The Cosmopolitan hotel will publicly apologize to Meek Mill for threatening him with arrest if he stepped onto hotel grounds, and Meek will accept the apology ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell us, the Cosmo will issue a "significant public apology" expressing regret and accepting fault when Meek was told last Saturday to leave the hotel ... or else.

TMZ broke the story, Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, prepared a lawsuit he intended to file this week against the hotel, claiming racial discrimination and defamation. Tacopina claims there is a blacklist for black rappers at the hotel, but hotel sources say that's BS.

We've also learned the lawyer for O.J. Simpson reached out to Tacopina, saying O.J. had been mistreated by the hotel as well. In November 2017, hotel staff kicked O.J. out after the staff claimed he was intoxicated and unruly. He was permanently banned from the grounds.

We're also told Snoop Dogg's people reached out and claimed mistreatment by the Cosmo.

In the end, there will be no lawsuit and everyone is putting this behind them.

TMZ broke the story, Meek and his crew showed up to attend a party at Marquee Saturday -- located inside the Cosmo -- but security wouldn't let them in. In a video, obtained by TMZ, the security guard tells Meek he can't come in because of a prior incident ... but won't give Meek any specifics on what happened.

10:12 AM PT -- Yo Gotti has weighed in on the situation, telling TMZ he has experienced similar discrimination at the Cosmopolitan, and other hotels in Vegas. He says, "It's a disgrace that these establishments continue to judge us by the color of our skin and our professions instead of recognizing our artistry and dedication to our communities."

Gotti states, "I stand with Meek Mill and all my peers in the hip-hop community that have been disrespected by places like the Cosmopolitan."

9:08 AM PT -- Meek's lawyer is doubling down, telling us he believes the Cosmo and other Vegas hotels are discriminating against black hip-hop artists and illegally circulating a banned list.

Tacopina says the properties are treating the rappers like dogs, and acting like it's the days of Tupac and Biggie all over again.

He adds that the video of Meek being denied and threatened is all the proof needed to show there's something seriously messed up going on in Sin City.

Meek Mill will file a lawsuit this week against the Cosmopolitan hotel in Vegas for ordering him to leave the grounds and threatening him with arrest, and his lawyer vows to destroy the hotel for its actions.

Meek's celeb lawyer, Joe Tacopina, tells TMZ, he will ask for "heavy monetary damages" for "lying and humiliating Meek," adding, "I'm going to take this place down because of what they did."

Tacopina claims there's a list of black rappers who are persona non grata at a group of Vegas hotels. Cosmo denies it excludes anyone because of race, but Tacopina tells us he's already identified 2 other rappers -- Yo Gotti and BlocBoy JB -- who claim other Vegas hotels have denied them because they're black rappers.

TMZ broke the story, Meek and his crew were going to see DJ Mustard Saturday at the Marquee Nightclub at the hotel but they were met by security as they pulled up and were ordered to leave, and if they got out of the car they'd be arrested for trespassing.

The hotel tells TMZ, they do not discriminate against anyone ... They wouldn't let Meek in because Marquee was at capacity and they had told him that before he left for the hotel. There are problems with the hotel's story. First, you hear a security guard in the video say they denied him because of a prior incident. Meek seemed baffled and repeatedly asked for specifics, but the hotel security guy wouldn't say.

There's also this ... Meek asked if he could go inside the hotel to get something to eat, but he was still denied. Presumably, the restaurants were not at capacity.

TMZ broke the story ... Tacopina fired off a letter to the Cosmo just after the incident demanding an apology and entrance to the club, but the hotel didn't respond. Tacopina says it's now game on.

Tacopina claims the Cosmo is scrambling now, coming up with 2 different versions of events, both of which he says are lies -- that Meek was involved in a prior incident, and he was denied because the club was at capacity.

Tacopina says, "Show us one other incident where a white individual was denied hotel club access or access to the grounds because Marquee was full?"

The lawsuit will allege racial discrimination under state and federal law as well as defamation.

Tiger Woods didn't exactly have a poker face Friday night at his Vegas charity game.

Tiger and Russell Westbrook yukked it up during a game at the Whiskey Down saloon at the MGM Grand as onlookers gawked at the famous players.

Tiger organized the event -- called the Tiger Jam Experience -- for the TGR Foundation, which raises money for college access and educational opportunities for underserved students in the U.S. There's also a concert and a post-party and, of course, golf at Shadow Creek.

The legendary golfer has had his highs and lows in the last month. He won the Masters in epic form, he got the Presidential Medal of Freedom, but he's also being sued by the family of 24-year-old Nicholas Immesberger, an employee at his Jupiter, Florida who got extremely drunk after his shift ended and died after crashing his car.

Some good news, bad news on the Ric Flair health front ...

The good news is we're being told he's in good spirits and confident he'll be okay after he undergoes surgery following a medical emergency last week. The surgery is expected to take place Monday.

The bad news is Flair is officially pulling out of the May 24 celebrity roast he was supposed to attend in Las Vegas.

Flair was supposed to be the guest of honor at "The Roast of Ric Flair" at Caesars Palace ... where some huge wrestling stars and comedians were planning on blasting the guy with some friendly fire on the night before AEW's first pay-per-view event.

But, a spokesperson for Flair tells us ... unfortunately, Ric won't be healthy enough by Friday evening to make the trip from Atlanta to Vegas.

We're told a bunch of Ric's famous friends have been calling the WWE legend to check in -- including Offset -- and Flair has been cracking jokes and being his usual friendly self.

Janet Jackson is loved in Las Vegas .... and that couldn't be clearer from the opening night of her residency.

Janet performed Friday night to a packed house at the Park Theater at the MGM. The show is part of her tour -- "Metamorphosis."

Her set list is awesome -- "Nasty," "Escapade," "Miss You Much," "Free Xone." "Throb," "All Nite (Don't Stop) You," "Trust A Try," "Rock With U," "When We Ooo," "That's the Way Love Goes," "I Get Lonely," "Any Time Any Place," "Would You Mind," "Moist, Someone to Call My Lover," "When I Think of You," "All For You," "If," "Rhythm Nation," "Made For Now," "Scream" and "Together Again."

Britney Spears is not going back to Vegas for another residency ... not in the near future, and maybe never, TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Britney is not in mental or physical shape to resume rehearsals for the series of shows, which were supposed to kick off back in February.

Britney's longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, tells TMZ, "As the person who guides her career -- based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis -- from what I have gathered it's clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again."

Rudolph is not involved in Britney's conservatorship -- never has been -- and he is only given medical information that directly impacts Britney's career. He says Britney was 2/3 of the way through rehearsals for the reboot when her dad got ill late last year.

As Rudolph put it, "It was the perfect storm. We had to pull her show because her meds stopped working and she was distraught over her dad's illness." The residency, which was supposed to kick off February 13, was put on ice.

Rudolph tells us it's always been up to Britney when she wanted to work and when she didn't. He said, "Last summer, when she wanted to tour, she called me every day. She was excited. She hasn't called me in months. Crickets. She clearly doesn't want to perform now."

As for the future, Rudolph says, "I don't want her to work again 'till she's ready, physically, mentally and passionately. If that time never comes again it will never come again. I have no desire or ability to make her work again. I am only here for her when she wants to work. And, if she ever does want to work again, I'm here to tell her if it's a good idea or a bad idea."

Nelly had to hit pause on his show in Las Vegas after one of his fans did something that totally messed with his flow ... untied his shoe!!!

We just got this wild video from inside Nelly's Thursday night gig at Drai's Beachclub ... and you see him cut the music and go on a long rant after someone in the crowd reached onstage and tugged on his shoelaces!!!

Check out the clip ... Nelly was NOT having it. He paused the show for a few minutes, ranting about being too grown to have people untying his kicks, and ripping an overzealous fan for getting too close for comfort.

Fortunately, Shoelacegate didn't derail the whole show ... folks at the club tell us Nelly got back to rapping after addressing the crowd.

So, if you're trying to grab Nelly's attention the next time you're at one of his shows ... stay away from his footwear.

"Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino needs a scooter to get around ... because he's nursing a severely sprained ankle that could throw a wrench in his new Chippendales gig.

We've just obtained video of Vinny cruising down the Las Vegas strip in a scooter ... and you can clearly see a huge black boot over his right foot. We're told Vinny recently suffered a really bad ankle sprain during rehearsals for Chippendales.

Vinny's scheduled to perform with Chippendales every weekend through the end of the month ... so a sprained ankle could seriously affect his new line of work. Anyone who's been to Chippendales knows the hunks put their bodies to the test to put on a good show.

But, Vinny's Jersey tough ... we're told he's been pushing through his injury, and he rides the scooter and slips on the walking boot during the week to keep his bum ankle from getting worse.

Topless saxophone, drunk push-ups, booze chuggin' with his bro ... yeah, retirement is going GREAT for Rob Gronkowski!!

The future Hall of Famer turned all the way up at the JEMAA, The NoMad Pool Party at the Park MGM over the weekend ... where Gronk decided to put a full SHOW on for the crowd.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas exchanged ring pops as wedding bands when they got hitched in Vegas ... and now the wrapper from Sophie's sweet bling is up for auction.

Jesse Grice, the Reverend Elvis who officiated the wedding, tells TMZ he found the wrapper from Sophie's ring pop and he's already posted it on eBay, and the bidding starts at ... a whopping 10 bucks!

The eBay listing is hilarious ... the description reads, "Joe Jonas ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC REAL WEDDING RING WRAPPER used by him in Las Vegas." We think it's decent condition too ... based on this -- "wrapper is in very good but slightly used wrapper on foil like material."

Jesse tells us he'll take whatever he can get for the one-of-a-kind piece of Sophie and Joe memorabilia ... but he's holding out hope the bidding reaches $1,000.

As you know ... Joe and Sophie tied the knot at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas Wednesday night after the Billboard Music Awards. Nick and Kevin Jonas were Joe's groomsmen, Diplo and Khalid were celeb witnesses and country duo Dan + Shay sang Sophie down the aisle.

Joe and Sophie's nuptials were good for biz ... Jesse tells us the chapel's already seen an influx of tourists coming to take pics.

Arcangel, the huge Latin pop star, just got arrested in Las Vegas after cops say he was caught on camera kicking the crap out of another person.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Arcangel got into an argument with someone outside the Bound Bar just off the Vegas strip around 3:30 AM Thursday, and it quickly turned violent. We're told surveillance footage shows the singer delivering a brutal side kick to the hip of the other person. The kick was so violent, it sent the alleged victim flying into a wall.

Arcangel, whose real name is Austin Agustin Santos, was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and remains in custody. We reached out to reps for the singer ... so far, no word back.

There's no good time to get arrested, but this is really bad for Arcangel, who was scheduled to perform Thursday night in Las Vegas at the Latin Billboard Awards.

Something about "Purple Rain" speaks to Nicolas Cage's soul, because he hit up the same karaoke bar twice in 3 nights for 2 emotional renditions of Prince's hit ... which is now Nic's anthem.

We got this new vid of him pouring it all out on stage at what's clearly his favorite joint in L.A.'s Koreatown, and this time around it's way more over-the-top, angry and demonstrative than the first clip we got earlier this week.

This performance went down last Friday, and you see Nic pacing around the room during what we'll graciously call ... his impassioned delivery of Prince's classic. We gotta say, he really went ALL out this time -- especially compared to his Sunday night gig.

Seems he toned it down a bit for the encore, but ya can't blame the guy for pouring his heart into the microphone ... he's going through some stuff. As we told you, Nicolas is trying to annul his recent quickie marriage of 4 days.

Some people pay $200/hr for a psychologist -- Nic prefers free karaoke therapy. Well, plus the cost of drinks, we're presuming.

Nic quickly soured on his new wife, Erika Koike, and filed for an annulment. He says they were bombed when they got hitched in Vegas and it was just the spur of the moment. There were signs the union was doomed ... Nic and Erika were fighting before AND after they tied the knot.

Erika sees it another way ... she claims their marriage still counts and she wants his spousal support.

Nicolas Cage had something he clearly wanted to get off his chest when he hit up a karaoke bar ... because his rendition of "Purple Rain" was ... emotional.

Nic was at a joint Sunday in L.A.'s Koreatown when he tried his hand and vocal cords on the classic Prince song, and we're guessing the performance was fueled by his desire to annul his recent marriage of 4 days.

As we've reported ... Nic got sick and tired of his new wife, Erika Koike and filed for an annulment. He says they were wasted when they tied the knot in Vegas, and acted on impulse. There were signs it wasn't going to end well ... they got into a heated argument before walking down the aisle.

Erika doesn't see it that way ... she says the marriage was legit, she claims Nic asked her to come back to him, and she wants spousal support.

As for "Purple Rain" ... Prince once broke it down like this, "Purple rain pertains to the end of the world and being with the one you love and letting your faith/God guide you through the purple rain.”

The ride is a whopping 26-feet long with 2 extra wheels for a 6x6 conversion -- 4x4s are for losers -- and a TRAIN HORN. Move bitch, get out the way!!!

The interior is giving us all the EDM feels ... with Marshmello opting for a Rolls-Royce Starlight Ceiling with 20 types of LED lights to keep the party going. In a super baller move, he got his name engraved in the headrests.

Everyone's gonna know who's behind the wheel ... the truck is covered in Marshmello logos on the doors and bumper. And, we gotta say, we're feeling the custom body flares and matte green wrap.

Marshmello hit up Mano and Vik at RDB LA for the custom job -- the music icon and his manager, Moe Shalizi, go way back with the shop owners and trust their work -- and the entire remodel took months to complete and cost $500,000!!!

As you can see ... it's a major upgrade from the Ford's $35k to $50k stock price.

7:05 AM PT -- We just got Nic's annulment docs, and they are really something. He says he and Erika were wasted when they decided to get hitched. Nic says, "[Erika] suggested to [Nic] that they should marry, [Nic] reacted on impulse and without the ability to recognize or understand the full impact of his actions."

He goes on to say the marriage was a fraud because she didn't disclose "the full nature and extent of her relationship with another person." He also says she didn't disclose her criminal history.

And, he justifies the annulment by saying they had "such conflict in personalities and dispositions that are so deep as to render the two incompatible in marriage."

3/29 6:30 AM PT -- We got photos of Nic and Erika Saturday night -- hours after they got married -- leaving the Bellagio hotel, and clearly not happy with each other. Eyewitnesses say she was yelling at him.

And, just before they got married they were also in a heated argument.

Nicolas Cage and Erika Koike got married 4 days ago ... and he's already sick and tired of the union because he's filed for an annulment ... according to court records obtained by TMZ.

Nic and Erika tied the knot Saturday in Las Vegas, the very same day they applied for a marriage license. It sounded impulsive at the time, and turns out it was, because Wednesday Nic went back to court and asked a judge for an order making it so the marriage never happened.

Nic and Erika have been together since April 2018. He's been married 3 previous times to Alice Kim, Lisa Marie Presley and Patricia Arquette.

We thought something was up a few days ago after a video surfaced showing them at the courthouse where they got the marriage license. You see Nic -- who may have had a drink or 2 -- suggest Erika was after his loot.

Congrats, and we're really sorry.

Nicolas Cage is ready for wife #4 ... he's asking the state of Nevada to greenlight a marriage to his GF ... in Las Vegas, no less.

According to court record, Nic applied Saturday for a marriage license in Clark County, and he listed his new-ish girlfriend, Erika Koike, as the second party. Nic lives in Sin City, BTW ... and his marriage license is valid for one year from the time it's approved.

Nick and Erika have been together since April 2018. They were seen hanging out in Puerto Rico at the time while Nic filmed a new movie -- although, not much more is known about his potential bride-to-be. She appears to be a makeup artist with at least one credit on IMDb.

They've been seen out together in public since then as well, including hitting the town together in Bev Hills last May.

If Nic pulls the trigger and ties the knot with Erika, it'll be his fourth marriage in just under 25 years. He's previously been married to Alice Kim, Lisa Marie Presley and Patricia Arquette.

Interestingly enough ... Nic's got a couple of Vegas flicks under his belt, and one of them kinda fits this real-life story almost perfectly.
