Louis C.K. Tells Jewish Audience I'd Rather Be in Auschwitz Than NYC
Louis C.K. rolled the dice in front of a Jewish audience with what many might consider an incredibly insensitive joke ... but it sounds like it paid off for the guy.
The comedian was performing a stand-up show Thursday near Tel Aviv, and in front of a reportedly packed house of predominantly Jewish citizens ... he cracked, "I'd rather be in Auschwitz than New York City," adding a caveat ... "I mean now, not when it was open."
For the record, Louis is part Jewish on his father's side. And, besides that, he also got a big laugh out of the crowd, according to reports. In other words, the joke landed.
A bit of context, Louis was reportedly talking about how rough it's been for him in NYC in the wake of his 2017 #MeToo scandal -- in which he admitted to years of sexual misconduct -- notably, masturbating in front of women and abusing his power in the comedy world.
The fallout for him was pretty swift and fierce -- his movie "I Love You, Daddy" got yanked from its scheduled release, and Louis went into seclusion for a while before attempting a comeback -- which has been hit or miss, but mostly miss in the court of public opinion.
On the Auschwitz joke, he was complaining about the scrutiny he receives nowadays in the city he once loved and called home, which he seems to think has gotten too PC. At one point in his set, he joked about how he gets flipped off randomly at diners and on the street.
Louis is finishing his international tour with a few shows in Slovakia and Hungary, and then coming back to the states in 2020. For now, no shows in New York are scheduled.

Joycelyn Savage Parents Threaten to Sue Tasha K ... Over R. Kelly Patreon Acct, Audio Recordings
-
Exclusive

R. Kelly's GF, Joycelyn Savage, might not be behind that bogus Patreon account -- but her parents don't want anyone claiming they started it either, and they're ready to sue over it.
Timothy and Jonjelyn Savage have fired off a cease and desist letter earlier this week to blogger Tasha K, claiming she's been defaming the couple with several social media posts regarding R. Kelly, Joycelyn and her family.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, the Savages say Tasha made "utterly false statements" regarding alleged drug abuse, possession of a "black box full of audio recordings" and accusing the parents of creating the Patreon account, purportedly owned by Joycelyn.
You'll recall, Patreon shut down the account after a series of posts seemed to reveal Kelly's alleged abuse of Joycelyn -- however, Patreon said it could NOT confirm Joycelyn was the account holder.
Meanwhile, Tasha claimed on her YouTube channel ... she believed Joycelyn's parents were behind the account. The ATL blogger also posted what she claims is an audio recording of Joycelyn's father talking to R. Kelly's team, and saying Kelly can have his daughter.
As we've reported, Tasha K.'s already in a nasty legal battle with Cardi B.
The Savages attorney, Gerald Griggs, says Tasha's statements are "defamation per se in that they depict our clients as engaging in fraudulent activity that violates civil and criminal law."
Joycelyn's folks want Tasha to take down all posts containing the alleged defamatory statements, and pay for their attorney. If she doesn't, they say a lawsuit will be coming.

Leo DiCaprio Denies Funding Amazon Fires ... After Brazilian President Blames Him
Leonardo DiCaprio is responding to what sounds like an outrageous accusation from Brazil's President -- that the environmentally-conscious actor paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to burn down the Amazon Forest.
President Jair Bolsonaro made the claim twice on Friday -- once on Facebook Live, and again during a political rally -- calling out Leo for funding an organization accused starting last summer's devastating fires that scorched well over 7,200 square miles of the Amazon.
The Prez was echoing the words of his own son, who on Thursday, claimed on Twitter DiCaprio donated $300,000 to “the non-governmental org." that allegedly set the fires. He also accused the World Wildlife Fund of paying for pics of the burned-out forest.
Leo released a statement saying the accused group is "working to save [Brazil's] natural and cultural heritage” ... but added he did NOT fund the organization.
Leo has, however, worked with WWF since 2010 when they joined forces to save a species of tigers that were on the brink of extinction.
It should also be noted he pledged $5 million to help fight the Amazon fires.

Kid Rock Goes on Drunken Rant About Oprah ... And I Ain't Racist!!!

NOVEMBER 2019
10:07 AM PT -- 11/30 -- Kid's now offering some explanation for his Oprah rage. He says it all started when he almost went on her show, until her producers asked him to "write down 5 reasons why I loved her."
My people tried to get me to do The Oprah Winfrey show years ago and her people wanted me to write down 5 reasons why I loved her and her show…🏳️🌈 I said fuck that and her. End of story.
— Kid Rock (@KidRock) November 29, 2019 @KidRock
The rest is history ... a 4-letter-word laced history.
Kid Rock wants the world to know he HATES Oprah Winfrey (and other talk show hosts), but also ... don't call him racist because of it. His drunken words, not ours.
The country rocker went on a wild tirade last week at his own Honky Tonk bar in Nashville -- which apparently overserved their boss, 'cause the man was clearly intoxicated as he blasted O from the stage ... saying, "F*** Oprah!" and other vulgarities we won't repeat.
Check out the video, 'cause it's truly an ugly sight to behold. He lays into Oprah repeatedly and then goes on to attack Joy Behar and Kathie Lee Gifford. We don't know why he might've gone after Kathy, but he and Joy had beef last year -- he even called her a bitch on TV.
As far as O goes ... he's noted in past interviews that he just doesn't like her, period. No clear reason as to why, though. Adding insult to injury, KR consistently explains that just because he hates these folks -- especially Oprah -- that doesn't make him racist. Some members of the crowd disagreed.
Eventually, Kid -- who's a staunch Trump supporter, BTW -- appeared to be so hammered ... he had to be helped off stage by security. Not a good look at all.

Flames Coach Bill Peters Fired for Hurling N-Word in 2009
The NHL investigation into Flames coach Bill Peters using the n-word was pretty swift and decisive -- the team fired him Friday morning.
The probe started 4 days ago, when former NHL player Akim Aliu, who is black, tweeted about Peters managing him on a minor league team in 2009. Aliu said Peters walked into the Rockford Ice Hogs locker room and complained about his pre-game music choices -- saying, "Hey, Akim, I'm sick of you playing that n***** s**t."
Aliu says Peters added, "I'm sick of hearing this n*****s f**king other n*****s in the ass stuff."
Flames general manager Brad Treliving addressed it immediately after Aliu's tweets and said the team took the allegation very seriously and would be investigating.
Peters didn't deny the incident and wrote an apology letter to the Flames. He said the "statement was made in a moment of frustration and does not reflect my personal values."

Peters also claims he apologized to Aliu and the whole team shortly after making the remarks.
Clearly, a case of too little, too late for the Flames.

Gabrielle Union 'AGT' Firing Jay Leno Joke Was NOT Racist ... Says Alonzo Bodden as Ellen Pompeo Backs Gabrielle
-
Exclusive Details
- 3.1K shares
Gabrielle Union's claims of a toxic workplace at 'AGT' has Ellen Pompeo sounding off in support of Gabby -- but now someone's also defending Jay Leno, saying his Korean joke wasn't racist at all.
You'll recall, Gabrielle reportedly feels she was canned because she complained to producers and NBC about racially insensitive situations on the 'AGT' set -- among them a joke Leno made, while guest judging, about Koreans eating dogs.
We got comedian Alonzo Bodden -- himself a "Last Comic Standing" champ -- at the Laugh Factory and he stood up for Jay, explaining why he feels it was NOT a racist joke. In a nutshell, he says there's a big difference between playing off a "common stereotype" and attacking a specific person over race.
The Leno joke was edited out and never made air, but Alonzo still laughed off any thoughts of a 'Cancel Leno' movement. He also added Leno was the least of Gabrielle's issues on the show.
It’s unfortunate that @nbc the same network that protected disgusting men like Matt Lauer and punished women for speaking out or not putting up with it...has not changed their practices or culture. I support @itsgabrielleu commitment to speaking up to injustice. It takes courage
— Ellen Pompeo (@EllenPompeo) November 28, 2019 @EllenPompeo
She reportedly also had issues with producers' "excessive notes" about her physical appearance, wardrobe and hair -- and Pompeo weighed in Thursday, calling Gabby courageous for taking a stand.
The "Grey's Anatomy" star also called out NBC for not changing "practices or culture" after Matt Lauer's sexual misconduct scandal.
thank you for this @EllenPompeo. be better @nbc. we’re with you @itsgabrielleu. 🖤 https://t.co/UMfcqJZ46w
— Ariana Grande (@ArianaGrande) November 28, 2019 @ArianaGrande
Pompeo called for all women -- especially "white girls" -- to stand up for Gabrielle, and even Ariana Grande's now speaking up, too.

John Boyega Losing 'Skywalker' Script's No Biggie ... J.J. Should Get Over It!!!
John Boyega's not dwelling on his epic screw-up that resulted in the "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" script landing on eBay -- and he's urging the film's director to let it go too.
We got John -- AKA Finn in the latest 'Star Wars' trilogy -- Wednesday outside ABC in NYC and he defended his confession about accidentally leaving his script behind at his apartment. His cleaning lady found it and eventually posted it on the auction site.
OMG! @johnboyega admits it was HIS @starwars #TheRiseOfSkywalker script that was put on eBay! But he swears it was an accident! 🙈 https://t.co/i9rZzYNwW0 pic.twitter.com/RNCKWCscpl
— Good Morning America (@GMA) November 27, 2019 @GMA
Boyega tells us it was an accident, and even though he knows J.J. Abrams is peeved about it ... John puts a positive spin on the snafu. He thinks Abrams should "get over it" because of the old adage -- there's no such thing as bad pub.
(And, for the concerned fans out there, don't worry -- Disney execs noticed the listing of the script and got it removed from eBay.)
John also weighed in on the current debate over who's cuter in the 'Star Wars' universe -- Baby Yoda from "The Mandalorian" ... or the Porgs from 'The Last Jedi.'
Finn's pretty emphatic about his decision ... check it out.

It's officially official -- Memphis Tigers superstar James Wiseman will have to serve his full 12-game suspension after his appeal was rejected, the NCAA announced Wednesday.
Memphis and Wiseman had been fighting to allow the 18-year-old phenom to play for weeks ... but their attempts failed and the org. decided to uphold the ban.
"This morning, the NCAA's Committee on Student-Athlete Reinstatement upheld the conditions of reinstatement for men's basketball student-athlete James Wiseman, who will be eligible to return to competition Jan. 12," Memphis said in a statement.
"Although disappointing, we look forward to a promising season."
Wiseman -- the projected #1 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft -- was declared ineligible after the NCAA found proof Tigers head coach Penny Hardaway gave his family $11,500 to cover moving expenses in 2017 (before he took the Memphis gig).
Wiseman addressed the news on Twitter ... saying, "Sometimes bad things happen to good people. God has never left me nor forsaken me throughout this process!
"God knows my destiny and I feel that even though hardships may be upon me! It too shall pass in the Grace of God. My journey isn’t finished, and this too shall pass."
The 7'1" center has been a monster on the court in the 3 games he was able to play in so far this season ... averaging 19.7 points and 10.7 rebounds.

D.L. Hughley Melania's Balt. Boos Deserved ... But 'Cowardly' Husband Set Her Up!!!
-
Exclusive
- 15.9K shares
D.L. Hughley's not lending any sympathy to Melania Trump after she got an unfriendly welcome in Baltimore ... because she should have known what she was getting into and, according to D.L., so should her cowardly husband.
The comedian was outside the Laugh Factory in Hollywood Tuesday night when we asked about the First Lady getting booed at the Baltimore Youth Summit before she spoke about the nation's opioid crisis.
D.L. tells us she deserved it, because her husband disparaged the city by calling it a "disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess" ... so this was a justified way of firing back.
Hughley says more importantly, the whole scenario shows how cowardly POTUS is ... because he sent his woman in to take the heat for him.
He also thinks the Trumps made another mistake -- not only did they put the wrong person onstage ... but she was talking about the wrong drugs.

Anderson .Paak Defends Mac Miller's Name!!! Slams GoldLink for 'Disrespectful' Post
Anderson .Paak isn't letting a "disrespectful, narcissistic, jealous" attack on his friend, Mac Miller, go unchecked -- which is why he's lighting up rapper GoldLink.
The heated beef over Mac's good name started when GoldLink -- who toured with Mac on the GO:OD AM tour -- posted what he claimed was a tribute, but it obviously rubbed Anderson and many Mac fans the wrong way.
GoldLink claims he played one of his albums for Mac while they were on the road, and then Mac turned around and used it as the "blueprint" for his next record, "Divine Feminine."
Anderson flipped his lid when he saw GoldLink's post and immediately called him out for the copycat accusation, saying ... "You ain't the first to make an album inspired by a relationship ... but you are the first to disrespect my friend who is no longer here for absolutely no reason and I can't stand for that."
Anderson -- who's featured on songs with both Mac and GoldLink -- added, "I'm not a tough guy, I'm not about negativity, but this bugged me bad bro." He also ripped GoldLink for essentially backstabbing Mac, who "brought your ass on tour and opened up his fan base to you when you had nothing and this the type of appreciation you give?"
Interestingly, Anderson has since deleted his lengthy rant against GoldLink. Maybe that's because -- as he said -- he's not about negativity ... but his defense of Mac was crystal clear.

Kevin O'Leary Report: Wife Had Alcohol on Breath ... Night of Fatal Boat Crash
-
Breaking News

10:59 AM PT -- In another warrant, obtained by TMZ, it's clear that police believed Linda was drinking before the accident. The docs state, "Linda O'Leary did consume alcohol prior to the collision and that Linda O'Leary was operating the Cobalt vessel after dark at a substantial rate of speed."
O'Leary's attorney, Brian Greenspan, tells TMZ, "This tragic accident had nothing to do with alcohol."
Kevin O'Leary's wife, Linda, reportedly had alcohol on her breath in the aftermath of a fatal boat crash in which she allegedly was behind the wheel.
According to a recently unsealed search warrant obtained by CBC News, police say they administered an alcohol screening device test to Linda and it registered an alert. Kevin's wife reportedly told cops she drank vodka AFTER the collision and BEFORE the breath test.
Linda reportedly told cops she could not recall who handed her the vodka drink after the crash.
As we first reported ... Kevin and Linda are being sued by the family of Suzana Brito, one of two people killed in the crash on a Canadian lake, and the multi-million dollar lawsuit claims both Kevin and Linda were incapable of safely operating their boat because their judgment was impaired by alcohol, drugs or fatigue.
According to the search warrant, CBC News also reports the driver of the other boat turned off the vessel's navigation lights and stopped the engine to stargaze around 11:30 PM.
As we've reported ... Canadian authorities say Linda was driving and she's been charged with operating the boat carelessly -- in other words, going too fast. The other driver was cited for operating his boat at night without navigation lights.
We reached out to the O'Leary's lawyer ... no word back so far.

R. Kelly Alleged GF's Pay Site Removed ... Can't Verify It's Her

11:37 AM PT -- The page alleging to be Joycelyn has been removed, a spokesperson for Patreon tells TMZ, "After multiple unsuccessful attempts to verify the identity of the account holder, we closed the Patreon page allegedly associated with Joycelyn Savage due to potential impersonation. All patrons who signed up for the membership page were refunded and the creator did not receive any funds."
The person behind the pay account alleging to be R. Kelly's former girlfriend will have to put up or shut up, because the platform they're using to make money wants hard proof they're the real deal.
There's been a lot of doubt Joycelyn Savage is behind the Patreon account ... an account which calls out Kelly, accusing him of physical abuse and forced abortions.
A source at Patreon, the company hosting the account, tells us Patreon tried Monday to verify the account. We're told the owner of the account will have a couple days to provide proof they're the real Joycelyn, or they'll be shut down.
Our source tells us the user will have to provide a government-issued form of identification to satisfy Patreon.
The account has made a significant amount of money -- we're told more than 1,800 users have paid the membership fee which ranges from $3 to $25. If the account does turn out to be fake, the money will be returned.
As for the allegations, one post reads, "I realized I was pregnant by this monster ... Eventually, I ended up getting an abortion I was forced to get the surgery done at his house."
Another post detailed an instance when Joycelyn allegedly called Kelly "babe" instead of "Daddy" or "Master" ... and claims Kelly choked her out for not addressing him properly.
As for R. Kelly's side ... his attorney, Steve Greenberg, seems to think Joycelyn is behind the account, tells us, "It is unfortunate that Jocelyn now seeks to make money by exploiting her long time, loving relationship with Robert."

NHL's Akim Aliu Accuses Coach Of Racist Insults ... Allegedly Called Music 'N***** S**t'
-

10:58 AM PT -- Akim Aliu just spoke further about the racist insults Peters allegedly hurled his way ... and they're disgusting.
"He walked in before a morning pre-game skate and said ‘Hey, Akim, I’m sick of you playing that n***** s**t,'" Aliu told TSN. "He said ‘I’m sick of hearing this n*****s f**king other n*****s in the ass stuff.'"
Aliu added, “He then walked out like nothing ever happened. You could hear a pin drop in the room, everything went dead silent. I just sat down in my stall, didn’t say a word.”
TSN says it spoke with two of Aliu's former teammates who corroborated the story.
Calgary GM Brad Treliving readdressed the media shortly after the report ... and said they have not fired Peters over the allegations yet -- adding the investigation is still ongoing.
The NHL has launched an investigation into claims Calgary Flames head coach Bill Peters called a black player the n-word while he was managing a minor league team 10 years ago.
While the Flames were playing the Penguins on Monday ... ex-NHL player Akim Aliu took to Twitter and accused Calgary's coach of hurling racial slurs at him during their time together in 2009.
30-year-old Aliu played for Peters in the 2009-10 season when the guy was coaching the Rockford Ice Hogs ... and Aliu says on multiple occasions, Peters called him the n-word.
"Dropped the N bomb several times towards me in the dressing room in my rookie year because he didn’t like my choice of music," Aliu said.
Aliu never mentioned Peters by name in the tweets ... but he made it clear he was talking about the 53-year-old coach when he called him Mike Babcock's "protege."
FYI, Babcock -- who was recently fired by the Toronto Maple Leafs -- coached Peters in college and is considered the guy's biggest hockey mentor.
For their part, the Flames immediately announced they were launching a probe into the allegations ... with general manager Brad Treliving telling reporters they take the claims seriously.
The NHL weighed in on the issue Tuesday as well ... saying it's launching a probe too, adding, "The behavior that has been alleged is repugnant and unacceptable."
Peters was not made available to the media after the Flames' game Monday night ... and he's yet to address the allegations himself.

Papa John's founder says his former pizza chain ain't the same without him -- but the way he got to that conclusion is a little troubling ... and kind of a heart attack waiting to happen.
John Schnatter sat down with WDRB in Kentucky to discuss how his life's changed since getting ousted from the company last year following his n-word controversy. The big takeaway -- he's pigging out on PJ pizza, and bitter as hell about his exit.
Schnatter says he's eaten more than 40 pies over the last 30 days to sample how the taste has changed since he's left. According to him, they simply don't have the same magic as when he was in charge.
He goes on to say he feels his coworkers were out to get him last year by allegedly releasing audio of him saying the n-word in a private conference call. He also vows for a day of reckoning -- but more importantly, he weighs in on Shaq being hired.
As we reported, the big man was tapped to join the Papa John Board of Directors this year. Despite Schnatter's firing for shamelessly using the n-word -- he says he's a fan of Shaq getting involved ... with a caveat.
Warning to Schnatter: If the bitterness in your heart doesn't kill ya, your clogged arteries might. Lay off the pizza, bruh. We get your point ...

'Survivor' Contestant Silas Gaither Arrested for Rape
"Survivor" contestant Silas Gaither has been arrested for rape and aggravated assault.
The 41-year-old, who appeared on the 3rd season of "Survivor," was taken into custody Monday in Shelby County, Tennessee in connection with the alleged 2018 incident.
A grand jury indicted Silas, who posted his $50,000 bail and was released.
Details of the allegations have not been released.
Gaither was on "Survivor" back in 2001-02. He was voted off at the end of the 6th episode.
Season 3 was the first time "Survivor" implemented a tribe swap -- meaning players from different teams could be randomly swapped to join new teammates. That meant you always had to be nice to other players since you didn't know who'd you end up with. Silas was the first one to be voted off from that first tribe swap.
Gaither has been a model/actor. His most recent acting credit is a 2010 short, "The Guest."
