Dez Bryant Teases NFL Return 'I’m Going To Reach Out To Teams, See What Happens'

Published | Updated

NFL teams in need of a receiver may have a former All-Pro hitting them up VERY soon ... 'cause Dez Bryant says he's feeling good and ready to get back on the field!!!

Of course, Dez unfortunately tore his Achilles just 2 days after signing with the New Orleans Saints in 2018 ... and hasn't been on a team since.

Bryant recently spoke out about his depression and anxiety on Twitter back in July, saying he had "no interest in playing football right now" ... but made it clear he wasn't retiring.

Now, the 3-time Pro Bowler is ready to hit the gridiron and help out a team in need ... tweeting "I’m not trying to go nowhere and be a starter on a team I want to contribute because I know I will be able too."

"I’m feeling good... in two weeks I’m going to reach out to teams and see what happens.... let’s go X."

Dez is 31 and has stayed in insane shape since recovering from his injury ... so don't be surprised if someone gives him a shot.

Ex-'RHOC' Star Lauri Peterson MY SON'S JAIL ATTACK WAS PREMEDITATED Guards Want Him Dead!!!

The troubled son of former 'RHOC' star Lauri Peterson is recovering after being stabbed during a violent incident behind bars ... and TMZ has video of the insane jailhouse fight!!! NOVEMBER 2019
SURPRISE ATTACK
UPDATE

1:31 PM PT -- 11/4 -- The former 'RHOC' cast member tells TMZ ... Josh has been telling her his life is in danger since he got locked up in 2016. She says guards have threatened to kill him and he's suffered multiple attacks ... 3 at the hands of inmates and at least one by a guard!

UPDATE
UPDATE

Lauri believes the latest -- which was captured on security video at the Orange County jail in Santa Ana -- shows the attacks are premeditated and likely being facilitated by the jail.

UPDATE

Just like Waring's attorney, Joel Garson, told us ... Lauri claims the protective custody unit her son is in only allows one inmate out at a time, and it's up to the guards to enforce that rule to keep everyone safe.

UPDATE

According to Peterson, the guards failed to do so ... and she thinks it was an intentional move to give the attacker a chance to kill Josh.

The troubled son of former 'RHOC' star Lauri Peterson is recovering after getting slashed in his face during an insane jailhouse ambush ... and TMZ has video of the whole incident.

The brutal attack went down at the Orange County jail in Santa Ana when Josh Waring was on his way back to his cell. He never got there because another inmate jumped out wielding razors wrapped in towels.

This surveillance video of the October 9 showdown shows the attacker sneak into position -- hiding under a staircase -- and then Josh, in pajamas and sandals, is suddenly fighting for his life. Fists start flying and Josh defends himself well for a while -- getting in a few head shots -- but he eventually suffered deep gashes to his chest and face.

The brawl -- which moved off-camera, but was still visible in a mirror -- lasted nearly 90 seconds and only stopped when guards rushed in ... commanding both men to get down on the ground.

Josh's attorney, Joel Garson, tells TMZ ... his client was returning to his cell in the protective custody unit of the jail after making a phone call. He says the normal protocol is for all other inmates to be locked in their cells while another inmate is using the phone.

Garson says guards are supposed to confirm over the intercom that the other inmates are locked away. There's no audio on the surveillance video, so Josh's attorney says he can't tell if that protocol was followed -- but he says he wouldn't be surprised if the attacker was allowed to be out of his cell.

Garson is claiming it could be retaliation against Josh for filing a federal lawsuit against Orange County and its Sheriff's Department for violating his civil rights while he's been behind bars.

Josh Waring Injuries NOVEMBER 2019
BREAKING DOWN THE SITUATION

Another video shows Josh receiving medical treatment after the attack. He's surrounded by deputies as he describes his injuries. He was concerned the razors used against him weren't sterile, and he could've contracted an STD.

We're told he got 20 stitches to his chest and face, which was slashed from his left eye down to his chin.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department tells us it's opened a criminal investigation into the attack.

Josh has been locked up since 2016 while he awaits trial for attempted murder. He's accused of shooting a man at a sober living home where he was living.

He could get life in prison if convicted.

Garson tells us, based on this video, they are considering adding new claims to the federal lawsuit they've already filed against Orange County.

CRAMPIN' HIS STYLE

We ran into Tyler after the race, and he gave us the scoop on what exactly happened out there.

UPDATE
Tyler Cameron Update
BACK TO TRAINING

Watch ... Tyler chalks up his cramping to training -- or a lack thereof. Fortunately, he's got a solution for the next marathon he runs, where he says he'll be better prepared.

Tyler Cameron is living proof that no matter how in shape you might be ... a marathon can still kick your ass.

Gigi Hadid and Hannah Brown's ex-lover was among 50,000 people or so to run the New York City Marathon Sunday -- and probably among half who cramped up along the way. TMZ got this video of the model limping his way to one of the barricades in clear pain.

We're told this was shot about midway through the 26.2-mile trek throughout the city. Looks like Tyler's leg might've given out on him ... it happens, marathons are brutal.

Now here's the kicker ... Tyler ended up finishing the race, and in pretty good time too!!! We searched him on the official New York Road Runners' tracking system, and it looks like TC topped out at 4 hours, 39 minutes and 54 seconds -- an average of 10:40 minutes a mile.

Tyler was on a good 9-11 minute/mile pace until about mile 19, when he clocked in 13:39 -- and then dipping again at mile 22 at about 15:40. He picked it up at the end though, finishing mile 26 with an average speed of 11:08. Cramps be damned, he toughed it out.

Oddly enough, the guy hasn't posted a celebratory photo or vid of himself getting across the finish line ... even though he put up a before-photo. Modest much???

Guns N' Roses front man Axl Rose appeared to be knockin' at heaven's door when he seemed to collapse onstage during a concert, but turns out it was just a nasty fall.

Axl was performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Vegas Friday night and as he sang the band's iconic hit, he ate it. You see Axl disappear as he tumbles to the ground.

The 57-year-old rocker got right back up and continued, however, he went off to the side of the stage, got a towel and wiped down the area of the stage where he seemed to lose his balance. It seems there was some sort of liquid that triggered the fall.

The group has been performing in Vegas this year. They performed at the Hard Rock earlier in the summer. They're in the middle of their "Not in this Lifetime ... Tour."

Other original members of GNR -- Duff and Slash -- also performed to a packed house.

Famous Dex went down in the middle of a club performance, and appeared to suffer a seizure.

The rapper was onstage for a gig at 1 OAK in WeHo in the early morning hours of Friday when we're told he fainted ... and video shows a couple of guys cradling him by his legs and shoulders as he shakes.

The L.A. Country Fire Department tells TMZ ... it received a call about a person who had suffered a seizure at the club a little before 2 AM. They arrived minutes later, but never transported the patient to the hospital.

We're told the people who rushed to Dex's aid carried him backstage, but it's unclear if they had medical training. It's also unclear why he wasn't taken to a hospital. We've also reached out to the rapper's team ... no word back, so far.

Nearly a year ago, Famous Dex fans were worried about his health when he passed out in the middle of a livestream. We were told at the time he was working to kick drugs after the incident.

Kevin Hart Shares Video of Grueling Physical Therapy ... 'I'm Thankful to Still Be Here'

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart is speaking out and giving fans a glimpse into his road to recovery for the first time since sustaining a serious back injury in his L.A. car crash.

Hart -- who underwent back surgery -- after the early September crash holds little back in a video posted Tuesday night. He shows scenes of himself in a hospital bed, being assisted by nurses and using a walker just to stand up.

Throughout the video, Kevin slowly regains his strength ... revealing his intensive physical therapy routine ... with everything from weight training to pool workouts.

Kevin also talks throughout the video ... sharing a powerful message of determination. He states he believes the accident was God's way of telling him to slow down, and appreciate life for what it really is.

He also takes the time to thank his family, friends and those who have stood by him through it all ... saying, "My appreciation for life is through the roof," and, "Don't take today for granted, because tomorrow is not promised."

The video concludes with a scene of Kevin chatting with one of his doctors who tells him it'll be about a year for a full recovery, but judging by what Kevin's done already ... it seems he's well on his way.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin's 1970 Plymouth Baracuda -- driven by a friend -- crashed into a ravine last month. Kevin suffered serious back injuries which required surgery and kept him off his feet for weeks.

Kevin Hart I'm Not Suing Driver of Car Accident ... Covering My Own Bills

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart appears to be sparing the driver of a nasty car wreck that nearly killed him  -- because we've learned he isn't planning to take the guy to court.

Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Kevin does not intend to sue driver Jared Black, whom the CHP determined caused the crash by driving recklessly. In fact, we're told Kevin's not even going to file a claim with Jared's insurance company to cover his medical bills and the cost of the 1970 Plymouth Baraccuda, which was totaled in the single-car crash.

Our sources say Kevin likes Jared and Jared's fiancee is close to Kevin's wife, Eniko. The fiancee, Rebecca, is Eniko's personal trainer.

We're told Kevin will use his personal health insurance to cover medical costs. It's not like he needs the money. It's unclear whether he's just going to write off the value of the car.

The medical bills are going to be huge. Kevin had surgery for 3 fractures on his back and is undergoing intensive therapy. All of that put the medical bills in the stratosphere.

Here's the kicker... we're told that Jared himself has lawyered up, and could file suit against Kevin for not having the proper safety harnesses in the car. If he does sue, there's a problem, because no one in the car was even wearing their safety belt. So, even if there were harnesses, it wouldn't have done anyone any good if no one strapped in.

The wild card ... there's a long way to go before the statute of limitations runs, so Kevin has plenty of time to change his mind ... if he's so inclined.

Dog the Bounty Hunter says he's focusing on his health and recovery following a scary diagnosis last month ... starting with his diet.
NEW LEASE ON LIFE

Dog the Bounty Hunter says he's focusing on his health and recovery following a scary diagnosis last month ... starting with his diet.

We got Dog out in NYC as he was leaving Barstool Sports and asked how he's doing, and he tells us he's trying his best to get better ... specifically by laying off white foods.

So ya know, white foods -- aka "bad carbs" -- refers to sugar and other white-colored foods that have been processed and refined ... like flour, rice, pasta, bread, crackers and cereal. Natural, unprocessed white foods -- like onions, cauliflower, turnips, white beans and some fish -- are all good.

As we reported ... Dog revealed to Dr. Oz he was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition -- a pulmonary embolism -- which he called a "ticking time bomb." Dog added he wouldn't be around for long without improving his heart condition.

Seems like he's taking doctors' orders -- as well as the wishes of his family -- to make the necessary lifestyle changes he needs to keep on truckin'.

As we told you ... Dog learned of his diagnosis after he was rushed to the hospital in mid-September with chest pains. He didn't suffer a heart attack but told us he believed a broken heart due to the death of his wife, Beth Chapman, was responsible.

Kevin Hart is slowly getting back to work and hanging with famous friends. But, his first public appearance will have to wait.

Sources close to the comedian tell TMZ ... Kevin and Eniko Hart are being honored Thursday night by the Los Angeles Mission for their work with the organization, but Kev and his wife won't be on hand to accept their award because he's still recovering from last month's horrifying crash.

Nick Cannon is hosting the L.A. Mission's 9th Annual Legacy of Vision Gala ... and we're told he will also accept the hardware on behalf of Kevin and Eniko when it comes time to recognize them.

Our sources say Kevin and his wife only recently found out about the gala, and it was the family chef who actually accepted their invite. We're told Kevin wishes he could be in attendance, but his body is not quite up to the task.

As for his work with L.A. Mission ... Kevin served meals to the homeless last Thanksgiving on Skid Row, and he and Eniko pledged a $50,000 donation.

Eddie Van Halen Cancer Can't Slow Me Down!!! Fast Cars and Concerts

Published | Updated

Eddie Van Halen is not letting cancer kick his ass ... he's still living his rock star lifestyle to the fullest.

Sources close to the Van Halen guitarist tell TMZ ... Eddie's going to the TOOL concert Monday night at Staples Center, and he's super stoked to see the band rock out.

As we first told you ... Eddie has been flying between the United States and Germany to get treatment for throat cancer, which he believes was caused by a metal guitar pick he used back in the day.

The sad medical news had some folks thinking Eddie was on his death bed ... but we're told that's anything but the case.

Eddie seems far from sick ... just this week, the rocker was shopping for exotic cars in Beverly Hills. Eddie stopped by a McLaren dealership and mingled with the sales team, taking pics and even giving one lucky fan a kiss.

Bottom line ... it's good to see Eddie out and about.

"I am assuming word travels fast," the 59-year-old said in a statement ... "So I wanted to be able to inform everyone that I did have a heart attack this morning."

"I am doing fine."

Kevin Hart Crash Driver Jared Black Back on the Horse

Published | Updated

Jared Black, the guy who lost control of Kevin Hart's Plymouth Barracuda, is back behind the wheel and doesn't look the worse for wear.

It's pretty remarkable because Jared was really messed up after the crash. He and Kevin suffered serious back injuries and law enforcement tells us Jared also suffered chest injuries when he slammed into the steering wheel. Jared was airlifted to a nearby hospital.

The CHP issued its findings a few days back and concluded Jared was at fault because he was recklessly driving the vehicle. CHP investigators determined he gunned the 720 horsepower engine and lost control.

But here's Jared, with his fiance Rebecca Broxterman, who was in the back seat of the '70 Cuda when it crashed into a fence and ended up in an embankment.

Rebecca's the personal trainer of Kevin's wife, Eniko Parrish.

As for Kevin, he continues to get intensive outpatient therapy but is making progress. He recently shot promos for "Jumanji."

Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Church Holding Prayer Service ... For QB's Ankle!

Published

Dear Jesus ... PLEASE SAVE PATRICK MAHOMES' ANKLE!!

That's the message going down in a Kansas City church, where the K.C. faithful are begging the Lord up above to heal up their franchise quarterback after 2 straight losses.

Seriously ... the Asbury United Methodist Church is planning a "healing service" on Sunday morning for Patrick's left ankle -- which he injured in Week 1 and reaggravated this past weekend against the Texans.

"With the last two games, we kind of thought that they may need some type of help," a rep for the Church told FOX4KC ... "We knew that his ankle was injured so we decided to possibly have a healing service to help him heal that ankle quicker."

They're even advertising the prayer service on the sign outside the building -- hoping to recruit some extra parishioners to help out!

There's a bit of a timing issue though ... the Chiefs play the Denver Broncos TONIGHT -- so, hopefully, they're putting in some prayer work TODAY too!

Good luck!
