The runaway cable hit kicks off a new season with 2 suckers contestants -- Tyler and A.K. -- literally up to their crotches in the native bugs of the Amazon jungle.

As A.K. puts it ... "Right now they are eating my vajayjay alive!!"

We got this clip from the show that airs Sunday at 9PM on Discovery ...the damage these mosquitoes do to a body is just shocking.

Miley Cyrus' tongue has finally pissed off the wrong person -- and now he's filed a lawsuit.

Charles Nicholas Sarris filed his lawsuit against ShowFx Inc. -- an L.A. equipment supply company that was hired to make the giant novelty tongue slide for Miley's new Bangerz tour.

Sarris says he was hired to assist in the slide construction, and last month, he was badly injured on the job -- after the equipment and tools provided to him failed, causing him to fall and hurt himself bad.

Judge Judy has filed her first lawsuit EVER -- seriously -- against a guy who is shamelessly using her image to chase personal injury clients.

The TV jurist is outraged John Haymond -- a P.I. lawyer in Hartford, CT. -- used clips from "Judge Judy" along with clips of him and his daughters to drum up business.

Judy is especially pissed because she says she's never endorsed a product or the services of anyone ... to maintain her independent reputation.

She says, "Without seeking my authorization or consent, Mr. Haymond has taken that choice away from me for his own personal gain. I cannot tolerate that, and intend to hold Mr. Haymond financially responsible for his actions."

Judy scolds the barrister, saying, "Mr. Haymond is a lawyer and should know better."

We looked for the ads and, just like the litigants who appear on her show, it appears Judy scared the crap out of Haymond because they are nowhere to be found.

Herhonner is suing for more than $75K in damages ... or in Judy's world, lunch money.

When LeBron James tweets, Samsung listens ... especially when he's complaining about a HUGE problem with his cell phone -- since LBJ is a pitchman for the company.

The drama began earlier today when 'Bron tweeted, "My phone just erased everything it has in it and rebooted. One of the sickest feelings I've ever had in my life."

We spoke to a rep for Samsung who essentially told us the company scrambled the jets to remedy the problem that blasted to LeBron's 12 MILLION followers.

"We are following the situation," the rep tells us ... "We have a team looking into it. There should be more information soon."

LeBron, probably realizing he made a pretty huge boo boo, deleted the tweet ... and replaced it a short time later with some new info: "Close call. Wheew! Got all my info back. Gamer! Lol."

George Lopez is sorely mistaken if he thinks he can out-party the party king -- Charlie Sheen sent him a clear message on the set of "Anger Management" Tuesday ... no one passes out like the Warlock.

The clip's pretty funny -- Charlie and George shot it together ... mocking George's recent arrest at a casino for public drunkenness.

George paid Charlie a visit after scoring a major deal at FX for his new show "Saint George," the same exact deal Charlie got for "Anger Management" -- a guaranteed 10 episodes with a promise of 90 more if the ratings are good. It's a small gamble for a HUGE payoff.

A NYC cabbie who pranked passengers with a live snake -- and posted their reactions to YouTube -- doesn't give two craps if the Taxi and Limousine Commission yanks his license ... he tells TMZ, he's on to much bigger things now.

Check out Jimmy Failla's video above -- it's pretty funny -- but New York City's TLC isn't laughing ... calling the prank "monumentally poor judgement on the driver's part." A rep says the commission is now actively reviewing Jimmy's TLC license. It's up for renewal next week.

But Jimmy tells us, if TLC wants to take his license away ... they can have it.

He says he shot the YouTube video to promote his new book ... and he's also making a living as a stand-up comedian -- so he doesn't need to drive cabs anymore. He never really liked doing it anyway.

10:16 AM PDT -- Lohan just told TMZ, "It's a lie." He says Spanish GGW was a real business venture and Reitano even met with Joe Francis. Michael also says there were no naked women involved. Has he seen the videos?

Michael Lohan used naked girls as bait to entice an investor to cough up thousands of dollars ... according to a guy who's suing Lohan for more than $1 million claiming he was had.

Richard Reitano says Lohan came to him in 2009 with a plan to dub over Girls Gone Wild videos in Espanol ... and then asked him to invest $100K.

According to the lawsuit, Lohan claimed GGW creator Joe Francis had given him the rights to the videos ... but he needed cash to get the ball rolling so Reitano loaned him $25K,

But Reitano claims it was all a scam because no videos were ever produced.

Screw his Oscar, the award Hollywood mogul Brian Grazer is most proud of is -- HIS BLACK CARD ... and he's not afraid to tell us why he's more than earned it.

Grazer was talking about the James Brown bio pic he just finished making when he name dropped a bunch of African-American superstars he worked with and then declared, "I'm very hip ... I'm Black!"

Conrad Murray now has a chance to improve his success record in treating patients ... because he's back in business.

TMZ has learned the patients this time around will be children with heart problems. Murray has taken a gig with the Trinidad Ministry of Health, where he'll be consulting with local heart surgeons.

Murray won't get rich off the new job -- he's volunteering his services, but it's definitely a foot in the door. His medical license has been revoked in Texas and suspended in California and Nevada.

The government wants Murray to use his U.S. contacts to help hook up the sick kids.

Roseanne Barr tried to rouse a lynch mob to terrorize George Zimmerman's parents ... because she wanted vigilante justice after the shooting of Trayvon Martin ... according to a new lawsuit.

Robert and Gladys Zimmerman are suing the comedienne ... claiming they feared for their lives after Barr made angry comments about the Zimmermans on Twitter in 2012 ... and even posted their home address online.

The lawsuit claims Barr intentionally tried to cause the Zimmermans emotional distress and great physical harm, by inciting mob violence.

Chris Pine was popped for DUI after blowing through a sobriety checkpoint and then allegedly blowing a .08.

Pine had been partying at a bar in New Zealand with some fellow actors and his girlfriend, beauty queen Iris Bjork Johannesdottir.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... he caught their eye after driving through the checkpoint. Officers then made him stop and Chris reportedly blew a .08 ... the minimum for being legally drunk.

The incident occurred on March 1st. He must appear in court on Monday, and if he doesn't the judge will issue an arrest warrant.

Chris was his usual charming self ... very polite and "easy to deal with."

"Half Baked" star Jim Breuer's ex-neighbor is now facing felony stalking charges -- after allegedly mailing a box of condoms to the actor's Jersey house ... in a perverted joke involving Jim's underage daughters.

Sources close to Jim tell TMZ, the actor's been having problems with Giuseppe Ionfrida for a couple years ... but it got particularly twisted back in December.

We're told Ionfrida allegedly left extremely creepy comments on a YouTube video about Jim, such as ... "How's your three pretty daughters doing ;)" Days later, Jim claims Ionfrida shipped him a box of condoms.

We're told Jim called police in early January, and Ionfrida was arrested on felony stalking charges.

We spoke to Ionfrida who told us he denies leaving the YouTube comments about Jim and his daughters. He did say he doesn't like his kids hanging around Jim -- which is an issue since their kids are friends.

We reached out to Breuer ... he had no comment.

"Bachelor" star Juan Pablo has told Warner Bros. he won't do ANY post-season publicity for the show ... and for its part the studio is saying good riddance.

Sources connected with the show and the studio tell TMZ ... Juan Pablo outright refused to appear on "Good Morning America" Tuesday, and made it clear he was done with publicity of any sort for the show.

Our Warner Bros. sources say that's just fine with them, because they think he damages the "Bachelor" franchise because of his d-baggery.

And even GMA wasn't fighting to get Juan Pablo on the show.

As for the show itself ... we're told producers grew to HATE Juan Pablo, and it appears the feeling was mutual.

A well-known Howard Stern superfan got into big trouble with police Monday in NYC -- after "Booey bombing" a live newscast in Union Square ... and the footage is pretty hilarious.

Kemberly Richardson was doing a live shot for WABC when the fan -- who goes by the name Joey Boots -- jumped behind her, screaming, "Baba Booey! Baba Booey! Howard Stern's penis!"

Producers immediately cut away -- but the action didn't end ... Joey recorded the reactions of Kemberly and her cameraman afterward. The cameraman goes OFF.

Joey says he was later ticketed by cops for disorderly conduct.

J.Lo stopped by Big Boy in the Morning in L.A. Friday -- and Big Boy asked her a fantastic question ... if she were floating on a raft in the ocean -- a raft that only fit 2 -- and came across Diddy and Ben Affleck, which one would she save?

The NFL has finally 86'd the sale of Darren Sharper's jerseys from the official league website ... nearly one month after the former Saints star was charged with raping two women in L.A.

Sharper's jersey had been available on NFLshop.com up until last week ... but now, all traces of the former Pro Bowl safety/Super Bowl champ have been scrubbed from the site.

The move comes 10 days after the NFL Network fired Sharper from his gig as an analyst.

Sharper is currently holed up in an L.A. jail cell ... while the New Orleans D.A. decides whether to charge the football star with rape in that city as well. A decision is expected to be made by the end of the week.

We reached out to the NFL for comment about the stop in jersey sales -- so far, no word back.
