broke the story about Mac's cause of death and he opened up about his own current struggles.

1:30 PM PT -- Taylor has been released from jail after paying the $5,350 in back payments ... TMZ Sports has learned.

More legal trouble for Jermain Taylor ... the ex-boxing champ was arrested for the second time this month after missing a child support payment ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

40-year-old Taylor -- once the undisputed middleweight champ -- was booked in Pulaski County jail in Arkansas around 1 PM on Wednesday.

Jermain owes a whopping $54,500 in child support ... and will not be released until he either pays $5,350 in back payments or otherwise satisfies the court.

ICYMI -- Taylor was arrested in Arkansas back in August for allegedly knocking a woman unconscious and holding a knife to her throat.

Prosecutors later indicted Taylor on felony aggravated assault, felony terroristic threats and misdemeanor domestic battery.

4:12 PM PT -- Kanye has weighed in ... and for Jay and Ye fans, he's created some incredible hype. Kanye tweeted back at Jay-Z teasing the possibility of a follow-up to the duo's 2011 album "Watch The Throne."

Jay-Z's taking direct aim at President Trump with some new lyrics, and while a lot of people think he's also ripping Kanye West ... our sources say that's a huge misinterpretation.

The buzz is over Jay's verse on Meek Mill's new track, "What's Free" ... where he raps, "No red hat, don't Michael and Prince me and Ye. They separate you when you got Michael and Prince's DNA. I ain't one of these house n***as you bought."

As soon as the song dropped, many fans took the "red hat" line as a direct shot at Kanye ... who, of course, frequently rocks the MAGA cap. Sources involved in the song's production tell us, Jay was actually making a call back to the '80s and '90s rivalry between Michael Jackson and Prince, and yes ... taking a shot at Prez Trump.

His point ... just because Ye wears the red cap and I don't, doesn't mean you should pit us against each other ... the way people used to do with Prince and MJ.

Now, the "house n***as" line gets murky. We're told it's a jab at black people in politics who suck up to Trump ... think Ben Carson. However, one could make the argument Kanye's in that bucket too.

As for Meek's new album, "Championships" ... he had a huge release party Thursday night in NYC.

His label boss, Rick Ross, who is featured on "What's Free," was also there.

Casey Kasem's children can have some peace of mind after cops confirmed they had nothing to do with his death, but his widow ... maybe not so much.

As we reported ... police in Washington opened an investigation into Kasem's death last month at the request of his widow, Jean Kasem, who alleged members of the Church of Scientology and Casey's kids conspired to kill the radio icon for his money.

But, Gig Harbor Police concluded the standard of care Casey received from medical personnel at the behest of his children was appropriate, adding ... "There was no evidence of collusion between parties that would construe any part of this incident to be considered a homicide."

Casey's daughter, Julie, tells TMZ the family's grateful to the police for confirming what they already knew ... "That Jean Kasem’s ridiculous allegations are completely unsupported by reality or fact."

Julie adds ... "Jean has once again instigated a baseless investigation, then went on a media blitz to detract from the mountains of evidence we have compiled against her.”

As you know ... Julie and her siblings filed a wrongful death suit against Jean in 2015. They claim she removed their dad from an assisted living facility in California and took him on a 7-day journey, but when they returned, Casey had a massive bedsore that was deeply infected. The kids allege Jean's neglect led to a staph infection, UTI, and sepsis ... all of which killed their father.

11:50 AM PT -- Travis' attorney, Laurie L. Soriano, tells us, "Tommy didn’t invent the concept of a roller coaster on stage and there’s no legal basis for his accusatory outburst. The actual creator and owner of the system has granted Travis all rights to use that equipment to complement his original stage design."

Tommy Lee has unleashed an all-out assault on Travis Scott ... accusing the rapper of jacking Tommy's famous 360-degree loop stage design.

Travis is in the middle of his Astroworld Tour -- accompanied by baby mama Kylie Jenner and daughter Stormi -- and during the show, there's a part where he straps into a chair like an amusement park ride and completes a 360-degree loop.

Back in 2011, Tommy also did a 360-degree loop, strapped into his drum set ... and clearly saw a video of Travis' show Wednesday night. In a flurry of posts ripping Travis, Tommy says, "Just found out this f**king idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Cruecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro ..."

The Cruecifly was a floating structure over the crowd Tommy used to go over the audience. Travis also has something similar on Astroworld that was created to look like a roller coaster and takes him from one stage to another.

Kylie Jenner got a chance to ride Travis' roller coaster design Wednesday night at MSG.

Tommy continued, "I get copying is a form of flattery, but this is just straight ripping off my s**t." He also advised Travis to "lawyer up!"

Interestingly enough, Tommy was taken to court in 2014 over the 360-degree drum set by an engineer who accused him of stealing the idea. Lee won that case, ruling the drums were based on Tommy's original concept.

Reps for YouPorn tell TMZ ... the porn giant is now strictly pushing Dunkin' coffee on its workforce. The company's VP sent a memo to employees announcing a ban on all Starbucks products from YouPorn offices effective New Year's Day.

Point is ... 2 can play this game.

Starbucks just announced it's blocking customers from watching XXX material while on their free WiFi, this after mounting pressure from the Internet safety group, Enough is Enough. YouPorn is simply responding in kind with a blockade of its own.

Yes, it's revenge porn ... but this one's legal.

Pro surfing star Bruce Irons was arrested last week for driving under the influence of drugs ... cops say.

The 39-year-old Hawaiian surfer was approached by the Newport Beach Police Dept. on Nov. 22 at 9:23 AM.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports Irons was found passed out behind the wheel of a running car at a gas station. Cops responded, found Irons, woke him up and determined he was under the influence of drugs. He was arrested without incident.

According to police records, Irons was booked for DUI Drugs, possession of a controlled substance without prescription and driving without a valid license. Bail was set at $2,500.

Bruce Irons is a legend in the surf world -- he's won several tournaments over the years including the 2008 Rip Curl Pro Search. He also famously beat Kelly Slater at the 2001 Billabong Pipeline Masters.

Bruce is also the younger brother of surf legend Andy Irons -- the 3-time world surfing champion who died in 2010 from a drug overdose at a hotel in Texas.

Both Bruce and Andy struggled with substance abuse -- something Bruce spoke about in the documentary "Andy Irons: Kissed By God."

Here's hoping he can find a way to conquer his demons ...

Your eyes are NOT deceiving you ... an artist has magnificently brought this Mac Miller photo to life with the stroke of a pen.

The artist is 20-year-old Danielle Franks -- aka Moe -- and she hails from Cornwall, England. Moe tells TMZ ... the drawing took her just over a month to complete using Cintiq 13HD on her iPad. It's basically pressure-sensitive stylus pen.

The drawing is based on a photo snapped by Todd Cole for the August issue of The Fader. Moe tells us one of her followers on Twitter asked her to draw that photo. She did ... and it's become a viral sensation.

Since she tweeted the drawing on Tuesday, it's gotten nearly HALF A MILLION likes and more than 100k retweets. And, get this ... Moe tells us she came THIS close to shuttering her website because she struggled to sell her art. But business has been booming since she tweeted the Mac drawing. So good, in fact, all proceeds from the drawing will go to the late rapper's foundation, The Mac Miller Circles Fund.

You can get your hands on a drawing -- printed on silk paper -- for around $40. Business has been so good ... celebs are now lining up to work with her, including Willow Smith.

Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann -- one of the best soccer players in the world -- just turned his Fortnite victory celebration into a fashion item ... with a new $20,000 "Take The L" chain!

Griezmann is obsessed with the video game -- and has been doing the "Take the L" dance after most of the goals he scores in the Champions League.

Despite a federal indictment that could get him locked up for life ... the Brooklyn rapper DOMINATED the charts less than 24 hours after his album, "Dummy Boy" dropped. We checked ... and 4 of Tekashi's tracks were in the top 5 on iTunes.

He rounded out the top 10 with tracks landing at No. 8 and 9.

Tekashi's whole album is also topping the charts, and he's getting residual success too. His mixtape "Day 69" -- released earlier this year -- has re-emerged at No. 51 on the chart.

The success is really paying off for 6ix9ine's old label too. D!zzy from ScumGang Records tells TMZ ... they secured publishing rights on "Dummy Boy." The album was first supposed to drop with 10k Projects -- who fronted a ton of cash for the project -- but was switched to ScumGang last minute.

Tekashi talked a lot of trash on ScumGang this year, but we're guessing all this dough rolling in should help squash that beef -- and for what it's worth -- 10kP will get a refund for the cash they fronted.

It's interesting ... Tekashi's been embroiled in serious legal trouble for more than a year, yet top artists like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, A Boogie and Tory Lanez are still lining up to work with him -- even if there's a very real risk of a drive-by shooting.

Brandon Moore, the man who created the viral "What Are Those" meme, died Sunday and his wife tell TMZ it's a complete mystery what caused it.

Brandon's wife, Noonie, tells us his heart stopped while he was sleeping in their Northern California home. We're told his death was completely unexpected -- he didn't have any previously known health conditions.

Our law enforcement sources say an autopsy was performed and there are no signs of foul play ... or any obvious cause of death. Brandon's family and authorities are now waiting on a toxicology report.

The internet comedian, aka Young Busco, rose to fame in 2015 when he mocked a police officer's shoes as a joke. While his friend was being arrested, Brandon mocked the cop's clunky boots, saying ... "What are those?"

Brandon uploaded the clip and it quickly went viral and became a popular internet meme. The catchphrase appeared in "Black Panther" and was jokingly asked to Michael Jordan during a Q and A session at a basketball camp.

Brandon, a father of 9, was just 31.

Heather Locklear's mandatory psychiatric hold has been extended for further evaluation ... and the actress could be there for up to two weeks.

Sources close to Locklear tell us she was placed on a psychiatric hold Wednesday that was originally only supposed to last for 3 days. We're told doctors realized Locklear needed additional treatment past the mandatory time frame and got an additional 2 weeks.

Our sources say Locklear will likely get out sooner than the 2 weeks, and the plan is for her to enter a facility for more long-term treatment.

There is, however, a bit of conflict -- we're told Heather wants to remain at home ... and not check into another facility -- and the ultimate decision will be hers to make.

As we reported ... it was just over a week ago EMTs were called to Locklear's home after her attorney and therapist determined she needed help desperately.

12:27 PM PT -- We've learned Cardi's pilot suffered some serious stomach issues during the flight, causing the emergency landing. The plane was diverted to O'Hare due to a weather-related runway closure at Midway.

Cardi B's private plane made an emergency landing in Chicago ... not because of mechanical issues, but because someone on board needed medical attention ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the jet was traveling from L.A. to NYC either late Sunday night or early Monday morning when Cardi announced that the aircraft made an unscheduled landing in Chicago.

It's unclear who got sick ... but we're told the passenger was not a member of Cardi's crew.
