Jamie Foxx Sits Through Man's Passionate Rap ... Doesn't Seem Too Into It

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE
TMZ.com

Jamie Foxx is such a good sport for this -- he listened to a guy pour his heart and soul into an impassioned freestyle rap that JF REALLY didn't appear to be all that crazy about.

The awkward moment went down Sunday night after the big game in Miami, where this fella seemingly sidled Jamie up and began rapping while filming himself next to the actor/singer. He goes all in on it too, and no offense to him ... but it's not great.

Looks like Jamie might've felt the same way, 'cause he stoically looked on as the dude kept going and going and going. Eventually, he gave the man a small clap and dipped out.

Gotta give him -- meaning Jamie -- props for being so patient here. Frankly ... a lot of other people might've cut this impromptu MC off and left him in the dust. Not Jamie though -- he sat through that whole dang thing and graciously paid respects afterward. What a guy!

BTW, just because JF guest judged on "The Masked Singer" this week doesn't mean he's ready to critique any Joe off the street. But, shoot your shot if you must. He'll listen, apparently.

Notorious B.I.G. & Puff Daddy Signed Vibe Poster for $ale at $54k!!!

Got the itch for some old school hip-hop vibes? Ya better be rich 'cause that's what it'll take to land this Vibe poster ... signed by The Notorious B.I.G. and Puff Daddy on the night Biggie was tragically gunned down.

The folks over at Moments in Time are brokering the sale of this 2-foot by 3-foot poster of the iconic September 1996 Vibe magazine cover ... featuring Biggie and Puffy. It was signed at an industry party hosted by Quincy Jones' Vibe magazine on March 8, 1997, at the Petersen Automotive Museum in L.A.

We're told a record executive brought the poster with him that night and had Biggie and Puffy sign it. But, just hours later -- after the party was shut down at 12:35 AM by fire marshals citing overcrowding -- Biggie was shot 4 times in a drive-by while at a red light on Fairfax and Wilshire Blvds. He was pronounced dead at 1:15 A.M.

Fast-forward to the present ... the son of the record executive is unloading the poster and the asking price is a cool $54k. The memorabilia also includes Biggie's itinerary for his west coast trip as well as the party's invitation.

R. Kelly's Ex-GF Azriel Clary Working with Feds ... Trying to Take Her Life Back

Azriel Clary's has fully removed herself from R. Kelly's corner -- she's now cooperating with investigators in his federal sex crimes case in New York, according to sources with direct knowledge.

We've learned Clary has provided info about her experiences with the singer, and this time around, we're told she's not playing the role of supportive GF.

We broke the story ... Azriel was considering flipping on Kelly after cutting ties with him, and following a nasty fight with Joycelyn Savage while she was moving her stuff out of his condo. However, Clary was afraid ... because she'd allegedly lied to federal agents several times in the past to cover for Kelly.

We're told Azriel's no longer fearful of speaking out against Kelly and cooperating with the feds ... because she's finally fully disconnected from him and his team and wants to take control of her life.

There have been repercussions to her decisions ... our sources say she and her family have received death threats and been the target of online harassment since she left R. Kelly.

We're told prosecutors are monitoring the threats, along with those of the other alleged Kelly survivors ... but Clary's not letting it intimidate her.

As we reported ... Azriel has now moved back in with her family. Our sources say she's also focused on trying to help other women who've been in a similar situation ... whether with Kelly, or anyone else.

Helping the feds in their case against him is just the first step.

Kelly's lawyer, Steven Greenberg, tells TMZ he's not surprised by this development. He says, "It's not news to me. I've suspected it all along, but you can't get in the way of love... Rob's love for her."

Jennifer Lopez & Shakira Rock Miami w/ Halftime Show ... Shakira Starts, J Lo Finishes

SHAKING UP MIAMI
NFL/FOX
UPDATE

6:56 AM PT -- 2/3 -- After the big game, Shakira celebrated her 43rd birthday -- which was also Sunday -- with a ton of friends and a massive cake at the Faena Theater.

UPDATE
SUPER BIRTHDAY
UPDATE

As for her performance, Shakira rocked a pair of boots she's had for 15 years customized by artist Dan Life with $20K worth of Swarovski Crystals, about 30,000 crystals. She also customized her gold Adidas with $2K in crystals and 2 mics with $2K each in crystals.

UPDATE

Jennifer Lopez and Shakira just brought Miami to its knees with a Super Bowl Halftime performance for the ages ... one which Shak opened, and J Lo tied up in the end.

The two Latina singers were co-headliners Sunday during the big game, and things kicked off with Shakira taking the stage with a crew of dancers behind her and the color red flooding the space. She ran through a medley of her hits fairly quickly, but with flash to spare.

Some of her songs she touched on ... "She Wolf," "Empire," "Whenever, Wherever" and eventually ... "Hips Don't Lie." Latin rap star Bad Bunny came out to join her at one point.

LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER
NFL/FOX

Then came the big entrance for J Lo, who started at the top of a pole and made her way down to the stage with her song "Jenny from the Block" there to introduce her. She also ran through a bunch of her hits ... "I'm Real," "Get Right" and "Love Don't Cost a Thing."

One super cool moment ... Jennifer's 11-year-old daughter, Emme, joined her mom on stage to help sing "Let's Get Loud," which Shakira came back on to help out with as well.

They closed things out with one of Shakira's songs, "Waka Waka," and shook their booties together when it was all said and done. Tons of dancing, tons of flare ... a fantastic show.

Demi Lovato Brings Down the House at SB LIV ... Singing Nat'l Anthem

SINGING HER HEART OUT
NFL/FOX

Demi Lovato fulfilled her own 10-year prophecy by belting out the National Anthem at Super Bowl LIV -- and she handled it like a pro.

The singer was decked out in all white Sunday at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami ahead of kickoff and with a line of troops behind her bearing our country's flags ... she let it rip on the mic. Demi did a pretty standard version of "The Star Spangled Banner" ... it was great.

What's funny though is that before her performance, an old tweet of hers surfaced online from 2010, which reads ... "One day, I'm gonna sing the national anthem at a super bowl. Onnnee dayyy...." Welp, she can definitely check that off the list now.

She's got her sights on a bigger Super Bowl gig down the road. Demi followed up with another tweet in the same vein as her old thought, saying ... "One day, I’m gonna perform the halftime show at the super bowl. Onnnee dayyy...." That's a 10-year challenge!

BTW, we gotta give props to DL for her take on the National Anthem ... very Whitney Houston-esq and just a powerhouse performance.

You've come a long way, kid. Congrats!!!

Brian McKnight Writes New Song for Kobe Bryant ... 'Can't Say Goodbye'

MOURNING THROUGH SONG

Brian McKnight is honoring his late friend, Kobe Bryant, with a new song that's guaranteed to get you crying all over again over the passing of a Los Angeles legend. Be warned ...

The R&B crooner wrote a tune specifically dedicated to Kobe -- and by extension, to the basketball star's daughter, Gianna -- called "Can't Say Goodbye." We got a video of Brian playing it on guitar, and it's incredibly touching and sweet. Check it out for yourself ... but again, waterworks.

In the video, Brian says he wrote the song ... but can't really take credit, because it wrote itself. The lyrics touch on saying other versions of "goodbye" without actually uttering the words themselves because it's just too hard and so final. Frankly, it's beautiful.

We're told, Brian put this together in the hopes that it will help people begin to heal from the loss.

Of course, Brian and Kobe had a relationship. The NBA superstar was once featured on one of Brian's songs back in 1997 called "Hold Me." KB had a rap verse on it toward the end.

He's also a huge Lakers fan in general and included a ton of footage of Kobe in a tribute video he put together to honor the City of Angels. That track's called "I Love LA."

With all that said, it's no wonder the death of Kobe has affected Brian the way it clearly has. No word if this song will make its way onto an album of some sort, but we expect it'll reach the masses eventually.

In the meantime, enjoy it here.

E-40 Tequila for the 49ers, Win or Lose ... But They're Gonna Win

NINERS GOT THIS
TMZSports.com

E-40 has a little treat for the San Francisco 49ers after Super Bowl LIV -- a bottle of his very own tequila for everyone on the staff ... who he thinks are gonna kill it.

We got Forty Water in Miami Sunday just hours before kickoff, and he was decked out in some fresh Niner gear, custom chain included. Our photog asked if he bet on the game at all, and 40 says he didn't ... even though he made a proposition to them right on the spot.

If the team beats the Chiefs, the Bay Area legend's got a bottle of his very own E. Cuarenta tequila for each and every person in the locker room. And, if they lose ... the homie's still gonna hook them up!!! That said, he very strongly feels they're about to take this.

There might be more on the line for the squad if they pull through with a victory ... 40 says he'd even consider putting them in a music video of his. It'd be a lot of heads, but he's got experience with bigger production videos and tons of extras.

"Tell Me When To Go" ... remix??? ... part 3???? Sure, why not. Let's run that back again.

Kylie and Travis Who Needs Disneyland?!? ... Stormi's Birthday Party Has More Cool Stuff

2/1/20
THE EPIC BDAY BASH

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott pulled out all of the stops and more for Stormi's, second birthday.

The party was insane .... a crossover between "Trolls" and "Frozen." Check out the video and you'll see the party we never had.

As for who showed up ... Hailey Bieber, Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, Sofia Richie, Caitlyn Jenner and Sophia Hutchins, John Legend, Chrissy Tiegen and Luna, Kimora Lee Simmons, Lalika and Khadijah Hagg, Rose Bertram, Jaden Smith and Draya Michele.

If this all rings a bell, this is the second annual StormiWorld, and the parents claim this one's better than the first.

Can't disagree.

Lady Gaga You want A Super Bowl-Worthy Performance ... Then I'll Show You One!!!

Lady Gaga lit up Miami Saturday night with a spectacular performance.

Gaga hit the stage at the AT&T Super Saturday Night concert on the eve of SB 54. She was slick as hell, glittering up the venue with a bunch of costume changes during her set.

She strummed the guitar with her boot, played piano while standing on a bench ... the works.

Judging by the encore ... Gaga did not disappoint anyone.

Descending from the air, Gaga mimicked the entrance to her Super Bowl halftime performance three years ago.

And, this is pretty hilarious ... she sent a message to J Lo and Shakira -- “I better hear no lip-syncing tomorrow!” But, then she recanted with some love ... "I love you J Lo. I love you Shakira."

She went on ... “I wish so much love and so much luck to everyone that’s doing the halftime show, to both the teams that are playing each other in the Super Bowl,” she said. “They’re all champions.”

Teary-eyed, she thanked the audience for their support and for allowing her to perform at the halftime show in 2017 -- “Thank you so much for believing in me. I remember when I played the halftime show and it was one of the most special, beautiful things that’s ever happened to me. So, thank you,” said Gaga, who also wowed audiences at the 2016 Super Bowl when she sang the national anthem. “And once again, all my love to everyone that’s performing and playing tomorrow. I hope they all feel as lucky as I do right now.”

Gaga performed a 2-hour set, which included “Just Dance,” “Poker Face,” “Born This Way,” “Bad Romance” and “Telephone.”

One fan threw a letter onstage, which Gaga read to the crowd ...  “In 2014 I fought for my life due to mental illness that stemmed from my own insecurities and life experiences. Without your radiant positivity and encouragement, I don’t know if I would have had the strength to continue to fight to recover my life back,”

She invited the fan up on stage and hugged her.

Gaga said AT&T TV will donate $1 for every tweet using #SuperSaturdayNight to her Born This Way Foundation, which supports mental and emotional wellness.

Quavo & Takeoff Offset Did What He Had To w/ Punch ... What Would You Do?!?

CHIVALRY ISN'T DEAD
TMZ.com

Offset's rap partners are defending their buddy after he let the fists fly when someone sprayed champagne on his wife -- and their rationale is basically ... WWYD?

That's pretty much what Takeoff and Quavo told us Saturday in Miami, where all the rappers are hanging out in the days ahead of Super Bowl LIV. We asked 'em if they'd caught what had happened to Offset and Cardi in a club the night before ... sure enough, they had.

As we reported ... Cardi was on the receiving end of some bubbly early Friday morning, and Offset reacted by literally jumping into the crowd with an airborne punch.

SAY IT, DON'T SPRAY IT
TMZ.com

According to the Migos boys, the move is fair game when your significant other is involved. Takeoff says Offset "did what he had to" with the way he responded, and Quavo turned it around and asked our camera guy what he would do if it was his wife.

Long story short ... they got his back, and don't seem to have an issue with his immediate turn to violence. The dudes even suggest it was kinda chivalrous. Hmmm ... noted!

Jay-Z Re-Defends NFL Deal ... Me & Kap Are on the Same Team

Jay-Z is once again explaining why his partnership with the NFL is actually for the same cause Colin Kaepernick fights for ... it's just the approach that's different.

Jigga sat down with the NYT this weekend ahead of Super Bowl LIV and re-defended his collaboration with the league, which many saw as a betrayal of Kap and everything he stood for. Jay also took a lot of heat at first, but he seems okay with it for the bigger picture.

He tells the paper, "As long as real people are being hurt and marginalized and losing family members, then yes, I can take a couple rounds of negative press," going on to insist he is still fighting for people of color -- only now, from a position of strength and influence.

Case in point ... Sunday's broadcast will apparently include a PSA-type video -- one in a series, per NYT -- that aims to tell the stories of black men and boys killed by cops.

"OUR SON IS EVERYBODY'S SON"
ROC Nation

It'll probably be similar to the PSA Malcolm Jenkins and Roc Nation teamed up to produce, which was called "Everyone's Child." Unclear if this new vid is part of the same "Responsibility Program," but chances are it falls under the same umbrella.

WE'RE PAST KNEELING
NFL

Getting back to Kaepernick though, Jay kinda sticks to his guns in this new interview as far as addressing the guy's situation ... acknowledging he was done dirty by the league, but also strongly suggesting it's time to move forward and start looking for new solutions.

Jay says, "No one is saying he hasn’t been done wrong. He was done wrong. I would understand if it was three months ago. But it was three years ago and someone needs to say, ‘What do we do now -- because people are still dying?'"

He adds of Kap, "We are two adult men who disagree on the tactic but are marching for the same cause." CK, meanwhile, doesn't appear to see things the same way.

DaBaby Sued by Alleged Miami Victim

DaBaby better get da lawyer on the phone ... he's just been slapped with a lawsuit by the guy claiming he and his crew beat him up.

Concert promoter Kenneth Carey just filed suit against DB, his entertainment company and a bunch of the goons that were with him that day ... alleging the rapper not only illegally battered him but also turned his back on a deal they'd struck to host an event.

Long story short ... Kenneth now claims in legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- that he and DaBaby agreed to have the latter host a party where another artist, Stunna 4 Vegas, had been booked to perform at. Ken says he and DB agreed on a flat rate ... $20k, no more.

In his lawsuit ... Ken says when DaBaby and co. arrived in town, he arranged hotels and cars for them via a rental company -- and alleges one of those vehicles was returned damaged.

THE ALLEGED ROBBERY
TMZ.com

Fast-forward to the day Ken was supposed to pay DB, and he claims the guy asked him for an additional $10k on the spot to cover the damage to the car, which apparently got billed to DaBaby and his crew. Ken says DaBaby insisted it was the least Ken could do ... seeing how he agreed to do the hosting gig for way cheaper than he normally charges.

Ken says he refused to pay another $10k, and that's when the alleged ass-whooping -- part of which was caught on camera -- went down. The promoter says DaBaby and at least 4 other guys pulled his pants down, beat him up and poured apple juice all over him.

He also claims the crew jacked him of his phone, money and credit card that he had on hand. Adding insult to injury, Ken says neither DaBaby or Stunna showed for the event. The suit was filed by Jonathan May of The Lions' Den law firm in Miami.

Of course, DaBaby was later arrested and charged for battery in connection to this case ... but he later sprung himself from jail and defended himself online, denying the account.

Ken is suing for everything he can under the sun -- battery, breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and so on. He wants damages and other costs well above $6 million.

Post Malone 50,000 Reasons to Celebrate in Miami ... $1 Bills for Everyone!!!

special delivery
TMZ.com
UPDATE

1:36 PM PT -- We got Post Saturday after his all-nighter, and he explained why he was flinging around so much cash in a place that was NOT a strip club. He's got a pretty interesting answer.

UPDATE
EASY MONEY
TMZ.com
UPDATE

According to PM, he's not really a strip club kind of guy ... at least not anymore, anyway. So, he says he likes to treat his pals to his own dough when they go out. So, instead of blowing thousands on some gals, he says he takes care of his own ... and anyone else who might find a loose bill around when Post's in the building.

UPDATE

He also touches on the death of Kobe Bryant and shares some touching words for Vanessa and the rest of the families. Post's not a Lakers fan per se, but he knows what KB did for the sport.

Post Malone came bearing strip club-esque gifts to a regular night club ahead of Super Bowl LIV in Miami ... and people were just as willing to stoop low for a taste of cheddar.

The singer touched down in Miami a couple days before kickoff on Friday, and at the ass crack of dawn of 5 AM the next day ... he popped into E11EVEN Miami -- a 24/7 "ultraclub" -- in a celebratory mood. And, by that, we mean he was ready to start chucking cash.

We got this video of Posty being hand-delivered a few different boxes full of single dollar bills ... which ended up adding up to a hefty $50,000. Looks like a delivery from heaven.

Anyway, we're told PM and his crew spent the rest of the night making it rain on people for a few hours. We imagine he had his own elevated booth or VIP area somewhere, so the regular folks down below likely had paper falling on them for a while. Free for all!!!

BTW, this place ain't a gentlemen's club by any means. E11EVEN Miami's just a good old-fashioned disco with trapeze artists and whatnot. Nobody gets full-blown naked though.

Post almost fooled us by the stacks of cash he had on hand. Bandz a make anybody dance, it seems.

The Big Game means big paydays for celebs ... and Nicki Minaj, DaBaby, Lil Baby and Yo Gotti are among the famous folks cashing in on appearances at Super Bowl parties in Miami.

One of the biggest cash cows for rappers this weekend is Studio 23 in Miami Beach. Sources with knowledge of the deals tell us Nicki's getting $125,000 to host Monday night's finale and Gucci Mane's pocketing $100k to host Saturday night's bash.

Jeezy and Yo Gotti hosted parties Friday night, with Jeezy getting $40,000 from Studio 23 and Mirage Miami shelling out $50k for Yo Gotti's services.

Lil Baby and DaBaby are co-hosting the Trap Bowl day party Saturday at Wynwood Factory in Miami's art district, and Lil Baby's earning $70,000, compared to $80k for DaBaby.

Shaq's Fun House Pitbull, Diddy, DaBaby Honor Kobe ... During Super Bowl Weekend

DOIN' IT FOR KOBE
TMZ.com

Pitbull did not disappoint at Shaq's Fun House in Miami Friday night, getting the crowd fired up and then delivering a rousing tribute to Kobe.

Mr. Worldwide sang "Give Me Everything," and then launched into his commentary, saying Kobe's memory will endure. He then went into a diatribe over the cauldron of hate known as social media.

I'LL BE MISSIN' YOU
TMZ.com

Diddy followed suit, performing "I'll Be Missing You" as images of Kobe filled the venue. He also performed "Mo Money Mo Problems" with his son, Justin.

SHAQ'S TRIBUTE
TMZ.com

Shaq, of course, delivered a moving, personal tribute to Kobe. As the crowd chanted Kobe's name -- led by Shaq -- the video chronicled the incredible partnership between the 2 basketball greats who together were an unbeatable duo. BTW, Shaq also showed off his DJ skills, which are considerable.

DABABY DOWN SOUTH
TMZ.com

DaBaby jumped on stage next to Shaq -- who looks massive by comparison -- and performed "Bop." He was in some hot water last month -- he was arrested and charged with battery for allegedly attacking and robbing a club promoter. That case is pending.

And, check out the Rolls Royce -- provided by the MPH Club and designed by Metro Wrapz --outside the venue ... honoring Kobe with his image emblazoned on the whip.

Justin Bieber I'm Honoring Kobe ... With New Tribute Art!!!

Justin Bieber is adding to his growing cartoon art collection ... with a tribute to Kobe Bryant ... complete with imagery of the Black Mamba balling out with the Lakers.

Our sources tell us Justin's team reached out to Idiot Box Art owners Emily Bright and Tamara Martin to purchase their newest original piece honoring Kobe ... and the Biebs snagged one for only $1,200.

The cartoon art -- depicting a teddy bear wearing Kobe's #8 Lakers jersey over a Mamba hoodie and some Nikes -- is made of hand-cut wood covered in acrylic paint and finished with a coat of resin. The piece is one of 5 created, and it's 41.5 inches X 24 inches.

We're told the Kobe art sold out in a few hours ... so the artists are making miniature versions for $200 a pop, and they're going on sale February 6 and 7 with 24 percent of profits going to the MambaOnThree Fund.

BTW ... Bieber's new Kobe art is from the same folks who decked out his crib and hooked up Chief Keef with $40k of '90s nostalgia.
