Ryan Garcia wants his family and fans to know he is alive and "okay" ... but his current situation is far from pleasant -- claiming he has been stripped of access to his phone, Instagram and finances.

TMZ Sports has obtained a video statement from King Ryan himself ... where he explains he has no idea what is happening, but he believes he's being exploited.

"Hey guys, it's Ryan," the 24-1 boxing superstar says in the clip. "I'm coming on here to explain what's going on. I'm not in possession of my phone, I can't get access to my Instagram. My cards are locked. I'm being really taking advantage [of]."

"I would personally want to just send out a video to the people that love me and my fans, family that's concerned that I'm okay. I'm not dead, I believe in Jesus, all those [rumors] are lies."

Ryan goes on to state an unidentified party is trying to put him in jail ... and when he's reached out to people for help, he's been met with radio silence.

"I don't know what's going on but just know I'm okay," he continued.

The video comes following genuine concern from fans who have grown worrisome over Garcia's recent odd social media activity -- including a video that claimed something bad had happened to Ryan.

Kyle Richards had the best seat in the house for a Morgan Wade performance Saturday in Arizona ... and she kept her eyes trained on the country singer, recording her every move.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was front and center at the Extra Innings Festival in Tempe ... parking herself in a front-row seat on the other side of the fence from the main crowd, with estranged husband Mauricio Umansky nowhere to be found.

TMZ obtained video of Morgan's gig ... and you see Kyle using her cell phone to zoom in and record Morgan playing and belting out her tunes. Kyle's clearly enjoying the performance ... nodding her head to the music and proudly showing off a wrist full of festival bands.

Seems Kyle is Morgan's biggest fan these days ... and the BFFs are just as close as ever. In terms of how close -- well, let's just say this outing isn't tampering down any rumors.

BTW, Morgan performed at the same 3-day festival along with Elle King, who was back onstage for the first time after her drunken debacle at the Grand Ole Opry during a Dolly Parton birthday celebration.

Elle and Kyle found each other backstage the day before Morgan's gig ... snapping a photo together as well.

As for where things stand between Kyle and Mauricio ... it's unclear. We just saw them together this past week to celebrate their daughter's birthday -- and they were side by side. With that said, it appears Kylie is only getting together with her hubby for family gatherings.

This show of PDA comes after months of laying low -- the last time the pair was seen out and about was all the way back in November, which also involved a coffee date.

It seems 2024 is starting off on a better note for Becky and Sebastian ... who hit a snag in their relationship after the professional athlete was the alleged victim of an "extortion plot" amid cheating rumors in March.

Though the FC Dallas star admitted to "a 10-minute lapse in judgment" ... he hinted his accuser's infidelity allegation was filled with lies and falsities.

He did apologize to Becky, however -- who announced their engagement in December 2022 -- vowing to do better.

The couple wasn't doing well in the initial aftermath of the cheating drama, but reportedly got back on track by the end of 2023.

Mathew Knowles says his daughter Beyoncé knows all about the world of hair care ... 'cause he and her mama Tina ran the best salon in The Bayou City -- according to him.

We caught up with Knowles in NYC Tuesday and asked about Bey's blossoming hair care line Cécred ... which has drawn some criticism online since Queen Bey wears hair extensions, leading some to question what she knows about taking care of natural hair.

Lots of fans are rushing to Bey's defense online, but there are still some out there who say they won't buy the product 'cause they're not sure they know what her real hair looks like.

But, Mathew's saying none of that should matter 'cause she should know all about how to keep hair happy and healthy -- after all, he and Tina Knowles ran the best salon in Houston for nearly two decades

Of course, we had to ask MK about former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland walking off the set of "TODAY" -- and he says it's totally out of character for her.

Kelly bailed on guest hosting "TODAY" because she wasn't satisfied with the dressing room.

Knowles said he views Kelly as a daughter, and he can't imagine her ever having a diva attitude ... so, seems like he's firmly on KR's side.

The man who allegedly hit Terrell Owens with his car following a dispute at a basketball game last year has been hit with two criminal charges, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court records show Wonzur Ratcliff is now facing two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon ... after authorities say he was the man who rammed his vehicle into Owens' knee on Oct. 16, 2023.

Cops claimed the incident all went down because Ratcliff and Owens had gotten into an argument while shooting hoops on a court in the Calabasas, Calif. area.

Owens, cops said, did not require medical attention.

T.O. never formally commented on the matter ... although he did allude to it in an Instagram post two days after it happened. The Hall of Famer shared what appeared to be highlights of him playing in the game that led to the incident ... writing in the caption, "ABOUT LAST NIGHT…"

"BUT I DO HAVE A RIGHT TO PROTECT MYSELF. *hope the car is ok!!!"

A super rare, historic 1945 report on the development of the atomic bomb, signed by 24 Manhattan Project contributors like Oppenheimer, Fermi, Lawrence, Chadwick, Urey, and Rabi has hit the auction block.

RR Auction got their hands on that historic report titled "Atomic Bombs: A General Account of the Development of Methods of Using Atomic Energy for Military Purposes Under the Auspices of the United States Government, 1940-1945" by Henry D. Smyth.

The historical report was privately printed in August 1945 and written before the testing of the first bomb at the Los Alamos "Trinity" test site.

The report is signed in ink on the cover by 24 prominent scientists and administrators engaged in developing and deploying the most dangerous weapon ever created.

The names include J. Robert Oppenheimer and Nobel Prize winners Enrico Fermi, Ernest Lawrence, James Chadwick, Harold Urey, and Isidor I. Rabi.

The author's signature is also displayed on the title page in fountain pen ... 'cause he played a crucial role in the early development of nuclear energy, including participation in the Manhattan Project, membership in the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC), and served as U.S. ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Gen. Leslie Groves' War Department secretary in Washington, Nellie V. Sanderson, obtained all the signatures.

This report was first released days after the attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and is likely the very first publicly available report on the creation of the bomb.

The creation of the nuclear bomb in the United States culminated in a successful test of the doomsday weapon in July 1945.

Weeks later, America dropped nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, 1945, respectively, putting an end to World War II. The villages were obliterated, with roughly 200,000 people killed.

1:18 PM PT -- A rep for Bhad Bhabie tells TMZ ... "Danielle was just trying to have a relaxing dinner with her friends as she is very pregnant. The issue was that these drunk women were filming Danielle and her party and then started yelling stuff at them."

Danielle's rep adds ... "Danielle was arguing with her table because her boyfriend was trying to be protective and stop these people from harassing them and filming them. Danielle wanted her friends to just let it go but the restaurant didn't get involved and it escalated."

Danielle Bregoli isn't gonna let a little thing like pregnancy tame her Bhad Bhabie ways -- her entourage squared off with another table during a night on the town ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained this video showing the end of the Saturday night scrap ... 2 women come face-to-face screaming at each other, hurling F-bombs with fists up, before one of them is held back and hauled out of Toca Madera, a West Hollywood restaurant.

As heated as things got, there's no visual evidence Danielle ever got involved in the worst of the fight -- but folks in the restaurant tell us what sparked the whole incident.

Multiple witnesses say the rapper was arguing with her boyfriend/baby daddy Le Vaughn while they were eating dinner and allegedly slapped him. While they were arguing, we're told someone at Danielle's table noticed someone at an adjacent table recording BB and Le's dispute -- and that's why the fight, seen in the video, broke out.

At the end of the video, you can see Bhad Bhabie -- who has a short pixie haircut now -- getting up from her table, ironically, very calmly and heading for the exit with her man ... following after their friends who'd been pulled away from the fight.

Danielle announced back in December that she and Le Vaughn were expecting. Seeing how she opted out of an all-out brawl last night ... you'd have to say pending motherhood has mellowed her.

Mark Dodson, the actor who gave voice to some of the little creatures in "Gremlins," has died ... TMZ has learned.

The voice actor also brought to life characters for "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi," "Day of the Dead" and countless video games -- and still made appearances at fan conferences. In fact, Mark's daughter tells TMZ he died while in Evansville, Indiana, to attend Horror Con.

She says Mark had flown to Indiana for the event, and checked into his hotel ... and that's where he suffered a "massive heart attack" while sleeping.

Dodson's first big break in Hollywood came in 1983 -- he was the voice of Salacious Crumb, the little creature with the high-pitched voice that was always seated dangerously close to Jabba the Hut in 'Return of the Jedi.'

And, as it turned out, 'Star Wars' opened the door for another iconic role the next year.

In "Gremlins," Mark was the voice of Mogwai ... and, inadvertently, had kids everywhere -- who saw the movie in 1984 -- imitating his voice.

Mark worked continuously for several decades in film, video games, radio and commercials. As his rep tells us, Mark added "his unique voice and sound to each character and script he touched."

His daughter, Ciara, says Mark "never ceased making me proud" and his legacy will live on through his grandchildren and her.

Cops are looking into allegations of neglect regarding the care of "Good Times" star John Amos and the investigation is just getting started ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a case here in Los Angeles has been opened to look into claims hurled by Amos' daughter, Shannon, who we're told recently called Adult Protective Services to allege her father was battling health issues ... and her brother, K.C., wasn't getting him proper care.

Our sources say APS took a report based on what she claimed and then sent the report over to the LAPD ... which then launched an investigation.

We're told cops are familiar with all the back-and-forth claims between Shannon and K.C. -- a lot of the bad blood between John's kids has been widely publicized -- but the investigation will focus on these new allegations, specifically.

There's also this development ... TMZ has learned the beloved actor was recently in the hospital, although we were told it was just for a routine checkup and that nothing serious was wrong with him. We even got on the phone briefly with John, who assured us he was fine.

Pro wrestling legend Sting is hanging up his boots after Sunday's big match at AEW Revolution ... a moment so special, tag team partner Darby Allin says it's actually the highlight of his young, but impressive, career -- and he's not even the dude retiring!

"Oh, without a doubt. Without a doubt, it's the biggest [match of my career]," Allen told us, adding, "He's been around longer than I've been alive. Like on top of the wrestling. It's really cool to be a part of it and definitely my biggest match and I'm not taking anything for granted. I'm so grateful for this opportunity, and I'll stop at nothing to prove my loyalty."

Of course, Sting is one of the most legendary wrestlers of all time. Period. WCW, TNA, WWE, and now AEW ... Sting was the man in all the top promotions. He's a WWE and TNA Hall of Famer. He's also won just about every title under the sun.

Wrestling fans have been anticipating the match ... Sting and Darby are fighting The Young Bucks, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson Sunday night in Greensboro, NC.

"I try not to make it about myself at all. I just want to make sure this man's career ends with the respect it deserves, and it's cool to be a part of the end," Darby said of the meaningfulness of the moment.

"I feel like the biggest part of a wrestler's career is the end. If you s*** the bed in the end, people are always gonna remember that. 'Aw, he should've hung up his boots years ago.' But I convinced Sting to come back and wrestle, so I feel it's my duty to make sure that he doesn't embarrass himself."
