Starting out on 'TMZ Live,' Harvey and Charles talked about Travis Kelce's latest trip to Las Vegas -- where he once again partied hard with his teammates after the big Super Bowl win a couple weeks ago ... when they also went out and celebrated. This was round two of that.

The only difference now ... Travis left Taylor Swift in the dust to come rage with the boys.

Next up, 'TMZ on TV' ... where the gang talked about the heavy subject of Wendy Williams and all the struggles she's been going through lately, which were well-chronicled on a new Lifetime documentary that aired this weekend ... despite the best efforts from her guardian.

Like we said, tough topic ... and you can tell by the conversation we had amongst ourselves.

And finally, we land on 'TMZ Sports,' where it was none other than Ric Flair's 75th birthday!

DJ Boof, longtime disc jockey for "The Wendy Williams Show," says folks in the studio didn't understand the extent of Wendy's illness... and he thinks her family members are the only ones who can help her.

Wendy's former TV colleague joined us Monday on "TMZ Live," and he told us it's been sad to see his friend going down the road of cognitive decline.

DJ Boof says people on 'Wendy' knew something was going on with her, but they didn't realize just how sick she truly was ... namely, issues with alcohol abuse, and eventually, being diagnosed with aphasia and dementia like Bruce Willis.

A new Lifetime documentary, "Where is Wendy Williams?" highlights her struggles with excessive drinking and some of her outbursts against people on the show ... and DJ Boof tells us he knew Wendy needed help long before the program aired.

There's some question about who is best equipped to help Wendy ... her family, her inner circle or the woman who's Wendy's legal guardian -- and there's now a heated conflict between those factions.

Boof says he's kept in touch with Wendy since her show was canceled in 2022, and she vanished from the public eye ... telling us when he last saw her in Miami she seemed to be doing great.

Wendy's family is down in Florida, including her sister and her son ... and DJ Boof tells us why he thinks that's the best place for her moving forward.

Jessica Vestal and Johnny McIntyre from 'Love Is Blind' linked up in real life at the airport ... which may prove to be a big twist, 'cause they never really crossed paths on the show.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, that shows the two Netflix stars -- who did not interact on the reality series from what we know, whether in the pods or outside of them -- walking through a terminal at LAX Sunday morning ... where they were shoulder to shoulder.

While them popping up at LAX together might raise eyebrows among some -- there's no direct evidence here that they're actually a couple or romantically involved ... aka, no PDA.

The noticeable absence here, of course, is Johnny's fiancée, Amy Cortés, whom he selected in the pods ... and who have gone on to be a fan-fave couple so far in the show.

For those who haven't tuned in yet ... Johnny got on bended knee for Amy, despite never seeing her in person ... which is the whole concept of the show. They've actually emerged as the season's strongest couple, routinely showering each other with love and PDA.

Their only hiccup ... a disagreement over birth control, since Johnny is not ready to be a dad.

Jessica, on the other hand, wasn't as lucky as Johnny in the pods. She famously exited the experiment after her would-be boo, Jimmy Presnell, decided to pursue Chelsea Blackwell instead (the Megan Fox girl). Remember, he notably freaked out after learning Jessica was a single mom ... and she was technically bounced off the show after that.

Of course, they've been teasing her return these past few episodes.

Sadly, the "Love Is Blind" season 6 finale doesn't drop until March 6 -- so we'll have to wait and see if Johnny and Amy actually make it to the wedding altar. In fact ... an update for Jessica might not even come until the reunion drops, which won't be here until March 13.

Alexis Bellino dating Shannon Beador's former flame makes for some juicy 'RHOC' storylines ... but it's not the main reason she's coming back to the reality TV show.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ … Alexis was already in talks with 'RHOC' producers to return to the show before she started dating Shannon's ex, John Janssen.

While Alexis' return and her new relationship with John seem intertwined, we're told it's just coincidental ... because by the time they started dating in Dec. 2023, Alexis was pretty deep in negotiations to come back.

TMZ broke the story ... Alexis is returning for the upcoming season as a friend of the show, more than a decade after walking away from 'RHOC' in 2013 as a fan fave.

Our sources say Heather Dubrow is a big reason Alexis is coming back.

Alexis and Heather infamously had a nasty falling out on 'RHOC' back in the day, but we're told in the last couple years they've rekindled their friendship.

Sources say Heather's been in the ear of show producers for years, suggesting they consider bringing Alexis back into the fold ... with Heather even pushing for Alexis' return as recently as last season.

Chris Gauthier -- known for shows like "Once Upon A Time" and "Smallville" -- has died ... his agency confirmed in a statement.

The actor reportedly passed away suddenly Friday after recently falling ill with TriStar Appearances/Event Horizon Talent lamenting his loss to TVLine.

Tristar's Chad Colvin wrote in a Facebook post that Gauthier was the very definition of a character actor ... not an actor with a name one might know, but one whose sheer presence in a show or movie could pique the interest of any audience.

Gauthier appeared in a number of popular projects over the years including "A Series of Unfortunate Events," "iZombie," "Psych," "Supernatural," "Smallville," "Watchmen," "Agent Cody Banks," "Little Man," "Freddy vs. Jason" -- and a whole lot more.

He was perhaps best known for his role in the TV show science-fiction show "Eureka" where he played gourmet chef Vincent in 67 episodes, and later as Mr. Smee -- Captain Hook's first mate in the ABC drama "Once Upon A Time."

In fact, his 'OUAT' costar Colin O'Donoghue, who played Captain Hook in the series, also posted a touching tribute to Chris ... saying he was the real captain all along.

Chris is survived by his wife Erin and their two children.

He was 48.

Shane Gillis finally took the "Saturday Night Live" stage more than four years after being hired then fired from SNL before his first episode ... and fans are pretty split on his hosting performance.

The comedian stepped out centerstage of Studio 8H in New York City to host the legendary sketch show, and he barely addressed the scandal that got him fired back in 2019 ... instead launching into material that drew the ire of some fans.

SG started, "Most of you probably have no idea who I am. I was fired from this show a while ago. Don't look that up, please. If you don't know who I am, please don't Google that."

And, then he just moved on -- not addressing or apologizing for comments he made back in 2018 about Asian-American people that got him axed.

Instead, Shane decided to launch into a whole new set of jokes that seemingly alienated part of his audience.

He performed several minutes on Down Syndrome before using a pair of words pejoratively which have become taboo in recent years. You can check out the clip for yourself to hear what Gillis said.

Shane seemed to feel the tension in the room, mentioning multiple times that he thought certain jokes would get bigger laughs and adding he could see people clearly not enjoying his set.

He performed in a few noteworthy sketches BTW ... one parodying Donald Trump's new golden sneakers and another alongside cast member Bowen Yang -- the first full-time Asian American on the show who was vocal when Shane was fired.

As for fan reactions ... they're pretty split. Just look up Gillis' name on X. Some people are obviously calling Gillis out for his non-PC comments while others are saying they loved his irreverent set.

Wendy Williams has really gone through it, and it's more than apparent in the new Lifetime doc that just aired.

The 59-year-old former talk show host has been diagnosed with aphasia and dementia ... the same diagnosis as Bruce Willis. In the doc, it's clear Wendy has alcohol issues, downing an entire bottle of vodka.

The show highlights the effects of the disease, showing erratic behavior and frequent outbursts at her staff.

One of the most heartbreaking parts of the doc ... there were moments where Wendy is aware she is dealing with an illness that is beyond her control, and it all feels hopeless.

The drinking was a big issue in the show, with her manager expressing concern that he doesn't know how to get her off the bottle.

It's clear from the doc Wendy is well down the road of cognitive decline.

The show chronicles the progression of the disease, with her driver talking about what he saw as Wendy lost her ability to function.

The show was filmed from August, 2022 to April, 2023.

A judge has created a guardianship over Wendy's finances, although the documents are sealed, so no details.

Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt have their priorities in order ... hanging out "Ted Lasso" style before rolling up to the SAG Awards by hitting a pro soccer match.

The actors pulled up to MLS team LAFC's home BMO Stadium to watch the Los Angeles-based team take on the Seattle Sounders hours before one of the biggest nights in movies and television kicked off.

No time to go home and change between the events ... JS and BH hit the game in their awards show best, trading in their kits for tuxedos.

Check out the pic ... the guys looked dapper as they watched the home team take the W 2-1 before making the short trip to the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall.

The two venues are right around the corner from one another ... so no need for the dynamic duo to worry about missing the beginning of the show.

In fact, they both even had time to walk the red carpet ... and Jason was in his seat when the winner of Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series was announced -- an award he was up for.

Rick Harrison's late son Adam won't be discussed on the new season of "Pawn Stars" ... TMZ has learned.

A Harrison family spokesperson tells us ... with Rick personally addressing Adam's tragic passing last month, there will be no further comment in future episodes. Also, Adam wasn't a cast member of the show.

We're told the Harrison family are keeping themselves busy amid the unfathomable tragedy ... and have started filming new episodes this month.

Adam -- one of Rick's three boys -- helped out at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop back in the day, despite not being featured on the show.

TMZ broke the story ... Adam died from a fentanyl overdose last month, with Rick posting an emotional IG tribute saying, "You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam. 💔"

Rick attributed his son's death to fentanyl freely flowing across the border, emphasizing to us the urgent need to address this crisis in our country.

The Harrison family has since established an education fund for Adam's son ... after being inundated with pleas from people asking how they can show support.

Maitland Ward crossed paths with convicted child molester Brian Peck on the "Boy Meets World" set before she knew he was a bad seed.

We got Maitland in Bev Hills and she told us about her experience with Brian, the 'BMW' guest-star who, in the early 2000s, was convicted on child sexual abuse charges.

Maitland says she was always suspicious of Brian ... saying he always wanted to hang around the cast, including Rider Strong and Will Friedle, despite being much older than them.

The way Maitland remembers it ... Brian made her feel like he was jealous she might get in between him and the cast ... and she's not surprised Brian got in tight with Rider and Will, because she felt that was always his intention.

As we reported ... Rider and Will recently talked about Brian's case on their "Pod Meets World" podcast, expressing shame and regret for ever affiliating themselves with him.

Brian spent a year behind bars as part of a plea deal he copped after being accused of molesting an unidentified Nickelodeon child star ... and now he's set to be featured in an upcoming documentary about Nick's ugly underbelly.

Maitland says she didn't know Brian was a pedophile, just that there was something strange and off-putting about him. She really respects the guys for shining new light on it.

Next up is "TMZ on TV," where the work crew discussed Kanye West's wife's new (but familiar) look in Milan ... where she and her husband are still promoting his most recent album.

Bianca has a slightly switched-up 'do ... but the rest of her looks awfully familiar.

Lastly, we land on "TMZ Sports" ... where Babcock and Mojo talked Floyd Mayweather's pricey watch.

Tom Sandoval is fighting Ariana Madix as she tries to force a sale of their home ... claiming he loaned her a big chunk of change that he wants back before selling the crib they shared.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tom alleges he loaned Ariana $90,000 and that she hasn't paid him back.

More importantly, Tom wants Ariana to fork over the dough before a judge potentially orders them to sell the house and split the proceeds.

In his response to Ariana's lawsuit, he also says he has a lien on the house that's directly tied to this alleged loan to her -- and he says no sale can go down until this is dealt with.

As we first told you ... Ariana is suing Tom over the Los Angeles house they co-own. They lived there when they were a couple, but Ariana wants to sell it and split the money now that they've broken up as a result of his cheating scandal.

Tom's so far resisted ... and now it looks like he's digging his heels in even further and claiming she needs to settle up with him over this loan before selling the house. As for the other allegations Ariana made in her original suit ... he issues general denials against them.

Remember ... Tom and Ariana bought the place back in 2019 for around $2 million, and like most real estate in Los Angeles it could probably sell for more now.

Tom's also recently said he's offered to buy out Ariana, making a $3.1 million cash offer to keep the place for himself.

Vicki Gunvalson is coming back to Bravo ... returning to "The Real Housewives of Orange County" to confront her former friend Tamra Judge over the fallout of "Tres Amigas" -- and reconciliation attempts already led to an explosive confrontation ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell us Vicki, an OG on 'RHOC,' was recently brought back by the network as a guest -- not a full-time housewife or friend -- to film a takedown between her and Tamra.

We're told Vicki was brought by fellow cast member Shannon Beador to a big group outing Thursday -- where all cast members were present -- to confront TJ. Our sources say show producers were hoping the women would hash out their issues and move on ... but, it doesn't seem that happened, 'cause instead we're told the whole night turned into an explosive fight between the trio.

By evening's end, our sources tell us the three ladies left with their friendship more broken than ever before.

BTW ... the Thursday gathering came after Vicki filmed a lunch earlier this week with Shannon and Heather Dubrow -- where Tamra was the hot topic, we're told.

It's pretty shocking to hear how fractured Tamra, Vicki, and Shannon's group friendship has become -- y'know, given how tight they were before TJ dropped out of "Tres Amigas" ... a live comedy project featuring all three women.

On her podcast, Tamra blamed her exit from "Tres Amigas" on scheduling conflicts and a desire not to enable Shannon following her DUI arrest and her frustrations with Vicki and Shannon ... who she thinks have been talking badly about her behind her back.

For Vicki's part, she claimed Tamra blindsided her and Shannon, who have since announced their own comedy tour. Meanwhile, Tamra hit the road to live tape her podcast "Two Ts In A Pod" with cohost Teddi Mellencamp -- who is one of Vicki's sworn enemies.

Jeramey Lutinski might have found a real connection on "Love Is Blind" ... but, it doesn't seem to be with the woman he proposed to -- at least that's what the internet thinks.

Here's the deal ... while still in the pods on this season of 'LiB,' Lutinski forged a connection with two women -- Laura Dadisman and Sarah Ann. Ultimately, he chose to propose to Laura, and fans thought he and Sarah Ann were officially finito.

Fast forward to the latest episode of the Netflix show ... when Laura confronted Jeramey for being out ‘til 5 AM. Jeramey tried to argue he only saw Sarah Ann at a bar ... but Laura said she checked his location and he was nowhere near the bar.

Instead, he was hanging out way closer to Sarah Ann's house ... so, LD basically implied the two were doing a lot more than just having a drink at a bar together -- something Jeramey denied on the show.

Fast-forward to Thursday ... where, in real life, Sarah Ann posted to IG ... laughing off accusations that she and Jeramey hooked up while he was engaged to Laura and saying the world will soon know the truth.

But, eagle-eyed fans may have already uncovered what they believe to be the truth of the matter ... 'cause in another vid she posted, viewers noticed the tiniest sliver of a black and white picture hanging behind her in the clip.

Yes, it looks awfully familiar ... especially to people who've been following along.

Indeed, the room Sarah Ann posted from online looks to have incredibly similar decorations to the ones hanging in Jeramey's freakin' house -- something we've already seen on 'LiB,' as they've shown his room, and Laura in it ... rolling around on his bed and being flirty.

Now, we don't know for a fact that this is Jeramey's house ... but the similarities alone, combined with the recent bombshell allegations, make the whole thing seem pretty possible -- if not likely.

Bottom line ... people think Jeramey ended up with Sarah Ann after all -- which, if true, would mean he's about to break Laura's heart on the show ... which we'll see soon enough.

Of course, Netflix is probably pissed about Sarah Ann spilling a potential spoiler, even inadvertently -- they obviously want all this to be revealed on the finale (where they can snag eyeballs/ratings, etc.) but it looks like the contestants are screwing up by posting live!

"Love Is Blind" contestant Chelsea Blackwell is patching things up with the one person at the heart of her whole look-alike drama: Megan Fox.

IYDK, Chelsea's been getting roasted online for dropping the comparison between herself to the actress while getting to know Jimmy Presnall on the latest season of "Love Is Blind." But she's now owning up to it big time ... saying she totally regrets making that comment and she's gone as far as reaching out to Megan Fox herself to apologize.

"I did reach out to her [Fox], and I was like, 'I'm so sorry I did this to you,'" Chelsea told "Entertainment Tonight" ... adding she's waiting to hear back from Megan.

Amid all the online heat, she did see some solidarity from Julia Fox. The model/actress, came through with some support ... commenting, "don't worry sis. I see it," under Chelsea's TikTok video where she begged anyone who'd ever said she looked like Megan to fess up.

Some other folks have also cut Chelsea some slack, saying they can kinda squint and see the resemblance ... but the overwhelming online vote says she's not a Megan doppelgänger by a long shot. Tough crowd!

You'll remember ... on the show, Chelsea spilled the beans on how people compared her to Megan 'cause of her dark hair and blue eyes ... and Jimmy was totally hyped by the name drop.

However, he realized he hadn't exactly hit the jackpot when they came face-to-face, admitting to the cameras ... "She definitely lied to me about some, uh, how she looked."

2/23 -- 7:54 AM PT -- Jeramey hopped on IG to clarify this whole ex-fiancée thing -- and he noted he was NOT engaged when he joined the show ... nor was it a secret while they were filming.

He explained it all in a lengthy video ... apparently feeling the need to clear this up even before the reunion episode.

Jeramey Lutinski's looking for love on this season of "Love Is Blind" -- but a woman online has been blasting him as not being forthcoming ... claiming she's his ex-fiancée.

Here's the deal ... Jeramey hit viewers' TV screens on Valentine's Day, and while fans were watching the drama play out in the pods and beyond, it turns out JL might've been hiding some key details about his life -- at least that's what Brittani Mcliverty and her mom have been suggesting on social media.

Brittani's mother, Jenni, has been sounding off online over the past several days -- claiming Jeramey was previously engaged to her daughter, with whom she says he shared a home ... an alleged detail that hasn't come out in the 9 episodes of the show that have aired so far.

The supposed evidence she's putting out there ... a picture of Jeramey lookin' real cozy with a woman -- who Jenni says is Brittani -- sporting a big ol' rock on her ring finger. The implication here is that he was engaged to her ... and that the timeline for when he actually applied for 'LiB' might've bled into his time with Brittani.

It's unclear if what this Jenni woman claims is true -- Jeramey himself hasn't explicitly addressed her allegations ... and considering the show's currently airing, he probably won't.

Jenni has also gone on to claim that Jeramey and Brittani sold their home around the same time -- which lines up with a detail about his life that Jeramey actually did share on the show ... telling the woman he got engaged to, Laura, the exact same thing.

BTW ... the alleged fiancée here ain't sittin' on the sidelines either. She's dropped a few comments on one of Laura's IG posts, asking her point blank if Jeramey ever mentioned her -- and telling her and Sarah Ann, another contestant on the show, to DM her for more info.

Jeramey's sorta in the middle of a complicated situation on the show right now ... 'cause he ended things with Sarah Ann in the pods -- someone he seemed to have a connection with -- to propose to Laura ... basically dumping one for the other.

Now, Jeramey's made a cryptic statement in the past 24 hours. He took to Instagram to decry all the hate he and his castmates are getting this season.

One noteworthy line ... "Everyone will get their chance to speak when the time is right. Until then we all get it." He might just be waiting for his opportunity to speak out ... but that won't happen until they film the reunion episode -- which won't be for a little while.

We should note ... Jenni and Brittani aren't saying Jeramy was engaged while on the show, but they are claiming he was engaged shortly before getting on there -- insisting he broke things off with Brittani at the end of 2022. If true, he's not technically doing anything wrong.

Anyway, the season finale's set for next Wednesday ... and we're sure all of this will be addressed then.
