UFC superstar Jon Jones was arrested for DWI and a gun charge in New Mexico Thursday morning, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Cops say they responded to reports of gunfire in Albuquerque at around 1 AM -- and when they arrived at the scene, they found Jones inside a 2019 Jeep with the engine running and the car in park.

Jon denied firing a gun -- but officers say he appeared intoxicated (bloodshot, watery eyes and reeked of booze) and conducted a field sobriety test, which he allegedly bombed.

He also took a breathalyzer, twice, and registered over the legal limit both times.

During a subsequent search of the vehicle, cops say they found a black handgun and a half-empty bottle of tequila behind the passenger seat.

He was arrested and booked for aggravated driving while intoxicated, negligent use of a deadly weapon and possession of an open container.

We're told Jones was booked and released and has a bond arraignment court date set for April 9.

We're also told the probation Jon got in his strip club slap case had ended on Jan. 8.

Jones has been arrested for drunk driving in the past -- back in 2012, he pled guilty to DUI after crashing his Bentley into a pole in upstate New York.

Jon has spoken publicly about his issues with substance abuse -- including cocaine -- and it seemed like he was winning the battle.

Jones is widely considered the best MMA fighter of all time -- and he's the current UFC light heavyweight champion with victories over stars like Dominick Reyes, Daniel Cormier and Rampage Jackson.

R&B singer Pleasure P tried to pull the ol' don't-you-know-who-I-am card on cops during his drive-thru arrest earlier this month ... and it completely backfired.

TMZ's obtained bodycam footage of the former Pretty Ricky member's arrest in Miami Gardens ... and it shows him combative with cops as they try to sort out the incident at a Checker's drive-thru that triggered his arrest for simple battery.

As you can see in the video ... cops make every effort to get PP to calm the hell down. At one point, you can see a cop approaching Pleasure P and you can hear the singer say, "I'm Pleasure P" before a cop fires back, "I don't care who you are."

The singer scoffed at the idea he'd be arrested because he said he had a lot to lose ... and for good measure, brought up the fact he's part of the Millennium Tour featuring tons of other 90s artists.

At one point, you see the fast-food employee in question being interviewed by cops, and she gets into a shouting match with Pleasure P. Ya gotta watch the video until the end ... 'cause it's hilarious when, out of nowhere, an Uber Eats driver shows up, and cops weren't having it.

As we first reported ... Pleasure P allegedly shoved the employee in the chest with his bag of food through the drive-thru pickup window after a mix-up with his order. He denied throwing the food at her ... but according to the police report, cops say other employees corroborated their coworker's story.

Antonio Brown is on the road to redemption -- at least according to Hall of Famer Deion Sanders who says he's "proud" of all the process AB is making off the field.

Of course, AB has been in the news for all the wrong reasons dating back to his days with the Steelers, Raiders and Patriots -- from stupid things like helmet drama and beefs with GMs, to more serious issues like allegations of rape and assault.

But Deion Sanders is publicly supporting the WR -- in fact, Sanders shared snaps from a FaceTime with AB on Tuesday and made it clear he's in Brown's corner.

"Had to check on my Prodigal Son AB today!" Deion said. "When I tell u I'm proud of him I do mean I'm proud of him."

"He's working on himself, his family and his game 1 day at a time just like you and I. #Truth"

Sanders -- who has shared his motivational wisdom in retirement -- says he sees the changes that are necessary to make a football comeback ... and as we already know, AB is trying like hell for a reunion with brief teammate Tom Brady.

"The REDEMPTION story is gonna be so darn good because it's gonna be REAL!"

The NFL has said it's investigating Brown -- it's possible (and likely) he'll get slapped with a punishment before being allowed back on the field ... if he's given another shot.

Harvey Weinstein coerced an actress into having sex with him by dangling a role in a film, then threatened to ruin her career if she didn't give in ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The disgraced movie mogul is being sued for sexual assault and battery by a Jane Doe, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

According to the suit, the woman met Weinstein at an event in Los Angeles back in 2014, and he told her "I run Hollywood," before suggesting they should meet-up later.

In the docs, the woman claims she went to meet Weinstein in the lobby of the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, but he didn't come down, and he told her to come up to his room.

In the suit, the woman claims Weinstein answered the door wearing a bathrobe without a belt, and told her she was perfect for a few of his projects. And, that he was the "King of Hollywood" and she should be smart about behaving and being nice to the right folks.

The woman claims Weinstein excused himself to use the bathroom, and when she heard the shower running, she left the hotel room. She claims he had someone send her a script for a movie, then demanded she meet him again at the Peninsula, and that's when things got sexual.

In the docs, the woman says when she went back to Weinstein's room for what she thought was a business meeting, he was again wearing his bathrobe and threatened to blacklist her from Hollywood. She says she felt she had no choice but to let Weinstein have his way with her, and they had sex while he demanded she call him "King."

After the alleged encounter, the woman says she fell into a state of shock, became depressed, had a mental breakdown and became distressed to the point she started losing hair.

The woman is going after Weinstein for damages.

Weinstein's spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ ..."We are reviewing the allegations and will reserve further comment until we learn more."

Tekashi69 has somehow managed to make even more enemies before he's sprung from jail, this time racking up haters in the fashion biz, after he allegedly walked away with their money.

The rapper allegedly made a deal with Fashion Nova -- a discount clothing retailer -- to do a series of brand promotions on his social media pages and through his music. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi was paid an advance of $225,000 in October 2018.

The docs claim just 2 weeks after Tekashi got the wire, he was locked up ... making him unable to perform his duties for the company. What's more ... they say Tekashi's testimony during the trial totally torpedoed his ability to be a good brand ambassador for FN.

FN claims Tekashi was underhanded ... he and his people concealed the entire criminal prosecution from them. In other words, what FN seems to be saying is that they had no idea Tekashi was a criminal.

FN says Tekashi promised to return the $225k, but never did ... and now they're suing for $2.25 million.

The brother of the man who set off an explosion at Ariana Grande's Manchester Arena concert in 2017 has been found guilty of 22 murders.

Hashem Abedi was found guilty Tuesday at the Justice Hall in London where prosecutors said Hashem was just as guilty of the attacks as his brother, Salman Abedi, who killed himself and 22 others when he detonated a bomb.

Hashem had initially denied having any involvement in the attacks and tried to distance himself from his brother. But, prosecutors say even though Hashem wasn't in the UK at the time of the attack, his DNA and fingerprints were found on the property where the bomb was made.

Prosecutors reportedly presented evidence in court that showed Hashem was involved in the research, experimentation and making of the explosives before he returned to Libya a month before the deadly attack. Hashem was also found guilty of attempted murder and conspiring to cause explosions.

As we reported ... the explosions occurred at the end of Ariana's concert where thousands fled amid the chaos. At the time, a source connected with Ariana had told us she had just left the stage when everyone heard the explosion.

Less than a month later, Ariana was joined by stars like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Liam Gallagher to put on the One Love concert in Manchester to honor the victims.

Ariana Grande's gotta be wondering how an obsessed fan made it all the way to her front door before cops were called to track him down on her property.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man in his 20s showed up to the L.A. home of the singer. We're told he brazenly knocked on her door around 2 PM Saturday and asked for her. The property manager who answered the door told the intruder Ariana wasn't home.

Our sources say it's unclear how the man bypassed security measures on the grounds to get all the way to Ariana's house -- but when he did, they called cops. Responding officers found the man near the house, and while arresting, he allegedly spit on one of the cops.

We're told they found a love note to Ariana which included directions to her house. The man was booked for misdemeanor trespassing and felony battery ... for the alleged spitting.

The scary incident comes on the heels of another someone calling 911 earlier this month claiming shots were being fired on Ariana's property.

We were told cops were skeptical because she's been a swatting victim in the past. They still sent cops to check things out and determined it was, in fact, a swatting incident.

Nicki Minaj's husband really wants to get back to surfing the Internet ... something he's currently barred from doing due to his pending criminal case.

Kenneth Petty just submitted legal docs, obtained by TMZ, begging a California judge to allow him to use the World Wide Web.

As you know ... Kenneth recently registered as a sex offender in Cali after getting arrested for allegedly failing to do so when he moved to the state with Nicki. One of the terms of his pretrial release -- he can't use the web unless approved by a supervisor.

According to the docs, prosecutors have already agreed to Kenneth's request ... so now, it's up to the judge to sign off.

BTW ... Petty's status as a sex offender stems from a 1995 New York conviction for first-degree attempted rape.

Kenneth, who pled not guilty to failing to register as a sex offender, has a curfew and is being required to wear an ankle monitor as he waits for next month's court date. His travel is also restricted to Southern California.

Sounds pretty boring ... especially offline.

More trouble for NFL player Austin Seferian-Jenkins -- the free agent tight end has been arrested for DUI again ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told ASJ was picked up by the Gig Harbor Police Dept. in Gig Harbor, Wash. (where he played high school football) and was booked in Kitsap County Jail on March 9.

A court official tells us, he was hit with three charges stemming from the arrest ... 1 count of DUI, 1 count of driving with a suspended license, and 1 count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

We're told Seferian-Jenkins was also hit with a civil infraction for speeding and improper lane change ... and was arraigned on the charges on March 11.

We've reached out to Seferian-Jenkins' camp for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Of course, this isn't the first time the tight end's been accused of drunk driving ... he's been arrested twice for the offense since 2013, with the most recent one coming in 2016.

In police video we obtained of that arrest ... you can see ASJ was clearly slurring his words during the stop -- and even told the officer he had to take a "huge s***."

R. Kelly's pile of legal issues just got bigger ... he's been hit with several new charges by federal prosecutors in New York, and they include crimes against a minor.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Kelly's been hit with a new indictment related to 2 new alleged victims, one of whom was under 18 when she says she had sex with Kelly in 2015. The indictment, out of the Eastern District of NY, includes charges of coercion and enticement, coercion of a minor and transportation of a minor across state lines.

The woman who was a minor is listed as Jane Doe #5, and she claims Kelly never told her he had herpes during their relationship. Jane Doe #6 says she too was exposed to the virus because they had unprotected sex.

In addition, Kelly's also been hit with new racketeering charges including allegations he used, "force, threats of force, physical restraint and threats of physical restraint."

Kelly remains behind bars in Illinois while he awaits trial, and maintains his innocence.

Recently, one of Kelly's former live-in girlfriends, Azriel Clary, has come out and accused the singer of brainwashing her and forcing her to lie to the public about their relationship when she was underage.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Clary was seen in a physical fight with Joycelyn Savage, another one of Kelly's girlfriends.

The new federal charges bring the total to 9 in New York and 13 in Illinois. He also has pending cases in Illinois state and Minnesota.

One of the men convicted in the 1993 shooting death of Michael Jordan's father is up for parole ... despite being sentenced to life in prison.

MJ's dad James Jordan Sr. was shot to death in July 1993 while sleeping in his car at a rest stop in North Carolina. His body was dumped off a bridge in South Carolina and recovered 11 days later.

Two men -- Larry Demery and Daniel Andre Green -- were arrested for the murder. Both were convicted of 1st-degree murder and armed robbery and each got life sentences.

But, the North Carolina Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission says 44-year-old Demery is now being considered for parole by way of the Mutual Agreement Parole Program.

The MAPP is "designed to prepare selected inmates for release through structured activities, scheduled progression in custody levels, participation in community based programs and established parole dates," according to the NC Dept. of Public Safety.

Kate Beckinsale is revealing a new Harvey Weinstein horror story, claiming he once berated her for dressing "like a lesbian" at a movie premiere he insisted on having in NYC ... shortly after the 9/11 attack.

Kate says Weinstein, who was head of Miramax studios back then, forced her and the other stars of "Serendipity" to attend a premiere in early October 2001 -- a move she called "insensitive, tone deaf, disrespectful," because the city was still smoking and people were searching for loved ones. As a result, Kate dressed very conservatively ... opting for a white suit and tie.

She says that didn't fly with Weinstein, who invited her and her daughter to his place for a playdate with his daughter the next morning. She claims once the kids were in another room, he went off on her -- "You stupid fucking C**T, you C**T you ruined my premiere. If I am throwing a red carpet you get in a tight dress, you shake your ass, you shake your tits, you do not go down looking like a f**king lesbian you stupid f**king c**t."

Kate says she was shocked, immediately burst into tears and tried to explain why she felt that was in poor taste ... due to 9/11. She claims he verbally blasted her again, saying, "I don’t care -it’s my f**king premiere and if I want p**sy on the red carpet that’s what I get."

She clearly waited to reveal the story -- posting about it late Wednesday night, hours after Weinstein was sentenced to 23 years in NY state prison for his rape and assault cases. Kate lauded the victims for speaking up and testifying about Weinstein's sexual misconduct -- and said there should also be consequences for the type of non-criminal incident she endured.
