Joey Lawrence officially settled his bankruptcy case, but it's not hurting his game in Hollywood ... at all.

Joey, who got the bankruptcy judge's sign off 2 weeks ago, hit up Craig's restaurant in WeHo Monday night ... an expensive proposition for sure. He left in a brand new Dodge Challenger Hellcat, which retails for around $60k minimum.

It's interesting, considering Joey had a 2014 Bentley, a 2016 BMW i8 and a 2015 Ford Flex repoed.

According to the bankruptcy docs, Joey claimed he had $8k to his name in the bank and $60 in cash.

Swedish model Elsa Hosk gets an A+ for imagination because she just put a new spin on the classic checkered flag.

Instead of waving the ol' finish line flag, the Victoria's Secret model waved her legs while wearing a checkered two-piece during a photo shoot Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Markelle Fultz's whip game is SERIOUSLY trailing his on-court abilities ... as the 76ers rookie found out on his way outta the arena Wednesday night.

Gucci Mane ain't close to your regular luxury sports car shopper, not even for one of the newest Ferrari models out -- he jumps right to the front of a long line just like ... this.

Sources tell us Gucci recently purchased a brand new 2018 Ferrari 812 Superfast -- which debuted last year ... and has a strict 3-year wait list for average Joe rich folks. Gucci isn't your run-of-the-mill baller though -- he got his delivered within 24 hours of ordering it.

The proud new owner posted a photo of himself with his Ferrari, which got dropped off Sunday morning.

We're told Gucci dropped a whopping $600,000 for the whip, courtesy of Obi Okeke, AKA Doctor Bugatti. Okeke dabbles in high-end rides like this -- just ask Arnold Schwarzenegger and even Floyd Mayweather ... they know what we're talking about.

Cam Newton was involved in a collision with a dump truck in Atlanta on Thursday ... and TMZ Sports has a photo from the scene.

We're told the Carolina Panthers quarterback was driving his matte black Ferrari F12 (valued over $300,000) when the collision occurred around 4:00 PM local time.

Atlanta PD confirms the accident occurred but says neither party wanted to fill out a police report.

Unclear what caused the collision or who was at fault -- but calm down, Panthers fans, Newton appeared to be okay after the incident. In fact, he was seen walking the car around in his shorts and one of his funky hats.

FYI, Newton is from Atlanta and still lives there.

28-year-old Newton has been involved in car accidents in the past -- he overturned his car in North Carolina back in 2014. He was hospitalized with minor injuries and ended up being okay.

Justin Bieber is somewhere high-fivin' like crazy right now -- or he should be -- because he's finally nailed the delicate art of backing up his Lamborghini!

That's only slightly tongue-in-cheek. Truth is, we've watched the Biebs struggle for weeks to exit Hillsong Church in his $400k Lambo Aventador, but this Wednesday night ... he went for it and scored.

In the past, we've seen Justin bottom out his ride, or make multi-point turns to avoid reversing out of the steep driveway -- but ya can't say the kid doesn't learn from his mistakes. He revved the engine and made a clean exit ... in reverse.

Still, it doesn't hurt to look back at JB's greatest Lambo misses. We should all have such problems.

Travis Scott got swindled out of $70k on a Lambo that never actually existed ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The rapper's suing Richard Martinez, VIP Services and Jorge Maldonado ... claiming they were all in cahoots to swindle him out of the cash. In docs, obtained by TMZ, Travis says he wanted to buy a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who then hired Martinez and his VIP Services to broker a deal.

Travis said he trusted Martinez because he claimed to have brokered dozens of deals for high-profile figures ... including the Kardashians. But to close the deal, Travis claims Martinez told him to wire a $70k deposit. Travis did, but months went by and there was no Lambo to show for it.

Monster Jam might have a monster lawsuit on their hands soon enough, 'cause a firework at one of their shows misfired into the crowd and burned some spectators.

The scary incident went down Saturday night at the Sam Boyd Stadium in Nevada for the 'Monster Jam World Finals.' During the finale, fireworks were going off ... and at one point a smaller firework shot into the first few rows of the stands, hitting some folks.

Eyewitnesses tell us a man and woman -- who were with their 2 kids -- got struck by the stray explosive, badly burning their arms. The children were unharmed.

Justin was worshiping Wednesday night at Saban Theatre in Bev Hills ... where once again he decided driving his Lambo was the way to go. Ciara and Russell Wilson also showed up, and Justin parked his whip behind theirs.

As service ended, Justin's struggles were about to begin. You see Justin trying to map out how to back out of a driveway that's truly been a thorn in his side.

Justin Bieber was revving and roaring his new Lamborghini in town -- but not cruising through streets like you might expect ... he was just trying to get out of a driveway.

Biebs was leaving a church service in Bev Hills Wednesday night, and on his way out ... he seemed to have the hardest time reversing his whip out of a steep entrance/exit.

It's pretty damn funny, especially considering this thing's got something like 730 HP ... and is supposed to be the luxury ride of bull-like caliber. You'd never guess all that, though, by how long it took JB to get up the hill here. And yet ... he eventually got it done.

Side note ... what color do you think this Lambo is? We thought white ... but then had to take a second look.

... 'Cause Caitlyn Jenner and NASCAR stud Kurt Busch spent some time checking out each other's hot rides in front of Nobu in Malibu Monday night and we've got the video!!

Caitlyn arrived in her $176k tricked out purple Porsche 911 GT3 RS (NICE!) ... and Kurt showed up in his $500,000 Ford GT supercar (REALLY NICE!).

Both Caitlyn and Kurt are car fanatics -- and were both impressed with each other's whips.

We're told Jenner and Busch know each other through mutual friends and Kurt has invited Caitlyn to some of his events.

The bigger question ... who would win in a race?

Pamela Anderson took her viral campaign against ride-hail apps to the podium and delivered her message in the flesh, saying riders and drivers get the short end of the stick.

Pam spoke at a conference in Vegas Monday to discuss the controversial subject, and she reinforced her points about apps like Uber and Lyft absolving themselves of responsibility for both their customers and employees ... or "independent contractors" as they'd call them.

She tells folks in the room that ride-hail companies are fully aware of just how dangerous their services really are, and are basically saying good luck to someone when they accept a ride. Interestingly, she also goes to bat for drivers ... whom she says get exploited.

Pam's touched on these topics before -- most recently in a PSA called 'Terms and Conditions' in which she calls attention to the risk riders assume by using Lyft and Uber.

MMA star Rampage Jackson says he came thiiiiis close to getting his manager, Tiki, a hoopty Range Rover at the used car lot ... before deciding to be a boss and drop a small fortune!

"I was thinking about going the cheap route ... you almost had a used one!" Rampage said to Tiki. "But then I was like, 'nah man, I can't cheap out.'"

FYI, the new Range was a surprise bday gift -- after Tiki negotiated an epic new contract with Bellator.

When we saw Rampage's video of the big reveal, our car guy (yeah, we have one of those) estimated the whip would run him at least $100k in the hole. Turns out, it was almost 130 RACKS!!

With that price tag, ya gotta think Rampage's deal was in the mils -- but Tiki wouldn't spill the beans.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is wondering what the rest of the world is wondering -- what's taking Elon Musk so long to get that Model 3 going?!

We got Arnold at SXSW in Austin (yup, we're everywhere) and our guy wanted to know if Arnold would ever volunteer for Elon's Mars trip. Arnold quickly fired back and went after Elon's Model 3. For the uninitiated ... the electric sedan -- with a base price of just $35k -- has been Elon's master plan to bring an affordable car to the electric vehicle market. But Tesla's struggled to produce the sought-after car with yet another production halt.

Farrah Abraham was apparently asleep at the wheel this weekend -- 'cause her car got jacked after she left the keys inside.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone made off with a Hyundai Saturday that Farrah had rented. We're told she accidentally left her car keys in the vehicle, which she'd parked in a garage at a private residence in Bev Hills. Sure enough, it was boosted.

Unclear if the keys were in the ignition ... but we imagine it was a fairly easy getaway, regardless.

Luckily, this story's got a happy ending. Sources tell us cops spotted the car Monday night and ran the plates only to discover it was Farrah's stolen Hyundai. They pulled it over and arrested 3 men who were cruising in it. All three were booked for grand theft auto.

Pam Anderson says ride-hail apps shirk their responsibility and shift blame to their users ... and that's why she implores you to read the fine print.

Pamela is back with a new PSA -- obtained in advance by TMZ -- and takes ride-hail apps to task for making its users assume all the risk with the long and dreaded terms and conditions ... which, btw, is the title for her third PSA.

She first went after ride-hail apps, like Uber or Lyft, back in November for not properly vetting its drivers. She went after them again in January and tied them to the #MeToo movement.
