'40-Year-Old Virgin' Actor Stabbing Victim Appalled and Scared Over Early Prison Release

Published | Updated

The ex-girlfriend of "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" actor Shelley Malil -- who was convicted of attempted murder after stabbing her 23 times in a fit of rage in 2008 -- is shocked and terrified he's been granted parole ... and feels the system let her down.

Kendra Beebe tells TMZ ... the 3 men on the California parole board who decided Malil is good to return to society have made a terrible decision, and sent a clear message that they don't value women or their safety.

Beebe claims Malil is still telling lies about what happened the night of her attack -- in which he stabbed her with a broken wine glass and a kitchen knife and also tried to smother her with a pillow while her 2 kids slept upstairs -- which proves he's not really remorseful or safe.

Kendra believes Malil just pulled off a big acting job, and wholeheartedly disagrees with the parole board's assessment that he's a low risk for committing future violence.

Kendra tells us she's still living in fear because of her attack, and she's going to ask for Malil to wear a GPS device to monitor his activity -- she thinks it's the least they can do.

As we reported ... Malil was sentenced to 12 years to life in prison in 2010, but because eligible for parole recently. Now that it's been granted, he'll reportedly be released from prison in 2 weeks and remain on supervised parole for 5 years.

Prince Estate Sues Record Label for Bootleg Music

Published | Updated

Prince's estate is going after a record label, claiming it's run by a group of bootleggers conspiring to cash in by jacking his tunes and plastering the Prince logo on all their rip-off merchandise.

Prince's estate just filed docs -- obtained by TMZ -- against Eye Records ... which the estate says is described as a "bootleg label dedicated to Prince." According to the docs ... Eye Records has illegally released 18 Prince compilations since Prince died in 2016, including CD sets titled 'Blast From The Past.'

Eye Records allegedly uses the online store newlovesigne.com to sell the bootlegged music, which includes live performances and unreleased studio tracks ... like "Prince Atlanta," which contain live recordings of the musician in his last-ever show.

Prince's estate is suing the record label and the individuals it believes are involved in the bootlegging scheme for monetary damages ... including $2 million for every one of their alleged Prince trademark violations ... and they claim there are a lot.

A rep for Prince's estate tells us, "There was nothing more important to Prince than the quality of his music and how his fans experienced it. With this filing, our hope is to preserve the integrity of the music and remain true to Prince's wishes."

The rep also issues a warning to anyone else who might try and jack Prince's work, saying, "The Prince Estate will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law all unlawful distributors and sources of Prince's intellectual property."

Dr. Dre, Xzibit Sued We Invested in Your Weed Biz And You Left Us High And Dry!!!

Published | Updated

Dr. Dre and Xzibit screwed 3 people out of a fortune in the cannabis industry by taking their time, money and hard work, and then pretending they never existed ... according to a new suit.

Three individuals are suing the rappers and their weed company, Brass Knuckles, claiming they did a ton of legwork for them and eventually struck a deal to acquire a 14.5 percent stake in the business ... but then got hosed.

According to the docs, Dre -- who the 3 individuals claim is a secret co-owner of Brass Knuckles -- was happy with their work and was going to be involved in promoting some major projects associated with the biz.

The 3 people claim they reached an agreement with Dre, Xzibit and others in the company to pay $5 million to buy their 14.5 percent, and everything was going fine ... until the Brass Knuckles execs got greedy.

According to the docs ... the company was originally valued at $50 million, but after the deal was struck with the group of 3 and they ponied up the $5 mil for their share, it was determined the company was actually valued at $170 mil.

The 3 claim at this point ... Dre, Xzibit and company pretended the deal never existed. The 3's lawyer, Larry Ecoff, tells us his clients were essentially kicked to the curb after the higher valuation, and "this case is all about greed and weed."

They're now suing for breach of contract and want monetary damages ... along with a judge to rule they are 14.5 percent owners of the company.

Dr. Dre's lawyer, Howard King tells us ... this lawsuit is "without any allegations of anything done by [Dre] that would justify naming him as a defendant," and that doing so "is nothing more than a blatant and short-sighted attempt by the plaintiffs to generate publicity for their cause."

We reached out to Xzibit and the cannabis company, too ... no word back so far.

Slash I'll Help Ex-Wife Out if She Agrees to Divorce Deal ... She Fires Back

Published | Updated

4:41 PM PT -- Perla's attorney, Marty Singer, tells us unlike what Slash may think, ending the marriage won't be that easy. Singer says, "Slash is well aware of the significant claims that have been made by Perla as to why the divorce documents cannot be finalized at this time."

Singer says, "These include claims reflected in Perla’s court filings that there was a multi-million dollar audit settlement that was concealed from Perla, not paying in excess of $1,500,000 in child and spousal support payments, and significant advances received by Slash that will affect his future spousal and child support payments."

He continues, "Even though Slash reported over $45,000,000 of income last year, my client’s court papers allege that he refused to pay for a $1500 drum set that was requested by his son, a musician in a band, so that he could have a drum set at his mother’s home where he spends approximately 90% of his time. The other drum sets are at Slash’s home and studio where Slash does not allow his teenage son to remove them.”

Slash says his estranged wife is holding up finalizing their divorce for a bunch of trivial reasons -- the latest of which he says he's happy to help with ... if she agrees to close the book on their marriage.

The Guns N' Roses rocker filed new divorce docs responding to Perla Ferrar's latest claim in their ongoing war -- that Slash is hiding money from her, and that his new girlfriend is possibly responsible for harassing her and their kids online.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Slash shoots down the notion he's concealing income, saying he's got cash coming in from multiple sources ... lots of which had been earned before they ever got hitched.

He also raises a pretty hilarious scenario -- that Perla allegedly asked him to buy one of their boys a third drum set, then bought a fourth drum set on her own ... and demanded Slash reimburse her. He says that's another reason she's holding up their divorce.

In addition to that, Slash says Perla is griping about ways they stay in contact -- insisting she be allowed to call him directly for custody scheduling or emergencies. He says they'd already agreed to use a program that eliminates the need to talk directly ... but she's insisting she be able to get on the horn with her ex whenever she thinks the need arises.

Lastly, Slash addresses Perla's accusation that his live-in girlfriend created an IG account and was posting personal info about their family that could be harmful to their kids. Slash says he was alarmed at first, but quickly realized the account was aimed at Perla, not their boys ... and that a lot of the stuff being posted was from Perla's own account.

He says he's willing to help her get to the bottom of the IG harassment ... IF she agrees to the terms they struck in their divorce deal ... and IF she finally agrees to get divorced.

Lil Pump Lawyer Calls Miami Bust Classic Profiling

Published | Updated

Lil Pump was pulled over by cops in Miami because he was a young, hispanic man driving an expensive car -- in other words, he was profiled ... so says the rapper's attorney.

LP's lawyer, Brian Bieber (no relation to Justin), tells TMZ that his client's arrest Wednesday appears to be yet another classic case of profiling -- as Pump was doing nothing wrong on the road ... other than allegedly driving without a driver's license, of course.

Bieber says cops initially told his client they pulled him over for an illegal turn but later changed their story and said they pulled him over because he had expired tags.

Bieber says cops simply saw a young, successful hip-hop artist driving a very expensive Rolls-Royce in broad daylight ... and decided to initiate a traffic stop in search of something wrong -- even though he says Pump hadn't done a thing to warrant such action.

We broke the story ... Lil Pump was cuffed and hauled off to jail after Miami PD says it discovered the license plate on his Rolls-Royce actually belonged to a Mini Cooper. When they asked for a license, cops say Pump told them he'd never obtained one.

He was later released and issued a ticket -- but he won't have to appear in court, as his legal team will handle the proceedings.

Colin Kaepernick Wins Key Battle in NFL Collusion Case Team Owners Must Now Testify

Published | Updated

It's a hugely significant ruling ... an arbitrator just threw out the NFL's motion to dismiss Colin Kaepernick's collusion lawsuit, and that now paves the way for a full-blown trial in which NFL owners will have to testify under oath.

The NFL had filed legal docs alleging Kaepernick's legal argument -- that NFL owners conspired to keep him out of the league -- was baseless and without evidence. The arbitrator disagreed, concluding there was sufficient evidence present in the former QB's legal docs to allow his case to go forward.

Part of the evidence the arbitrator considered -- several NFL owners have been deposed in the case including Dallas Cowboys honcho Jerry Jones, Texans owner Bob McNair and Ravens Steve Bisciotti.

Now Kaepernick's lawyers, Mark Geragos and Ben Meiselas, will have an opportunity for a trial and put the owners under oath. The end game -- proving they talked, conspired and colluded to keep Colin off the field. If that is proven, the entire NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement could be in jeopardy.

Mind you ... Colin could not have won this motion with mere statistics ... he had to show solid proof the owners engaged in a coordinated effort to blackball him from the league. Therefore, the former QB must have presented some hard evidence that moved the arbitrator to rule the case had enough merit to go to trial.

Heather Locklear Slapped w/ New Charges for Attacking Cop, EMT

Published | Updated

2:20 PM PT -- Heather has been officially charged.

Heather Locklear will be slapped with 3 new charges stemming from her arrest when she allegedly attacked a cop and an EMT.

TMZ broke the story ... Locklear was arrested back in June after EMTs and cops responded to her home on a disturbance call. They arrived to a heavily intoxicated Locklear who allegedly punched a cop and EMT while they tried to load her onto a gurney. She was never charged in this incident ... but that changes today.

Heather will be charged with 1 misdemeanor count of interfering with a law enforcement officer and 2 counts of misdemeanor battery for allegedly attacking the first responders.

You'll recall ... Heather was also arrested in February for felony domestic violence as well as battery on a cop ... this after getting into a fight with her boyfriend at her home. She was charged with 5 criminal offenses in that case, and Thursday afternoon, the 3 new counts for the June incident will be added to the complaint.

Nick Diaz's Attorney Dom. Violence Case Dropped

Published | Updated

3:30PM PT -- Diaz released a statement addressing the case ...

"I'm grateful this case is finally over, I want to thank my team and my lawyer Ross Goodman for the excellent work. But most importantly, I want to thank the fans who stuck by me throughout this process. I'm happy to put this chapter of my life behind me and I'm looking forward to focusing on my return."

Nick Diaz is officially off the hook in his felony domestic violence case ... at least, according to the UFC star's attorney.

As we previously reported ... Diaz was arrested back in May after a woman claimed he slammed her to the ground and choked her in a Las Vegas home.

When cops arrived, officers say the woman had injuries -- she was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Diaz was facing 3 felony domestic violence charges and a misdemeanor -- serious business.

But now, Diaz's attorney Ross Goodman has told ESPN ... prosecutors have thrown out the case and Nick is in the clear.

"[Nick is] grateful the District Attorney's office was fair and thoughtful in reviewing this case based on the evidence," Goodman said to ESPN.

"Truth delayed is better than no truth at all and I trust that the ultimate dismissal of all charges with prejudice will be viewed as total vindication for Nick and clears his name from being associated with such horrific but false allegations."

We spoke with Nick after the incident -- and he joked that he was framed.

T.I. Arrest Officer on Body Cam ... Rapper 'Thinks His S**t Don't Stink'

Published | Updated

The cop who arrested T.I. outside the guard shack of his gated community talked major trash about the rapper and his level of fame ... and it was all captured on the officer's body cam.

TMZ obtained the footage from the Henry County officer who busted T.I. for public drunkenness and simple assault of the security guard back in May. The video shows the officer talking to the guard, who had refused to let T.I. enter when he didn't have his key.

The guard's supervisor tells the cop, "That's T.I., the rapper." The cop repsonds, "He thinks his s**t don't stink" and then laughs. The supervisor agreed with the officer.

TMZ broke the story, T.I. says the guard -- who was eventually fired over the incident -- had also cursed out Tiny when she called to say it was okay to let her husband enter their gated community.

We reached out to T.I.'s attorney, Steve Sadow, about the body cam footage. He declined to comment.

O.T. Genasis Cops Say Bar Argument Leads To Gun Threat

Published | Updated

9:17 AM PT -- A source close to O.T. Genasis tells TMZ the dispute was over his ID and another rapper's ID. We're told at no time did any member of his crew pull out a gun or make any threats.

Who needs ID when you've got a gun?

O.T. Genasis rolled deep to The Good Nite bar in the San Fernando Valley early Thursday morning. We're told O.T. and his crew arrived after 1 AM with a bunch of girls, pushed past the bouncer and headed straight to the bar. Things got HEATED when the bartender asked the chicks for ID, and then --- according to cops -- out came the blue steel.

Law enforcement sources and eyewitnesses tell us ... someone in O.T.'s crew pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot up the place. The bartender snapped some pics, and that got the gunman pissed and he tried smashing the phone.

Police were called but, by the time they arrived, O.T. and his boys were gone. Police are investigating what could be a felony -- making criminal threats along with brandishing a weapon.

It's the 2nd time this summer cops have been called on O.T. and co. because of alleged gun threats.

As we reported ... O.T.'s birthday celebration at a bowling alley was swarmed by police after a reported gun threat.

Seems no matter where O.T. goes, guns likely follow.

Mychal Kendricks Sold Out Ex-Eagles Teammates ... To Browns

Published | Updated

Before Mychal Kendricks was charged with insider trading, he sold out his ex-Philadelphia Eagles teammates to the Browns ... giving a full scouting report on the guys he played with last year.

It was all captured on HBO's "Hard Knocks" -- when defensive coordinator asked the linebacker to come up with a list of weaknesses he learned about his teammates during his time in Philly.

Kendricks didn't even hesitate -- putting together a Eagles cheat sheet like a double agent ... and then presented all of his info during a team meeting before they clashed in last week's preseason game.

Here's the info ...

"Uh, let's start with Nick Foles. Playing with Nick Foles, I realized on his long balls, his deep balls, he has like a teardrop effect. He's tall and he likes to drop that literally from the sky. So corners, and the timing's just a little slower on that ball coming in."

"86 [Zach Ertz], I think, is the best receiver on the team. Notice I said 'receiver.' When it comes to blocking, you f*cking hit his ass over and over, he doesn't want any smoke."

"Big V, Vaitai. He's so big that his size allows him to do what he does. You see, but he doesn't have the quickest feet and he's not the strongest. He doesn't trust his feet at all. You get on him, his confidence will go down."

Look, we get it ... sometimes teams will bring in players for their knowledge about their former team -- but this one felt especially snitchy.

And, now that Kendricks has been cut by the Browns after he was hit with federal criminal charges -- he's gotta ask himself ... was it worth it?

Jennifer Lawrence Nude Photo Hacker Heading to Prison

Published | Updated

A hacker who exposed nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence and other celebs is the one getting nailed now ... by the judge who sentenced him to 8 months in federal prison.

George Garofano illegally hacked the private Apple iCloud accounts of Lawrence, paving the way for nude photos and private info to leak all over the Internet. In addition to his prison time, the judge also hit Garofano with 3 years supervised release once he gets out.

The 26-year-old pled guilty in April and admitted he'd posed as a member of Apple's online security to access usernames and passwords.

Garofano was one of four people charged in the massive celeb hacking scandal, which began in 2014 and saw photos published online claiming to show Jennifer, Kate Upton, Ariana Grande, Kirsten Dunst and others.

The other hackers have already been sentenced, with terms ranging from 9-18 months in prison.

French Montana Sued Your German Shepherd Bit Me ... I'm Not Even the Mailman!

Published | Updated

French Montana just got bit, legally speaking, by his pool guy ... who says the rapper's dog bit him.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Juan Lomeli says the run-in with the German Shepherd went down in May 2017 ... while Juan was servicing French's pool. He says he'd had the pool gig for 6 months and had no issues with Zane, the dog.

However, in the lawsuit, he says Zane went off for no reason that day ... biting and viciously attacking him and causing some serious injuries, although he's not specific about them.

Juan claims he was hurt badly enough that he couldn't work for some time.

He's suing French for the injuries and lost earnings.

Browns' LB Mychal Kendricks Fesses Up to Insider Trading ... 'I Knew It Was Wrong'

Published | Updated

Cleveland Browns star linebacker Mychal Kendricks has admitted he participated in an insider trading scheme -- and now he's been hit with federal criminal charges.

Kendricks -- who was on the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl team last season -- allegedly made around $1.2 MILLION by making trades based on non-public information he got from a friend, which is illegal.

In exchange for the tips, Kendricks allegedly hooked up his friend with perks including cash, NFL tickets and a visit to a Teyana Taylor music video shoot.

Officials say Kendricks would speak with his friend using code words -- almost an acknowledgment that what he was doing was wrong.

Kendricks is facing serious prison time if convicted.

Seems the 27-year-old's strategy is to comply with officials and cut a plea deal because he's already publicly admitted to the crime.

"I would like to apologize," Kendricks said in a statement Wednesday morning ... "Four years ago, I participated in insider trading, and I deeply regret it."

"I invested money with a former friend of mine who I thought I could trust and who I greatly admired. His background as a Harvard graduate and an employee of Goldman Sachs gave me a false sense of confidence."

"While I didn’t fully understand all of the details of the illegal trades, I knew it was wrong, and I wholeheartedly regret my actions."

Kendricks says he's been cooperating with authorities and will "accept full responsibility for my actions."

"Although I did not take any of the profits for myself, I am committed to repaying all of the funds gained illegally and accept the consequences of my actions."

The Browns have just announced Kendricks will not make the trip to Detroit for the final preseason game on Thursday.

Unclear if he will be punished by the league -- but it seems like admitting to a crime after being charged would violate the league's personal conduct policy.

CLE Browns Players Deny Involvement In Rape at Their Apartment

Published | Updated

A 22-year-old woman claims she was raped in an apartment where 2 Cleveland Browns players live -- telling police a friend of tight end David Njoku had sex with her after she fell asleep at their pad.

Njoku is NOT accused of any wrongdoing but has been interviewed by police over the incident.

According to the police report, the woman claims she went to the upscale downtown Cleveland apartment complex where Njoku lives with WR Rashard Higgins early Saturday morning after a night of drinking with her friends.

The woman claims she fell asleep in Higgins' bed, but when she woke up a 3rd man -- Kashwayne Nelson -- was having sex with her. She immediately tried to call 911 but Nelson allegedly pulled the phone away and grabbed her by the hair.

The woman says she managed to leave the apartment and later got in touch with police.

When cops arrived, they spoke with Higgins -- who said he had hooked up with the accuser earlier that night but had left the apartment because he couldn't sleep.

While Higgins was out of the apt., Nelson allegedly snuck in and raped the woman.

Cops also spoke with Njoku -- who acknowledged Nelson is his friend who also lives in the apartment -- but Njoku says he was in his bedroom the entire evening and didn't know anything about the incident.

Ultimately, cops arrested Nelson on suspicion of rape. Cops also say he gave them a fake ID when asked for identification -- so he was also booked for obstruction of justice.

The Browns issued a statement to Ohio.com saying, "Rashard immediately notified us of the situation and he and David fully cooperated with the police while being interviewed."

"While our players were not the target of any allegations involving illegal activity, they understand the seriousness of the situation and we have expressed our concerns regarding the matter. They will continue to cooperate with the authorities as needed."

Luann de Lesseps Judge Signs Off on Sweet Plea Deal

Published | Updated

Luann de Lesseps is no longer facing hard time ... because a judge just put the ol' stamp of approval on the plea deal in her drunken arrest case.

The 'Real Housewives of New York' star dodged a felony charge and will stay out of jail. We broke the story, she agreed to plead guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication for the Palm Beach County arrest. She just needed the judge's John Hancock.

As part of the plea deal, Luann has to knock out 50 hours of community service and attend 2 AA meetings a week in her home state of New York. She also can't use drugs or alcohol, and must submit to random testing during one year of probation.

As we reported ... Luann was arrested on Christmas Eve for attacking a cop during her bust. There's video of Luann telling an officer she'd kill him if he continued to touch her.

The felony charge Luann was originally facing, resisting an officer with violence, was reduced to battery as part of the deal.

Luann also had to write an apology letter to the cop she hit.
