Times Square's Naked Cowboy Busking to a Whole Lotta Nothin' ... Cool Face Mask Though!!!

Published | Updated

New York City's famous half-naked cowboy just got himself some new coverage that is very timely -- although his decision to hit the streets really isn't.

The Times Square street performer -- who's well known in the Big Apple and a regular staple for tourists -- was seen out Tuesday wearing a face mask in addition to his usual get-up (tighty-whities, 10-gallon hat, boots and guitar). So, not a huge change, to be real.

He was out there doing his shtick, and while we can appreciate the effort for social commentary ... it doesn't look like there were very many souls around to bask in its glory.

Frankly, New York City -- along with several other big cities across the country -- is by and large a ghost town these days amid the coronavirus outbreak ... which is forcing governments to mandate lockdowns and self-quarantining. Not cowboy, though ... he's still going strong, it seems.

When it comes to social distancing ... it looks like New Yorkers might've beaten our boy to the punch. Whatevs ... take it away, NB!

President Trump's Sister Sued Over Leak!!! $392k of Water Damage

Published | Updated

One of President Trump's older sisters sprung a leak in her fancy NYC condo, which messed up her neighbor's place to the tune of nearly $400k ... according to a new lawsuit filed against her.

Elizabeth Trump Grau has a pad in NYC's Trump Palace, and back in March of 2017 there was a major water problem in the building. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the front desk of Trump Palace got a call from a concerned resident who said she heard water running behind her walls.

Engineers checked it out, and according to the suit, determined the source of the leak was in Elizabeth's crib. Specifically, they said the shower in her master bathroom was left running.

All that water ended up flowing into at least one neighbor's place. Avraham and Rachel Dishi said it did a real number on a condo they own in Trump Palace. They filed a claim for $392,544.94 with their insurer, The Cincinnati Insurance Company.

Now, the CIC wants Lizzie Trump to buck up and cover that loss. It's suing her for negligence in hopes of getting back the $392k it paid out to the Dishis.

By the way, Avraham's a sort of mini-Trump himself. He owns properties all over NYC ... including multi-million dollar midtown homes, as well as lower income apartments.

BlocBoy JB Jumps Off Balcony into Pool ... Juuust Dodges Paralysis!!!

Published | Updated

BlocBoy JB is lucky to be alive after a stunt that came incredibly close to disaster -- he jumped from a balcony into a pool ... but nearly smashed into concrete.

Video of the rapper surfaced this week, showing him leap from what appears to be a second-story balcony at an apartment complex or hotel. His plan, if he had one, was to land in the pool. He ended up barely clearing the edge, and did NOT walk away unscathed.

Watch the video ... while he landed in the water, it had to be pretty shallow. His ankle looked a little banged up.

One of his buddies who's recording video even says BlocBoy almost killed himself. Possibly a slight exaggeration -- it was only 2 stories -- but you can tell this could've at least ended in serious injury.

It's unclear when this was shot, but if it was recent, it looks like the rapper is too busy playing daredevil to sweat coronavirus. He might wanna reprioritize.

DeAndre Hopkins Traded To Cards For David Johnson ... What Is Bill O'Brien Doing?!?!

Published

The best receiver in the NFL was just traded ... for a 28-year-old running back!?!?

Yup, that just happened ... DeAndre Hopkins was sent packing from the Texans to the Cardinals for David Johnson -- and it's got everybody wondering, WHAT THE HELL IS BILL O'BRIEN DOING?!

The stud receiver -- a 27-year-old, 3-time All-Pro who was on a VERY team-friendly deal -- was traded along with a 4th-round pick just minutes into the league's legal tampering window Monday.

And, in return, O'Brien's Texans reportedly received Johnson, a 2nd-rounder this year and a fourth-rounder next year ... and the move is being universally panned on social media.

As for why ... if you're unfamiliar, Johnson has just 1,308 rushing yards in the last 3 seasons combined -- and was benched last year in Arizona in favor of Kenyan Drake.

Hopkins, meanwhile, has recorded at least 96 catches and 1,165 receiving yards in each of the past 3 years.

Yeah, not a great look for the Texans!!

Also, you'll recall ... O'Brien was the architect behind the trades that cost the Texans two first-round picks (in the Laremy Tunsil swap), and JaDeveon Clowney this past season.

YIKES!
