Prince Harry was serving up hot tea Sunday just ahead of the release of his memoir -- spilling secrets on his brother, Prince William, and other members of the Royal Family.

Let's start with Will ... whom Harry says he's been feuding with for years now, dating back to the time when their mother died -- which he says marked the beginning of them going down different paths of life and the start of a sibling rivalry that has long been in the making.

This is a big deal -- essentially, what Harry's saying is that despite them seeming close in adulthood, that hasn't quite been the case behind the scenes. PH also says he's been trying to repair his relationship with his sibling for a long time, and hoped Meghan Markle coming into the picture would help patch things up ... via a hopeful connection to Kate Middleton.

That never materialized, though, as Harry mentioned in his ITV interview -- which just aired and is making headlines around the world right now. When it comes to Meg and Kate, Harry says they never got along from the get-go ... while implying she and PW were jealous of her.

Harry even accused Will and Kate of playing into the stereotypes about Meghan which he says were being perpetuated in the British press ... an institution he says the Family has been in bed with for years, at the expense of others. Specifically, he name-drops Camilla.

That takes us to Harry's family at large ... whom he says he never intended to hurt, be it in interviews or through his book. On the contrary, he says he's tried dealing with all of his grievances quietly and in private -- only to have the plans and nature of those talks leak.

A few points of clarification ... Harry says he and Meghan were never trying to leave to the States for the sake of money -- a narrative that he claims was planted in the British press by his family's staff -- but rather, they wanted to stick around as Royals and do their duty.

Also ... he denies anyone in the monarchy is directly racist -- something that was suggested in the Oprah interview -- but simply said unconscious bias was alive and well ... while once again reiterating someone had, in fact, made mention of Archie's skin color, but again refused to ID them. He did point to the Ngozi Fulani incident as a prime example of this.

Last but not least ... Harry told ITV he was 100% confident in being able to reconcile with his fam, assuming the British press isn't involved. It's interesting he believes that, considering he says says in the same interview that nobody over there has attempted to bury the hatchet.

There are more interviews to come -- including one with Anderson Cooper on '60 Minutes' and a 'GMA' spot on Monday. His book, 'Spare,' hits shelves on Tuesday worldwide.

Adam Rich, who starred in the enormous hit, "Eight Is Enough" has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family member tells TMZ ... Adam died Saturday at his L.A. area home. The family member would not reveal the cause of death, but a law enforcement source tells TMZ someone came to his home and found him lifeless. The law enforcement source adds ... this was not foul play.

Adam played Nicholas Bradford, the youngest son on "Eight Is Enough." The series ran from 1977-1981.

He had other credits as well, including "Code Red" in 1981 and "Dungeons & Dragons" in 1983.

Adam made VH1's list of the greatest 100 kid stars, coming in at #73.

He retreated from show business in the '80s because he said he did not like the glare of the spotlight or, for that matter, anything celebrity-related.

Adam took up acting at Chatsworth High School in the San Fernando Valley. His drama teacher also taught Kevin Spacey, Val Kilmer and other big actors.

Sadly, Adam had substance abuse issues, which resulted in a 1991 arrest after he smashed a pharmacy window in an effort to obtain drugs. He was bailed out by Dick Van Patten, his TV dad on "Eight Is Enough." He had other legal issues as well.

Adam's mantra -- "Life is for living, and I live my life to the fullest every day."

Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn are battling it out for bragging rights over who had a rougher life ... and it's getting ugly.

Britney fired back at her younger sister with a social media rant Friday, after Jamie Lynn complained on TV about growing up with a super famous older sister.

The sisterly beef reignited this week when Jamie Lynn said on FOX's new reality series, "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" that she struggles with self-esteem living in Britney's shadow.

Britney's having none of it, though ... she says Jamie Lynn and the rest of her family and friends were living it up while she was wasting away under a conservatorship.

What's more, Britney's none too pleased Jamie Lynn is whining on national TV ... Britney says she'd rather spit in her family's faces and "trash them on Instagram cause that’s all my family has ever been to me !!!!"

Jamie Lynn says she's proud of Britney and loves her to death, but grew up feeling like she didn't have anything for herself because her older sister found fame at such a young age.

Britney's response ... "It honestly blows my mind the hardships you say you have had with having me as your sister."

While Jamie Lynn says she's having a hard time finding her own identity outside of being Britney's sister, Britney's claiming she suffered nerve damage during the conservatorship.

Former "Bachelorette" Hannah Brown says her time on the "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" was a total nightmare ... but it wasn't due to the crazy physical challenges she had to go through -- it's 'cause Dwight Howard wouldn't stop ripping ass!!

The former Miss Alabama USA is one of 16 celebrity contestants who bravely went through rigorous training exercises -- led by a group of ex-Special Forces operatives -- for the sake of television entertainment ... and she says the experience was incredibly tasking.

"It was probably tougher than it can ever be captured on camera," Brown told TMZ at LAX this week. "It was incredible, but like, incredibly challenging in every way because there's no break."

But Brown says it just wasn't about pushing her body to the limit -- their downtime in the barracks was "probably the worst part" ... thanks to one NBA champion's gas.

"Well, Dwight Howard was across from me farting the whole time," Brown added. "The bathroom situation, it was like 108 degrees inside, it was a lot."

Pulling out all the stops for a Pulitzer, we asked what it was like to handle "business" ... and Brown's description of the setup is pretty rough.

"It was like a bucket, basically, with flies."

Erika Jayne says Lisa Rinna simply can't be replaced on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... because Lisa's the greatest 'Housewives' star of all time.

The 'RHOBH' star was out shopping Friday when cameras asked her about Lisa's recent announcement about leaving the Bravo reality TV series.

Erika says producers can try, but they won't be able to find anyone who can fill Lisa's shoes. The way Erika sees it ... Lisa is the "f***** GOAT."

When asked if Lisa Vanderpump should return to the show, Erika scoffed ... calling Lisa a "coward" who ran away from the show and couldn't face the music at the reunion ... so, not a good fit in Erika's eyes.

Remember ... Kathy Hilton gave the show an ultimatum ... vowing not to return if Lisa and Erika came back ... and Erika says she respects Kathy for coming to the reunion show despite all the bad blood.

While Erika says she's going to miss Lisa on the show, they're pretty good friends off camera and she says they will hang out in real life ... which is more valuable to her than having an ally on the show.

La La Anthony is walking back her past comments about only getting 22-year-old suitors -- but she's still on the lookout for a relationship with someone who's her match!!!

We got the highly eligible bachelorette out at LAX, and maybe it was the rain but she wasn't feeling too optimistic about her dating options in the new year.

You might recall, La La was on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast a few months ago, and dropped a bombshell about only seeing barely legals sliding into her DMs.

She cracked a smile while quoting the late, great Aaliyah in revealing "age ain't nothing but a number" ... but does admit 22 is a bit young for her taste.

Lala has been on the market since filing for divorce from Carmelo Anthony in June 2021 -- ending 10+ years of marriage -- and for what it's worth, her career has been firing on all cylinders since then. Something for her potential dates to consider.

She recently joined 50 Cent's "BMF," has a recurring role in Hulu's "Wu-Tang: An American Saga" and is also slated to star in a couple of movies that are on the horizon.

It's curtains for Lisa Rinna on 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' ... she's announced she's leaving the reality show.

Lisa is exiting the Bravo hit after 8 seasons ... telling People, "This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!"

Famous for her one-liners, Lisa joined 'RHOBH' way back in 2014 during the show's 5th season ... and she was not one to shy away from drama.

Lisa's contract reportedly expired at the end of the most recent season, and she's not signing a new deal ... with People reporting she and Bravo reached a mutual decision to go their separate ways.

For 'RHOBH' fans, Lisa's departure should not be a huge shock ... she seemed to be dropping hints during last season that it may be her last ... and that turned out to be the case.

Lisa's exit seemingly spells good news for Kathy Hilton's time on 'RHOBH' ... as we first told you, Kathy recently called out Lisa and Erika Jayne as villains who are desperate to stir up drama, and vowing not to return to the show unless they're gone.

Bam Margera says he almost didn't make it out alive during his most recent hospitalization ... after suffering multiple seizures and a nasty blood infection.

The former 'Jackass' star got candid on "Steve-O's Wild Ride!" podcast, sharing just how dire his situation was last month -- in his words, "Basically, I was pronounced dead on December 8th."

He said it all started after he got a gnarly case of Covid -- his body began to shut down and he had 4 seizures, each one lasting about 10 to 20 minutes.

On the fourth seizure he says he bit his tongue so hard he began swallowing his own infected blood ... causing him to get pneumonia and sending him into another seizure.

He recalls waking up in the hospital on the 5th day, not being able to breathe on his own and was clueless he'd been there for so long.

As we've reported, Bam ended up in the ICU at a San Diego hospital last month for a serious case of pneumonia and COVID-19.

Prince Harry says he has a true love-hate relationship with his royal brother, William, whom he calls his archnemesis.

In his much-anticipated memoir, "Spare," The Duke of Sussex refers to William as his "beloved brother and archnemesis" -- which is not so surprising given the bumpy road they've been on the last few years.

Harry sat down with 'GMA's Michael Strahan who asked, "What do you mean by this? Harry responded, "There is always been this competition between us. It really plays into, or is played by, the heir/spare.”

Harry insisted that only sharing "the truth" can repair the long fractured relationship between him and William.

"Ultimately, what this all comes down to is, I don't think that we can ever have peace with my family unless the truth is out there," Harry said. The full interview airs Monday on 'GMA,' coinciding with the release of Harry's book.

Harry is going in hard on his bro, accusing him of insulting Meghan Markle -- calling her "rude," "difficult" and "abrasive" -- and then grabbing him by the collar and knocking him to the ground.

He also shifts blame for wearing that Nazi uniform, saying William and Kate Middleton put him up to it.

Hard to imagine how this gets repaired ... given the Oprah interview, the Netflix documentary and now the book.

Fans accusing TLC's Chilli of coming between Matthew Lawrence and his ex -- 'DWTS' star Cheryl Burke -- are barking up the wrong tree ... even though Cheryl seems to be throwing shade about the new relationship.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... Matthew's divorce was filed before he started talking to Chilli in any romantic way -- they knew each other, but simply weren't pursuing one another.

Chilli and Matthew did reconnect in March, a month after Cheryl filed for divorce, at a '90s convention ... but sources say they waited a while before jumping into anything serious due to Matthew being fresh out of his marriage.

Chilli was even dating other people up until they made things official over the holidays -- and we're told Matthew and Cheryl weren't living together when the romance began.

In fact, Cheryl herself says she and Matthew were officially single as of September.

As we reported, Chilli and the "Boy Meets World" star spent the holidays -- Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year -- together in Atlanta with her family.

Cheryl took to Instagram soon after our story, posting a short and seemingly sour message -- "That was fast ..."

Jen Shah's upcoming sentence might be stiffer thanks to a woman who informed the feds about a restraining order she once got against the reality star ... and prosecutors want the judge to take it into account.

Prosecutors in Jen's federal fraud case just filed new docs this week asking the court to consider a 2019 restraining order obtained by a woman who claims she once had some trouble with the 'Housewives of Salt Lake City' star.

The feds say the woman reached out to them via a letter and now want the judge to take a look at how she described their interaction.

With Jen's upcoming sentencing hearing on Friday, prosecutors want to make sure the judge sees what the woman had to say, because they believe it to be consistent with how JS interacted with others. In other words, they think the woman's account will back what they claim they've discovered about Jen's character throughout these proceedings -- and it seems like prosecutors are hoping it leads to a harsher sentence.

Now, as for what this mystery woman claims happened, it's quite a tale ... dating back nearly 4 years, when she alleges JS stalked and harassed her.

TMZ has obtained her restraining order docs from back then, which were filed in Nevada, and she details an alleged tryst her husband was having with Jen -- which erupted into a blowout when the woman sent screenshots of texts to Jen's own hubby.

The woman claims when Jen tried confronting her, she ignored her -- which allegedly pissed off Jen to the point of her driving across state lines to try to see the woman in person. She alleges Jen showed up unannounced on her doorstep at 2:30 AM.

She says she eventually called the cops, and in the end ... the woman got her TRO granted. Unclear what came of it after that -- but it seems prosecutors want a judge to hear about it anyway before deciding how many years Shah gets in the fraud case.

Remember, the feds are asking for at least 10 years behind bars.

The mastermind and architect behind the college admissions scandal is going to end up like Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman ... by spending time behind bars.

Rick Singer was sentenced to 42 months -- 3.5 years -- in federal prison for his role in the Varsity Blues scandal.

Remember ... the feds say Singer was the architect of a massive, decades-long fraudulent scheme to get high school students into elite colleges and universities across the country ... including the daughters of celebs like Lori and Felicity.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors were pushing for Singer to get 6 years behind bars, arguing he profited from the scheme more than anyone and therefore deserved a much longer sentence than the parents, college coaches and others received.

Singer's lawyers, meanwhile, asked for a maximum of 6 months in the big house.

It's worth noting ... more than 50 parents, coaches and associates of Singer's received sentences ranging from 30 months in prison to just probation. Lori was sentenced to 2 months behind bars, while Felicity got 2 weeks.

Singer was initially staring down a maximum sentence of 65 years behind bars ... but he ended up cooperating with the feds and was the key to convicting the parents and coaches. Prosecutors say Singer wore a wire at the government's direction to nail the targets, and also made hundreds of recorded calls.

Stephen "tWitch" Boss is getting an emotional goodbye from those closest to him this week ... with a larger gathering planned for the future to properly honor him en masse.

Sources within tWitch's inner circle tell TMZ ... the late media personality is being laid to rest Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles, in what we're told is going to be a small and intimate funeral attended by close family.

We're told there is going to be a larger celebration of life ceremony in the near future, which will be held for close friends and the people who Stephen considered his family.

Presumably, the larger celebration would include Ellen DeGeneres and staff members from her show -- on which tWitch served as the DJ for years. The folks from "So You Think You Can Dance" would also likely be on the extended list for the memorial down the road.

TMZ broke the story ... tWitch took his own life last month, leaving behind a suicide note alluding to past struggles. Despite issues he was obviously dealing with, there didn't seem to be any sign, outwardly, that something was wrong ... as his death took everyone by surprise.

There has been an outpouring of tributes made in his honor from the entertainment industry and beyond -- including heartfelt condolences sent by Ellen herself.

He was 40.

T.J. Holmes's estranged wife, Marilee Fiebig, certainly isn't giving her estranged husband the stamp of approval on his relationship with Amy Robach ... instead skewering him for what she believes is disrespectful conduct.

Marilee's divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, spoke to us on her behalf, saying, "During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee's sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter. To that end, T.J.'s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible."

Stephanie makes it clear, T.J. and Amy's relationship doesn't sit right with Marilee... considering all the PDA and trips around town.

She continues, "Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.'s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party's daughter. Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and looks forward to a new beginning in this new year."

Lehman first gave the statement to Daily Mail.

As we reported, T.J. filed for divorce last week ... ending his 12-year marriage to Marilee. Amy is reportedly also in the process of divorcing her husband, actor Andrew Shue.

Amy and T.J. were spotted on a romantic getaway in Miami just a day before T.J. filed his divorce docs.

While 50 Cent's steadily building a TV empire, he's still pulling in big numbers on the music front ... and his "Power Book IV: Force" lead, Joseph Sikora, is happily attesting to that!!!

We got Joseph out at LAX this week and he totally wasn't surprised 50 was one of the biggest performing rappers of 2023 ... despite not releasing much music -- just one single to promote "Power."

50 ranked in the top 10 YouTube views for rappers last year -- a feat that prompted the G-Unit rapper to tease the younger, more active generation ... but Joseph says 50 has earned his legend status in the game and his music is timeless.

Fif's monster debut album "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'" just hit a Billboard milestone with 150 weeks on the chart and turns 20 next month.

Anniversary concerts will surely follow for this RIAA Diamond certified artist, but Joseph tells us his favorite executive producer is still cooking in the studio!!!

Joseph says the "Power" honcho will randomly round up anyone who's hanging in the G-Unit offices to hear snippets of the music, which 50 says he's releasing sometime this year.

Shannon Sharpe made his return to the "Undisputed" set after missing Tuesday's episode over co-host Skip Bayless' controversial tweet about Damar Hamlin's medical emergency ... and it only took a whopping 40 seconds before an argument broke out.

Shannon kickstarted Wednesday's show by addressing Hamlin's situation in his opening monologue ... saying, "Watching that game on Monday night, what happened to Damar Hamlin struck me a little different."

Sharpe explained he's witnessed his NFL brothers suffer serious injuries throughout his career ... but added that seeing someone have to be revived on the field was a completely different experience.

Shannon then addressed Bayless' tweet head-on ... which, according to Skip, wasn't supposed to happen.

"Skip tweeted something and although I disagree with the tweet -- and hopefully, Skip will take it down."

Bayless immediately interrupted his co-host ... saying, "Time out -- I'm not going to take it down because I stand by what I tweeted."

Sharpe was clearly pissed with Skip interjecting ... replying, "I cannot even get through a monologue without you interrupting."

The Hall of Famer then explained his reason for missing Tuesday's show ... saying the discussion should be about Hamlin, not Skip's tweet.

"I didn't want yesterday to get into a situation where Damar Hamlin was the issue. We should have been talking about him, and not get into your tweet. That's what I was gonna do. But you can't even let me finish my opening monologue without you interrupting."

Skip says he was under the impression his tweet was not going to be discussed on the show ... claiming producers did not have an issue with what he said.
