Lori Harvey and actor Damson Idris are pulling the plug on their year-long relationship ... but they're still on good terms, saying they've got "love and respect" for one another.

They announced their separation in a joint statement that reads, in part, "We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication."

Their announcement, through The Hollywood Reporter, added ... "We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”

The model and the "Snowfall" star first set off dating rumors last December when they dined together in West Hollywood ... and they confirmed their relationship the following month, as they left her January birthday bash hand in hand.

She recently wished Damson a happy birthday back in September ... writing on her IG story, "I love youuuu."

Damson now joins Lori's list of high-profile exes, which includes Future, Diddy, Trey Songz, Dutch soccer player Memphis Depay, and Michael B. Jordan. Pretty good company, if ya believe in consolation prizes.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have no immediate plans to go down the road of divorce, but it's worth noting -- they do not have a prenup in place ... TMZ has learned.

With Kyle recently referring to their separation as a straight-up divorce -- there's a fortune on the table if that apparent slip of the tongue becomes reality ... although sources with direct knowledge tell us neither Kyle nor Mauricio has lawyered up.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Kyle and Mauricio are not directly talking about ending their marriage, but we're told the thought is certainly present ... so division of assets is something to consider, assuming they decide to cross that bridge.

Kyle has made her mark on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and scored millions of dollars, and Mauricio has acquired a net worth of $100M with nearly $5B in real estate sales.

When he married Kyle, he wasn't even working in real estate. He was making peanuts while working in fashion before going into real estate, working for Kyle's brother-in-law Rick Hilton and then opening The Agency in 2011.

The pair's decision to separate wasn't an easy one -- Kyle broke down in tears this past weekend when asked where things stood between them during a Q&A at BravoCon.

It looks like Mauricio is having an easier time, enjoying the single life with some cozy sightings with his 'DWTS' partner, Emma Slater.

The question got her quite emotional. As reported by our sister site, TooFab, Kyle first said she and Mauricio were trying to navigate this as best they could -- explaining ... "We love each other very much and we are family no matter what happens. My three girls still live at home, only Farrah has her own place. [Mauricio] was busy doing 'Dancing with the Stars,' so he wasn't around as much. We’re trying to figure it out. We know we love each other."

KR then started to choke up, saying she hears everyone telling her to just "fix" the problem -- but as she clearly states here, it's not nearly as simple as it sounds.

Of course, this comes on the heels of Kyle's other interview last night at BravoCon -- where she referred to their separation as an outright divorce ... a slip of the tongue, it seems.

From what we can gather ... things are rocky between the couple at the moment, and while it sounds like she and Mauricio might want to reconcile -- there are obstacles that stand in their way ... even as they continue to live under the same roof and film for 'RHOBH.'

That's something Kyle addressed Sunday too ... saying she didn't want her fights with Mauricio caught on camera, and that Bravo producers noticed something was off.

Adding an extra layer of complexity is the fact that Mauricio continues to get cozy with his 'DWTS' partner, Emma Slater, with whom he was again spotted at dinner this weekend.

Remember, this follows a pretty public outing the two of them shared a couple weeks ago -- where they were seen holding hands -- but people in his world tried explaining it away as merely platonic ... even though Kyle isn't buying it, and found the whole thing disrespectful.

Kyle and Mauricio have always called their split a separation, and this is the first time her reference was about ending their 27-year marriage.

She was even asked about reconciliation, and she skirted the question ... saying "I just take it a day at a time ... We're still living together under the same roof and I'm proud of the way that we are navigating through this."

As we've been reporting, Mauricio's been super tight with his "DWTS" dance partner, Emma Slater, and even after getting booted from the show, they were seen out together Saturday night, walking into an L.A. nightclub arm in arm.

As for Kyle, she's been super close with country star Morgan Wade for months, although they have not publicly defined their relationship other than to say they're close friends and collaborators on a documentary.

The dance partners on "Dancing With the Stars" were driven in a Porsche by a female companion to a parking lot, where they got out and walked toward the Line Hotel in Koreatown Friday night.

Eyewitnesses tell us ... Mauricio placed his hand on Emma's back at one point, but it's hard to tell from our images if he's actually touching her.

Our sources say the trio went through a side entrance at the hotel and disappeared inside the club.

Mauricio and Emma have done this dance before. As we reported ... the 'DWTS' pair was pictured holding hands while leaving a restaurant in Bev Hills in late October.

Here's Ariana Grande's ex-husband Dalton Gomez packing on the PDA with actress Maika Monroe ... locked in a hot and heavy kissing sesh during a concert.

TMZ obtained video of Dalton and the "It Follows" star sucking face Thursday night during the Fred Again show at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. -- a pretty good sign they're a couple now.

Jeezy's got a lot to get off his chest amid his pending divorce from Jeannie Mai -- the trap pioneer is dropping a double album entitled, “I Might Forgive, But I Don’t Forget” ... so, sounds like it's about to get real.

According to the announcement, the 29-track project drops Friday and will address "trauma, obstacles, and personal growth," and set the stage for the Snowman to answer fans' pressing questions.

The album will mark Jeezy's first release since fulfilling his Def Jam contract after nearly 20 years and will shift focus to his independent label CTE New World. Def Jam recently recruited Wale to keep their ship steady as well.

Production on "I Might Forgive…" side of the album will be handled by ATL Jacob, Ricky Polo, Cubeatz, Hendrix and more -- while the “But I Don’t Forget” portion is produced entirely by Jeezy's longtime collaborators The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League.

It's been a busy year for Jeezy ... he promoted life hacks from his New York Times bestselling memoir, "Adversity for Sale," this summer on "TMZ Live."

His family life didn't enjoy the same success ... as he filed for divorce from Jeannie in September. The exes have denied infidelity has anything to do with their split.
