R&B singer Chris Williams' forgetful memory has apparently struck again -- he missed a court hearing in his shoplifting case ... and now he's wanted by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell us Chris failed to appear in court last week in connection with his petty theft case ... and a judge just issued a bench warrant. There won't be a manhunt or anything, but if he comes across police and they run his name ... he'll be cuffed and hauled off to jail.

We broke the story ... Chris was allegedly caught red-handed trying to walk out of a Kohl's in Georgia last October with a pair of pricey headphones -- and when he was stopped by security ... he told them he forgot he'd bagged the item. Cops were called and he was arrested.

He might've been dreamin' with Wesley Snipes and co. in 1991 -- but he's about to get a wake-up call pretty soon here ... get your ass to court!

Madonna won't be able to put the brakes on the sale of an old jailhouse letter from Tupac that's being auctioned off because of a release she signed almost 15 years ago ... TMZ has learned.

A judge has thrown out Madonna's lawsuit against Darlene Lutz, Madge's old pal and art consultant, saying a release she signed back in 2004 means she couldn't sue over the sale of the letter.

According to the judge's order, Lutz had received several items over her two-decade-long relationship with Madonna, and when they ended things Darlene got to keep some stuff.

The judge's view was that if Madonna didn't want the Tupac letter to be sold, she should've never signed the release.

Not exactly the homecoming Conor McGregor imagined ...

The UFC star has finally returned to Ireland after that violent bus attack in Brooklyn ... but instead of soaking up the spotlight (as usual), he shot photogs the 1-finger salute.

As we previously reported ... after McGregor was released from jail on April 6, he flew to the Bahamas for a little R&R with his girlfriend, Dee Devlin, and his kid, Conor McGregor Jr.

But now, Conor has returned back to Ireland ... and he doesn't look too happy.

Maybe it's because he's due back in court in Brooklyn in June ... or because some of his fellow countrymen feel he brought great shame on his country.

Someone in Tekashi69's crew allegedly fired a gun inside the Barclays Center this weekend, but it had nothing to do with Adrien Broner ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops believe an unidentified member of Tekashi's entourage fired a shot inside Barclays Saturday night during an altercation with a rival rap crew headed by Brooklyn-based MC Casanova, who Tekashi's been beefing with online.

We're told police understand the situation as follows ... Tekashi and his guys were heading down a hallway in Barclays to hit up a VIP area in the arena, when they bumped into Casanova and co. along the way. The two crews started pushing and shoving ... and someone in Tekashi's group allegedly discharged one round from a firearm.

Sources tell us a .32 caliber shell casing was recovered afterward, but it was not processed after it was touched by arena staff. We're told no one was hit by the shot, and both crews dispersed ... with Casanova and his pals fleeing the grounds entirely.

Tekashi and his crew stuck around, though, and they were all interviewed by investigators. Our police sources tell us no one in the group was found to have a weapon on them, however, and nobody was arrested. We're told cops think the man who fired fled the scene.

The silver lining -- if there is any -- is that this apparently had nothing to do with the ongoing beef between Tekashi and Broner, who were talking s*** to each other on social media in the week leading up to the fight.

Adrien did take a verbal shot at Tekashi after his match against Jessie Vargas was declared a draw ... but it sounds like Tekashi was preoccupied trying to avoid a real shot just outside.

Ex-NBA star Glen "Big Baby" Davis has been officially named a suspect in an assault with a deadly weapon case that left a man seriously injured ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told cops believe Davis got into a physical altercation with a man outside of a West Hollywood nightclub on April 8 -- and ultimately slammed the man down on the concrete. Davis allegedly fled the scene before cops arrived.

Sources say the victim was hospitalized with multiple broken bones and a broken tooth and he was on a ventilator for a day.

Davis was previously a "person of interest" in the attack but now we're told investigators have spoken with several witnesses who identified Davis as the aggressor.

We're told cops will present the case to the District Attorney in the hopes of getting felony charges filed against Davis.

There IS one thing Mel B and Stephen Belafonte agree on -- their Hollywood Hills home has gotta go, and the exes are knocking another half mil off the asking price to get it done.

TMZ has learned the house -- a 4-story, 4,631 sq. ft. contemporary beauty with 4 beds and 6 baths -- was taken off the market at the beginning of the year ... but was relisted for sale Thursday at $7,495,000.

Mel and Stephen originally put the pad on the market for $8.995 million just over a year ago, in the heat of their bitter divorce proceedings. A few weeks later they dropped it by a mil, but couldn't find a buyer.

We broke the story ... Belafonte claimed in December Mel B was making it extremely difficult for him to sell the house because she wouldn't let him inside to make repairs and stage it for a sale.

Now they're giving it another shot with the new $500k discount.

Taylor Swift had a real life version of Goldilocks play out in one of her homes, as an intruder got way too comfortable after breaking into the place.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Roger Alvarado allegedly climbed up a ladder, smashed a window with his hand and got into the NYC brownstone early Friday. Once he got in, he took a shower and fell asleep in a bed.

This would be the part where Taylor walks in on him, if this really were Goldilocks ... luckily, she wasn't there. However, a witness spotted Alvarado breaking in and called cops. He was arrested inside the home and charged with stalking, burglary and criminal mischief.

Taylor just owns the property -- she bought it a few months ago, but we're told she's never lived there.

Fentanyl wasn't the only drug found in Prince's stash of counterfeit Vicodin pills -- in fact, they were laced with so many drugs ... there's no way he could have known exactly what he was taking when he popped one.

According to law enforcement, hundreds of the fake pills stamped "Watson 853" -- a brand of Vicodin -- were found around Paisley Park in several different non-prescription bottles. The pills were in over-the-counter bottles, such as Bayer, Aleve, and Target brand Vitamin C instead.

All of the pills were tested, and the results were a total mixed bag. Within in one bottle, some pills tested positive for lidocaine, some for fentanyl, some for lidocaine and fentanyl. Still others contained a combination of hydrocodone (generic Vicodin) and synthetic lidocaine.

Point is, almost none was actually Vicodin, and they appeared to contain almost a random cocktail of drugs -- even though they all looked exactly the same on the outside.

Carver County Prosecutor Mark Metz said Thursday it was likely Prince had no idea he was taking the fatal dose of fentanyl. Based on the lab results ... it seems impossible anyone taking those pills could know.

Mel B says Stephen Belafonte is trying to pull a fast one by making it look like he decided to get their daughter into therapy, and she adds his brainwashing allegations are desperate.

According to new legal docs ... Mel B says she reached out to Stephen in late 2017 to get counseling for their 6-year-old daughter, Madison. Instead of agreeing and helping out, Mel claims Stephen waited a few months to file docs in which he accuses her of brainwashing Madison.

In her docs, Mel says therapy for their daughter was her idea all along -- so, she's not opposed to it. In fact, she even has suggestions for possible doctors for Madison to see.

As for Belafonte's brainwashing allegations -- Mel B says they're all nonsense ... and he has absolutely no evidence to support his claims Madison is acting differently toward him.

Mel adds, they already have a custody plan in place and they should stick to it, because she's done nothing to alienate their daughter from him.

8:50 AM PT -- Meek tells TMZ ... he's thankful 3 other people's cases were dismissed at the urging of the Philly D.A., and says there are 105 more cases like theirs and his involving the same corrupt cop.

Meek feels his case should have been dismissed like the other 3, but his judge decided it should wait for a hearing in June ... so that's what he has to do.

Meek Mill's getting a raw deal compared to other inmates in the same situation, and once again ... his team says it's because the judge has it out for him.

As we reported ... the Philly D.A.'s office asked for Meek's original 2008 drug conviction to be vacated and for the rapper to be released from prison because arresting officer Reginald Graham is a corrupt cop -- but Judge Genece Brinkley shot it down.

Instead, she scheduled a hearing for the matter in June, but Meek's lawyer is crying foul ... because 3 other cases similar to Meek's were dismissed immediately by another judge.

Meek's lawyer, Brian McMonagle, tells us ... this decision is just another example of Judge Brinkley's bias toward him and "inequitable treatment." He says there's no reason for Meek's case to be delayed for 60 days when the D.A. agrees he should be free until he gets a new trial.

The only reason for the judge's decision -- according to Meek's team -- is her vendetta against him.

And just to reiterate ... even prosecutors agree he should be released on bail while his appeals are considered.

Nick Gordon's been officially charged for breaking the conditions of his bond by hanging out with his girlfriend ... after he'd been arrested for hitting her.

The State Attorney's Office in Seminole County, FL just announced the charge against Gordon. On March 19 cops were called to his girlfriend Laura Leal's apartment after an anonymous tipster told them Nick was there. Nick had been ordered by a judge to have no contact with Leal.

The misdemeanor charge comes on the heels of Gordon being criminally cleared of the domestic violence charges. Leal told cops she'd actually attacked Nick, and police body cam footage from the incident showed Gordon distraught and his shirt ripped.

Nick will have to be back in court next month to face the charge.

Jaime King says she'll be in court everyday to face the guy who smashed her car window while her toddler sat inside -- and she's hellbent on getting justice.

Jaime says her 4-year-old son is suffering from PTSD after a homeless man jumped on her parked car earlier this month. The man smashed her rear and front windshields.

Paul Francis Floyd, is being charged with 3 misdemeanor charges, including cruelty to child by endangering health, and one felony count for vandalism.

Oprah jacked the idea for a TV show about a powerful family and their megachurch and didn't even try to hide it ... according to a new suit.

A screenwriter named Shannan Lynette Wynn and a pastor she teamed up with to create a TV drama called "Justice & Glory" claim they met with Oprah's team at OWN in fall 2014 and pitched their idea ... and got great feedback.

According to the docs ... they were lured by OWN for more ideas and versions of their pitch, but eventually got cut off. Years later, they claim "Greenleaf" premiered and featured the exact same characters and storylines from their original pitch.

Interesting note -- Wynn and the pastor claim they pitched their idea to ABC previously as well, but were told there was no interest ... but they believe ABC was in cahoots with Oprah to rip them off.

John Witherspoon says Starbucks is serving up a hot cup of bulls*** with their new anti-biased training in the wake of two black men being arrested at one of their shops.

We got the actor Thursday at LAX and asked for his take on what happened at a 'Bucks in Philly last week -- namely, the two men being hauled off to jail for hanging out and waiting inside for a friend. John says it's terrible what happened ... but he's got solutions.

He says the African-American community should start opening up their own businesses -- including coffee shops -- for just about everything imaginable, minimizing the need for Starbucks. Although admittedly, he says he doesn't drink Joe himself.

Prince likely had NO idea he was even taking the fentanyl that ended up killing him, according to prosecutors who have found no one to criminally charge for his death.

Carver County Attorney Mark Metz said Prince had taken counterfeit Vicodin that was laced with fentanyl. He said they could not find sufficient evidence of who supplied the counterfeit pills, and as a result ... there will be no criminal charges in his death.

As we reported, a toxicology report showed Prince had "exceedingly high" levels of the opioid in his system when he died -- even for a chronic pain patient.

Metz added it was likely Prince had also taken one of the counterfeit Vicodin when he overdosed on a private jet the week before he died. TMZ broke the story ... Prince made an emergency landing in Moline, Illinois, where emergency responders gave him 2 shots of Narcan to save his life.

Metz said Prince had been prescribed Percocet by Dr. Michael Schulenberg days before he overdosed, but says it played no role in his death. TMZ obtained a photo of Prince pacing outside a Walgreens the day before he died, waiting for a prescription to be filled.

Schulenberg had prescribed the Percocet to Prince's bodyguard, Kirk Johnson, as a cover for Prince. The federal government went after Schulenberg for that violation, and he just reached a settlement ... agreeing to pay a $30k fine.

Prince died at 57 at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota on April 21, 2016.

Days after going to court in NYC, and unveiling the infamous sketch of the guy who allegedly threatened her ... there she was shaking her real moneymaker.

If the Trump suit doesn't work out ... girl's gotta make a buck.
