Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Sell Bel-Air Mansion for Huge Profit

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sold their Bel-Air mansion and are in the process of pocketing a fortune ... TMZ has learned.

We're told they sold the 1-acre property for $17.8 million. Kim and Kanye bought the property in 2013 for $9 million. The sale stands as the most expensive sale ever in the exclusive Bel-Air Crest community.

When Kim and Kanye bought the property, they took the house down to the studs and rebuilt it as a modern, minimalist home. It's unclear how much they spent, but it was definitely in the millions.

The house is 10,000 square feet. The buyer is a Ukrainian philanthropist named Marina Acton who is based in Silicon Valley. She's pursuing her music career and is moving to L.A. She says she found the house "creative and inspiring."

The Altman Brothers, Matt and Josh from Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' represented both sides in the deal.

Escrow closed 4 days ago.

Kim and Kanye are moving into their Hidden Hills home they have been renovating for several years.

Johnny Depp Could Lose Homes to Repay $5 Mil Loan

Published | Updated

Johnny Depp could see 5 homes vanish from his portfolio as his ex-business managers try to get him to pay back a massive loan.

The Management Group filed docs Monday to force a sale of Depp's properties -- all of which are in L.A. -- in order to cover the $5 million TMG says it gave the actor in December 2012.

In the docs, TMG says it agreed to bail out Johnny when he owed that huge chunk of change to City National Bank ... thereby saving him from an embarrassing financial collapse. TMG says the 5 houses were collateral for the loan, and since he's stopped paying ... they want the properties.

Depp's beef with TMG started in June when he sued the company claiming it mishandled his money, and took out loans in his name ... to the tune of $40 mil.

As for the foreclosure -- first reported by Deadline -- a judge still has to sign off before TMG can give Johnny the boot.

Richard Simmons That'll Be $220k, Thank You ... Say Enquirer Lawyers

Published | Updated

Richard Simmons just got the tab for the National Enquirer lawsuit -- which he lost -- and it could set him back well over $200,000 ... TMZ has learned.

National Enquirer, and its parent company American Media, just filed docs detailing how much their attorneys charged for the defamation case, and they say the grand total exceeds $221,888 ... as of October 29.

You'll recall, Richard sued the tabloid, claiming it defamed him with a story saying he was transitioning to becoming a woman. When the court ruled in favor of the Enquirer ... Richard was ordered to pay their attorney's fees.

The highest bill for one lawyer was just under $50k for services rendered over 95 hours. The lowest tab was $600 to a paralegal who put in 2 hours of work. Not too shabby.

Of course, he also has to pay HIS attorneys. We broke the story, Richard plans to appeal ... which will cost him even more dough.

Pamela Bach David Can't Cut Me Off 55-Year-Old Actresses Can't Find Work

Published | Updated

David Hasselhoff's ex-wife has clapped back at his claim she needs to get a job ... she says it's tough when you're a 55-year-old actress.

Pamela Bach has just responded to David's petition to cut her off from spousal support. He's currently paying her $10k a month but claims she's perfectly capable of finding work and supporting herself.

Pamela says in new legal docs ... she's made "good faith and reasonable efforts" to land work as an actress but, given her age, "the current market for actresses" and the time she's been a homemaker ... it's been next to impossible.

She says she did find some work ... notably on "Celebrity Big Brother," but that's it.

Pamela also says it's a travesty to cut her off, claiming David makes around $1 million a year. She says she spent her prime earning years taking care of their home and raising their 2 daughters so David could pursue his career.

In the docs, she adds David never forked over a $1 million payment to balance their separation of assets when they divorced. She says he got a boat, jetskis, 2 trusts with a lot of assets and their home -- while essentially all she got was $325,000 out of the house.

Sweet Stacks owner Dejenia tells us Brown's crew reached out to her via direct message on Instagram 24 hours before the party and she spent the next 22 hours crafting it.

COME ON, MAN

R. Kelly is the Houdini of street charity ... at least according to the homeless guy who claims Kelly pulled a fast one with a hundo -- but our video might prove otherwise.

Kellz was leaving State Social House Wednesday night in WeHo, and had a friendly run-in with a homeless man. He clearly hands him some dough, and the guy is clearly excited about the sum. The question ... what exactly did he hand him?

Our photog thought it was a $100 bill. The guy's face screams Benjamin too! The confusion came when we asked about the donation. The homeless dude confirms Kelly gave him something, but hilariously disses the singer at the same time.

Our best guess is the guy's trying to keep his $100 on the DL, but watch and decide for yourself.

Tyrese looks like he's having a mental breakdown and his friends are worried sick, but the actor tells us his behavior is that of a desperate father who has been bled dry by an angry ex-wife.

Tyrese has posted a gut-wrenching, almost hysterical video where he dissolves into tears at times and other times shows bursts of anger. He tells TMZ he is no different than an everyday Joe in Chicago who is fighting for his child.

He vehemently denies physically abusing 10-year-old Shayla and strongly believes Norma Gibson is motivated by spite and is making up claims to drive a wedge between father and daughter.

Tyrese also says he's going broke defending himself in court, paying huge legal bills. He says that's why he's so angry at The Rock, who's doing a spinoff of 'Fast & Furious' that is delaying the 9th installment of the franchise by a year. Tyrese says he desperately needs the paycheck.

The actor says Norma's claims have made him virtually unemployable ... essentially ruining his life, but he's determined to fight on so he can regain some form of custody.
