Sad news for Diamond Dallas Page ... the wrestling legend is tapping out of his marriage -- but insists there was NO CHEATING!!!

"After considerable thought, much reflection and mixed emotions, I am sorry to announce that several months ago, Brenda and I decided to separate," DDP announced ... "and after a three month separation we have filed for divorce."

Dallas and Brenda have been together for years -- and tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Cancun, Mexico in 2015.

Page famously proposed to Brenda at her 50th birthday party -- the video was awesome.

As for why they split, DDP explains ... "While we both love each other, we recognize that we are two strong-willed people who will be happier if we part."

"As painful as divorce is, we are thankful that no infidelity or other love interests were involved in our decision and we are parting as friends."

"I want to thank all of you in advance for your support as we move into the next phase of our lives and I ask that you respect our privacy and keep us in your thoughts and prayers."

Chris Brown thinks his newborn son is a chip off the old block ... and he can't help but share a bunch of new baby pics to prove it.

Breezy and his baby mama, Ammika Harris, posted some new shots of little Aeko Saturday -- just days after they revealed his tiny feet to the world following his November birth.

The most recent photos show off Aeko's face clear as day, and yes ... he's freakin' adorable. CB also posted a since-deleted side-by-side comparison of his own baby picture and his son ... which Chris believes are pretty dang close. He says Aeko "just stole my whole face."

Chris and Ammika also threw up photos of the two of them in the delivery room with baby Aeko, and they're touching. You see Chris and Ammika holding each other, as well as the kid. CB was clearly present for the birth, and seemed to have his ex's back the whole time.

It's their first child together -- Chris' second overall. He's got a daughter with Nia Guzman.

Aeko Catori Brown was born on November 20, 2019, with each parent writing cryptic messages on social media to confirm he'd come into the world healthy. While Chris and Ammika aren't together anymore, we've heard they've been getting along well.

Niecy Nash is making her split from Jay Tucker official on paper ... she just filed for divorce.

Niecy filed legal docs in L.A. Thursday. As we reported ... they released a joint statement back in October their 8-year marriage was gonna come to an end. They said, at the time, that they realized at this stage of life they're "better friends than partners in marriage."

They added their union was such a gorgeous ride. They added, "We feel fortunate for the love we share -- present tense. Thank you all out there for your support of us as a couple over the last eight years. We are grateful."

As we reported ... Niecy and Jay -- an electrical engineer -- had a lavish wedding in front of 200 friends and family members. TLC televised the nuptials. Even til the end ... seems there's zero bad blood.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is dropping some heinous, and unproven, accusations against his baby mama -- posting texts he claims demonstrate she can't handle being a mother.

The "Jersey Shore" star is ranting on Instagram ... alleging Jen Harley has abandoned their 20-month-old daughter, Ariana, by dumping her off with friends while she's off "getting drunk with a sugar daddy."

He's offering no evidence of that, and, let's be honest, even if his claim is true -- sounds like he's describing a standard babysitting situation.

Anyway, Ronnie's rant included texts he claims show Jen is ignoring their child while Jen's in another state and he alleges she refuses to return home to care for Ariana.

The texts appear to show friends are reaching out to Ronnie for help, but he replies he can't because legally, he's not allowed to see Ariana. Jen got full custody in the wake of their domestic incident back in October, and he's been ordered to stay away from Jen and their child.

Fat Joe won't get in between Nick Cannon and Eminem's fresh rap beef -- even though he helped start it -- but what he will support ... a good, old-fashioned battle of the bars.

We got Joey Crack in NYC Tuesday and asked for the man himself to weigh in on how this war of words is unfolding between NC and Slim Shady. After all, he did let Em get on his track, "Lord Above," and throw the initial barbs about Nick's baby mama, Mariah Carey.

In his feature, Eminem says he tried warning Nick about Mariah before the "Wild 'N Out" host "got his jewels clipped" and goes on to say Nick is "p***y whipped" ... not to mention calling him out by name. It all dates back to a decade-old beef Em seemed eager to revive.

Now, back to Joe ... the guy actually tried claiming innocence with us, saying he's nothing more than a bystander here who's worked with and respects both guys. FJ tells us he bears no responsibility -- even though it was his song that kicked this off.

William Shatner wants Scotty the judge to beam him up and out of his marriage, 'cause he's calling it quits after 18 years ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Star Trek' actor just filed for divorce against his wife, Elizabeth, whom he got hitched with back in 2001. Sources familiar with the matter tell us Bill and Liz's split should move along relatively smoothly, as we're told the couple has a prenup.

Our sources say the Shatners are still negotiating the financial terms -- but one thing won't be an issue ... spousal support. We're told, per the terms of the prenup, neither party will receive any support from the other.

Of course, William and Elizabeth don't have any kids ... so no issues there. We're told divorce docs could soon be submitted for a final signature from a judge. It's almost a done deal at this point.

Elizabeth is Will's fourth wife -- he was previously married to Nerine Kidd, Marcy Lafferty and Gloria Rand ... and only had children with Rand. It's Elizabeth's second go-around ... she was married to Michael Glenn Martin before William. He's 88 ... she's 61.

Disso Queen Laura Wasser is repping WS in the divorce. She's on a nice little roll right now -- Laura Dern just picked up a Golden Globe nom for portraying her in "Marriage Story."

Gigi and Bella Hadid won't be getting any little siblings ... their dad and his fiancee called it quits in part because they couldn't agree on starting a family together.

Sources close to Mohamed Hadid tell TMZ ... he and Shiva Safai parted ways about a year ago -- even though she didn't confirm it publicly until this week. We're told the 39-year-old absolutely wanted to be a mom, but Mohamed wasn't looking to go down that road again.

As you know ... Mohamed is already a father to 5 beautiful children -- daughters Bella, Gigi, Alana and Marielle, and son Anwar.

Another reason for the breakup, sources close to Shiva tell us, was her reaction to a woman who publicly claimed she had a relationship with Mohamed. We're told it made Shiva reevaluate things, before having a heart-to-heart with him about their future.

It's still unclear who broke up with who, but we're told Mohamed and Shiva both agreed they were on different pages.

The now-exes got engaged way back in 2014, but we're told he came to the realization he didn't want to be married again -- he's already got 2 under his belt.

Our sources say he hopes Shiva can find Mr. Right, get married and have kids.

One last bit of accounting ... the ring. We're told Shiva's engagement rock is a Hadid family heirloom, and she gave it back to Mohamed, and he's passed it on his eldest sister.

Megan Thee Stallion is keeping her "Hot Girl Summer" going strong into the winter -- 'cause she says she's unattached ... and ready for a certain type of guy to step up to the plate.

Jesse Williams will be allowed to be with his kid for her bday -- but he had to fight with his ex over it ... who tried positioning things in her favor with yoga.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star won his latest legal battle against ex-wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, after she refused to let their 5-year-old daughter, Sadie, be with her pops this weekend to celebrate her 6th birthday ... even though Jesse insisted it was his turn under their agreement.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jesse argued that Aryn would still get to be with Sadie for most of her bday (Dec. 6), and all he wanted was for mom to drop Sadie off with him at 6 PM, like usual, and let Sadie hang out 'til he could drop her back off Monday. NBD, right?

WRONG ... at least according to Aryn, who argued in her own court docs that SHE actually deserved to keep Sadie this weekend 'cause she recently missed some mother-daughter time with her due to a work trip she recently had to take -- and wants to make up for it now.

Turns out, that work trip was a yoga retreat in India ... which Jesse lays out as something that's seemingly unrelated to work at all. He lists the classes attended -- like "Tea Break," "Tour of Dalai Lama's Residence" and "Finding Your Purpose" -- and calls BS on her excuse.

The reason he's so against Sadie staying home with mom on his weekend ... he says he had a full weekend of plans lined up for her birthday -- a Disney trip, a Nutcracker play, etc.

Welp, the court sided with Jesse. A judge wrote they couldn't see the connection between Aryn's yoga trip and work ... and insisted she could make up her time at another date.

Chrishell Stause is making the next big move in her divorce from "This Is Us" star Justin Hartley ... by packing up her stuff and leaving their home.

The "Selling Sunset" star was seen talking to movers at her L.A. residence Wednesday, and it looks like she's staying positive through the rough situation. A moving truck was also parked in front of the house she's shared with her recently estranged husband.

We broke the story ... Chrishell filed her response to Justin's divorce petition, and strongly suggests she was totally blindsided by it. According to the docs, she lists their separation date as Nov. 22, 2019 -- the day Justin filed for divorce -- but he claims they separated on July 8, 2019.

As we've pointed out ... that's a bit odd, considering the couple was seen out together multiple times after that date, including a week before his divorce filing.

The separation date isn't the only thing the 2 don't agree on -- Chrishell wants Justin to pay spousal support and her attorney's fees ... but he wants the opposite.

Chrishell also took a thinly veiled shot at Justin on social media by sharing a quote about it being difficult to watch people change, and now ... she's changing her address.

Chrishell Hartley and "This Is Us" star Justin Hartley see a huge 5-month difference in when their marriage fell apart and, according to her, his divorce filing was a total blindside.

Chrishell just filed her response to Justin's divorce petition and, according to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she's listing their date of separation as Nov. 22, 2019 ... literally the day Justin ran to court and filed his petition.

Meanwhile, he says they separated on July 8, 2019 ... which seemed crazy because we'd seen them out together multiple times since then, most recently in November -- just a week before his divorce filing.

Besides the separation date -- Chrishell and Justin don't see eye to eye on a couple of other issues. According to her docs, filed by celeb attorney Samantha Spector, Chrishell says she wants him to pay spousal support ... and he doesn't want to pay.

She also wants him to cover her attorney's fees, but -- you guessed it -- Justin wants her to cover her own legal expenses.

Chrishell seemed to indicate the breakup was bitter with a not-so cryptic post on Monday about watching people change.

Oh, and speaking of change ... Chrishell has one other request in her docs. She's going back to her maiden name ... Stause.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott surfaced together over the holiday weekend, but people thinking this means they're back together again might be sadly mistaken.

The former couple -- whom we've been told recently took a break -- were spotted out at the Agua Caliente Casino Friday in Palm Springs, where video of Kylie and Travis walking around together popped up online ... and sent people right out of their minds.

Eyewitnesses have said while they were near one another the whole time -- reportedly hitting at least one table, grabbing drinks, chatting and otherwise perusing the grounds -- there were no clear signs of PDA between 'em. Other Kardashians showed up too -- the whole gang's in town enjoying the Thanksgiving weekend at grandma Kris' house.

The reason Kylie and Travis didn't look romantic? It's possible it's because they simply haven't been lately. It's unclear what the current status of their relationship is, but based on everything we're seeing and hearing about this outing ... it appears to be more of the same routine they've been on for about a month or so now.

As we've reported ... KJ and TS are co-parenting baby Stormi, which means they see each other and hang out pretty often. In fact, Kylie even flew herself and the kid out to Houston a couple weeks ago to support Travis at his Astroworld event.

And yes, with the holidays fast approaching, we were told they'd be spending even more time together. So, this certainly seems to be that ... but it might also be the beginning of a true reconciliation.

Brett Dalton's marriage could no longer be shielded ... from the ultimate blow of divorce.

The "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" star filed for divorce Friday in L.A. from his wife Melissa Trn ... TMZ has learned. The couple wed in December 2015 but dated for several years before he popped the question.

Brett and Melissa have a 7-year-old daughter together, so they'll have custody and child support issues to work out ... among other things of course.

The 2 met while they were attending the Yale School of Drama together. Melissa is a costume designer, currently working in NYC.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel is dying to be single right away ... she's asking a court to change her marital status ASAP and to go back to her maiden name.

Christy is going through a nasty legal war with her estranged husband, Todd Gibel ... and according to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Christy wants to be officially single and have her name restored to Christy Lynn McGinity, even though the court has not yet finalized the split of the former couple's assets.

In the docs, Christy says she wants her maiden name back because she's pregnant and doesn't want the name Gibel anywhere near her baby's birth certificate.

TMZ broke the story ... Christy's moving on fast from Todd, and she's expecting with her new BF's child. Remember, Christy claimed she and Todd had a sexless marriage.

Fact is, Christy doesn't NEED the name change for her baby -- she could put whatever name she wants on the birth certificate -- but maybe she's just a stickler for details.

According to the docs, Christy says she also needs to get a new driver's license and passport and she wants to use her maiden name on both.

Even if she gets a single status and the name change, she and Todd still have to settle support and property issues at a later date.

Ex-'Law & Order: SVU' star Diane Neal claims her ex was a manipulative, abusive scumbag who hurt their dog, but he and his attorneys are firing back -- claiming SHE threatened to kill HIS dog -- and releasing intense audio as alleged proof.

Pro magician JB Benn makes the bombshell claims about Diane in a new lawsuit he's filed against her which, at its heart, is about money he claims Diane owes him for a property they shared. The real nasty part of the suit, though, are his allegations about Diane's threatening behavior -- especially during one particularly vicious tirade which he recorded.

Diane unloaded in March 2018, yelling at JB ... "You are the least fun person I have ever met. You don't think it's about connections because you refuse to be connected with anybody. Even me! Which is why I am going to punish you with death and kill your f**king dog."

She also eviscerates him for not giving up his mobile phone's security code. Listen to it, 'cause on a scale of 1 to 10, it's an 11. In docs, obtained by TMZ, JB says he often recorded their arguments because he feared she'd eventually blame him for any "misfortune" in their relationship.

The recording is an exhibit in his lawsuit which comes on the heels of Diane suing him last week -- alleging JB is a fraudster who swindled her out of millions, and allegedly abused her physically and emotionally.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan wanted to be single in the eyes of the law while they settled their divorce ... and a judge just granted their wish.

The former couple recently filed court docs asking the court to grant the divorce while they hash out a property settlement and custody agreement. As for why they wanted the divorce decree now ... we're told they're both in relationships and it just makes things easier. It also clears the path if they want to remarry.

According to the new docs, filed by Jenna's lawyer Samantha Spector, the divorce judgment became final Tuesday. So, now they have to work out custody and support issues involving 6-year-old Everly.

Jenna recently announced she and her new boyfriend, Steve Kazee, are expecting their first child together. Rumors of a coming engagement have been swirling ever since.

While it would appear Jenna is the one zeroing in on another marriage, that doesn't mean Channing hasn't moved on himself ... he's just as free to tie the knot.

As we reported ... he's been dating Jessie J as of late, but things don't seem to have been moving as fast as they have for Jenna and Steve.
