7:00 PM PT -- DJ Suede's clapped back online, saying without the song he made Danielle wouldn't even be doing music. He says ... "My team/lawyer already read y'all the contract several times for months and we have EVERYTHING on paper! HOW BOUT DAT," and added ... "Smh lol 15 minutes went by pretty fast huh."

Danielle Bregoli's mom is going after DJ Suede in court for allegedly screwing Danielle on a deal ... all because Danielle turned him down to be her DJ.

Bhad Bhabie's mom just filed docs claiming Suede and his manager took advantage of her after she agreed to let him use her famous catchphrase, "Cash Me Outside," and her voice for one of his remixes.

According to the docs ... she was supposed to get half of the profits from the song as part of the deal. But she says Suede turned sour after she turned down his offer to be her tour DJ ... and claims he went on a warpath to defraud her after.

According to the suit ... the track's earned at least $250k in profits ... and she's suing Suede to get her cut.

Michael Rapaport is not a fan of Donald Trump, we think, because he calls the Prez "Dick-stain Donald Trump," calls him a terrorist and says we need to make a citizen's arrest ... STAT.

Rapaport's trigger was Trump's comment Thursday, calling Haiti and African countries "shithole countries."

His ire is not limited to the President .... he skewers Donald Jr. and then goes after Melania, saying she's literally in bed with the devil.

Seal is making the most epic stance ... against people who think he blasted Oprah, against people who call him an "Uncle Tom" ... and against Stacey Dash. Naturally.

The singer is firing back after getting backlash for an Instagram repost he put up Thursday ... seemingly calling out Oprah for knowing about Harvey Weinstein and keeping silent about it.

We say seemingly, because Seal now says everyone -- including Stacey and FOX News -- got it twisted, and he actually has great respect for Oprah. You just have to watch the video to get his explanation.

Beyond Oprah ... he also has some seriously harsh words for anyone questioning his "blackness" -- and this part of the rebuttal includes him breaking into song. It's tremendous.

Bella Thorne's bf is leaping to defend what might seem indefensible, and demanding Rob Lowe back off his girl ... despite her totally tone deaf comment about the deadly Montecito mudslides.

Bella's dating rapper Mod Sun, the guy she was trying to get to when she ignorantly tweeted about being inconvenienced by the mudslides blocking the 101 freeway. Rob subsequently called her out because she clearly knew nothing about the 17 people who'd been killed in the disaster.

Mod thinks Rob is guilty of shaming Bella, and went after the actor.

UFC fighter Jeremy Stephens just hit Conor McGregor with the trash-talkin' KO of the century -- saying he's ready to turn up the heat with the Irishman's "hot" mom!!

You remember how the beef began -- after Jeremy called out Conor at a news conference for UFC 205, Conor whipped around and famously said, "Who da fook is dat guy?!"

About a year later, Stephens shot back ... with a little help from Mama McGregor.

And now, Jeremy's taking it all the way.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Young Hollywood says his life is in danger ... all because he's been labeled a racist following a heated confrontation with co-star Amara La Negra.

A little backstory ... YH told Amara in the series premiere last week she needed to be "more Beyonce and less Macy Gray." He also called her psychotic after Amara took offense to YH suggesting she switch up her look ... most notably her Afro.

Amara ultimately stormed off after he referred to her as "Nutella Queen" ... and Young Hollywood's been torched online and threatened ever since.

Hollywood can forgive Tonya Harding if they want ... but Johnny Weir says that's NEVER gonna happen with him and the rest of the figure skating community.

We spoke with Weir the day after Harding got a shout-out at the Golden Globes ... and he told us why the inspiration for "I, Tonya" doesn't deserve a pass.

"She did a horrible, horrible thing," Johnny told TMZ Sports. "She's a pariah in our sport and she shouldn't be forgiven for basically, possibly having the opportunity of ruining somebody's life."

Of course, Weir's referring to the 1994 scandal where Harding's ex-husband hired a goon to attack rival Nancy Kerrigan before the Olympics.

Harding was subsequently blacklisted from ice skating -- and Weir says it should stay that way.

Kathy Griffin's drawing a line in her court battle with her neighbor ... and it has to do with the infamous Trump beheading image.

Kathy filed docs in the ongoing war with Jeffrey Mezger, asking the court to block him from dragging her comedy act into their court case. According to the docs, Mezger wants Kathy's act -- including the photo of her holding the "bloodied" Trump head -- to be used as exhibits.

Kathy says it's a blatant attempt to turn the case into a trial about her personality ... rather than focusing on the threats Mezger allegedly hurled at Kathy and her boyfriend.

In addition, Kathy says her home security cameras -- which Mezger complains invade his privacy -- are not hidden, and incapable of capturing any of Mezger's private conversations ... as he claimed. The judge ruled that Kathy can't use her security footage.

Michael Rapaport says Donald Trump ripped off his idea for "Sloppy Steve Bannon," claiming he came up with the nickname a year ago ... and he's got the proof.

Mike posted a video Sunday in which he slams Trump for allegedly stealing his OG adjective for the former White House Chief Strategist, saying he coined the name "Sloppy Steve" a good 300-something days before 45 started throwing it around this week.

He tells Trump, whom he calls "d*** stain Donald," that he's already talking to his real "Jew lawyers" -- unlike Roy Moore's wife's own attorney -- to see if he's got a copyright infringement case against the Prez.

Donald Trump surprised no one Saturday morning by finding it irresistible to respond to claims he's mentally unstable ... declaring himself a genius.

Trump reacted to claims made in Michael Wolff's new book "Fire and Fury," tweeting, "Actually, throughout my life, my two greatest assets have been mental stability and being, like, really smart. Crooked Hillary Clinton also played these cards very hard and, as everyone knows, went down in flames."

Trump went on ... "I went from VERY successful businessman to top T.V. Star ... to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius ... and a very stable genius at that!"

He went on to blast the Russian investigation, saying after a year it's proven to be "a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media."

Comedian Anthony Jeselnik is a HUGE Steelers fan ... so how does he feel about the ESPN report claiming Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft are beefing behind the scenes?

"I take great pleasure (in it)," Jeselnik told TMZ Sports.

But the former "Last Comic Standing" host ain't saying it's game over for New England.

Pats' owner Robert Kraft was chattin' with TMZ Sports and hanging with fans hours before ESPN published a report about alleged issues with Tom Brady and Bill Belichick ... but Kraft didn't seem worried.

In fact, he was smiling and letting a hotel valet take pics with his Super Bowl ring at Chateau Marmont on the Sunset Strip ... and endorsing Steph Curry and Diddy as future NFL owners.

Of course, over in Bristol, ESPN was finalizing a report alleging a fractured relationship between Brady, Belichick and Kraft ... and questioning if the legendary dynasty has reached "the beginning of the end."

As for the report, ESPN essentially says the 3 are having major disagreements over Tom Brady's personal trainer, Belichick's coaching style and the future of the Patriots franchise.

Kraft obviously knew the report was coming ... but didn't seem fazed one bit.

Henry Winkler's no fan of President Trump, but he's not celebrating Trump's new war with adviser-turned-enemy, Steve Bannon ... instead, he's gravely concerned about it.

We got the Fonz at LAX Wednesday, and asked what he thought of the legal jockeying and mudslinging over Bannon's remarks in Michael Wolff's book, 'Fire and Fury.' He thinks the former allies are playing games, but the only people they're actually hurting are American citizens.

Of course, Trump failed to block the book, and its explosive allegations, from hitting bookshelves Friday.

Ellen DeGeneres skewered Eric Trump for insinuating she's part of a cabal to undermine his dad.

Ellen's reacting to E.T.'s tweet, in which he suggests the "who to follow" feature of Twitter is somehow part of the "Deep State," and he singles out Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Ellen.

The talk show host -- who does not hide her contempt for the Prez -- says Donald Trump has no one to blame but himself for his problems and inability to govern.

Rah Ali tried to exact vengeance against her archenemy and reality TV foe, Sky, in a sneak attack at Diddy's New Year's Eve "Black Excellence" party ... but Sky quickly caught on.

TMZ has obtained video of a fight between VH1's 'Love & Hip Hop' star and "Black Ink Crew" bruiser Sunday night at Diddy's crib in Miami, as the 2 met up on the black carpet.

You see Rah says "hi" to Sky, and then acts like she's going in for a hug ... before grabbing the back of Sky's head in an aggressive manner. Sky immediately starts hitting back, and the pair falls into Diddy's Ciroc backdrop before being broken up.

This ain't the first time the 2 reality stars came to blows -- they went at it in 2016 after getting into an Instagram beef about eyelash endorsements ... yep.
