"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel says she needs court-ordered protection against her husband, and she needs it now ... TMZ has learned.

The reality TV star filed court docs Wednesday in L.A. County asking a judge to grant her a temporary restraining order against her hubby of 5 years -- Todd Gibel.

Our Christy sources claim Todd has been making life for her and her 19-year-old daughter from another relationship miserable in a number of threatening ways. For one, Christy says Todd has been impersonating her via email and shutting her out of her social media accounts. She also suspects he's been ripping up her mail.

On a more petty level ... Christy says Todd's been doing stuff like unnecessarily raising the temperature in the house to unbearable levels. For that reason and others ... Christy says she fears for her life and needs a force field between her and Todd.

The married couple has certainly been going through a tough time lately, as Todd has been battling depression. He told us late last month that he'd be seeking treatment to better his condition -- which he explained was severely affecting his marriage to Christy.

At the time, Todd said ... "Right now Christy and I still live together, but we are just co-existing."

There's been more drama at home, it seems, in recent days -- social media posts Todd's been putting up paint a picture of constant arguing over family coming to visit and their dogs.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Todd even called cops late Sunday night ... complaining about Christy's pup not shutting its yap when her niece came to visit. We're told cops instructed them to figure it out amongst themselves.

They tried doing that by boarding all three of their dogs up for a day -- Monday, we're told -- but it appears Todd's now fighting with Christy about that too ... saying she's not releasing his own dog, Elvis, to him and holding it hostage against his will.

Lindsey Vonn made it clear to all ... retired athletes can stay super fit.

Lindsey and BF P.K. Subban hit the sand Saturday afternoon in Miami Beach, and we're guessing every step she took had to be carefully calculated.

Gotta say ... the one piece is amazing -- a feat of fabric.

The 34-year-old Olympian retired in February after the 2019 World Championship in Sweden. Lindsey has suffered some really serious injuries during her career, but she's clearly not worse for wear.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are about to add another kid to their growing family ... cuz Blake just arrived at the "Pokémon Detective Pikachu" premiere with a very visible baby bump.

Blake and Ryan showed up for Ryan's new flick Thursday in New York City ... and true to the movie's main character, Blake was decked out in a yellow dress.

It's interesting, Lively hasn't been seen often, or posted anything on Instagram since January 11 ... what better way to drum up some massive press for Ryan's movie.

You see them quickly moving through the crowd and it's no secret anymore, she's clearly pregnant.

The new bundle will be Ryan and Blake's third child together ... they already have 2-year-old daughter Inez and 4-year-old daughter James. They got married in September 2012 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Ryan was previously married to Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2011 and engaged to Alanis Morissette in 2004 ... but they never got hitched. Ryan is Blake's first husband.

We're guessing the kid's gonna do just fine in the gene department.

6:45 AM PT -- Jesse Grice, Reverend Elvis who officiated, tells TMZ he was booked for the wedding a week ago but wasn't told who was getting hitched. We're told Joe and Sophie booked the entire Chapel from 8 PM to 12 AM ... so no other weddings were going down. Grice says he recognized the Jonas Bros, but had no idea who Sophie Turner was because he doesn't watch "Game of Thrones."

Grice serenaded Joe and Sophie to "Viva Las Vegas" after the "I dos."

BTW ... Joe and Sophie got married on what would have been the 52nd anniversary of the marriage between Elvis and Priscilla.

7:40 AM PT -- After the wedding, the night was just getting started. Joe and Sophie found their way back to their hotel, where they jumped in the Jacuzzi wearing their wedding duds.

Guess what happened last night? Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner got hitched, and their wedding could not have been more different than the Nick/Priyanka nuptials.

Here's the way it went down ... the Jonas Bros performed at the Billboard Music Awards Wednesday night in Vegas, and afterwards they all beelined it for the Little White Wedding Chapel. Yup, Elvis is in the building.

You wouldn't know a wedding was going down by appearances, because Sophie didn't wear a wedding dress, although she looked super good in a white blouse and slacks.

So, there's inside the Chapel L'Amour, and the Elvis impersonator comes out and before long Joe and Sophie say to each other, "I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you all the days of my life, in sickness and in health, forever and ever."

Country stars Dan + Shay were there to sing Sophie down the aisle, and Joe's bros, Nick and Kevin, looked on as groomsmen ... and that was pretty much it.

They followed tradition and posed in front of the Cadillac at the Chapel and, of course, with the Reverend Elvis in red -- and they were husband and wife.

Oh, and this ... they exchanged ring pops as wedding bands!!!

Turns out they applied for a marriage license earlier in the day in Vegas. That doesn't necessarily mean the wedding wasn't planned -- they probably waited to make sure it all stayed secret.

A few celebs were on hand, including Diplo and Khalid ... the whole thing was super casual and pretty damn cool. BTW, Diplo captured the action inside the chapel on Instagram Live.

It COULD NOT have been more different from the endless wedding of Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, which was beyond elaborate and lasted 9 years.

CONGRATS!!!!

8:45 AM PT -- Sources connected to Pete tell us he felt like Vinnie was overly sarcastic when he told the crowd not to mention Kate or Ariana. They add, Vinnie asked if he could do an opening set, but Pete said no -- because he travels with his own opening comic -- but Vinnie went ahead and did a 5-minute set anyway.

Overall, we're told Pete's camp thinks Vinnie killed the energy in the crowd by giving them the list of no-no's for the show.

Pete Davidson is going to war with a comedy club owner because the guy referred to Kate Beckinsale and Ariana Grande while introducing Pete -- however, the crowd seemed to turn on Pete.

The 'SNL' star was supposed to perform Monday night at Vinnie Brand's Stress Factory in Bridgeport, CT -- but he never made it onstage. Pete claims Vinnie "disrespected me and did something that I told him not to do and I can't perform under those circumstances."

Pete posted a video from his car immediately after bailing on the gig.

Meanwhile, inside the club ... the owner was fuming over Pete's no-show -- and played Pete's IG video on the club's big screen. Even though Pete offered to do a free show for anyone in the crowd ... they were pissed. You even hear someone yell, "F**k you, Pete!!!"

According to clubgoers, Vinnie did mention Kate and Ariana -- but only because he was asking the crowd not to heckle Pete about his girlfriends. Vinnie says those were the ground rules Pete wanted, and they had agreed anyone who did shout anything like that would be removed from the club.

It seems both Pete and Vinnie didn't want a repeat of what happened during one of Pete's shows back in February ... when he was heckled about Mac Miller.

Vinnie did his own act after playing Pete's IG video -- and while it wasn't necessarily funny, it was very angry.

"Little Women: LA" star Todd Gibel vows to save his marriage ... but he knows he's gotta take care of himself first, so he's seeking professional help to treat his depression.

Todd tells TMZ ... he noticed signs of depression about 2 years ago but it's significantly gotten worse over the last 6 months to the point it's severely affected his marriage to Christy. Todd says, "Right now Christy and I still live together, but we are just co-existing."

He vows to change that ... beginning with therapy. He started his first session earlier this week. He says Christy once brought up the idea of going to marriage counseling but with ZERO cameras trained on them ... and he hopes she's still up for it once he betters himself.

Todd -- who tied the knot with Christy back in 2014 -- says some signs of his depression include a daily struggle just getting outta bed. He says he also plops himself on the couch and has no motivation. But, then came a pivotal moment that triggered an alarm for help.

Todd tells us it happened last week while sitting on the patio watching his 3 dogs -- Daisy, Elvis and Axel. He says, "One of the dogs [Axel] is lazy and doesn't play with the others and never gets off the couch. When I was on the patio, something changed [with Axel] and he came out to play with the other 2 dogs. And the other dogs were so happy. That's when I realized I needed to change."

The move to seek help comes on the heels of a tumultuous season 7 of 'Little Women.' True fans know how much Todd and Christy have argued -- most notably about her weight and his lack of support -- so now that Todd's getting help is welcomed news for all.

Katherine Schwarzenegger enjoyed the company of a very special guest at her huge blowout bridal shower ... Oprah!!!

Oprah rolled up to Katherine's lavish bridal shower Saturday, with a giant gift box in hand and a huge smile on her face ... and the Big O was easily the biggest celeb there.

Katherine's mother, Maria Shriver, hosted the party at her private estate ... and it was a pretty good looking crowd, because Katherine's super hot celeb friends, model Abby Champion and TV personality Whitney Port, also showed up to support the bride-to-be.

Oprah and Maria have been friends for decades, ever since they worked on a show together back in the 70s.

NBA superstar Klay Thompson made the MOST of his night off the court -- going on a romantic dinner date with one of the hottest actresses in town ... Eiza Gonzalez!!!

An eagle-eyed traveler spotted the WWE superstar at the San Diego Airport on Wednesday -- sharing a kiss and loving embrace with his rumored girlfriend before she caught a flight back home to Canada.

But, c'mon -- look at these two!!! They're definitely serious now!!!

We spotted the two out on a date last month -- and clearly, things have escalated, because what grown person takes someone to the airport these days if you're not romantically involved?!

It's John's first serious relationship since things ended with ex-fiancee Nikki Bella back in July 2018.

We're told John and Nikki are still on good terms -- and still talk every now and then, but nothing will ever go back to how it was.

Avert your eyes, "Jane the Virgin" fans, because we've got a potential spoiler for the fifth and final season ... even though it's probably not THAT much of a surprise.

If ya don't know ... in the very first episode of the show, Jane -- played by Gina Rodriguez -- accidentally gets pregnant via artificial insemination, and the unwitting biological father is her former teenage crush, Rafael -- played by Justin Baldoni.

Long story short -- the 2 grow closer as a result of their unique situation, and these pics seem to reveal ... it leads to marriage.

Gina and Justin were spotted shooting a wedding scene in L.A. Wednesday, and all signs point to Jane being the bride ... and Rafael being the groom.

Now, 'Jane' fans know she's been caught up in a love triangle for some time -- between Rafael and Michael -- so getting hitched to Raf is certain to delight ... and disappoint.

Then again, they could have been filming a dream sequence or some other curveball could come into play.

The final season of "Jane the Virgin" premiered in March and the finale will air this summer.

Kelly Stafford returned to the hospital days after a scary, 12-hour brain surgery ... saying the pain had gotten too much to handle as she recovers from the serious procedure.

The Detroit Lions superstar QB's wife had surgery to remove a brain tumor over the weekend ... and managed to return home in time for Easter Sunday.

Kelly -- who has been very open about the challenges she's faced since the tumor was discovered -- says she was taken to the emergency room Wednesday morning ... after experiencing "pain and massive headaches."

"I thought I could power through the pain and massive headaches that were challenging me throughout the day," Kelly said.

"I thought I could do it. They told me tapering off the steroids was going to be very difficult."

Kelly says she looked to her husband for support and thought his strength would help her get through the suffering ... "I told myself the pain would succumb to me, I wouldn’t succumb to it."

"I was so wrong. The pain got so far ahead of me I couldn’t keep anything down, including meds. I ended up in the ER very early this morning, back on steroids and pain medication."

"At first, I felt like I had failed, like I couldn’t handle it.. but what I really failed at was listening to my own body. A lesson I feel like I am going to have to keep reminding myself of."

Kelly says she'll stay in the hospital overnight -- hopes to return home Thursday -- and thanks everyone who has reached out with kind words during her recovery.

Justin Bieber PRAYED TO GOD his Toronto Maple Leafs would emerge victorious in Game 7 of their NHL playoff series ... so, when they lost, he REALLY needed comfort from his wife Hailey Baldwin.

Justin and Hailey were sitting in a private VIP box at TD Garden in Boston to watch his Canadian team take on the Boston Bruins.

Before the game, Justin offered up a prayer for his players on IG -- saying, "Dear lord please be with Austin Mathews, Mitch Marner and all of the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight as they play game 7 against the Boston bruins."

JB's prayers went unanswered -- his Maple Leafs got SHELLACKED in a 5-1 blowout.

Meghan Markle's father won't be around to spoil the joy of her firstborn ... because he's still iced out of the Royal Family.

Sources close to Thomas Markle tell TMZ ... he's not traveling to London -- or making any plans to do so -- despite the fact his daughter is due to give birth to her and Prince Harry's child any day now. Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, arrived this weekend.

We're told, unlike last year -- when health issues kept Thomas from attending the Royal Wedding and giving Meghan away -- the reason he's not visiting his daughter and meeting his new grandchild is because he's squarely persona non grata.

Our sources say Thomas has been unable to make inroads reconciling with Meghan because he believes she's in a "cone of silence" ... but he hopes their relationship can be repaired after she has a baby.

As you'll recall ... Thomas seemed to get shunned by the Royals shortly after the wedding for going to the media, a move perceived by many as self-serving. There's been a lot of speculation about the father-daughter relationship since then, but it's clear they haven't been on speaking terms since August.

Regardless, we're told Thomas, of course, wishes Meghan and Harry the best and hopes for a safe delivery of a healthy baby ... and he's glad Doria's made the trip to be by her side.

Britney Spears' boyfriend has an update on her condition, and strongly insinuates ... it's time for her loyal fans to stand down on claims she's being held against her will or exploited.

We got Britney's bae, Sam Asghari, out in Los Angeles Tuesday and asked him the question that's on everyone's minds ... how's she holding up? He says she's doing "amazing," but then directly addressed the allegations many fans have been making since finding out Britney is in a mental health facility.

Sam made it clear, he's thankful Britney's fans are so concerned -- but also insisted there's no reason for it.

TMZ broke the story ... Britney checked herself into a mental health facility last month, and she's at the tail end of what we're told would be a 30-day stay. She got a day pass from the facility on Easter Sunday, and spent her time hanging with Sam in Bev Hills.

The trigger for Brit checking herself into the facility, as we first told you ... was her medicine. We're told doctors were adjusting the cocktail of meds Britney takes. The reality is it's a trial and error process to find the right combination -- and while she was dealing with that she also had to cope with her dad's recent illness.
