Holly Madison is about to be on the market ... her husband, Pasquale Rotella, has filed for divorce from the former Playboy model.

Holly and Pasquale got hitched in 2013, and they have 2 kids together, daughter Rainbow Aurora and son Forest. The couple decided to end their union after their romance was said to have fizzled out.

According to the divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Pasquale filed on August 31 in Vegas.

Rotella posted a statement Tuesday, saying, "It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate. First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity."

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner and was one of the stars of the TV show, "The Girls Next Door."

Holly and Pasquale got married at Disneyland ... but their marriage won't have a storybook ending.

Quentin Tarantino will host his "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" premiere party at the Playboy Mansion -- this after recently filming some scenes there ... TMZ has learned.

QT and co. are going to have their after-party at Hugh Hefner's romping grounds following the premiere of his highly anticipated flick -- which chronicles the Manson murders. While a date for the party hasn't been set quite yet, we're told it has gotten the green light for whenever the film drops ... which, for now, is slated for summer 2019.

Tarantino and his crew were seen at the Playboy Mansion last week, where they filmed for 3 days. The current owner of the house, Daren Metropoulos, says ... "After Quentin reached out to me and I spent some time understanding his vision for the film, I knew there was a special opportunity to collaborate together and feature the mansion in this thrilling project."

He added ... "The timing was excellent as the property has already begun to transform back to its original grandeur and has never looked more impressive."

Tarantino's got history with the Playboy Mansion. He hosted his "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" video release party there in 2004. Looks like he's circling back with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Al Pacino and other big stars that've been cast.

The premiere party appears to be one of the first major A-list events to be held at the mansion since Hugh Hefner's death late last year and since Daren bought the place for $100 million about a year prior. Most recently, he was cleared to undergo major repairs ahead of a potential historic monument designation.

Ben Affleck's latest sighting shows all the signs of a bachelor lifestyle, which has us wondering ... has he broken up with GF Lindsay Shookus?

Ben was spotted Thursday night leaving Nobu Malibu rocking a very casual single-guy look -- loose jeans, jacket, t-shirt with a cig in hand -- after having dinner with a very hot blonde who's not Lindsay.

Ex-Playmate Karen McDougal is clear to spill the beans about her alleged affair with Donald Trump ... and, perhaps most importantly to her, make a ton o' money off it.

McDougal had sued the National Enquirer's parent company, American Media, over a non-disclosure agreement she signed with them in 2016. She got $150k and some promotional perks, and the Enquirer got her exclusive story about the 2006 affair with Trump. She sued to get out of the deal.

Well, they reached a settlement ... according to the New York Times, and is now allowed to talk all she wants about her Trump relationship. You'll recall, McDougal sat down with Anderson Cooper last month for a CNN special.

So, why does the settlement matter? It's pretty clear based on the terms, which include American Media getting $75k of any future profits Karen makes off selling the Trump story.

Kendra and Hank both attended their 3-year-old daughter Alijah's soccer game Sunday, which Kendra documented on social media. At one point she points the camera at her estranged hubby, who's almost within arm's reach, standing next to their kid.

Wilkinson posted several videos Monday after rumors swirled in recent months of ongoing issues in their relationship that signaled a split was imminent.

Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal is taking a page out of Stormy Daniels' playbook -- suing to throw out a 2016 legal agreement that bars her from speaking about an alleged tryst with Donald Trump.

The 1998 Playmate of the Year is going after American Media Inc. -- which owns The National Enquirer -- claiming she was misled about the company's deal to pay her for her story.

According to the docs ... McDougal didn't seek "hush money" from Trump, but rather thought she was selling her story to the Enquirer for $100k and future appearances in the publication. Instead, she claims her story was buried ... and she didn't get the publicity she was promised.

McDougal claims in the docs that Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, was secretly involved with AMI in the effort to pay her off and shut her up ... because the head of the company, David Pecker, is friends with Trump and he had just secured the Republican nomination.

According to the suit ... McDougal's also being threatened with legal action and monetary damages if she talks about her alleged affair with Trump. As we reported, Trump's lawyer accused Stormy Daniels of such a breach of their contract ... and is going after her for $20 million.

The Playboy Mansion will remain one of L.A.'s most iconic properties, but it will NOT be added to the city's list of historic cultural landmarks.

The mansion's new billionaire owner, Daren Metropoulos, struck a deal with city officials in which the property will be permanently protected -- regardless of future owners -- but will not be subject to some of the normal restrictions attached to historic landmarks or monuments.

The new agreement locks in Daren's previous commitment to "not demolish the main residence and will repair the facade of the structure while maintaining its original condition as part of his extensive renovation."

Basically, the deal allows Daren to transform the mansion without a landmark status that would have added a lot of red tape. He says Hugh Hefner was aware of his renovation plans.

Playboy had the nerve to publish a model's nude photo on its cover after promising a bunch of times it wouldn't ... so claims a former Playmate model in a new lawsuit.

The model, filing the suit as Jane Doe, says she always wanted to appear in Playboy, but resisted because she'd never do it nude. But that all changed, she says, after Playboy, in 2015, announced it would no longer publish nude pics.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the model claims the photog, shooting for Playboy Romania, repeatedly promised pics showing her nipples or other private parts would be digitally edited. She says she was appalled when her nipples were fully exposed for Playboy Romania's cover in May 2016.

Just a note ... she wanted to remain anonymous which is why she filed as Jane Doe, but she puts in the lawsuit she's on the cover of Playboy Romania's May 2016 cover. Hmmmm.

Paris Hilton ain't got s*** on Ksenia Sobchak, so stop making the comparison ... says Russia's presidential candidate.

We got Ksenia outside the National Press Club building Tuesday in D.C. and our poor bastard had the audacity to preface his question about her presidential run against Vladimir Putin by reminding Ksenia she's being hailed as Russia's Paris Hilton.

Ksenia -- a former Playboy model and socialite whose father was St. Petersburg's first democratically elected mayor and once mentored a young Vladimir -- schools our guy with her impressive credentials.

The Playboy Mansion desperately needs a fix up, and the work just got approved by the folks who will, most likely, designate Hef's old crib a city landmark ... TMZ has learned.

The mansion's new owner, Daren Metropoulos, has been cleared to replace plumbing and to repair dry rot and termite damage. The city of Los Angeles issued permits for the work earlier this week, but Daren had an extra hurdle due to the push to make it an Historic-Cultural Monument.

City officials tell us the Monument application is currently under consideration, which means renovations would normally be on hold. We're told the permits were approved in this case because the mansion's in a bad way, and it was critical for the work to be done ASAP.

As we reported, Playboy sold the mansion to Metropoulos in 2016 for $100 million, and Hugh Hefner was allowed to live in the crib until he died in September 2017.
