Everything's coming up smiles for Beyonce and her 1-year-old babies.

Bey gave the world a really good look at the twins, Sir and Rumi, with a super happy pic. Jay-Z and Beyonce kicked off the U.S. leg of their On the Run II Tour in Cleveland Wednesday night, but based on what they're wearing ... this looks like a shot from their mega yacht last week.

The twins, who turned one last month, don't get nearly as much camera time as their big sis, Blue Ivy ... but, Mom obviously wanted to let 'em have their shine.

Danielle Bregoli, aka Bhad Bhabie, is sending a clear message to anyone out there older and stalking the 15-year-old rapper in her new music video ... which is be careful or you might end up on the chopping block.

Bregoli's "Trust Me" video featuring Ty Dolla $ign dropped Thursday and it plays out like an episode of "To Catch a Predator" meets "Dexter." The storyline is pretty insane ... Bhabie gets catfished by an older sexual predator, played by comedian Theo Von, who she then turns the tables on with a decoy. Bella Thorne makes a cameo as the decoy.

Jenelle Evans keeping a loaded gun in her car -- in reach of her children -- proves she's not using sound judgment as a parent and doesn't deserve to have custody ... so says her ex and 2nd baby daddy.

We spoke with Nathan Griffith -- who shares 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- and he tells us he's incredibly concerned for his kid's safety in light of Jenelle's recently aired road rage incident on "Teen Mom 2."

He believes the video shows her kids are being raised in an unstable and hostile environment ... so his fight to get custody of Kaiser is well justified.

There's also this ... Nathan actually sides with Jenelle's husband, David Eason, who berated her for following someone home and confronting them. Nathan says it could've turned into a bloodbath, which is true ... 'cause the other driver told us he was armed.

The next generation of the Big Baller Brand empire has arrived -- Lonzo Ball's girlfriend has given birth to a baby girl, TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story back in February ... the 20-year-old Zo and his high school sweetheart, Denise Garcia, were expecting a baby baller of their own.

A family rep confirms Zoey Christina Ball was born on Sunday. We're told the baby girl is as happy and healthy as can be.

Lonzo and Denise started dating back when they were kids in Chino Hills.

Mark Henry's a wrestling AND power lifting legend ... but he ain't even the best athlete in his own house anymore -- 'cause his 2 young kids are dominating youth sports.

TMZ Sports talked to Mark about his 12-year-old son, Jacob, and 8-year-old daughter, Joanna ... who both qualified for the Junior Olympics.

FYI -- Mark's a 2-time Olympian who also placed 1st at the Pan-Am Games and Arnold Strongman Classic back in the day -- and just about every other power lifting event that existed.

It's his kids who are killin' it now.

"My son Jacob qualified in the shot put and the discus. He's one of the top 20 throwers in the country. He's working his way up. He's only 12. But he wants to be great. I told him don't follow my path, create your own."

And his daughter ... she's a track star who went to the Junior Olympics 2 years ago, and also qualified this year.

1st place and gold medals are cool ... but Henry says the most important thing is school -- and his kids are takin' care of biz in the classroom.

In fact, there's really only one reason he wants them in sports ... "I want to spend they scholarship money. Their college funds. If they go to school for free, that's more money for me and my wife to go to the Caymans."

Sarah Palin's proud as heck of her daughter, Bristol, joining the cast of "Teen Mom OG" ... and doesn't rule out making an appearance or 2 herself.

We got the former Vice Presidential candidate at LAX Friday and asked about her family getting back into the reality TV biz. She tells us her daughter's going to be perfect for the show, because she has a great message ... and a good forum to tell her story now.

Palin makes it pretty clear she's not the biggest 'Teem Mom' fan, but that doesn't mean she's against being part of the show ... if Bristol needs her. And, unlike Farrah Abraham, she doesn't seem too concerned about any political bias.

For Jay-Z and Beyonce ... the best kinda family time is maritime, and even their 1-year-old twins are already soaking up the luxury yacht lifestyle in Italy.

The folks who produce 'Teen Mom' know what sells ... because TMZ has learned Bristol Palin is joining "Teen Mom OG."

Production sources tell us, Sarah Palin's daughter has signed on as a regular on the show. It appears she's helping to fill the void left by another famous cast member -- Farrah Abraham -- who was fired for being way too difficult. She disputes that, and says she got the axe because she was a porn star.

As you know, Bristol -- now 27 -- has 3 kids and was famously engaged to Levi Johnston. She eventually married Dakota Meyer, whom she's in the process of divorcing. She was 17 when her first kid, Tripp, was born.

Bristol will join cast members Amber Portwood, McKenzie McKee, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell.

The season fires up on MTV this Fall.

Russell Wilson and Ciara are pocketing their babysitter dough tonight -- no need for one when you have to attend a Hollywood event that's actually for the kids.

Being onstage with Chris Brown was too much for one young kid who went down like a ton of bricks during the singer's performance.

Chris performed at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ Wednesday night. He had a kid come up onstage with him and was in the middle of his track, "Loyal," when the kid all of a sudden fainted. Thankfully, the kid wasn't too big for CB to scoop him up and hand him back to someone in the crowd ... hopefully a responsible parent or guardian.

It was a strange moment, for sure. Chris posted the video and said he was "scared for a second."

While the Gisele's away, the Bradys will play ... beach soccer, and superdad Tom Brady clearly doesn't care what you say about his dad bod.

Tom and fam are still down in Costa Rica for their annual offseason vacay, but Gisele's actually getting some work done too. While she was doing a photo shoot, Tom was at the beach with his 3 kids.

There was a little ocean swimming, a little futbol and Tom swinging little Vivian around -- y'know, typical OTA-type stuff for the Patriots G.O.A.T.

We spoke to Khloe's trainer, Don Brooks -- aka Don-A-Matrix -- who tells TMZ ... Khloe's success to sweating away 33 pounds has everything to do with True's mere presence near the end of her workouts when she needs an extra boost. Seriously.

Can't knock the scheme when it's obviously working wonders on Khloe. Sure, Don's innovative workouts coupled with two-a-days have done their magic ... but it's crystal clear Khloe draws tons of inspiration from her cute, 3-month-old daughter.

Nickelodeon is rebooting "Rugrats" for a new generation of kids, and it sounds like the woman who played Angelica Pickles for years is coming back as well.

We spoke with voice actor Cheryl Chase -- who voiced Angelica for over 9 seasons -- not long after Nick announced the baby gang was being brought back for a new 26-episode season as well as a CGI movie.

Cheryl says she's obviously down to reprise her role and, appropriately ... Nickelodeon has already reached out to her to say they'll be in touch very soon. The show is reportedly still in the early stages of development, and a cast has yet to be confirmed.

T.I. says the $225k whip he got his wife, Tiny, for her 43rd birthday is just one item on a long list of things he's gifted her over the years, but she's given him the best gift back.

T.I. was in the Big Apple Monday and we asked about the Mercedes-Benz S550 he had customized in less than 24 hours for his wife, but T.I. didn't feel like talking specifics.

In fact, doesn't sound like T.I. is keeping track of all the gifts he's gotten his gal of 17 years ... instead, he says he's more worried about her reaction.

A pap ran into Khlo and Tristan Thompson leaving a lunch date Monday at Joey in Woodland Hills, where she gave a quick update on her baby girl, True Thompson.

The camera guy asks if the kid's growing up, and you gotta hear Khloe's response ... classic mom line.

Cardi B's baby girl won't make her public debut if her mama gets her way because, despite a flood of offers from media outlets ... she's keeping Kulture under wraps.

Sources close to Cardi tell TMZ ... multiple magazines, websites and photo agencies have reached out with offers for Kulture's first photo shoot. We're told the offers have been in the $100k neighborhood or higher.

Cardi and Offset have no desire to make a deal ... yet. We're told they won't even consider it until their daughter's at least 5 or 6 months old.
