Bobbi Kristina Brown has left Emory University hospital, and is now in a rehab facility in Atlanta -- but the transfer is NOT a sign her condition is improving.

Bobbi Kristina was moved to the new facility Thursday after doctors at Emory made one more attempt to slowly remove life support to see if she responds. She did not ...and we're told doctors say she's in the same non-responsive state she's been in for weeks.

Bobby Brown and Pat Houston helped carry her belongings from the hospital to the new facility ... which we're told is better suited for long-term care.

As we first reported ... Bobbi Kristina's breathing tube was moved from her throat to her neck a few weeks ago. We're told that was in preparation for the support she will be getting in the new building.

We're told Bobby remains adamant and faithful his daughter can come out of the coma.

The children of James McNair -- the comedian who was killed in the crash that severely injured Tracy Morgan -- got a $10,000,000 settlement from Walmart ... according to court docs.

McNair was killed when a Walmart truck driver plowed into the van carrying him, Morgan and a few others home from a show they'd just performed.

The driver, Kevin Roper, has pled not guilty to vehicular homicide and is awaiting trial.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are not at war over the Church of Scientology ... they don't communicate because they have an intense dislike for one another.

When we broke the story -- that Katie and Tom are so estranged they don't even talk about raising their 8-year-old daughter Suri -- we started getting tips that Tom has shut her out because she's an SP ... a Suppressive Person.

An SP stands for several things, including people who disavow the Church. The Church has a procedure for declaring people SPs. Once they're declared an SP, people in the Church are told not to associate with them.

Well-placed sources close to the Church tell TMZ, Katie was NOT declared a Suppressive Person. What's interesting, we're told Katie actually thinks she's been declared one ... but she hasn't.

Sources connected with Tom and Katie tell us there are hard feelings on both sides, which is why they don't communicate. For Tom's part, he feels betrayed because he claims Katie never gave him any warning she was leaving him. For Katie's part, we're told she felt Tom sucked the life out of her.

In the end, Suri is living with her mom and sees her dad from time to time, but the family unit is completely shattered.

Jill Blackstone -- who produced a slew of big shows including "Jerry Springer," "Sally Jessy Raphael" and "Rosie"-- has been arrested for the murder of her deaf sister ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they received a call Saturday from Blackstone saying there was a dead person and 3 dead dogs in her San Fernando Valley garage. Blackstone said the person killed herself, but when authorities arrived they thought the suicide note looked suspicious and believe it was written by Jill.

The victim, Wendy Blackstone, was 49 years old and lived in Studio City. We're told the body showed no outward signs of trauma and the coroner is doing a toxicology report.

Blackstone has also produced "Dr. Drew," "The Real," "Sharon Osbourne" and various court shows.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes want nothing to do with each other ... to the point they don't speak to one another, even about Suri.

Sources close to both Tom and Katie tell us they do not communicate at all. There are no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing, etc. -- is handled through intermediaries.

Our sources say there are bad feelings on both sides, and no desire on either Tom or Katie's part to mend fences.

As for Suri ... sources close to Tom say he's still involved in his daughter's life, although he hasn't seen her in months because he's been in London shooting "Mission Impossible 5." Production wrapped last Thursday and our Tom sources say he's coming back to L.A. and will see Suri when he returns.

On the Katie side we're told she's dissatisfied with Tom's involvement in their daughter's life ... that it hasn't been enough.

And there's this ... we've been told there is some sort of relationship between Katie and Jamie Foxx. Our Tom sources wouldn't comment on the relationship, but say Tom has been concerned in the past with other boyfriends because of a possible negative influence on Suri.

We've all have embarrassing photos from our past -- one of Rob Lowe's surfaced Tuesday night, and his son had the BEST time railing on his dad.

Lowe -- who was celebrating his "deal with the devil" 51st birthday -- was out at Craig's in West Hollywood with his family when a young autograph seeker showed up with an epic photo of Rob, circa 1980s.

Lowe's son Johnny was hilarious, invoking Rob's infamous DirecTV commercials.

Chris Brown's daughter wasn't the only female to call him "daddy" on Monday ... because after spending time with his baby girl, he proceeded to hit up a local strip club.

Brown and Tyga visited V Live after their show in Houston (with an after-party in between). We're told the duo dropped around $8,000 in cash ... $5,000 of which came from Tyga.

As TMZ first reported, Brown spent time Monday with his 9-month-old daughter Royalty in his tour bus before the show.

Royalty's mom was there for the visit as well ... so you could say Brown began his day with one single mother and ended it surrounded by dozens of them.

Chris Brown got a special visitor Monday when he blew through Houston ... his daughter Royalty.

The 9-month-old was chaperoned by her mom, Nia Guzman and her half-sister.

We're told that Royalty and crew were picked up by limo at a Houston hotel where they were staying and taken to Chris' tour bus, where he chilled with his kid.

Robert Durst was enough of a threat to his relatives that a judge issued a protective order, despite the fact Durst is being held without bail on first degree murder.

A New Orleans judge issued the order, which protects Robert's brother Douglas, who runs the multi-billion-dollar Durst Corp. It also protects Susanne Durst, Douglas' wife, and Helena their daughter.

And the order protects Helena's husband Mark and their son Frank.

The order also protects Douglas' son, Alexander, and his wife Eva and their son Sven.

According to the order, obtained by TMZ, Durst is prohibited from annoying or alarming his relatives. He cannot communicate with them in any fashion. He must also stay away from their offices and residences.

Robert was arrested in 2013 for lurking around Douglas' house.

The documentary "The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst​" profiled the feud between Robert and Douglas. Robert was enraged that their dad chose Douglas to run the family company.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the LAPD got the arrest warrant for Robert on March 11th -- last Wednesday. That warrant called for $1 million bail, but apparently that has changed because the new docs say when he was arrested he was held without bail because he's considered armed and dangerous. He was carrying a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson revolver when he was captured.

Bobbi Kristina's aunt, Leolah Brown, claims Nick Gordon is responsible for Bobbi Kristina's dire medical state, and she blames someone else ... Pat Houston.

Leolah has harsh words for Nick, claiming she has knowledge of what he did to his girlfriend and calling him "guilty."

But Leolah rails on Pat, saying she's a phony whom Whitney never liked, and she forced a fragile Bobbi Kristina to do a reality show on the heels of her mom's death, which emotionally wrecked her.

Pamela Anderson got a lavish gift from Sam Simon just weeks before he died, and ironically the show of affection is the very thing that has made her persona non grata at his private funeral.

Pam and Sam have been tight for years. We're told a couple of weeks before the co-creator of "The Simpsons" succumbed to Colon Cancer, he gave her a ring worth around $800,000.

Sources who were close to Sam tell us his family was infuriated and felt Pam took advantage of a weak man and should never have accepted the gift.

Chiquis Rivera is tearfully apologizing for using the N-word to her fans, and says even though she's frequently used the word with her friends, it will never come out of her mouth again.

Chiquis -- the daughter of the late Mexican singer Jenni Rivera -- recorded a video for her fans after being nominated for Regional Mexican Female Artist of the Year ... and she ended it with "Y'all my N****."

She just went on "TMZ Live" where she profusely apologized and explained she grew up in Compton where the word was no big deal.

BTW ... she lost the award ... to her mom!

Mama June does not scare easily ... she's back in L.A. pitching new TV shows starring her and her brood, scoffing at veiled TLC threats.

It's June's second trip to La La Land after "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" got the ax, despite TLC's warning she's not allowed to pitch new shows until May.

June -- who is fresh out of the hospital after a bout with pneumonia -- blew into LAX Thursday and told us she's meeting more producers. We're told 2 projects include a relationship show involving her and Sugar Bear, and a "Beverly Hillbillies" type show.

Kyle and Kim Richards are sisters at war ... and it's way more personal than just a vicious dog attack.

There has been radio silence between the two -- with the exception of a brief encounter after a "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reunion show -- since Kim's dog attacked Kyle's daughter in November.

We're told Kyle is furious Kim hasn't 86'd her pit bull -- which has a long rap sheet and tore into 18-year-old Alexia's hand.

But it goes deeper than puncture marks. Kim feels betrayed by her sis because she feels fellow housewife Brandi Glanville has been more attentive to her struggles with substance abuse than Kyle.

What galls Kyle is that she feels Kim is an ingrate ... Kyle says she and Mauricio have been a driving force all along in trying to keep Kim sober, and she feels Kim is using them as scapegoats to deflect responsibility for her addiction problems.

Our "Housewives" sources say nothing is permanent, but they give a reconciliation little hope.

Slipknot guitarist Mick Thomson and his brother Andrew were rushed to a Des Moines hospital Wednesday morning after engaging in a bloody knife brawl that left both seriously injured.

Police tell us ... the Thomson bros were hanging out at his Clive, Iowa home when things got extremely heated and a fight broke out. Cops say both guys appeared extremely intoxicated.

The two men suffered multiple stab wounds. Mick got nailed in the back of the head.

Police are currently investigating. So far no charges have been filed.

We've reached out to the band but so far no word.

Angie Stone's daughter definitely has a messed up grill after the fight that got Angie arrested, but the real reason her teeth fell out might be failure to root canal ... instead of a blow from her mother.

As TMZ first reported, Angie admitted to cops she hit Diamond with a metal jewelry stand in self defense. Diamond says the stand knocked out 2 teeth.

Sources close to Angie tell TMZ ... the teeth fell out because they'd been rotting out of Diamond's mouth long before the fight. In fact, Diamond cops to her teeth being rotten but tells us -- "It don't matter if my teeth were rotten or not ... I could have gotten a root canal, but she finished the job."

Diamond also disputes her mother's claim she was acting in self defense -- telling us the fight started with both women yelling ... but says Angie grabbed the stand to threaten her. She claims it only got physical when she threatened to call cops -- and Angie struck her in the face with the stand.

Diamond admits wrestling her mother to ground at that point, and says her brother had to break up the scrap. As we reported ... only Angie got arrested and booked for aggravated assault.
