Single life agrees with Wendy Williams ... and it also keeps her up into the early morning partying with hip-hop superstars like Rick Ross and Meek Mill.

Wendy was front and center at Villain in Brooklyn Thursday night where Rick was celebrating his new album, "Port of Miami 2." The Boss and the talk show host got cozy for some pics, and the whole crew raised their glasses and some cigars all night.

Looks like Wendy got plenty of tea for her show's return in September ... she had some deep convos with Rick and Meek.

Busta Rhymes, Lil Mama and Rick's mom, Tommie Roberts, were also partying.

You might recall, Wendy's ex, Kevin Hunter, claimed she never wanted to be out on the scene when they were together. Well, our sources in Brooklyn tell us Wendy was still hanging with Rick and co. when they finally left the venue shortly after 1:30 AM.

Mystikal took a terrible fall during a concert Thursday night in Tampa ... it was so bad his concert got cut short by more than half and he couldn't walk off the stage without a major assist.

The rapper ran onstage at around 1 AM and within 30 seconds just at it ... he tumbled offstage to the floor below. Security helped him back up, but he was clearly injured and in pain.

He spent the next 45 minutes grimacing in pain as he sat on the edge of the stage ... unable to stand. At times he scooted a few feet, but that was it.

A concertgoer tells us, it was obvious to all something was seriously wrong, as Mystikal repeatedly said, "Man, I need an ambulance."

He finally pulled the plug as members of his crew helped him offstage without putting weight on the injured leg.

It's unclear if he went to the hospital.

We didn't really get a good look at Kanye West's prototype homes -- the ones that have become the target of L.A. County government -- but we just got these up-close pics, and they're pretty cool.

TMZ broke the story ... Kanye was creating prototypes for new age housing ... housing that blurs the line between low, middle and high-income communities. He built the 4 dome-like structures on the 300 acres he owns in Calabasas, and his plan was to create a full housing complex on the site. Problem is ... the structures may have run afoul of L.A. building code.

As we reported, Ye and co. didn't get building permits, which must be pulled before construction unless the structures are temporary. After 2 visits, the inspector from the L.A. County Dept. of Public Works determined the structures were not temporary and Kanye now has until Sept. 15 to either get permits or tear the domes down.

In addition to bridging the income gap, Kanye wanted to reimagine the concept of space and make more efficient dwellings for the future.

Kylie Jenner's still a couple days away from her actual birthday, and before the festivities really kick off ... she's getting some QT with Travis Scott in Italy.

The next item checked off the itinerary -- romantic dinner for 2.

A colorfully dressed Kylie and her baby daddy hit up the Ristorante da Paolino in Capri Thursday night as she approaches the ripe old age of 22. The couple held hands as they walked in, and they were smooching on the way out. A little limoncello makes everybody feel romantic.

As we reported, Kylie and Trav took Stormi out shopping Wednesday after arriving in Positano. They're rolling deep too ... with Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and a few girlfriends.

Kylie and the birthday crew boarded a private jet Tuesday to begin the celebration ... which includes spending time on a $250 MILLION yacht.

What do you get a guy for his birthday when his name literally reminds you of moneybags? If you're Kanye West ... you go big, black and Italian.

Ye blew the doors off all birthday surprises when he showed up to his former manager John Monopoly's party at Delilah in WeHo Wednesday night with a brand new luxury ride fresh off the lot -- a customized 2019 Lamborghini SUV.

John told us the gift was from a "very good guy" and brother of his with whom he goes back 30 years. He's coy about it, never dropping a name, but it was pretty easy to figure out. Monopoly discovered West and served as his manager for his first 3 albums.

We also got a pic of Kanye after he made the special delivery to confirm the poorly kept secret.

We're told the customized SUV with the matte-black paint job goes for around $300k ... and John says he didn't even see it coming.

BTW -- Monopoly's bday bash was also a lot of fun on the inside of the club in the private VIP section. Along with Kanye, we're told rapper Cam'ron, fashion designer Don C and Jacob York were there.

Aaron Carter is a danger to himself and others, or so someone in his family thinks ... which is why they got cops to race to Aaron's home, but Aaron says he's totally fine.

Cops performed a welfare check Wednesday morning at Aaron's Lancaster crib because -- according to law enforcement sources -- a family member had called saying she was concerned about statements Aaron made last week. That was around the time he broke up with his GF, Lina Valentina.

We're told the person who called cops was concerned Aaron was going to take his own life or hurt someone else. They also feared he was doing drugs and could overdose.

Our law enforcement sources say Aaron -- who started dating Lina last Fall -- wasn't home when cops first arrived but he ultimately came to meet with them, and they determined everything was okay.

Sources close to Aaron tell us the singer believes his pissed off ex may have had a hand in getting the cops sent to his house. We're told Lina was staying with Aaron even after they broke up last week, but he kicked her outta his crib Wednesday and she flew into a rage.

Aaron's attorney tells TMZ ... Aaron wants a smooth breakup, but threatened legal action against Valentina if she doesn't back off.

Shawn Mendes has just one 21st birthday wish ... and it's not at all what you'd expect from a young pop superstar now legally able to drink.

Shawn was leaving the Jack's Wife Freda bistro in NYC Thursday with his new girlfriend, Camila Cabello, when we wished him a happy bday and asked him how he was planning to celebrate.

Mendes didn't dish out any party plans ... instead, he calmly revealed to our camera guy that simply letting him stroll down the sidewalk whilst holding hands with his dame would be a birthday wish come true.

Our photog complied ... mostly. C'mon, he had to try to get SOMETHING.

As we've reported ... Shawn and Camila have been getting hot and heavy over the past month, including a steamy makeout session in Miami Beach just over a week ago.

Before that, they were spotted smooching and snuggling on the West Coast.

Willie Nelson worried his fans when he abruptly canceled his tour due to a "breathing problem," but the singer's only taking a temporary break and will return soon ... TMZ has learned.

Willie's rep tells us his tour schedule is typically 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, but his recent medical issue -- which they believe is linked to his history of emphysema -- is requiring a little extra R&R this time.

We're told he's only officially canceled the next 6 stops on his tour ... but plans to return to the stage September 6 in Gilford, NH and continue on with the 20+ shows scheduled after that.

As for the breathing problem ... Nelson's rep says it was not a medical emergency and he wasn't rushed to the hospital or anything like that. He just needed rest and is back in Texas to see a doctor.

We're told he's currently taking it easy and already feeling better.

Willie's 86, though, and this isn't the first time he's had to cancel some shows due to his health. He missed the Outlaw Music Festival last summer and had to cancel some dates earlier in 2018.

Mike Posner's epic trek across the country is derailed thanks to a rattlesnake bite so bad he had to be airlifted to a hospital to save his life.

The singer-songwriter was making his way across Colorado Wednesday and had already racked up 16 miles on the day with a goal of 8 more when he got bit by a baby rattler. We're told the snake jumped out of nowhere on his path and sunk its fangs into his left leg.

According to Mike, "That venom is no joke!"

This pic of his feet shows where the venom caused swelling from the bite on the ankle -- pretty gnarly.

Fortunately, he says he got to the hospital and received the anti-venom in time, courtesy of an emergency helicopter ride and the expert staff -- but he'll be laid up for a few days and won't be able to continue his walk for several weeks.

On the bright side, Posner says he's enjoying the hospital's AC and a nice bed ... which he hasn't had in quite a long time. He vows to get back on "The Walk" as soon as he's able, though.

We had Mike on "TMZ Live" in April and he broke down the purpose of his journey, which was inspired by the deaths of his father and Avicii. He started on April 15 in New Jersey, and hoped to make it to Venice, CA by October.

He's releasing new music along the way whenever he crosses a state line ... most recently, “Prince Akeem” ft. Wiz Khalifa as he got to Colorado.

The bite is definitely a setback, but Mike insists a lil ol' snake isn't gonna stop him.

The Jonas Brothers are back on the road, picking up where they left off nearly 6 years ago when they abruptly split -- but there are a few very attractive changes this time around.

Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas finally kicked off their highly anticipated Happiness Begins tour Wednesday night in Miami. The trio's set blended new and old school -- from "Cool" and "Rollercoaster" to "Fly With Me," "Love Bug" and, of course, "Year 3000."

The wives also brought their talents to Miami. Priyanka Chopra, Danielle Jonas and Sophie Turner all proudly posed in front of a "J-Sisters" backdrop while rocking JoBros gear. We're guessing they had premium seating to soak up all the preshow chants of "JONAS! JONAS! JONAS!" inside the packed AmericanAirlines Arena.

Daddy Yankee, Jordan McGraw and Bebe Rexha also made appearances but the spotlight belonged to the bros -- who came out for an encore and performed their smash hit, "Sucker."

The trio and their ladies are traveling with their furry family members as well. Between Sophie, Joe, and Priyanka having extra friendly travel companions, it's a pretty packed flight.

Krysten Ritter's a proud new mom after giving birth to a baby boy, and she gave him a name fit for a superhero ... or a rock star.

According to the birth certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- the "Jessica Jones" star's firstborn child's name is Bruce, and the little guy has 2 middle names ... Julian Knight.

The baby's father is Ritter's longtime boyfriend, The War on Drugs' frontman, Adam Granduciel ... whose real last name is Granofsky. So, their son's full name is Bruce Julian Knight Granofsky.

As for the little guy's name ... it could be related to Ritter's Marvel Comics connection. Jessica Jones is a Marvel character much like The Hulk -- aka Bruce Banner -- but that's clearly rank comic book fanboy speculation on our part.

Or, maybe she and her baby daddy are fans of DC Comics hero Bruce "The Batman" Wayne? Yeah, we're stretching.

More likely is the fact Krysten's a big Bruce Springsteen fan. Sometimes it's just the simplest option.

According to his birth certificate, Lil Boss (that's officially his nickname now) arrived July 29 at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Ritter first revealed she was pregnant in February, and showed off her baby bump at a premiere event for season 3 of 'JJ.'

Ray J is making bank to get people to invest in dank ... he just inked a lucrative deal to convince rich folk to bankroll legal marijuana startups.

Sources with knowledge of the deal tell TMZ ... Ray J is making $1 mil per year to get people to spend money on weed, as an executive for a cannabis crowdfunding company.

Ray J signed on to become the chief strategic media officer for MarijuanaStock.org ... and his new duties include making infomercials for the brand, encouraging people to invest in the burgeoning bud biz and enlightening potential investors on the possible high returns. Financially, that is.

Our sources say, the company sought out Ray J because he's super plugged into the legal weed biz ... and for his long Rolodex of celeb friends. In Ray's case, it's what he knows AND who he knows. Ray's manager, David Weintraub, tells us Ray was given full creative control for his new venture.

As we first reported ... Ray J recently became heavily involved in legal marijuana, pouring in $5 MILLION to join the green rush and get his own chronic company off the ground.

Meghan's crossing her fingers the franchise gets the green light for new installments ... telling us she would absolutely LOVE to join the cast alongside her hubby.

Singer Eric Keyes says he was at a loss for words when he found his therapist -- who helped him battle PTSD after getting shot -- is the father of the El Paso gunman.

Eric was on "TMZ Live" to talk about the ironic twist. He told us he was in tears when he found out that his mental health counselor, Bryan Crusius, had to cancel a weekly appointment to deal with his own family tragedy after his son, 21-year-old Patrick Crusius, gunned down 22 people inside a Walmart.

Eric, a Texas guitarist and singer, was shot in 2012 at point blank range when a gunman showed up at his house. He said he can't imagine what Bryan's going through, especially when tragedy hits so close to home.

Bryan's had Eric's back for some time now -- he started a GoFundMe campaign for the musician last October after the shooting left him with permanent injuries, like nerve damage in his left arm which meant he couldn't play guitar anymore.

Shoreline Mafia member Ohgeesy didn't have the happiest time at Disneyland -- he got kicked out after an alleged gun threat was made by someone in his crew ... but he calls BS.

Disneyland sources who were present tell TMZ ... the rapper and his entourage were at the park in Anaheim Tuesday, and they were all in line for the Indiana Jones Adventure ride when it broke down.

We're told Ohgeesy's group got upset after waiting for about 15 minutes and decided to make their exit, but one guy was really irritated and allegedly threatened a ride worker. Our sources say the guy warned the employee not to mess with him because he had a gun.

Law enforcement sources tell us Disney's police and security were called and the guy was removed from the park. However, we're told by cops the threat was more along the lines of, "I'm going to go home and get my gun." Sources who were present at the ride, however, say the guy suggested he had a gun on him.

Shortly afterward, Ohgeesy and his entire crew went to guest services to demand refunds ... and were booted out of the park for what security felt was bad behavior.

Ohgeesy shared his side of the situation on social media, saying he was just taking his son to Disney and "they talkin bout someone heard my boy say he got a gun and then wouldnt gimme a refund on like 2 bands worth of tix."

He also shared a video of himself accosting a female employee, calling her a bitch and telling her to shut up ... so it's not hard to see why he got kicked out.

The rapper also shared some additional video of Disney employees and park security seemingly standing in front of him and his group as they were removed from the park.

Kylie Jenner just boarded a private plane to her birthday yacht party with a very interesting piece of luggage ... a garment that certainly looks like a WEDDING DRESS ... but TMZ knows otherwise.

Check out this pic from the tarmac Tuesday afternoon at the Van Nuys Airport ... there's a flowing, feathery, white dress protruding out the bottom of a garment bag as it's loaded into the plane. In the worker's other hand -- what appears to be a suit ... possibly a tux.

Don't cue the wedding bells just yet though ... several of our Kardashian-Jenner sources tell us Kylie's NOT walking down the aisle with Travis Scott.

Fact is ... Kylie is notorious for messing with people, and it seems odd she would leave the train to her wedding dress exposed, knowing full well there are paparazzi watching.

What's more ... multiple Kardashian-connected sources tell us, she's not getting married on the trip.

As we first reported ... Kylie is jetting off to Italy begin her 22nd birthday celebration, which is going down on the $250 million mega-yacht, "Tranquility."

Kylie boarded the plane with Travis and their baby Stormi, plus Kris Jenner, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and Corey Gamble ... as well as her assistant, Victoria, and her friends Stassi Karanikolaou and Yris Palmer.

Noticeably absent on the flight -- Caitlyn Jenner and all of Kylie's sisters. Of course, Kourtney's been vacationing in Europe, and it seems she'll join the party at some point.

One source says it's definitely NOT a wedding because Kim and Khloe are not going to join on the trip.

You could argue ... Travis set the stage when he gifted Kylie a garden of rose petals Monday, covering the floor of her mansion. Travis wrote, "We're just getting started." She also got a $21,000 custom floral arrangement from La Fleur Bouquets inspired by the Kaws x Dior collab from her best friend Yris Palmer.

FYI ... Kylie and Travis have been together for a little over 2 years. Marriage is certainly in the cards ... just not on this trip, we're told.
