Taylor Swift All Walled Up Paparazzi Proofing Historic Mansion
Taylor Swift's literally putting up walls all around her, turning an historic landmark home into her own personal fortress that will be impenetrable to cameras -- if all goes according to her plan.
Taylor obtained permits to block visibility to her Beverly Hills mansion ... including putting up a 6.5 ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7 ft high retaining wall by her tennis court. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate -- emphasis on "up."
Normally, this would be no big deal, but Taylor's crib -- purchased in 2015 -- was designated a historic landmark by the city of Beverly Hills. That means she gets a HUGE tax break, but it also means she has to jump through hoops to make the slightest alteration.
Phil Saveni, president of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, tells us Tay Tay's changes are all good though because the walls won't "impact the integrity" of the home.
Translation: It's full steam ahead at Chateau Swift!

Ric Flair Manager Lashes Back You're a Despicable Liar
Ric Flair's management company says the wrestling legend is lying through his teeth in his lawsuit -- claiming allegations they stole his "30 for 30" money are "blatant lies."
TMZ Sports broke the story ... Flair sued Legacy Talent claiming they hid a fortune in payments he was supposed to get from several projects -- including $25k for the recent ESPN documentary on his life.
But Legacy says Flair's allegations are "baseless and defamatory" -- and they're respectfully BLASTING the guy in a statement to TMZ Sports.
"Ric Flair has always been known to be dramatic and looking desperately for the spotlight. That's fine as a wrestler but it is despicable when he blatantly lies," Legacy says.
"As anyone who read [the Ric Flair Grantland article] knows, Ric has always left a trail of destruction in his wake whether it be from his ex wives, the IRS, creditors, or from his former business partners and friends... the debris is everywhere.
"Our client wishes Flair nothing but the best and is sad that things have come to this after over a decade of hard work and incredible results for their client."
As for the explanation for the finances ... Legacy says:
"Our client provided Flair an accounting of funds as they always did throughout their representation. Flair then demanded funds that belonged to buyers be released from trust that he had not yet earned and our client would not be bullied into doing anything unethical. In reality the $37,000 in dispute are in his management company’s trust account while we were working out a settlement on the sums of money owed our client from deals and money Flair hid from his management."

Ric Flair claims he was supposed to pocket $25,000 for the ESPN "30 for 30" special on his life -- but his manager stole the money ... and now he's out for legal justice.
Nature Boy is suing Legacy Talent and Entertainment -- the management company he used from 2009 until October 2017.
Flair says he had a feeling something fishy was going down behind the scenes so he hired a lawyer to investigate his finances ... and realized he was missing huge amounts of cash.
Among the missing money ... Flair says he learned Legacy Talent had received $25,000 from First Row Films, the production company behind Flair's "30 for 30" special. Flair claims he was never informed of the payment nor was given his cut.
He also noticed a $12,000 royalty advance from Jake's Fireworks -- a company he signed an endorsement deal with earlier this year.
Flair says he reached out to Legacy to find out why he never got the money and was told they were using the funds to pay legal bills. Flair is calling BS, saying he never authorized Legacy to do that.
Flair says he's owed at least $46,000 -- and he wants his money back, asap.

Kim Kardashian Perfume Line Grosses $10 MIL in One Day!!!
Kim Kardashian made $10 million in just ONE DAY of selling perfume worldwide ... and incredibly not even a single customer got a whiff yet.
Kim's fragrance hit the online world Wednesday morning. Customers got to choose between 3 fragrances -- Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Oud and Crystal Gardenia Citrus. Only 300,000 bottles were produced and they're expected to completely sell out by Thursday night.
Beyonce could take a lesson from Kim, who made lemonade out of her robbery. She used healing crystals to calm her nerves after the Paris robbery last year, and the crystal is now the cornerstone of her perfume line.
The $10 mil sales tab didn't happen by accident. Kim launched a social media campaign that would have impressed General MacArthur, and it clearly paid off. We're told in just the first hour sales hit $1 million.
Kim didn't just lend her name to the new fragrances ... she was involved in every aspect of the launch, from developing the scents to creating the packaging.
When the 300,000 bottles are accounted for, she'll have sold $14 mil ... in a day and a half.
