Published

Afroman can finally put this years-long drama behind him ... because he was found not liable in a defamation lawsuit brought against him by Ohio's Adams County Sheriff's deputies he'd mocked in a video after they raided his home.

Wednesday, a judge read the verdict, saying ... "In all circumstances, the jury finds in favor of the defendant. No plaintiff verdict prevailed."

The rapper -- legal name Joseph Foreman -- got emotional as the verdict was read, crying tears of relief. Outside the courthouse, he told WKRC-TV ... "I'm just happy that my supporters, America, and the jurors didn't go for it."

Olivia Rodrigo Good 4 U Sabrina ... No, Really, I Mean It!!!

Published

Olivia Rodrigo is spilling her guts about her rumored feud with Sabrina Carpenter.

In a new interview published Thursday, Liv told British Vogue there's no "jealousy, jealousy" on her end, saying ... "I think she’s great. I’m so happy for all of her success too. I love the album she’s put out."

The interviewer wrote the compliment felt "genuine" ... but noticed the singer was "tense, picturing the headlines."

Olivia seemingly wondered whether her comment felt canned, because she added ... "No, no, no, it’s good. It’s just people just get weird and clickbaity -- it’s all love, though. I’ve talked to her many times.”

Feud rumors have persisted since the "Vampire" singer dropped her debut album, "Sour" ... wondering if the songs were about Sabrina.

That's because Olivia's ex Joshua Bassett went on to date the "Espresso" songstress after they broke up.

While there may not be any bad blood between the Disney alums ... Olivia did have an issue with people pitting her against Sabrina, saying ... "I can’t believe people were that mean to me."

These days she doesn't have time to worry about internet rumors ... she's got a new album to roll out!

According to Chicago's WMAQ-TV, James "Jimmy" Gracey was at the popular nightclub Shôko when he disappeared. His mother -- Therese Gracey -- asked for help finding him in a Facebook post, writing the 20-year-old "didn’t make it back to the air bnb" but the cops have his phone.

They say he was abroad visiting friends for spring break, which a U of A spokesperson confirmed in a statement to NBC Chicago … saying Jimmy was on a "personal trip" but staff are "in touch with the family" to provide assistance and support.

The Catalonia Police say they’re investigating, telling NBC News in a statement … "A call was received early yesterday morning, around 1:00 AM, reporting a possible disappearance. The disappearance was reported to have occurred on March 17, 2026, at 3:00 AM, in the Port Olímpic area."

Cesar Chavez Accused of Sexual Abuse and Grooming Girls New Report Alleges

Published

A new investigation published by The New York Times on Wednesday claims to have "extensive evidence" that Cesar Chavez -- the leader of the United Farm Workers who died in 1993 -- sexually abused and groomed young girls ... and "used" women in his movement "for his own sexual gratification."

According to the NYT report, one alleged victim, Ana Murguia, claims she was 13 when Chavez -- who was 45 at the time -- "kissed her and pulled her pants down."  She says he instructed her afterward to not tell anyone, allegedly telling her ... "They’d get jealous."

The alleged incident happened over half a century ago and the report says there were "dozens" more sexual encounters between them over the following four years.

She told the paper she "wanted to die" ... and by age 15 she had attempted suicide "multiple times."

Around the same time, the NYT reports a woman named Debra Rojas claims she was only 12 when Chavez started abusing her, "groping her breasts" in his office.

Rojas claims they had sexual intercourse at a California motel when she was 15 -- which would be considered rape, as she wasn't old enough to legally consent.

She claims Chavez groomed her, explaining that at the time she "had love for him" because he allegedly made comments about moving to Mexico with her, being jealous of boys who were around her, and even telling her "I love you."

Neither woman had spoken publicly about the alleged abuse until now ... although Rojas reportedly posted about it in a private Facebook group many years ago, writing "Wake up people. This man u march for every year molested me." She says she ultimately deleted it after getting backlash.

In addition to these claims, Chavez's UFW cofounder Dolores Huerta told the NYT that Chavez assaulted her, too.

And after the report was published, the 95-year-old labor-rights activist shared a statement on Medium, describing two instances of alleged abuse -- one where she says she felt "manipulated and pressured," and the other where she says she was "forced" -- and revealing both led to pregnancies.

Huerta said the babies were raised by families "that could give them stable lives." And while she says she has "a deep relationship" with those children, "no one knew the full truth about how they were conceived until just a few weeks ago."

Huerta writes she hasn't come forward in 60 years because she "believed that exposing the truth would hurt the farmworker movement I have spent my entire life fighting for."

She had told NYT that she didn't go to the cops at the time of her alleged assault because of "their hostility toward the movement, and she feared that no one within the union would believe her."

The publication claims that elements of both Murguia's and Rojas' stories have been "corroborated in documents, emails, itineraries and other writings from union organizers, supporters of Mr. Chavez and historians."

NYT says they couldn't independently verify Huerta's account -- because she never told anyone about it -- but they say she described the alleged events in a "startlingly matter-of-fact manner."

The publication claims that "several other women" are victims of Chavez's abuse ... reporting that they interviewed more than 60 people in their investigation -- including relatives, "top aides" and UFW members -- and scoured union records, confidential emails, photographs and audio recordings of UFW board meetings.

The report says many of the alleged victims never spoke about their experiences out of "fear of tarnishing the image" of the celebrated civil rights leader ... adding that a lot were "discouraged from speaking out."

Chavez’s family addressed the accusations in a statement Tuesday night ... saying they were "not in a position to judge."

They say they "honor the voices of those who feel unheard and who report sexual misconduct," and the allegations against Chavez are "deeply painful."

However, NYT report says a "handful" of relatives were "aware for years" about the sexual misconduct allegations ... claiming there's "no evidence" that they investigated or even acknowledged the victims.

The report also alleges some former UFW leaders knew, too.

As TMZ previously reported, the UFW canceled this year's Cesar Chavez celebrations ... a move NYT says was made after "learning of the reporters’ inquiries."

Afroman Deputy Cries at Civil Trial ... During Sexual Satire Video

Published | Updated

Emotions have been running high in the civil trial brought by the Ohio sheriff's deputies who raided Afroman's home back in 2022.

On Monday, sheriff's deputy Lisa Phillips broke down in tears while being shown a music video Afroman made titled "Licc'em Low Lisa" ... that appears to feature an actor portraying the officer simulating oral sex on another woman.

In courtroom footage, Lisa is seen visibly crying while the 13-minute video played. Afroman's lawyer had objected to playing the video, but the judge ultimately allowed it.

Waiting for your permission to load TikTok Post.

The court also played Afroman's 2022 music video "Why You Disconnecting My Video Camera," where he raps "Lieutenant Licc'em Low Lisa ate my ex-wife just like pizza" as home security footage seems to show Lisa walking through his house during the raid.

Tom Holland and Zendaya have reportedly tied the knot IRL -- we're all still trying to figure that out -- but they're total strangers in the first trailer for "Spider-Man: Brand New Day."

Sony dropped the new clip for the highly-anticipated superhero flick ... which includes a scene where TH has to watch his real-life love with another man!

The upcoming installment of the 'Spider-Man' franchise follows Tom's Peter Parker as he navigates a world where everyone he loves -- including his girlfriend -- have no memory of him at all.

Afroman Takes Stand in Ohio Law Enforcement Lawsuit ... 'All of This Is Their Fault!!!'

Published

Afroman's day in court has finally come ... the rapper took the stand in his lawsuit filed against him by the Adams County Sheriff's deputies who raided his Ohio home back in 2022.

In the lawsuit, the deputies claimed Afroman used their likenesses -- which were apparently captured on his home security cameras -- without their permission in the songs and merch he's made about the raid.

But in a new trial video posted by WCPO-TV, the "Because I Got High" singer insists he was just exercising his "right of freedom of speech as an American."

In fact, he turned it back around on the deputies, saying on the stand ... "all of this is their fault."

The artist continued, testifying ... "If they hadn't wrongly raided my house, there would be no lawsuit. I would not know their names, they wouldn't be on my home surveillance system, and there would be no songs ... my money would still be intact."

In his testimony, Afroman said the deputies tore down his door and didn't pay for it. He also claims they still owe him money they seized in the search.

Here's where the deputies say they're having a problem ... after the raid went down, Afroman made the song "Lemon Pound Cake" about the ordeal and included his security footage in the music video.

Then there's his track "Will You Help Me Repair My Door" ... which consists entirely of various shots of the raid, as well as an alleged photo of the search warrant that seems to show it was issued for drug trafficking and kidnapping.

In court, Afroman stood by his use of the videos, testifying ... "I had to do what I had to do to repair the damage they brought to my house."

The rapper has posted several other music videos on YouTube, name-dropping the deputies he says were involved in his raid ... and it seems he's been continuing to post these kinds of videos as recently as yesterday.

Afroman also went on Instagram to share a video saying how grateful he is for everyone supporting him throughout his legal battle.

'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Taylor Frankie Paul's History of Legal Trouble

Published | Updated

Taylor Frankie Paul's recent alleged domestic violence incident is causing quite a commotion in both her professional and personal lives ... but we've learned it's not her first brush with the law.

ICYMI, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" halted production after TFP's ex, Dakota Mortensen, accused her of child and spousal abuse.

But it looks like the 'Bachelorette' star's history of legal trouble goes back years ... and we're breaking down the timeline for you.

2022: Divorce From Ex-Husband Tate Paul

In 2022, Taylor announced in a TikTok Live that she and her husband of six years -- Tate Paul -- were getting divorced.

She explained their "soft-swinging" arrangement fell apart after she admittedly crossed a line ... resulting in their separation and a massive social media scandal.

Taylor and Tate got married in 2016 and had two kids together -- Indy and Ocean.

2023: Domestic Violence Arrest

The following February, Taylor was booked for assault and domestic violence after an altercation with Dakota ... and we obtained the video.

You can see Taylor's then-boyfriend was trying to leave after an argument when she started hitting him.

Footage shows her kicking him, putting him in a chokehold and throwing heavy metal stools at him. You can also see TFP's 5-year-old daughter was on the couch when she started throwing chairs.

According to The Salt Lake Tribune, a detective was told Taylor's daughter had a "goose-egg" on her head because one of the stools had hit her.

At the time, Utah's Herriman City Police Department posted on X that she was initially brought in on misdemeanor charges ... but the case was referred "for screening of felony assault charges" after the video was submitted as evidence.

Waiting for your permission to load the Twitter Tweet.

Court docs also say Taylor was still hitting her boyfriend when the cops showed up, and he apparently told them he was "scared for his life" and had scratches on his hands and neck.

The 'Mormon Wives' star was ultimately charged with three felonies -- one count of aggravated assault and two of domestic violence in the presence of a child. She was also hit with one misdemeanor count each of child abuse and criminal mischief.

In August, The Salt Lake Tribune reported Taylor had entered a plea in abeyance for the aggravated assault charge -- meaning it would be downgraded to a misdemeanor in three years if she kept her nose clean -- while the other four charges were dismissed with prejudice.

2025: Heated Custody Battle With Dakota Mortensen

While they had an on-again, off-again relationship throughout the years, Taylor and Dakota welcomed a child together -- Ever -- in 2024.

But -- as TMZ previously reported -- by 2025, they were battling over custody.

According to online records, Dakota went to court in June to fight for custody and support ... while Taylor filed both a response and counterclaim a few weeks later.

Around September, a proposed order was filed regarding custody, support, and parenting time. And in December, documents were filed about Dakota's income.

2026: Conflicting Stories About Alleged Child and Spousal Abuse

As we previously reported, sources told TMZ that Dakota has called the Utah Division of Child and Family Services several times, accusing Taylor of being physically abusive to Ever.

Taylor is denying the allegations, but sources close to 'SLOMW' production are backing Dakota up ... saying she recently got physical during an argument at his place.

Sources tell TMZ that TFP allegedly choked Dakota and ripped his necklace off in front of Ever. They say the fighting continued into the next night, when she threw his phone at the wall.

TMZ also reported that the exes got into another fight three weeks ago ... this time while Dakota was driving his car.

We're told a spilled drink caused Dakota to explode. Sources close to Taylor say he was so mad that he got physical with her ... but we were also informed that Dakota's saying Taylor was the one who got violent.

These altercations are apparently so bad that DCFS has reportedly ordered both Taylor and Dakota to undergo psych evaluations.

In March, Dakota filed for a temporary protective order against Taylor -- coincidentally at the same time her ex-husband was doing the same.

He also requested temporary custody of Ever ... which was granted.

These incidents have put 'Mormon Wives' production on pause, and caused ABC to pull the plug on Taylor's season of "The Bachelorette."

Published | Updated

Banksy Identity Finally Revealed?!?

Published | Updated

It looks like mysterious street artist Banksy has finally been unmasked.

On Friday, Reuters published an in-depth investigation into the artist's identity, naming him "beyond dispute."

The international news organization uncovered a handwritten and signed confession from Banksy to a disorderly conduct misdemeanor charge from about 25 years ago ... and his signature seems to read "Robin Gunningham."

That name also popped up several times in court docs about the arrest.

According to Banksy's company, Pest Control, the artist "has decided to say nothing."

Banksy's lawyer, Mark Stephens, wasn't so tight-lipped, saying Banksy "does not accept that many of the details contained within your enquiry are correct."

Reuters says Stephens didn't confirm or deny his client's identity ... but did warn the outlet that publishing their investigation would violate his privacy and threaten his safety.

Funny enough ... The Mail on Sunday clocked Robin Gunningham as Banksy's real identity back in 2008, but Banksy's manager insisted the photo featured in that report wasn't of the artist.

And RG wasn't the only name floating around over the years.

A major theory suggested Robert Del Naja -- frontman of the band Massive Attack -- was behind the famed stencil art.

But the crucial clue is the signed confession from Banksy's NYC arrest in 2000.

His former manager, Steve Lazarides, wrote in his book "Banksy Captured" about how the street artist was nabbed by NYPD while defacing a Marc Jacobs Men billboard.

In his confession, Banksy called it "a humorous adjustment," before signing it as RG.

According to Reuters, the cops had "no idea" they had booked Banksy, because he had only just started going by that name and implementing his signature style into his work.

In 2008, Banksy allegedly changed his name from Robin Gunningham to David Jones, since it's one of the most common names for British men.

According to the report, it "helps him hide in plain sight" ... at least until now.

Misty Copeland See, Timothée?!? Ballet Isn't Boring

Misty Copeland is proving that people do, in fact, care about ballet ... taking the stage on Sunday during the Oscars performance of "I Lied to You," from "Sinners."

Timothée Chalamet -- who found himself in hot water after saying "no one cares" about ballet -- watched from the front row as Misty donned her pointe shoes and hit her marks for the song's big finale.

The ballerina joined a star-studded lineup -- led by Miles Caton and Raphael Saadiq -- that included artists like Shaboozey, Brittany Howard and Buddy Guy.

Jane Fonda Should've Been Me Doing Robert's Tribute ... Not Babs!!!

Published

Jane Fonda seemed to shade Barbra Streisand's touching tribute to Robert Redford at this year's Oscars.

At the event last night, she told Entertainment Tonight ... "I want to know how come Streisand was up there doing that for Redford."

The "Grace and Frankie" star apparently felt she was a better choice to do the in memoriam segment honoring Redford, adding ... "She only made one movie with him. I made four. I had more to say."
