The actress/singer didn't hold back one bit in her post, dropping the L-bomb and spilling all the deets about what makes him so damn special to her -- not to mention a bunch of PDA-packed snaps and clips together.

She gushes in the caption, "Happy birthday baby! Your emotional endurance, positive disposition, unbelievable talent (that blows me away), undeniable humor and loving, kind heart absolutely kill me. I love you @itsbennyblanco 🎂🥹."

BB kept it short and simple ... responding in the comments with a flurry of loved-up emojis, which honestly said it all!

As for the pics/clips themselves, Selena's all cuddled up with her music producer boo, stealing kisses left and right ... and giving cute insight into them just being a normal, everyday couple.

Ever since S & B went IG official back in December, they haven't been shy about showing off their love -- and, besides social media, they've also been hitting up award shows and sports events as a duo.

They were also spotted at Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim, CA in Jan ... where we caught the first glimpse of the pair's height difference -- BB's a bit shorter than his GF, but clearly little things like that don't matter to Selena.

The actor couple couldn't keep their hands off each other down in Puerto Vallarta last week. They certainly look smitten, and for good reason ... these two are an absolute smoke show. Lupita in particular -- who just turned 41, and who's celebrating her bday -- looks amazing.

She seems grateful for the trip -- planting a kiss on Joshua while standing on a lounge chair.

Josh wasn't opposed to the affection -- he wrapped his arms around LN ... even resting his hands on her behind at one point. Yeah, we're looking at a lot of PDA here ... no doubt.

Leave it to these two to make things even hotter in Mexico ... which is already toasty as is.

LN and JJ have been practically inseparable since first being spotted together in October at a concert in Los Angeles. Since the Oscar winner hadn't announced her split from longtime love Selema Masekela ... the outing certainly got tongues waggin'. Now, we know they're an item.

Eventually, the Marvel actress confirmed that she was no longer with Selema -- and proceeded to run errands all over the state of California with her new boo. Since then, they've been seen all over the place ... and they're not trying to hide their love anymore.

Joshua also recently became single.  Remember, his estranged wife, actress Jodie Turner-Smith, filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage. They share one child together, a daughter.

Josh has bounced back and then some ... and ditto for Lupita, obviously.

Jessica Vestal seems to have found a new love on a completely different Netflix show with a new reality star -- and that'd be Harry Jowsey ... who she got hot and heavy with last year.

Here's the deal ... nobody knew who this woman was until the latest season of 'Love is Blind' -- in which she stars -- came out this month ... which is why these photos of Jessica and Harry cuddling up in Mexico from this past September completely flew under the radar.

As you can see ... the 'LiB' star and the "Too Hot to Handle" star were out in the water in Tulum in September -- when these pics were taken -- and yes, they look like a couple.

The reason this is interesting now ... well, Jessica is all of a sudden relevant in 2024, seeing how she was passed on in the pods -- but has remained a lingering presence this season.

"Love is Blind" has been teasing her return to shake things up -- and she herself has even been making the media rounds lately to suggest she is, in fact, dating somebody from the reality world ... without disclosing exactly who. She said as much to Nick Viall last week.

While Jessica was spotted at LAX a couple weeks ago with fellow 'LiB' costar Johnny McIntyre -- that sighting might've been a red herring in terms of romance ... because she looked way more involved with Harry here on the beach. Granted, this was months ago.

Considering these were taken all the way back in September ... it's hard to say if she's still with Harry or not -- we haven't seen any evidence recently of them being linked.

With that said ... it wouldn't surprise us if they go public as a couple in the near future.

One other thing about this little Mexico outing -- there are rumblings this may have gone down during filming for yet another Netflix series that throws a bunch of their reality TV castoffs together in one big pot (similar to "Bachelor in Paradise") called "Perfect Match."

They already aired Season 1 of that last year, and announced a new season was in the works ... and considering the crossover effect happening here, it may well have been for that.

Time will tell, we suppose, if Harry's the dude Jessica's seeing these days. He has appeared to be leaning into the fact he's into "MILFs" on his social media ... so all the dots are kinda connecting at this point.

If they are actually together ... that'd certainly be the curveball nobody saw coming.

We'll say this -- they certainly suit each other. Both are smoking hot, and if Jessica is already on to the next Netflix show ... we suppose it's better things didn't work out with Jimbo.

Tish Cyrus is looking back at her parenting and seeing ways she could've improved ... chief among them, rolling up a joint and mellowing out a bit!

The mother of Miley and Noah Cyrus opened up about her parenting skills on a recent episode of her "Sorry We're Stoned" podcast ... telling guest Wiz Khalifa she regrets not doing some toking back when her kids were growing up.

Now before we jump to conclusions -- there is no definitive evidence Johnny is Jessica's new suitor. They didn't show PDA at the airport -- but based on her description of the type of dude she likes ... it's kinda adding up, Johnny fits the bill.

Of course, Johnny's current season 6 fiancée, Amy Cortés, whom he picked in the pods, was noticeably absent at the airport outing ... which is telling on how things may shake out.

All eyes are sure to be on the 'LIB' finale next week, as Johnny and Amy are heading to the wedding altar. It'll be interesting to see if Johnny and Amy actually say "I do" -- and what ends up happening at the reunion ... which won't air for another couple weeks.

A "Saturday Night Live" comedy trio is taking credit for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's romance -- but only if it goes the distance ... otherwise, they want nothing to do with it.

The topic of Traylor kickstarted when comics Ben Marshall, John Higgins, and Martin Herlihy -- who make up Please Don't Destroy on 'SNL' -- spilled the beans on working with Tay Tay.

They told host Mike Birbiglia on the 'Working It Out' podcast the star told them she had watched Travis' 'SNL' episode before they first met and she liked what she saw.

Ben added that Taylor told them she thought Travis seemed super funny in the clip ... saying that it was in that moment that they kinda, sorta brought them together.

However, Ben shared some serious reservations about taking credit for the Traylor romance -- only 'cause of Taylor's army of devoted fans, the Swifties.

He said that if things were to ever go south between the pair ... they'd be the ones getting roasted over the coals for it.

Travis, of course, got in on the action hosting 'SNL' in March 2023 -- about six months before he went public with Taylor. It's interesting ... they're saying this is when Travis first fell onto Taylor's radar -- but whether she was actually interested or not ... well, anyone's guess.

Travis also appeared in a pre-taped sketch written by Please Don't Destroy, where he played a hilarious self-defense instructor named Kurt Lightning ... so yeah, they have 'SNL' history.

Kristin Cavallari's wasted no time leaning into her new relationship with Mark Estes ... in fact, the lovebirds have already wrapped up their first getaway in Cabo together.

Even before this, though, we're told Kristin and Mark were very flirty on the flight over -- showing a lot of PDA ... and certainly looking like a couple.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us Kristin and Mark have been spending time together for about a month now -- but it's unclear if things are exactly romantic or not.

We're told Kristin was down in Mexico last week to work on her Uncommon James jewelry line ... and our sources say Mark tagged along for the quick trip. No word on how exactly they met ... but we're told they're hanging out right now, and that it ain't that serious.

Remember ... the last high-profile relationship Kristin was in -- post-Jay Cutler, of course -- was actually Tyler Cameron ... another model who's hobnobbed in and around Hollywood.
