Robert Schimmel's widow is mishandling money from the late comedian's estate ... according to Schimmel's daughter who's accusing her of cheating the children out of their inheritance.

Schimmel -- who had 5 kids -- was in the middle of a divorce from his 2nd wife, Melissa, when he was killed in a car accident in 2010.

His daughter Jessica Katz fired off a letter to Melissa's attorney ... accusing Melissa of failing to pay his children money owed to them. The letter's not long on details, but she claims at least 2 of the kids are owed $25,000 each.

Jessica wants Melissa to no longer have control of the estate purse strings.

Warren Sapp better get on his knees and PRAY for Peyton Manning to have the game of his life, 'cause the guy who declared BANKRUPTCY in 2012 just made a $100,000 bet with Rick Ross that the Broncos will win the Super Bowl ... and TMZ Sports has the video proof.

It all went down at the Hudson Hotel in NYC ... when the Hall of Famer made the bet with Rick in front of a ton of people. They also tweeted about the wager, so neither side can try to Aaron Rodgers their way out of this one.

As for the $100k wager -- it's PRETTY DAMN SHOCKING considering Warren has serious financial issues. It was just back in 2012 that he filed for BANKRUPTCY ... and due to his brokeness, Warren's giant collection of Nike shoes were auctioned off in Sept. 2013.

As for Rick, the guy just bought the biggest house in Georgia ... so, we're guessing he can afford it.

Maybe Sapp knows a little something about the game that we don't.

Tyrese Gibson claims his baby mama is using Paul Walker's death to shame him in their child custody war ... TMZ has learned.

Norma Gibson filed court docs claiming Tyrese is a bad dad, who should have stayed in L.A. to spend time with their 6-year-old daughter after Paul Walker's death ... because he had time on his hands since "Fast & Furious 7" was put on hold.

Norma says Tyrese blew off his little girl, choosing instead to go "gallivanting throughout Dubai ... staying in expensive hotels ... partying on yachts, sky-diving with other movie stars, driving expensive cars, and making special appearances in night clubs."

But sources close to Tyrese say he's indignant Norma is using Paul ... and he went to Dubai on business. He had 4 gigs and he needed the money -- ironically to pay the child support Norma was demanding.

The man who stole Kim Kardashian's identity and tried to transfer thousands of dollars from her bank accounts has been sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison ... TMZ has learned.

Luis Flores, Jr. gained access to Kim's personal information, including credit card and social security numbers and then changed some of her accounts to his personal accounts.

Flores also victimized Kris Jenner. Flores was able to get a total of $71K transferred from Jenner's account to his, but it's unclear how much he got from Kim.

Flores ordered replacement cards to his address, and that's how he was nabbed.

Kanye West will NOT be prosecuted for beating up a guy in the waiting room of a Beverely Hills chiropractor ... TMZ has learned.

The L.A. County D.A. has REJECTED the case. As for why ... the D.A. gave several reasons:

-- A civil compromise has been reached. TMZ broke the story, Kanye agreed to pay more than $250,000 to the 18-year-old.

-- The victim was not hurt. The D.A. says "No significant injuries were documented."

-- The victim became uncooperative after the civil compromise, and would not speak with prosecutors.

The conclusion of the D.A. ... "Prosecution is accordingly declined due to Victim unavailability."

Seattle Seahawks legend Walter Jones just SLASHED the asking price for his Alabama mansion ... and it's the perfect spot for a serious fan looking to play more than just fantasy football.

The 9-time Pro Bowler bought the 8 bed, 9 bath, 13,450 square foot pad back in 2005 ... and first tried selling the place for $3.5 million back in 2011 -- but now he's knocked half a mil of the price.

The house is an athlete's dream palace -- there's a full football field (with NFL sized FG posts) ... a basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, workout room ... and a detached "sports house."

Non-sports nuts will have to settle for a home movie theater, game room, spa-bath ... and an ELEVATOR.

Jones is considered a shoe-in when the new Hall of Fame inductees are announced tomorrow ... so the 'bama spread could be a legit piece of NFL history.

Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City are in a dog fight over their hit track "Good Time" -- battling another artist who claims they ripped her off ... and now we've learned more than $800,000 hangs in the balance.

Singer Ally Burnett sued Carly, Owl City, their label, publishing company and others ... for copyright infringement back in 2012, claiming "Good Time" copied her song "Ah, It's a Love Song."

In return Ally agreed to drop her suit against the company.

That chunk o' change will sit in the account until the case is resolved.

TMZ mistakenly posted earlier that Ally won the loot -- but in fact, no one's won it yet.

"Ghost Adventures" host Zak Bagans has taken on his most terrifying project yet -- he just bought a house in Indiana ... believed to be the site of one of the most terrifying demonic possessions ever ... a rumored "portal to hell."

The house rose to fame in 2012 ... after a mother who lived there reported her 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son had been possessed. Shockingly, there are even docs from child protective services that back up her claims.

Among the many scary incidents ... the mother says she witnessed her daughter levitating above her bed.

She also said she saw her son walking on their ceiling ... an account corroborated by several other witnesses. The mother did everything she could to de-demonize the house -- including building an altar and hiring an exorcist -- but nothing worked and she eventually moved.

Zak tells us, he caught wind of the horrifying tale and made an offer to purchase the home for $35,000 -- the owner was all too willing to sell.

The photo shown above is an actual police photo of the house ... and it's hard to miss what looks like an apparition in the window.

Zak says he's going to live there and document his experience -- "If it's true this home is a portal to hell, then I want to go there and see what happens."

Akon does not have Pitbull on a short leash, and never promised the rapper would perform for an Egyptian singer's music video ... this according to new legal docs filed by Akon.

TMZ broke the story ... Tamer Hosny sued Akon, claiming he paid the music mogul $300,000 for Akon and Pitbull to guest on his song "Arabian Knight" -- and ALSO star in the music video.

Tamer claims Akon failed to produce Pitbull for the video -- which ultimately torpedoed the whole shoot.

Now Akon's firing back, insisting he's not Pitbull's agent ... so he could NOT and did NOT tell Tamer Pitbull would show up. He also claims Tamer only paid him $145,000 ... not $300,000.

With a federal investigation underway into allegations the Oakland Raiders grossly underpaid their cheerleaders ... the Raiderettes are finally getting a shot at a fair income .... thanks to Penthouse.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the legendary nudie mag has reached out to the squad in the hopes of hiring some of the women for a "tasteful pictorial in the magazine."

As we previously reported, one of the Raiderettes has already filed a lawsuit against the team claiming she made less than $5-per-hour ... way less than the state mandated minimum wage. And the U.S. Dept. of Labor is investigating the team.

Sources connected to the situation tell us ... Penthouse is prepared to make a "significant offer" to the women if they're interested in showing a little skin. We're told the mag isn't pushing for full nudity.

In a letter sent to the team squad, Penthouse says ... "You can even wear your silver and black ... or not."

So far, unclear if any of the Raiderettes are game.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Farrior just bought one SICK place to spend his retirement years ... a $3.8 million mansion in Houston, TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources tell us ... 39-year-old Farrior -- who made at least $35 million during his 14-year NFL career -- locked up a 10,332 square foot palace right next to a golf course.

The mansion comes with 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, an enormous wine cellar, game room, study ... and (of course) an awesome built-in movie theater.

There's also a sweet outdoor loggia -- which is an open air facade of the house that features its own fireplaces (one of four on the property).

Lindsay Lohan has no problem collecting a paycheck from convicted cocaine smugglers ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us ... it's inconceivable that she'd bail out of the film, "Inconceivable" ... despite reports the money men -- who've backed several Hollywood movies, including "Lone Survivor" with Mark Wahlberg -- were convicted of coke trafficking.

L.A. Weekly reported the men -- Remington Chase and Stepan Martirosyan -- were convicted in 1993. There were even allegations they put a hit out on a guy in Moscow.

Our Lindsay source tells us ... she was in the dark about the guys until recently ... but she's never run from coke before ... so she's doing the movie -- period.

Here's her thinking -- film financing is a business matter and of no concern to an actor.

Jon Cryer proved his ex-wife was delusional when she claimed he made $2 million a month from "Two and a Half Men." Fact is ... he made way less than half that amount.

Jon submitted legal docs objecting to Sarah Trigger's petition to up her child support from $8,000 to $88,000 a month ... arguing the kid was humiliated at his fancy private school because he couldn't keep up with the Kardashians.

The judge shut Sarah down ... in part because Jon submitted an income declaration showing he earns $758,449 a month -- $600K is from the show, and the rest is from investments and such.

And this is interesting. Jon also listed his expenses. He shells out $7,700 in entertainment, $3,800 in car expenses, $1,000 in groceries, $3,300 for child care and $4,000 for tuition ... and those are MONTHLY expenses. $4 grand a month for tuition ... sheesh.

Now get this ... Jon doesn't eat out a lot. Total monthly expense -- $44.

The Oakland Raiders are now the target of a federal investigation into allegations the team pays its cheerleading squad members FAR LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE.

The U.S. Dept. of Labor has confirmed it's looking into the team ... just days after a Raiderette named Lacy T. filed a lawsuit saying she gets paid less than $5-an-hour to shake her pom-poms.

A rep for the Labor Dept. says it's looking into the "entire cheerleading squad" ... and not just the claims made by Lacy.

In her lawsuit, Lacy claimed each Raiderette only makes $1,250 per season -- and job requires not only working all 10 home games, but attending rehearsals, charity events, fan events and posing for a swimsuit calendar.

Lindsay Lohan claims half of her $75K coat went missing at a New York nightclub ... and it's the SAME club where she walked out with someone else's hugely expensive coat 6 years before.

We've learned Lindsay was partying at 1Oak Wednesday night. She says she went in with a $75,000 2 piece fur coat.

Lindsay claims she walked out with only one of the 2 pieces on ... and when she realized she left the other half inside she went back but it was nowhere to be seen.

We're told Lindsay called almost everyone who was at her table ... to see if anyone had walked off with the half-a-coat or knew its whereabouts.

Sources tell us ... Lindsay claims the only person who she hasn't been able to contact is a Seahawks player ... who she says was at her table.

As for the prior incident ... you may recall Lindsay was at 1Oak in 2008 when she walked out with someone's $12,000 mink coat. The owner sued Lindsay.

The high-end, coke-fueled prostitution ring that was just busted on the high heels of Super Bowl weekend was comprised of a small army of Asian hookers ... who take credit cards.

NY officials say the prostitutes had their eyes set on Seahawks and Broncos fans who were coming in for the game.

Officials say the ring made millions, with the help of pimps who fronted phony businesses to funnel the sex profits. The businesses included wig shops, a beauty supply store and a limo company.

Johns were paying up to $10K a night for hookers and blow. The customers would do drugs and become impaired ... and the girls would then figure out ways of fleecing them by charging even more.

All of the women nailed -- in what NYPD calls Operation Shade of Beige -- are Asian, and used Korean code words to mask the drug deal. One code name for coke -- Soojaebi ... a Korean noodle and vegetable soup.
