Chris Brown is kissing his precious graffiti monsters goodbye, and while it looks like he lost the war to keep the"art" on his Hollywood Hills home -- Chris is saying it's coming down by his choice ... TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported ... Chris has been fighting the city of L.A. since May over the graffiti he plastered on an exterior wall of the house -- even claiming it's protected by the 1st Amendment.

After neighbors complained the images were a blight on the block ... the city threatened to slap Chris with a heavy fine -- but today workers slapped a fresh layer of paint on the concrete wall.

But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he remains defiant ... and only covered up the painted creatures because he wanted to -- NOT because of the city's threats.

Whatever the reason, the L.A. Building Department of Safety says if its inspectors are satisfied the graffiti is covered tomorrow ... Chris will not be fined.

Like an older, hotter Justin Bieber ... Paris Hilton got in some trouble today for speeding through a residential neighborhood in a super fancy car.

Unlike Justin, Paris was busted in Beverly Hills (she wouldn't be caught dead in the valley) ... and law enforcement sources tell us she was only going 42 in a 25. Not exactly breaking the sound barrier.

In the end, Paris got a ticket ... and left without being chased down by Keyshawn Johnson.

Charlie Sheen fueled up his private jet for a 24-hour mission to accomplish what no one else has been able to for the last 80 years ... find the Loch Ness Monster.

Charlie flew to Scotland last week -- and sources close to the Warlock tell us it was literally a last minute call ... like most of his decisions.

We're told Sheen brought along his two pals -- ex-baseball star Todd Zeile and longtime stand-in Brian Pekk (below) ... and a sweet helmet for the adventure -- which included renting out a Loch-side castle.

Snooki and Pauly D were forced to change their cell phone numbers yesterday ... after some swastika-loving Nazi jerkwad hacked into JWoww's Twitter account and gave out their digits to all of her followers, TMZ has learned.

Here's what we know ... the Anti-Semitic mystery hacker took over JWoww's page on Sunday night -- changed her Twitter avatar to a swastika -- and then gave out several private numbers to all of JWoww's 3.3 MILLION followers.

Among the released numbers -- Snooki, Pauly D, Deena and Perez Hilton.

We're told the Snooks, Pauly and Deena have already changed their numbers in the wake of the hack -- we're guessing Perez probably followed suit.

JWoww has since regained control of her Twitter page -- and got rid of the Nazi symbol. The identity of the hacker is still unknown.

George Clooney isn't exactly single (yet) ... TMZ has learned he and Stacy Keibler are STILL living together -- despite rumors of a break-up -- BUT an expiration date could be fast approaching.

Multiple reports have surfaced that Clooney and Keibler called it quits after 2 years of dating (which is like a decade in Clooney years). The couple hasn't been seen together since March and spent the 4th of July on opposite ends of the earth.

But sources close to C&K tell TMZ ... the duo is still shacking up, so it's not totally over. However, we're told there's definitely trouble in paradise -- and it's all because of the couple's hectic schedules.

Our sources say George and Stacy haven't been in the same place for months now because she's busy shooting her new show "Supermarket Superstar" and George is busy being a giant movie star.

Aaron Hernandez downed a ton of hard liquor, cussed out security guards ... and refused to leave when they confronted him ... in a Hermosa Beach, CA sports bar.

According to sources who were in Chelsea Pub & Lounge on April 19th ... the then New England Patriots star was drinking double Patron Silver shots all night in between glasses of Adios Motherf**kers -- a wonderful vodka, rum, tequila, and gin concoction.

We're told Hernandez repeatedly tried to walk outside the bar WITH his drink, and didn't understand why security wouldn't let him -- and began yelling and cursing at the bar staff.

When asked to leave ... Hernandez simply sat down (pictured above) and told security he wasn't leaving.

Tragedy struck at the famous Cowtown Rodeo in New Jersey this weekend when one of the horses died during a live performance ... and animal rights activists say there's evidence the horse was electrocuted.

The rodeo -- which has been running since 1929 -- came to a screeching halt when a 9-year-old horse named Duke came bucking out of the gate Saturday ... only to collapse after experiencing what appeared to be a seizure.

After the horse went down, staffers raced to its side as Duke died in front of the live crowd. Duke was eventually carted away.

After the incident, the animal rights group SHARK -- SHowing Animals Respect and Kindness -- says one of its members was in attendance and witnessed Duke being secretly shocked by an electric device right before he was released from the gate in order to get Duke to buck more wildly.

The SHARK member shot footage of the incident -- which shows someone holding a "Hot shot" electric prod in Duke's holding gate.

Cowtown insists Duke's death was as natural as it gets due to an "aneurysm of his aorta blood vessel."

The rodeo explains, "Our vet has assured us that this had nothing to do with the rodeo event and it is a natural (although rare) occurance to have a horse pass from this reason."

However, when we called Cowtown owner Grant Harris -- who also owned Duke -- he told us the device in Duke's pen DID appear to be a "hot shot" ... but says everyone at the rodeo is under strict orders to NEVER use the prod on a horse.

Harris notes that in the video ... the device does not appear to ever touch Duke.

For its part, SHARK says it will be contacting the SPCA to demand animal cruelty charges be brought up against Cowtown.

Jennifer Lopez did nothing wrong when she sang happy birthday to the President of Turkmenistan ... because she was AMBUSHED ... this according to her rep.

Mega-manager Benny Medina tells TMZ ... Jennifer was NOT in Turkmenistan to perform for the Prez -- she was hired by the China National Petroleum Corp. for a corporate concert. Lopez sang 3 songs, and Medina says as she finished her set someone walked up to him and said President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow was in the audience and asked him if Lopez would come back on stage and wish him happy birthday.

Medina says it was HIS decision to bring Lopez back on stage at the end of the concert. Medina tells us ... the Prez got on stage and the M.C. started goading Lopez to sing "Happy Birthday" -- singing it quietly in her ear, goading her on the spot to sing the Bday song.

Medina says there was no reason to do heavy research into the President's record, since no one even knew he would be at the concert. Medina adds when Lopez started getting flack he did some research and found the FORMER Prez is the one with a record of human rights abuses, and Berdimuhamedow actually seems ok.

3:15 PM PT TMZ has learned police in Plano, Texas ... where Doink's body was found ... have launched a homicide investigation.

However, sources tell us, the investigation is really just a matter of following S.O.P. -- and that all early indications are his death was accidental.

No weapons were found on the scene. An autopsy is pending.

Ex-WWE star Doink the Clown -- a hugely popular wrestler in the '90s -- was found dead today in Texas.

Doink, real name Matt Osborne, was known for pulling pranks on the other wrestlers ... all while decked out in full greasepaint and a green wig.

Details about Doink's death are unclear at this point -- but his girlfriend reportedly found him dead in her home ... where he'd been staying lately.

After leaving the WWE, he continued wrestling for ECW and independent leagues ... still sporting the clown costume.

More recently, he's been attending wrestling conventions and doing autograph sessions with fans.

Scottie Pippen's claiming he attacked a fan in Malibu this weekend in self-defense ... after the man called him the n-word and then spit at him.

Sources close to Pippen tell us, the middle-aged man who got his ass kicked by Pippen outside Nobu Sunday night was a drunk, overly aggressive fan who had been badgering Pippen for attention all evening ... beginning inside Nobu, where Pippen was eating with friends.

At one point, we're told one of Pippen's dinner guests went to the bathroom ... and the man sat in the guest's place ... continuing to pester Pippen with questions. We're told Pippen bit his tongue and politely asked the man to leave.

After the meal, we're told Pippen agreed to take a photo with the man outside the restaurant ... but the man continued to be aggressive, demanding an autograph as well. Pippen refused and we're told that's when the man dropped the n-bomb, shoved the NBA legend, then spat at him.

Sources close to Pippen say he lost it when the spit landed on his young daughter -- and Pippen flew into attack mode.

As we reported, the alleged victim was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital with severe injuries to his head, face, and back. Pippen has since spoken with authorities and he was not arrested.

Paris Jackson will NOT get new guardians in the wake of her suicide attempt, but TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe is keeping a watchful eye on the situation and could mount a challenge if things get worse.

The guardianship judge had asked a probate court investigator to do some digging after the suicide attempt ... to find out if the guardians were taking proper care of Paris. As you know, Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson are currently co-guardians.

The report is in, and the judge has decided NOT to change the current guardianship arrangement.

TMZ has learned ... the probate court investigator met with Debbie Rowe -- who has developed an extremely strong bond with Paris -- her biological child. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Rowe told the investigator she believes TJ is doing a great job as guardian, despite the fact that Paris does not want a man to replace Michael Jackson and tell her what to do.

We're told Rowe also thinks Katherine has done a good job, especially considering her age and health.

But Rowe made it clear ... if the situation gets worse, she will file legal docs for guardianship. For now, however, Rowe believes the guardianship works fine.

The Chicago Blackhawks partied hard after their dramatic Stanley Cup victory over the Boston Bruins, and lived by that old adage -- to the victor goes lots and lots of meats!!!

Stanley Cup MVP Patrick Kane and the rest of the team headed straight to the famous Harry Caray's Steakhouse once they arrived back in Chi-town early Tuesday morning -- and our 'hawks sources gave up all the deets on their feast:

Aaron Carter is sporting a shiner he claims he got from 4 grown men who were pissed he's performing on "New Kids on the Block" turf ... aka Boston.

Aaron, who posted some gnarly selfies after the fight, tells TMZ he was leaving dinner with a friend last night in beantown, when a huge guy approached him in the parking lot and yelled: "I heard you’re doing a show here tomorrow. This is the town of the New Kids."

Aaron claims three other guys then jumped out of a gold Chevy Malibu ... and started the beat down, which came complete with a shot to his face.

The singer claims he landed a few punches before the NKOTB-lovers took off -- "I think my knuckles might be broken, but that's what they get. People think I'm a pretty little white boy but no way. I think I won. I'm still standing."

Aaron says he's performing as scheduled tonight, and he's not filing a police report because it's "girlie."

Two shocking things: Who knew NKOTB fans were so hard? And ... Aaron Carter still sings?

Talk about fearless ... contestants on "Naked and Afraid" saw how a snake nearly killed one of the TV show's producers -- and still refused to back out of the competition.

Sources connected to the Discovery show tell TMZ the players were warned after Steve Rankin was bitten by a poisonous fer-de-lance snake while location scouting in Costa Rica. Rankin barely survived, and as we previously reported ... the flesh rotted right off his foot.

We're told honchos warned players they could face the same fate as Rankin, and gave them the option to quit the show ... which drops naked contestants into the wild and watches them survive.

No one backed down from the potentially deadly danger.

The Miami Heat finished off the San Antonio Spurs and then proceeded to finish off a few bottles of champagne ... celebrating their NBA title last night in grand fashion.

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and company hit up Story nightclub in Miami where we're told they partied until 5:30 AM. Drake (right) and D-Wade's GF Gabrielle Union (below, bottom left) were among the celebs who helped the Heat celebrate their second NBA title in a row.

Had the Spurs won it all, you have to wonder ... would 37-year-old Tim Duncan, 35-year-old Manu Ginobili, and 31-year-old Tony Parker have even hit the clubs at all?

The former singer for Save Ferris has gone off the rails ... falsely promoting the famous ska band's "reunion" show this summer -- WHEN THERE IS NO SUCH THING -- this according to a new lawsuit ... and now her ex-bandmates are out for justice.

Singer Monique Powell made the "reunion show" announcement back in April -- claiming the band would be reuniting after a 10-year hiatus to perform at the OC Fair on July 27th.

But there was one problem ... the other Save Ferris members claim they never approved a reunion show -- in fact, they released a statement shortly after Monique's announcement, saying they'd never even been contacted by Monique about performing in it.

Monique responded with her own statement, "While I had hoped this could be a reunion of sorts with all, or some, of my former SF band members, unfortunately that isn't the way it looks to be turning out." But the show is STILL being promoted as a "Save Ferris" performance.

Former SF members Brian Mashburn, Eric Zamora, Bill Uechi, Brian Williams, and Evan Kilbourne have now filed a lawsuit against Powell -- insisting she has no right to perform under the Save Ferris name.

The band wants her to pay unspecified damages for falsely promoting a reunion show. They also want a judge to block her from using the Save Ferris name ever again.

Attempts to reach Monique were unsuccessful.
