The woman who was brutalized by baseball player Danry Vasquez says she regrets not pressing charges against him ... and prays that he's a changed man for the sake of his new wife.

Fabiana Perez spoke with Univision and confirms the two did not break up until months after the 2016 attack. Vasquez got engaged to a new woman in Nov. 2017 and they're now married.

Perez says the two had been together for 6 years and were engaged at the time of the incident.

As we previously reported, Perez was not cooperative with prosecutors and lobbied the district attorney to let Vasquez slide.

Now, Perez says she regrets her actions ... and had this message about Vasquez:

"May God forgive him. He knows what he did. He wronged me, and at the time I forgave him, but if I had the knowledge I have now, I would have made a different decision."

As for people who criticized her for staying with Vasquez after the attack, Perez had this to say:

"It’s true what they say: you need to walk a mile in someone’s shoes to know how you’d feel in their situation. People don’t know the stuff that I lived, people don’t know the fear that I suffered."

Cardi B's set to pop out her baby this summer but, unlike Beyonce, she's not letting pregnancy stop her from performing at Coachella.

Sources close to Cardi B tell TMZ ... the rapper's due the first week of July and will be close to 7 months pregnant with Offset's kiddo when she takes the stage next month at Coachella.

It's unclear if she'll dress to cover up what will most likely be a noticeable baby bump by the time she takes the stage. Notice, she was more modest last week at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi's people told nightclub staffers she's pregnant during Super Bowl weekend. She denied it, and so did her baby daddy ... but we're told the baby train's full steam ahead.

Our sources say Cardi plans to remain in work mode until she pops. For example, we're told she's spent the last 2 weeks buried in the studio to complete her debut album. She also fully intends to go on tour with Bruno Mars in September ... a whopping 2 months after giving birth to her first child.

She's got a lot on the line -- about $100k per night of the tour, and the same goes for her Coachella dates.

That's a lotta diapers.

Don McLean's playing a young man's game, and dominating so hard ... he's already got a trophy.

The legendary "American Pie" singer was leaving a hotel Wednesday in London with his much younger, and total smoke show of a Playboy model girlfriend ... Paris Dylan.

We'll do the math -- she's 24, he's 72, which adds up to ... get it, Donnie!

He was dressed age-appropriately for an oldie, but goodie folk singer. Paris also appropriately rocked a curve-hugging dress. Even though she's posted pics with a shiny rock on her finger, Don's people have told us their thing is strictly professional.

Danry Vasquez did stay engaged to his girlfriend for months after the August 2016 beating -- but eventually they broke up and he has since married a new woman.

Vasquez posted a photo with his beating victim in Oct. 2016 showing the two smiling together and described her as "the person who is always with me in the good and the not so good!"

But now we're told they broke up after that -- and Vasquez began dating a new woman.

With regard to the beating victim ... we spoke with Danry's attorney who tells TMZ Sports, "I recall conversations about the extreme stress he was under and the pressures to perform that he was young. Came to USA at a young age with no parents (accommodating him) and no guidance ... just his dreams. She never excused his behavior just loved him enough to believe they could move forward."

Danry got engaged to a new woman in Nov. 2017 and in an interview with elemergente.com, he explained the situation.

"I am currently married, and not with the girl with whom I had the incident."

Bre Tiesi's killing 2 birds with one stone -- hitting the beach to show off her expensive new wedding ring ... and flaunt her bangin' bod once again.

Johnny Manziel's wife soaked up the sun in Miami Wednesday afternoon in a tiny bikini ... which has kind of become her thing. Johnny was nowhere to be seen, so it's possible he's back to practicing for a hopeful return to the NFL.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Johnny and Bre tied the knot last week in a private ceremony in California. The couple got engaged last March.

Hard to tell if Ava and Arthur are just in the friend zone or starting a romance.

Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are each back on the market ... because their 2-year relationship is over.

The couple reportedly ended their relationship earlier this month, and Zayn confirmed it Tuesday ... saying, "Gigi and I had an incredibly meaningful, loving and fun relationship and I have a huge amount of respect and adoration for Gigi as a woman and a friend."

They'd been on a brief break, just for a few days, in 2016 -- and Zayn addressed the fact this split had made it to the rumor mill, saying, "We wish this news could have come from us first. We love you all."

Gigi followed up with her own statement 12 minutes later.

Gigi and Zayn were never shy about sharing their relationship on social media.

Last time we saw Zayn leaving Gigi's apartment, he was in a pretty good mood. One thing's for sure ... he's gonna have a hard time forgetting her eyes ... since they're apparently tatted on his chest!

Tim and Faith Hill touched down at JFK Airport Monday night, and he looked no worse for wear after cutting short his Sunday night concert. As we told you ... Tim fell to his knees before getting escorted off the stage. Faith said he was "super dehydrated."

This is RG's second marriage. Grete gave birth to their daughter last summer -- he's got another kid with his ex-wife, Rebecca Liddicoat. They finalized their divorce last year.

Colin and Livia say her affair went down back in 2015, when she and Colin had temporarily separated.

The other man, Brancaccia, claims Livia intended to leave Colin for him -- and he has messages, photos and videos to prove it -- but she got cold feet.

O.J. Simpson was still married when he first laid eyes on Nicole Brown Simpson, but that didn't stop him from pursuing her and asking her out.

TMZ has obtained an exclusive clip from O.J.'s upcoming two hour sit-down on FOX where he says he met Nicole while she was working at a restaurant called The Daisy.

The Juice didn't get her digits the first time but, as they say, second time's the charm, and plus he had some help.

O.J. says he had to explain to Nicole he was still technically a married man, although it sounds like he was already separated from first wife, Marguerite Whitley. Their marriage ended in 1979.

Chris Fischer and Amy are honeymooning in Venice, and stepped out onto their balcony at the posh Gritti Palace. The grins on their faces, the ciggy, and Amy's super cozy robe scream ... mission accomplished on the marriage consummation front!

The happy couple later retreated to separate balconies, but not because they need space from each other. Amy posed from one balcony while Chris stood on the other, snapping shots of his blushing bride holding white flowers. Amy even ditched her robe for her photo shoot.

As we reported ... Amy and Chris secretly got married last month in front of an intimate, but super famous gathering that included Jennifer Aniston, Larry David and David Spade.

She's still nursing a broken arm -- but Paige VanZant says she'll be healed up and ready to knock people out again in 6 MONTHS.

"I know I'll have a fight in 6 months and that's guaranteed," Paige told us on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1).

Paige even showed off her scars from the surgery -- where she got a titanium plate and 7 screws -- to repair the broken arm she suffered in her UFC Fight Night 124 loss to Jessica-Rose Clark.

Paige says she doesn't have an opponent in mind for her comeback -- but feels she's still in a title contention spot in the 125-pound division.

"So, we'll just pick somebody from the list and take 'em out!"

Paige was joined on the show by her fiance, Austin Vanderford -- who's also a pro MMA fighter -- and the two explained what it's like to train (and trade punches) with your significant other!
