Liziane Gutierrez is finally coming to terms that getting liposuction in Turkey was an insane idea ... which is why she says she's gonna talk to a psychiatrist about what caused her to do it.

We got the model at LAX on Monday to talk about clinging to life last month ... after a botched lipo procedure landed her in a medically-induced coma for days. As we first reported ... Liziane -- the woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in a Vegas hotel -- flew to Istanbul to have a gastric balloon inserted into her stomach.

But, doctors told her the procedure would be too risky ... so Liziane opted for liposuction. Bad idea, she now says. And you can bet your ass she's gonna think twice before doing anything like that ever again.

Courtney Love and Sam Lutfi's campaign of terrorizing Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband extended to an innocent woman caught in the crossfire ... according to the lawsuit the woman just filed.

Jessica Sullivan has a kid with Isaiah Silva, Frances' ex-husband ... and, in fact, lived in the same house with Frances and Isaiah in December 2014. Once things went south between Frances and Isaiah ... Jessica claims Courtney and her manager, Lutfi, started harassing and stalking her, too.

In the docs, Jessica says they initially tried to bribe her to take Frances' side in the nasty divorce battle ... and when that didn't work they resorted to threats. Jessica says in June 2016, Lutfi called her and said, "I'll put you in the street you f**king c**t. You d**e, f**king bitch, whore."

She also claims Lutfi told her, "Your kid will be in an orphanage."

According to the docs, Courtney and Sam tried to drive a wedge between her and Isaiah, and even dragged her dog into the feud. Jessica claims they put her phone number in the free section of Craigslist to advertise her daughter's puppy. As you'd imagine, Jessica says she got flooded with calls about a free puppy.

We broke the story ... Isaiah just filed a very similar suit, accusing Sam, Courtney and others of plotting to murder him in order to regain possession of Kurt Cobain's famous guitar.

Tyrese is making plans to move his daughter to Atlanta -- away from her mother -- because he says she'll have a much better life there in his new mansion ... according to docs.

Tyrese filed docs requesting primary custody of 10-year-old Shayla. He and his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, have had shared custody up to this point, but he says Norma is marginalizing his custodial time with their daughter.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese will provide a "stable and loving" environment for Shayla in his 23,000 sq. ft home in Atlanta ... which he points out is in an "affluent and safe neighborhood." He adds, Shayla already has her own room decorated in her favorite colors, and she made plenty of friends while she was there last year.

He also says she'll attend a top-notch private school there. In the docs, he says another selling point is fewer paparazzi, and the 9th installment of the 'Fast and Furious' movies will be shot in the ATL.

Overall, Tyrese says he's fed up with being cut out of Shayla's life.

He says there have been at least 2 incidents in the last year when Shayla was ill, once with flu -- and in the docs he rips Norma for only contacting him to get insurance info. He claims she refused to fill him in on any other info, such as a diagnosis.

Stephen Belafonte asked for immediate protection from the court because, according to him, his ex-wife, Mel B, wants to have him killed or jailed.

Belafonte filed for a temporary restraining order over the weekend against Mel B, asking a judge for protection from what he believed to be imminent threats he'd been hearing from friends ... that Mel was openly telling people she wanted him dead, or behind bars.

Welp, Stephen took those rumors to heart -- 'cause he went running to a judge for help ... but the judge told him he didn't have sufficient evidence to warrant a TRO. He'll have a hearing to discuss the matter in length later this month.

BTW ... Stephen says in court docs, obtained by TMZ, that he's been hospitalized twice for stress, anxiety and high blood pressure ... all because of Mel B. He says the "last 12 months of my life have been a true hell" ... to be continued, we suppose.

Terrence Howard is gonna have to fork over close to $1 million in back spousal support ... that's if his ex-wife gets her way in court.

Terrence's ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, filed legal docs asking the court to make the "Empire" star cut her a check for at least $909,418 in back spousal support ... claiming Terrence has been dragging his feet since he lost an appeal about the issue back in October.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Michelle says she's spent at least $820k in legal fees to get Terrence to pay up, so she wants him to also pony up that dough for her lawyers. What's more ... Michelle wants a judge to get Terrence to stop dodging the tab ... claiming he's essentially hiding his "Empire" money. She claims he's made almost $9.7 million for "Empire" over the last 5 years, so it's only fair he pay up.

The judge will decide how much Terrence has to pay in a September hearing.

Trey Songz is being sued by a Detroit cop who says the rapper punched him in the face with a closed fist.

Sgt. Robert Avery says on December 28, 2016, he was working crowd control at Trey's concert at the Joe Louis Arena. During the performance, Trey said, "if a n**** cut me off I'm goin' the f*** crazy."

The reference was to the fact the venue turned off the stage lighting because the concert had run too long.

Trey ended up hurling heavy equipment off the stage and then jumped off the stage himself, picked up a mic stand, threw it and hit a photographer ... who's also suing.

Sgt. Avery arrested Trey, tried to take him into custody when he says Trey fought him and struck him in the face. The officer fell to the ground and hit his head on the concrete. He allegedly suffered visible bruising and swelling to his right temple, as well as a contusion to his left forehead ... he also hurt his hip.

The cop says Trey hurled hateful comments, including, "F*** you cracker. White motherf******. F*** all you honkeys and f*** the police."

Trey was arrested and charged with assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer as well as aggravated assault. He pled guilty to 2 counts of disturbing the peace.

6:24 AM PT 6/4 -- Law enforcement sources tell us Janet expressed she was worried Wissam was using drugs around her child.

Janet Jackson called police to do a welfare check on her 1-year-old, Eissa, this weekend while the child was with his father ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Janet made the call to Malibu authorities late Saturday night, asking cops to check in on her son ... who was with her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, at the Nobu Hotel. We're told police did, in fact, check in -- but found no one to be in danger.

Sources say cops told the 2 parties -- Janet and Wissam, in this case -- to handle the matter civilly. It's unclear if Janet was on the scene or not, though.

According to ET, which first reported the incident ... Janet was supposedly tipped off to some alleged aggressive behavior displayed by Wissam, which concerned a nanny enough to alert Janet.

The U.S. Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the Colorado baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a same sex couple.

The Court ruled "The laws and the Constitution can, and in some instances must, protect gay persons and gay couples in the exercise of their civil rights, but religious and philosophical objections to gay marriage are protected views in some instances protected forms of expression."

The Court said the Colorado Civil Rights Commission had shown hostility toward the baker, based purely on his religious beliefs. The ruling wasn't even close -- 7 of the 9 justices sided with the baker.

Justice Kennedy criticized a member of the public who lashed out at the baker during a hearing in Colorado. Kennedy pointed to what he said were comments that called the baker's religious views as despicable and comparing his views to slavery and the Holocaust.

Meek Mill's not giving up on trying to get the judge he believes has it out for him off his case, and he thinks her claims of "intense trauma" from her past are a good reason ... according to new legal docs.

Meek's lawyers presented a new argument to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, claiming Judge Genece Brinkley's 2014 lawsuit against a hotel for monetary damages is more proof she's unfit to reside over the rapper's criminal case.

According to the docs ... Brinkley claims she was "traumatized" when she allegedly found a housekeeper's nametag in her bed at a hotel during a judicial conference. Though it subsided, Brinkley claimed the trauma returned a year later at the time of the next conference ... causing her to file suit.

This comes on the heels of another civil lawsuit filed by Brinkley -- also presented by Meek's legal team to the court -- in which she allegedly claimed she'd suffered a head injury from a 2016 car accident that left her with "severe head trauma" and "neurological" injuries.

As we reported ... a state court judge denied Meek's bid to get Brinkley removed from his pending case, despite the new info about her head injury.

Now it's up to the state Supreme Court to make the call after considering the new info from Meek's team.

Nick Diaz isn't letting his domestic violence case get in the way of meeting new women -- the UFC star was out in Vegas this weekend getting hot and heavy with a new lady ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Diaz hit up XS Nightclub at the Encore Hotel on Saturday night -- where our sources spotted Nick kissing a new mystery lady right in front of everybody!!

Unclear if they're dating or if they were just having a fun night.

We're told this is NOT the woman who accused Diaz of domestic violence.

As we previously reported, Diaz was arrested a few weeks ago after another woman -- who told police she had been in a sexual relationship with Diaz for years -- claimed Diaz attacked and choked her at a Vegas home.

Taylor Swift's early efforts to keep unwanted people out of her landmark mansion proved futile, so she's moved on to a backup plan the Prez would approve of -- build a bigger wall.

We broke the story ... Taylor made moves to improve security at her historic Beverly Hills home in late 2017 by putting up 6.5 and 7-foot walls around her property. But, after a man was arrested for trespassing in April, the singer took Swift action to make her place more secure.

According to new building docs, she was granted permission for a new 12-14 foot high wall -- which will go behind the current walls -- "in order to improve security and privacy on the subject property due to multiple attempts by people to enter the property over the existing, lower perimeter wall."

Taylor's new wall will also include landscaping -- box ivy and bushes -- to cover any holes in the wall so no one can see in from the outside.

A special meeting had to be called to grant permission because, as we reported ... her pad was designated a historic landmark.

Survivor founder Frank Sullivan is pissed one of his ex-bandmates is using the band's name and logo to promote his solo career ... even though he left the group THIRTY. FOUR. YEARS. AGO.

Sullivan -- who started the band in '77 and exploded to fame with "Eye of the Tiger" -- is suing Dave Bickler, claiming the OG member agreed to leave the band in '84 and signed a contract giving up his right to use the band logo.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Sullivan says Bickler to this day continues to promote his solo career by using the band's logo, which Sullivan says is plastered all over Bickler's website "implying current affiliation" with the band.

Sullivan also claims Bickler slaps the logo on promotional flyers. Even his Instagram handle makes a reference to Survivor. Sullivan's suing to get Bickler to drop the act and for damages.

We reached out to Bickler ... his attorney tells us this suit "is frivolous and simply a mean-spirited attempt to harass Dave for the success he is enjoying on his own." We're told Bickler has no need to imply he's still with Survivor, but sometimes the band shows photos of him in their promos ... "which would seem to undermine the premise of their lawsuit."

Mark Chapman -- the guy who arguably saves Rose's life in "Titanic" when she grabs his whistle off his dead, frozen body -- was arrested for allegedly choking his girlfriend after she dumped him.

The incident went down back in March after Tara Pirnia says she ended their 5-year relationship. She also claims Mark -- same guy who lets Cal on the lifeboat with his pretend daughter as the Titanic's sinking -- flew into a violent rage after she asked him to delete intimate material of her on his cell phone ... this according to an affidavit from the Travis County Sheriff's and obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Tara says Mark, who is 20 years her senior, threw her on the ground and used both hands to grab her around the neck and squeeze her throat. She claims he told her, "bitch f*** you, I want you dead."

Tara says she bit his hand and he let go. She says he moved to California the next day, but she reported the incident to cops because she fears he's going to kill her and then himself.

John Salley says the mother of the NBA G League player who died after collapsing on the court is "100% right" in her lawsuit against the league ... saying, "I think she has a case."

TMZ Sports broke story ... Zeke Upshaw's mother claims the team doctor didn't respond to her son for 4 MINUTES after he collapsed from a cardiac incident during a game back in March.

Upshaw's mother claims Zeke did not receive proper medical treatment that could have saved his life, and she's holding the Detroit Pistons and the NBA responsible.

Salley -- a 4-time NBA champ -- told us he stands with Zeke's mother, and says the league needs to do better moving forward.

"I think she has a case ... The fact that there was no professional EMS around would definitely have to fall on the squad."

In fact, Salley says he hopes the lawsuit will force the league to improve league standards when it comes to medical emergencies.

If Disney is so high and mighty, as they showed by canceling "Roseanne," then why are they screwing over a couple family-run businesses that delivered them a hit kids show? ... is the question posed in a new suit.

Production companies Milk Barn and Microseries claim they spent 2 years creating "Goldie & Bear" ... only to get kicked to the curb by Disney once the company realized it had a hit on their hands.

According to the docs ... Disney secretly lined up a rival production company to replace the family businesses for Season 2, and made it "virtually impossible for these companies to ever be in the children's television or feature business again."

To make it worse, the production companies claim they got stiffed $250k for 18 months of executive producer work ... and Disney crushed their plans to produce other animated children's programming.

11:25 AM PT -- Benjamin Brafman tells TMZ ... neither he nor his firm ever met with Thompson or any of the other women named in the suit. He says if Alex Spiro met with any of the women he did so on his own time, and not while working with him. Brafman also says Spiro never met with Weinstein while at his firm and had no connection with their representation of Weinstein.

Harvey Weinstein turned a woman's sales pitch into a full-on sexual assault -- which was captured on video -- and followed it up by raping her in his hotel room ... according to an explosive new class action lawsuit.

Melissa Thompson claims she had a meeting with Weinstein at his New York office in September 2011 to pitch her tech company's new video platform to use in the movie biz, but almost immediately he started harassing her. She says there's video evidence of this because her computer's video camera was on for the pitch.

According to the suit ... Weinstein at one point reached down and began caressing her leg and moved his hand under her dress and mumbled, "It's fun when you do this." Thompson claims she ignored it and carried on, fearing he would become angry and aggressive if she rebuffed him.

Thompson says she went to a follow-up meeting with Weinstein at the Tribeca Grand Hotel later that day hoping to secure the video deal, but the meeting quickly moved to his hotel room ... where he forced himself on her. She claims she escaped and went to the bathroom, but when she came out he was naked from the waist down.

According to the suit ... Weinstein tried to force her to perform oral sex on him but she refused, so then he pushed her flat on the bed and raped her. Thompson claims he then masturbated on the bed next to her ... then acted like nothing happened once he was finished.

Thompson claims she felt "dirty and ashamed."
