Before this serious kid with curly hair turned into a famous model and food-lover, she was just ringing up customers at the surf shop, living the SoCal life in Huntington Beach and getting her modeling career started at 18 years old.

This "legend" of a lady's career took off -- after holding a briefcase on the show "Deal Or No Deal" -- and in 2010 she landed on the cover as Sports Illustrated's "Rookie Of The Year." When she's not tending to her family of 6, you can find her and her famous hubby watching 'Housewives' and 'VPR.'

Kim Zolciak seems to be in full-blown denial -- or else Kroy has had a radical change of heart -- because she's talking like her marriage is still a work in progress, despite the fact her husband has filed for divorce and wants to sell the family home.

Kim posted, "I'm living here not going anywhere! Been working on our marriage and have been living as husband and wife. The lies daily are too much."

Thing is ... Kroy Biermann has not only filed for divorce ... he wants the kids. He's accused her of sinking the family into a deep financial hole, in part because of her gambling.

Kroy has been trying to get Kim to sign off on selling the family home ... giving they have an IRS debt of more than a mil, and lawsuits totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid personal debts, including a $150,000 SAKS bill.

Kroy's lawyers have told TMZ the divorce is still on, but Kim seems to think it's all salvageable.

Kim Zolciak's estranged husband Kroy Biermann is begging her to sign off on the sale of their Georgia mansion, and according to a process server, he may have gotten his wish!!!

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a process server tasked with delivering a lawsuit to Kim says they faced a significant hurdle in trying to give her the legal papers ... arriving to her home and getting info she had allegedly moved.

The process server claims he went to Kim and Kroy's mansion Thursday morning and spoke with someone at the home who identified themselves as a resident. The process server claims an unidentified man told them he had "just purchased the property."

As we've told you ... Kim and Kroy are deep in the hole financially, and he's been trying to get her to give the green light to sell their home.

The process server says he's under the belief Kim has moved out, but it's unclear if that's the case ... there's still a possibility whoever answered the door may have been messing with the process server.

We spoke to Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, who says there's no way Kim's outta the house yet -- she's got too much crap in there to move so quickly. There's also the issue that the house cannot yet be legally sold per the standing order of the court.

As for the lawsuit the server was trying to hit Kim ... it's from SAKS for a credit card she allegedly owes $150,000.

Famed plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein is dragging a Florida plant store to court ... claiming the company made off with a bunch of plants from his home, years after he paid for them.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Lenny says he dropped thousands of dollars on plants from Threlkel Botanicals back in 2020 ... but he claims the store started removing plants and trees from his Miami mansion last week while his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein was moving out.

Lenny, who is divorcing 'The Real Housewives of Miami' star, claims he directly told the store and its owner, Jim Threlkel, not to take the plants from the property ... but Lenny says they were removed anyway.

In the docs, Lenny is crying foul ... he says removing the plants he bought amounts to theft and trespassing.

Lenny also claims Jim acted with "felonious intent and knew he was taking property he was not entitled to."

Lisa and Lenny's divorce has been pretty nasty -- he's already engaged to another woman -- and now Threlkel Botanicals is being pulled into the fray.

Lenny's going after the store to get the plants back and/or damages, and he claims those damages exceed $50K!!!

We reached out to Threlkel Botanicals ... so far no word back.

Kroy Biermann is tired of petty swipes with his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, amid their divorce, and he's making one urgent plea ... sign off on the sale of their home, STAT.

The ex-NFL star's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us ... Kim's recent on-camera suggestion that Kroy asking a court to let him put the Georgia mansion on the market was actually her idea is simply posturing ... and it's meaningless considering how dire things are.

Bergstrom says Kroy is over all the gamesmanship and simply wants what's in the best interest of everyone involved -- including their 4 children -- and that boils down to selling this house yesterday, collecting whatever equity they can and paying off a ton of debt.

Per KB's attorney, the family's deep in the hole right now -- well north of a million bucks -- and they're also on the verge of having their home foreclosed on for good ... despite Kroy's best efforts to sell personal items and make mortgage payments.

Unless they act soon, we're told, they'll be out on the streets ... with other bill collectors continuing to come after them. Bergstrom says the only way to rectify their financial situation in one fell swoop is to sell the house -- and Kroy is basically begging his wife to come to the table and sign a joint consent agreement that'll get this ball rolling.

Kroy has gone to court in the meantime since he says Kim has failed to meet him halfway -- requesting an emergency hearing to get permission from a judge directly -- but Bergstrom says all that is unnecessary if Kim just plays ball.

Bergstrom tells us Kroy isn't out to hurt Kim, nor does he want to one-up her -- right now, his only focus is protecting their children and helping the family move forward.

Bottom line ... Kroy wants to turn the page, but feels his wife has her head buried in the sand. While she's gallivanting in L.A. -- his lawyer says he's in Georgia trying to navigate their money nightmare ... and he needs her to come back to Earth to face the music.

Kim Zolciak says it wasn't Kroy Biermann's idea to sell their house that is teetering on the brink of foreclosure ... it was hers.

Kim hit up Il Pastaio Friday night, and she said flat out ... the decision to sell their home was mutual.

TMZ broke the story, Kroy has filed for divorce a second time, although Kim has been acting like it's only a matter of time before he pulls the plug on it again. She's been wearing her wedding ring -- though not last night -- and is pooh-poohing the notion they're really getting divorced.

Kroy's lawyers have a different take ... they're saying Kroy is as serious as a heart attack ... he wants out.

At least from the filing, it looks pretty nasty.  He wants sole custody of their minor children and exclusive use of their home, for as long as they have it.

Kroy locked Kim out last month and left her pillow on the doorstep.  She called the cops.

Kyle Richards is opening up about her separation from longtime hubby Mauricio Umansky, admitting it's been "very hard."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star did a Q&A fan chat on Amazon Live Wednesday, providing new insights into her break up with Mauricio after 27 years of marriage.

Kyle went on to explain she and Umansky are still in love and continue to co-parent their 4 kids.

She said, "Obviously, we care about each other a lot. You saw, here we are on vacation together," referring to their current summer getaway in Europe as a family.

As we reported, Kyle and Mauricio separated last month after 27 years of marriage -- despite admitting they've been going through a rough year together, they both denied the rumors that they were getting a divorce.

We've also seen them hanging out with the rest of their fam during their vacay ... cheesing on a boat in Positano with their kids last week.

Ne-Yo's ex, Monyetta Shaw-Carter, is opening up about what led to their breakup -- at least from her POV, it was about overcrowding in the bedroom ... as in, too many threesomes!!!

Monyetta was a recent guest on the "Haus of Aaron" podcast, where she poured some alleged tea, claiming Ne-Yo reneged on his promise for them to star on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" as a couple ... out of fear his music career would be tarnished.

As for the threesomes ... Monyetta says she was open to allowing others to participate in the bedroom, but saw red flags when Ne-Yo attempted to make it a regular thing.

Monyetta says she was totally down for it a couple times a year, but any more than that made her feel inferior in the relationship ... so, she cut her losses.

We just spoke to Jidenna about having multiple sex partners -- as he's been using his own experiences with polygamy to drive his music. His expertise is pretty much aligned with Monyetta's POV ... if the woman's unhappy, things likely won't last.

Kim Zolciak is, at least publicly, acting like there's hope she and Kroy Biermann can resolve things, and he'll pull his divorce docs again, but he's not seeing it that way at all ... TMZ has learned.

We heard from Kim -- who was still wearing her wedding ring -- Monday at LAX, and she gave off very optimistic vibes when asked if Kroy might have a change of heart about his second divorce filing.

Well, we asked Kroy's legal team if he had any plans on pulling the divorce ... and they didn't mince words. Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us, "No, at this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action."

It's likely a devastating blow to Kim, and unless Kroy's holding back information from his lawyer ... the estranged couple is definitely not on the same page about their future.

However, s*** hit the fan for the couple this month, prompting Kroy to file for divorce once again.

Erika Jayne used Secret Service agents and American Express to extort money from a Hollywood designer, ruining his life and career in the process ... so says a new lawsuit.

The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star and two Secret Service agents are among those being sued by Chris Psaila, who claims Erika corrupted the agents and had them prosecute him over her claims that his costume company fraudulently charged her over $800,000.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Psaila claims Erika gave him and his store, Marco Marco, permission to charge her card for costumes and services he designed, created and provided for her performances ... and he says Erika's estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was the account holder and she was an authorized user.

Psaila claims he started working with Erika in 2014 and everything was kosher until she falsely claimed Psaila had racked up $800k to $900k in fraudulent charges on her credit card from 2015 to 2016.

Psaila insists Erika got every piece of clothing and services from these charges.

In the docs, he claims Erika and Tom weaponized the Secret Service to maliciously prosecute him ... believing the former couple bribed agent Robert Savage, then the head of Secret Service's Los Angeles office, to criminally investigate Psaila and ultimately charge him with crimes.

Psaila also claims AMEX accepted Erika's false statements of unauthorized charges and refunded Erika and Tom over $787k without giving the designer an opportunity to dispute her claims ... and he says AMEX told the Secret Service Erika was a victim of his fraud.

In his suit, Psaila claims Tom and Savage had a cushy relationship ... and he says Savage had his own "history of falsely billing for advance Presidential location scouting trips" that eventually forced him out of the Secret Service.

Psaila claims Tom bribed Savage to investigate him by agreeing to represent Savage in a lawsuit against Volkswagen, while also promising to pay Savage $100k when the investigation in Psaila started.

The designer says Tom and Savage's relationship was not disclosed when he was facing prosecution and says the criminal case against him was ultimately dismissed nearly 5 years after it started ... but he says he suffered extreme emotional distress, financial harm to his business, plus extreme emotional, psychological, and physical injuries as a result of the ordeal.

Psaila is going after Erika, AMEX, Savage and others for at least $18.2 million.

A rep for AMEX tells TMZ ... "In late 2016, federal law enforcement contacted American Express regarding its investigation into fraud by Mr. Psaila. While it is our policy to not comment on the specific activity on an individual Card Member’s accounts, we followed our regular processes and procedures throughout this investigation as we dealt with law enforcement. We did not initiate the investigation, nor did we proactively contact law enforcement, and the information law enforcement requested from us was typical in fraud investigations. We did not play any role in the criminal investigation of Mr. Psaila or his business other than responding to inquiries from law enforcement."

We reached out to Erika ... so far no word back.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might be in the middle of yet ANOTHER divorce, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her hand and listening to what she's got to say.

The ex-'RHOA' star and her daughter, Brielle Biermann landed at LAX Monday and were asked all about Kim's pending case -- after Kroy recently re-filed divorce docs.

Check this out, 'cause it's interesting -- when KZ is asked if she and Kroy are truly dunzo -- she makes sure to flash her wedding band, which Brielle explicitly points out as still "on."

Kim says she already knew Kroy was going to file again, but indicates she's not really worried about it ... and that, perhaps, he'll pull the docs.

The photog presses Kim on some underlying issues that seem to be affecting her marriage -- like finances, for instance -- and the matriarch says those sorts of weigh on all matrimonies.

Brielle's also got some financial issues of her own -- TMZ was first to report she's on the wrong end of a lawsuit from a credit card company -- but she says that's been handled.

One last thing that stands out in the chat ... Brielle pitches a potential new Bravo show that she thinks could benefit all the 'Real Housewives' kids -- and if Andy Cohen was receptive to it in a recent meeting Kim says they had ... she could be back on reality TV one day.

Lots to digest with this one -- we'll see how it all shakes out, but Kim sounds optimistic.

More financial woes for Kim Zolciak, a credit card company is going after her for more than $150,000 ... filing a lawsuit the same day Kroy Biermann filed for divorce.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, SAKS/CAPITAL ONE claims Kim was issued a card with a $115,000 limit. The company says her last payment was back in September 2022 for $4,179.

The documents state Kim owes $156,080.64 in total on the card -- in both charges and credit that have all added up over the last several months.

Of course, Kim's facing a bunch of other money problems, including the more than $1 million the IRS claims she and estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, owe. The couple also had their Georgia home foreclosed on, though that issue seems to be resolved ... at least for now.

Kim was also sued back in June for a Target credit card she allegedly had with a $2,482.24 balance.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann seemed like a couple on the mend from the outside -- but were fighting nonstop behind closed doors -- before one fight sent Kroy over the edge, causing him to file for divorce once again.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us ... Kim and Kroy had been arguing for several weeks about money before Thursday's filing ... and things had gotten "nasty." As for specifics ... we're told each has been on the other's case about not paying various bills. They blame each other for their serious financial mess. As one source said, "They've gotten ridiculously petty over who hasn't paid bills. They're counting down to pennies."

We're told Kroy was regularly threatening to file for divorce. However, it was during a fight Thursday morning when Kroy threatened once again to file for divorce, Kim dared him ... so he did.

'Real Housewives' star Kyle Richards and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, are still on good terms during their separation -- they're back together to take their family on an end-of-summer vacation.

The whole fam looks to be enjoying each other's company on the Amalfi Coast -- Kyle and Mauricio's 23-year-old daughter, Sophia, shared some pics Sunday, writing, "Last night in Positano 🧡."

One of the shots shows the entire family together on a boat, and everyone -- including Kyle and Mauricio -- is all smiles!

As we reported, the couple separated last month after being married for 27 years ... but they've said any talk about them getting a divorce is untrue.

They did, however, admit they've had a rough year.

They're also still living under the same roof, and have remained playful online -- he posted some shirtless pics of himself last month, saying he was out of shape 6 years ago, and she jokingly responded, "Must be Ozempic."

Kyle's also been dealing with persistent rumors she's dating country singer, Morgan Wade ... and the ladies have had fun with the gossip, appearing as love interests in Morgan's new music video, "Fall in Love with Me."

Somebody check on Michael Jordan -- it sounds like his arch nemesis' ex-wife is close to being his daughter-in-law ... 'cause Marcus just revealed a wedding date with Larsa Pippen is "in the works."

The happy couple hit up Jones in West Hollywood for dinner on Wednesday ... and as they were leaving the restaurant, the G.O.A.T.'s son was asked if wedding bells were in his future.

"We're looking for a location," Heir Jordan said with a big smile on his face.

When the cameras followed up about whether they had a date set, Marcus explained the two have kickstarted the planning process.

To spark further speculation, Larsa was spotted wearing a ring on THAT finger ... although it's unclear if it's a legit engagement ring just yet. It's worth noting -- Pippen has worn the ring in a few recent Instagram posts as well.

It may be MJ's worst nightmare -- remember, #23 famously said he did NOT approve of the relationship while leaving a restaurant in Paris last month.

Larsa and Marcus later addressed the clip ... with Scottie's ex claiming MJ's comments left her "embarrassed" and "traumatized," and the latter insisting his pops gave his blessing ... but didn't want to fuel speculation their relationship had anything to do with his infamous feud with Michael's longtime wingman.

Regardless of what the Hall of Famer thinks, Larcus were inseparable at Drizzy's show earlier Wednesday evening ... with Pippen grinding all over Jordan throughout the night.

Fittingly, Marcus' shirt read, "Hug me I'm horny!!"
