Deshaun Watson Scrubbing IG Account, Gunning For Settlements ... New Lawsuit Claims

UPDATE

11:57 AM PT -- Deshaun Watson's attorney, Rusty Hardin, is responding to the new lawsuit's allegations.

UPDATE

"Like a lot of people, Deshaun regularly deletes past Instagram messages," Hardin said in a statement Monday afternoon.

UPDATE

"That said, he has not deleted any messages since March 15th, the day before the first lawsuit was filed. We categorically deny that he has reached out directly to his accusers in an attempt to settle these cases."

UPDATE

Hardin continued, "Opposing counsel's continued statements that these cases aren't about money do not square with the facts in at least two of these cases. It is incredibly irresponsible to continue to make these types of false allegations in this avalanche of anonymous lawsuits, particularly while we are still trying to find out who the accusers are."

UPDATE

"We will address these issues, and others raised in these cases, in our formal response to the court in the coming weeks."

Deshaun Watson has been deleting Instagram messages and reaching out to massage therapists for settlements ... this according to yet another lawsuit against the NFL star.

The suit -- now the NINETEENTH against Watson -- was filed Monday ... and amid more allegations of sexual misconduct against a female masseuse, the QB is now being accused of scrubbing his social media.

In the docs, Tony Buzbee -- the attorney repping all the "Jane Does" in the cases against the 25-year-old Houston Texans star -- claims Watson "is deleting Instagram messages and contacting those who formally provided him massages, in an attempt to settle."

If true, the news would be huge, considering Watson has publicly denied all wrongdoing ... and weeks ago stated he refused to strike a settlement. Instead, Watson has said he is determined to clear his name.

Remember, Watson issued a statement on March 16 ... saying he rejected a "baseless six-figure settlement demand" from an accuser repped by attorney Tony Buzbee and added, "This isn't about money for me -- it's about clearing my name, and I look forward to doing that."

For his part, Buzbee says in the new lawsuit the accusers are not after money -- instead, they're seeking "a change in behavior with regard to Watson, and a change of culture in the NFL."

In the 3 new lawsuits filed Monday ... three more female massage therapists say Deshaun reached out to them at different points in 2020 and was sexually inappropriate with them after setting up sessions.

All of the women are seeking unspecified damages in the suits.

We've reached out to Watson's camp for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Watson's attorney, Rusty Hardin, has previously denied the claims against the quarterback ... saying last week, "I believe that any allegation that Deshaun forced a woman to commit a sexual act is completely false."

BURGLARY BLUNDERS
Bargain Hunters Thrift

"Storage Wars" star Rene Nezhoda is having a bad case of déjà vu -- his store was burglarized, again ... and this time the crooks made off with thousands in merch, again.

So here's the deal, Rene and his wife, Casey -- owners of the Bargain Hunters Thrift Store featured on the show -- say they were enjoying a day off back on February 17 when they were notified that a couple of thieves were ransacking the San Diego area store.

We’re told surveillance camera footage shows the burglars entered through a back door after smashing the glass. When the dust finally settled ... we're told they made off with tons of sports memorabilia cards and other collectibles worth between $7k-$8k.

On top of that ... Rene, Casey and their crew say the store was a disaster -- physical damages only ran 'em about $1,500, but it took a long time to clean up the mess.

Two things to note ... Rene says the burglars missed out on some VERY expensive trading cards, and thinks one of the thieves left behind some possible evidence. DOH!!!

A spokesperson for the San Diego County Sheriff's Department tells TMZ ... detectives are in the initial phase of the investigation, but are working a few leads they've developed since the heist. They have not identified the suspects yet

As we reported ... Rene and Casey's store was hit back in May 2019 with the culprits jacking around $2,000 worth of rare coins and causing $2,000 worth of damage.

Uber Driver Killed After Teenage Girls Carjack, Crash Vehicle

THE FATAL CRASH

Two teenage girls are facing felony murder charges after carjacking an Uber Eats vehicle with the driver inside and then crashing it ... ending in the death of the Uber driver.

Tuesday's incident was captured on video that is now circulating. The girls, ages 13 and 15, targeted the Washington D.C. car driven by Mohammad Anwar. They allegedly Tased the driver and then made their move to steal the vehicle.

You hear Anwar scream, "This is my car!" ... as the engine begins to rev.

The teenagers floor it as horrified bystanders look on. You see Anwar hanging out the front door of the vehicle ... and then you hear the crash.

The car was on its side and the teenagers then get out of the vehicle. Anwar is laying on the pavement, mortally wounded.

Anwar, who immigrated from Pakistan back in 2014, was pronounced dead.

And Uber spokesman said, "We are devastated by this tragic news and our hearts go out to Mohammad's family during this difficult time. We're grateful the suspects have been arrested and thank the Metropolitan Police Department for their diligence with this investigation."

Anwar's family set up a GoFundMe account, saying, "[He] was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who always provided a smile when you needed one. He leaves behind a family, near and far, who cherish, love, and miss him dearly,"

Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello Crooks Broke into Our Pad ... Made Off with Shawn's G-Wagon!!!

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello got quite a scare this week when their place was broken into, but even worse ... cops say Shawn's now down one G-Wagon.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the singers were home together in L.A. when the suspects broke in through a window. We're told the perps made a pretty quick exit when they realized the couple was home ... but not before grabbing the keys to Shawn's ride.

Our sources say police were called and rushed to the house, but it was too late ... the suspects had already taken off in his Mercedes SUV.

We're told so far no arrests have been made, but LAPD is still investigating.

As you probably know ... Shawn and Camila have been pretty inseparable for nearly 2 years now. They've been quarantining together, walking dogs together and now ... they're burglary victims together.

'Bad Girls Club' Star Deshayla Harris Dead at 28 ... Killed in VA Beach Shootings

Deshayla Harris -- one of the stars of 'Bad Girls Club' -- died after falling victim to one of several shootings that occurred in her home state ... TMZ has confirmed.

Virginia Beach PD confirmed Deshayla's ID Saturday as one of two fatalities resulting from three separate shootings from Friday night ... which appear to be unrelated, but happened within a short time of one another. The other victim is 25-year-old Donovan Lynch.

Cops say Deshayla was a bystander for the second shooting, in which a stray bullet from the crossfire hit her. Police do not believe this was a mass shooting -- simply shots fired erupting from feuding parties near the beachfront area of town, where all the resorts lie.

Deshayla is said to have died at the scene. Upwards of eight other people were injured from the shootings -- and police say they have 3 individuals in custody in connection to at least one of those. Ahmon Adams, Nyquez Baker and Devon Dorsey Jr. were arrested and charged with several different counts -- including assault, use and reckless handling of a firearm, among others. VBPD says none of these guys were involved in the shooting that killed Deshayla ... it's unclear if any suspects have been apprehended for that just yet.

Deshayla is known for her appearance on Season 17 of 'BGC' ... which was dubbed 'East Meets West.' They slugged her on the show as the Firecracker Fashionista. Deshayla was portrayed as feisty and a proud East Coaster. She was also a brawler -- getting into a memorable fight with another cast member, Francesca, after spitting in her face.

Despite the bad blood on the show, it appears some of her fellow costars sent their condolences on word that she'd been killed, including Key Marie who posted a tribute to Deshayla on Instagram.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

She writes, "No matter how much I refused to talk to you...you never took no for an answer you popped up to my show just to prove fixing our friendship meant something to you 🥲 hardest part about losing you is I never fully forgave you 😫😔 I literally let that TV s*** stand between us building a connection outside of tv 😔🥲🥲🥲 you didn’t deserve this man this shit jus don’t feel real ....I’m sick affffff 🥲🥲 rest easy Babygirl "

Deshayla's final IG post from Friday appears to show her out and about in downtown Norfolk, VA -- which is a stone's throw away from where she was ultimately gunned down.

She was 28.

Beyonce Thieves Hit Her Storage Units ... $1 Million in Goods Stolen!!!

Someone hit the Beyhive ... Beyonce's storage units were broken into and burglars made off with more than $1 million worth of valuables.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... 3 L.A. area storage units filled with Beyonce goodies were hit twice by thieves earlier this month, and the culprits swiped her expensive handbags and dresses.

While the storage units are being rented out by her production company, Parkwood Entertainment, we're told the missing items from the first heist all belong to Queen Bey.

Our sources say burglars came back within a week, and took down 3 storage units in the same facility ... making off with handbags, kids toys and photos belonging to one of Beyonce's stylists.

Bey is the latest singer to have storage units burglarized, and we're told these kinds of crimes are on the rise. As we first reported, thieves recently stole clothes, family photos and mementos from Miley Cyrus' storage space.

We're told LAPD continues to investigate the Beyonce heist, but no arrests yet. If cops can't solve it, maybe the Beyhive can.

Joe Exotic Dillon Agreed to Stay Married ... But I Understand His Needs

Joe Exotic fought hard to keep his husband from throwing in the towel on their marriage, and his lawyer says it worked ... sort of.

Joe's lawyer, Francisco Hernandez, says he got an email from Joe late Friday, saying he had a heart-to-heart over the phone with Dillon ... this after Dillon expressed his desire to get a divorce from the man who still has 2 decades behind bars in his future.

According to the email, Joe says Dillon agreed to put the divorce on ice for now ... "Me and Dillon have talked and we are not going to get in a hurry and get a legal divorce. This has been tough on both of us and he is going to do what he thinks he needs to do and I prefer to stay married right now so things don't get complicated and if I live through this great we will figure it out then ..."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Joe has said Dillon has always been there for him ... "He still answers the phone three times a day and will continue to be my support." Dillon has also said he's always supported Joe and will continue to do so.

Joe didn't make it clear what Dillon will do, but think about it ... a young man in his 20's just sitting at home waiting for 2 decades is a near-impossible ask.

Joe and Dillon got married in 2017 ... 2 months after Joe's previous husband, Travis Maldonado, died after accidentally shooting himself.

Joe's still fighting to get out of prison, but so far no luck, and the options are fast running out.

Jacob Blake Lawsuit's Just a Start ... Wants Apology & Reform from Kenosha PD

Jacob Blake's seeking more than damages for being shot and paralyzed by a Kenosha PD officer ... he wants the entire department held accountable, and he's striving to make his community a safer place going forward.

Attorney B’Ivory LaMarr, part of Blake's legal team, tells TMZ ... Jacob's case is not just about a lawsuit, it's about social justice. They want the City of Kenosha and its police force to take responsibility for the shooting.

LaMarr says this can begin in the form of a public apology to Jacob, his family, and Kenosha residents who are still suffering from the incident. He adds ... "In 2021, accountability should be the expectation, not the exception."

SHOCKING AND BRUTAL
Raysean White via TMX.news

Next, Blake's team is calling for the Kenosha PD to step up and initiate reform and make changes to its protocols ... such as requiring all officers to wear body cameras.

LaMarr says there's an adversarial relationship between cops in Kenosha and the community, so the PD also needs to open a line of dialogue with the people and implement racial bias training.

Lastly, Jacob's team believes the City of Kenosha should reach out to help his children who witnessed the shooting ... and address the trauma they experienced from watching him get shot just feet away.

As we reported ... Blake's suing the Kenosha officer Rusten Sheskey for excessive force in the August 2020 shooting that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Blake's going after Sheskey for unspecified damages and he wants a jury trial. Sheskey was not criminally charged for the incident.

We're told Jacob is still recovering at home and receiving 24-hour care.

Derrius Guice Accused Of Sexual Harassment By 74-Year-Old Woman ... 'He Scarred Me'

A 74-year-old grandmother says Derrius Guice sexually harassed her at the Superdome back in 2017 ... and she says the ex-LSU superstar was so vile, she's still "scarred" by the run-in.

Gloria Scott explained the encounter to lawmakers during her testimony in front of the Louisiana Senate Select Committee on Women and Children on Friday ... and she got emotional bringing up the memory.

Scott -- choking back tears -- said while she was performing her security job at a Dec. 9, 2017 H.S. game at the Superdome, Guice came up to her and grabbed at his genitals.

Scott says Guice then asked her if she wanted to have sex with him ... even telling her they should "go off and do it."

Scott says she scolded the running back over the nasty gestures and comments ... but she claims Guice just laughed and eventually left.

Scott says she reported the incident to her supervisors, and the complaint ultimately made its way to LSU's coaching staff.

In fact, Scott claims she even had a conversation with Tigers head coach Ed Orgeron over it.

But, Scott says she believes Orgeron and LSU did nothing to punish Guice for his actions.

For Orgeron's part, LSU has said the coach never directly spoke with Scott over the alleged incident.

Scott claims because she had complained about Guice ... she was actually moved from her normal security spot at H.S. games, saying her supervisors told her, "Well if they find out you're putting a charge on Derrius, the football players might have a reaction."

"I said, 'What do you mean a reaction toward me?'" Scott said. "'I'm the victim.'"

Scott told the lawmakers Friday the whole ordeal was horrifying for her ... and she wants LSU to recognize the issues it's had in the past with dealing with sexual misconduct claims and fix them going forward.

"It's something so pitiful," Scott said. "You're messing with a woman that's a grandmother and a great-grandmother. Just horrible."

LAPD on Helicopter Audio Torching Protesters Talk Isn't Us!!! (So Who Is It???)

THE FAKE AUDIO

Apparent helicopter crew members talking about lighting protesters on fire in L.A. are NOT with law enforcement, according to LAPD ... but it's still a mystery who made the vile comments.

A video began circulating Thursday afternoon with purported audio of a conversation between 2 helicopter pilots, in which one says he wants to dump fuel on protesters on Glendale Blvd. and the other responds ... "I'll bring the match."

"NOT EMPLOYEES OF THE LAPD"
@LAPDHQ/Twitter

Based on initial social media posts ... people believed these were LAPD crew members referring to people protesting the removal of a large homeless encampment for park repairs.

The LAPD responded to the allegations late Thursday night though, saying it investigated the disturbing commentary and "definitively determined" it did not involve LAPD employees.

So, the question remains ... who did joke about torching protesters?

Mystery aside, the protests still went down Thursday night in Echo Park and about a dozen people were arrested when LAPD declared unlawful assembly. Cops claim the large crowd used high-intensity lights to try to blind officers.

NFL's Kevin Givens Charged W/ Assault ... Allegedly Injured Man In Violent Confrontation

San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Kevin Givens has been hit with an assault charge after he allegedly beat the hell out of a man at a Maryland hotel ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court documents, 24-year-old Givens was charged with misdemeanor second-degree assault after Hayden Bosley said he was attacked by the NFL player on Feb. 21.

In the docs, Bosley says he was out for the night in Baltimore when he had a confrontation with Givens.

Bosley says he, Givens' girlfriend and another friend were grabbing an Uber/Lyft when they asked Givens if he was tagging along for the ride.

In the docs, Bosley says Givens got angry and told him to go away ... so he left with the other two for a Sheraton Hotel in the area.

That's when Bosley says Givens showed up a short time later, saw the three standing in a hotel hallway ... and attacked.

Bosley claims Givens tackled him to the ground, dislocated his shoulder and continued to wrestle with him.

Bosley says he was able to escape and run away ... but claims he ended up suffering a black eye, bruises, cuts and scrapes in addition to the shoulder injury in the altercation.

Bosley says he went to the emergency room, where he got treatment from medical personnel from 3 AM to 7 AM.

Givens is now due in court later next month to face the charge. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to 10 YEARS in prison.

We've reached out to Givens for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Givens signed with the Niners as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State in 2019. He played in just 1 game in his rookie season ... but went on to play in 13 last year.

In his two-year career with the 49ers, Givens has 1 sack and 20 combined tackles.

Jonny Fairplay 'SURVIVOR' VILLAIN'S LARCENY CASE DISMISSED

Jonny Fairplay -- one of the most notorious "Survivor" contestants of all time -- is off the hook in his criminal case in Virginia ... and he's pretty stoked about it.

A Pittsylvania County court clerk tells TMZ ... Fairplay's larceny case has been dismissed as well as his mother's case.

As we first reported ... he was arrested for larceny back in December in his hometown of Danville, Virginia, where cops say he was accused of stealing furniture and a necklace from his grandmother, Jean Cook.

The criminal complaint was filed by Jonny's aunt, who accused him of removing a leather chair, end table, bar stools and a silver necklace valued at $5,000 from his grandma's home without proper consent.

Jonny tells TMZ ... he was charged with grand larceny based off allegations from a disgruntled family member. He says the case was dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

BTW ... the aunt is the daughter of Jonny's grandma, the one he infamously pretended had died during that all-time notorious "Survivor" moment.

Bottom line for Jonny ... he tells us he's "disappointed that this ever was allowed to happen and relieved that it is over."

The next family reunion is gonna be interesting.

Slain Boulder Cop Eric Talley Dad Says Don't Politicize His Death ... He Was Big Gun Rights Advocate

Boulder PD Officer Eric Talley's father says his son was a staunch 2nd Amendment guy, and even owned a weapon similar to the one used to kill him -- and he believes Eric would hate to see his death used to promote gun control.

Homer Talley tells TMZ Eric, an 11-year vet for Boulder PD, was a strong advocate for gun rights, and had an AR-15 he often used for target practice. Homer's seen the debate erupt over reforming gun laws, and although this tragedy cost him his son, he doesn't blame gun access ... and doesn't think Eric would either.

He told us, "My son would have been deeply offended to know his death would be used to promote gun control. Before he was an officer, he enjoyed shooting."

Of course, that's the big discussion now in Washington, D.C., as it usually is after a mass shooting. President Biden called for an outright ban on assault weapons Monday ... shortly after the Boulder massacre that killed Eric and 9 others.

While Biden, many lawmakers and a large majority of Americans feel banning AR-15's and similar weapons would deter these tragedies -- Eric's father isn't so sure. He calls Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa's alleged attack "a senseless act and that is just it. The situation [Eric] found himself in wasn't one that the government could protect him from."

He adds, "Just because some wacko goes around shooting people doesn't mean guns need to be taken away. You can't take away enough guns to protect this country."

Now, Homer also says he's all for common-sense gun laws, "but to take away that freedom completely is something I am against and my son was against." Of course, therein lies the debate ... what is "common sense" when it comes to guns?

HONORING TALLEY
Fox 31

Officer Talley's comrades paid their respects during a procession Wednesday, and interestingly ... Homer says he's already letting go of his anger over Eric's murder, telling us, "My family and my son are people of faith, we understand forgiveness and that is necessary for not just the shooter, but for ourselves."

An official GoFundMe has been created in Officer Talley's honor, he was a father of seven children. The GofundMe has already raised more than $500k.

NFL's Justin Herron Stops Alleged Sexual Assault At Park ... Called 'Hero' By Cops

New England Patriots offensive lineman Justin Herron was heralded as a hero Wednesday ... after cops say he helped stop a sexual assault at a park in Arizona over the weekend.

The story is terrifying ... Herron says he was walking around Kiwanis Park at 11 AM on Saturday in Tempe -- when all of a sudden, he heard screams coming from the middle of a field.

Herron says as he approached the scene ... he saw a man on top of a woman -- and acted quickly.

"I just knew that in that moment I had to go and had to put a stop to it," 25-year-old Herron said.

The 6-foot-5, 305-pound lineman -- who was in Arizona training after wrapping up his rookie season -- says he screamed at the man to get off, before he physically pulled the guy away from the woman.

"Then I told him to sit down," said Herron, who cops say was also joined by another good Samaritan, Murry Rogers, in putting a stop to the alleged crime. "And, he just sat down and waited."

Cops say when they arrived on the scene, they identified the suspect as 30-year-old Kevin Caballero.

The victim, police say, was a 71-year-old who Caballero had pushed to the ground and attempted to sexually assault.

Cops awarded both Herron and Rogers Outstanding Service Awards for their actions ... and Rogers said the alleged victim called the two men "her angels."

Herron played in 12 games for the Patriots last season ... starting six. He was picked in the sixth round of last year's NFL draft out of Wake Forest.

NYC Bakery Woman Banned for Calling Black Employee N-Word ... Complaint Filed w/ Cops

DISGUSTING ACTIONS
@reallycutekid/Instagram

A white woman is now persona non grata at a NYC bakery after calling one of its Black employees the n-word -- and cops are aware of the situation too ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a harassment complaint was filed after an unidentified lady hurled the racial slur at Victor Kamara ... the Davidovich Bakery employee who was working the cash register on Sunday, when the ugly incident went down.

We're told an argument erupted between the woman and Victor after she was asked to put on a mask, but refused to do so ... only to call the guy a "bitch ass n*****" when he told her not to look at him a certain way. She left the scene shortly thereafter.

Our sources say the NYPD typically won't make arrests for harassment complaints like this ... unless they happen to occur in an officer's presence. It's unclear how the department may proceed if they find her and verify the claims. Still, we're told the cops are investigating.

Enraged NYers are also taking a closer look at the woman's social media, and there are several disturbing posts. Perhaps the worst is a Columbus Day post showing her kids -- whose father is Black -- because her caption celebrates the trans Atlantic slave trade.

As for the bakery ... management tells us this woman isn't just banned from this establishment, but from all of Essex Market in the Lower East Side, where the shop is located. We're told security guards have been alerted to be on the lookout for her.

When it comes to Victor himself, we're told his bosses are fully behind him -- and applaud him for how handled the situation ... especially as a relatively new employee, just about two months in.

We're told he's been approached by different attorneys in recent days to see if he needs representation over this -- no word yet on what legal action, if any, he plans to take.

Deshaun Watson Accusers' Attorney Fires Back At QB's Counsel ... Files 2 More Lawsuits

The attorney representing the female masseuses in the sexual misconduct cases against Deshaun Watson is also digging in ... firing back at the QB's counsel and filing 2 more lawsuits against the NFL player on Tuesday.

Tony Buzbee -- who has now brought a total of SIXTEEN suits against Watson in the past week -- took aim at Rusty Hardin, calling B.S. on the Texans star's attorney and insisting more evidence of wrongdoing against Deshaun is on the way.

In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Buzbee said he'll be releasing a copy of an NDA Watson allegedly asked massage therapists to sign sometimes before and after sessions.

Buzbee insisted more court filings would be coming as well ... and also had some strong words and some questions regarding the scathing statement Hardin had released against him earlier in the day.

"Alleged sexual misconduct is serious," Buzbee said. "Attempting to criminalize or minimize those that speak out or step forward is wrong."

"I have been asked to respond to a released statement by Mr. Watson’s counsel. My first reaction is that there have been so many massage sessions from Instagram that Mr. Watson can’t keep track of them ... I can’t tell you how many people have stepped forward to report similar conduct or provide information."

"That info will be released, again in public filings -- not in the media."

Buzbee continued, "My second reaction is a question: why would his marketing agent admit Watson had sex for pay with a massage therapist, consensual or otherwise?"

"We will also provide a copy of the non-disclosure agreement that Deshaun Watson and his marketing manager repeatedly insisted that Jane Doe (and others) sign after (and sometimes before) the 'massage session,' which she refused to sign."

Buzbee concluded, "I do appreciate Mr. Hardin’s professionalism and his words of support for victims, but would respectfully suggest there are many facts here, that we will put in public filings, that Mr. Hardin might not be aware of."

As we previously reported, Hardin accused Buzbee of orchestrating "a circus-like atmosphere" with the public lawsuits against Deshaun ... and adamantly supported Watson, calling all the misconduct allegations against the 25-year-old "completely false."

Hardin also released a statement from Watson's marketing manager, Bryan Burney, in which Burney claimed that everything that had happened between Watson and one of the accusers was consensual.

For his part, Watson released a blanket denial on the accusations last week ... claiming the suits were nothing more than an attempt to shake him down for money.
