Gunplay's sitting behind bars after allegedly violating a restraining order his estranged wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, got against him ... because he, clearly, doesn't know how GPS ankle monitors work.

Miami-Dade County Jail officials tell TMZ Hip Hop ... Gunplay was booked Wednesday at 7:10 PM for violating a restraining order put in place to protect his ex.

We're told he'll remain locked up until his next court date on November 7.

Sources close to the situation say Gunplay was arrested right outside Vonshae's home after the Florida Department of Corrections Community Control, which oversees and monitors house arrestees, got a ping the rapper was in the area.

We're told Miami-Dade County Sheriff's deputies effectively beat Gunplay to the home as he was driving there, and he was never able to actually interact with Vonshae and her child.

The latest arrest marks the EIGHTH time Gunplay allegedly violated the restraining order, which prohibits him from coming within 500 feet of Vonshae.

He was previously accused of trying to stop Vonshae from testifying in September -- and it seems like their 'Love & Hip Hop' drama has spilled heavily into the streets this year.

Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend is opening up on her decision to cut ties with Brittany and Patrick Mahomes on social media ... saying she still has love for her friends, but she had to create a distance to "protect" herself amid the tight end's new romance with Taylor Swift.

Kayla Nicole -- who dated Kelce for five years -- hit the "unfollow" button on her longtime friends' Instagram accounts last month ... something she says she discussed with Brittany in private.

"I do think it's important to publicly address this because I did publicly unfollow people," Nicole told People. "The reality is I know these people in real life. And so, in real life, I've communicated to these people why I've had to publicly make the decisions that I made."

Shortly after Kayla's social media activity, many speculated she was pissed about Brittany getting chummy with her ex's new woman ... but she says that's not the case -- seemingly claiming she is still in contact with not only the Mahomeses, but Travis as well.

"To everyone it's like, 'Oh, you broke up a year ago,' and that meant it's like a light switch, you turn it on and off and everything goes dead and black and you don't ever speak to anyone ever again. That's not reality. I have ongoing relationships with all parties involved."

Kayla added Brittany knows she still cares about her ... but it sounds like she decided to separate herself in the public space to avoid further drama as she looks to move on with her life.

Ne-Yo has been declared the legal father of his 2 youngest kids he's got with his new girlfriend ... this coming months after asking the court to establish him as their pops.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge has found it in the best interest of the kids that Ne-Yo be declared the natural and biological daddy of Braiden, born in 2021, and Brixton, born last February ... giving them all rights and privileges under the law.

The docs also provide the 2 will also have their last name changed from Bagnerise to Smith -- Ne-Yo's legal last name.

TMZ broke the story, the singer asked for the court to establish parentage for Braiden and Braxton back in May. He was also looking to have them be able to inherit from him as if they were born in wedlock.

Maya Benberry -- who won the "Catching Kelce" reality show back in 2016 -- has been sharing her dating experience with the All-Pro tight end following Swift's appearance at the Chiefs game on Sunday ... accusing TK of infidelity during their time together.

Benberry's comments apparently set the Swifties off ... 'cause she alleges she has been the target of serious hate, according to Inside Edition.

El Fiscal de Distrito del Condado de Dauphin dijo que Davis está casado y tiene familia, pero tenía una "relación íntima" con su ahora ex novia.

Davis supuestamente aseguró ilegalmente una orden de internamiento involuntario y tenía a la mujer interna en un centro de salud mental en contra de su voluntad de acuerdo con una denuncia ante un tribunal penal.

A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper allegedly had his ex-girlfriend illegally committed to a psych ward, but his crazy plan backfired after he was caught on video violently restraining her as she begged for her release.

Ronald Davis was arrested last Thursday and charged with felony strangulation, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and official oppression.

The Dauphin County District Attorney said Davis is married with a family, but had an "intimate relationship" with his now former girlfriend.

Davis allegedly unlawfully secured an involuntary commitment order and had the woman tossed in a mental health facility against her will, according to a criminal court complaint.

A friend went along with Davis to record him taking the woman into custody before turning the video over to the D.A., who released it publicly.

Check out the disturbing clip ... Davis is sitting on top of the woman, manhandling her on the ground.

She pleads with him to get off her, telling him, "This isn't normal. Can I please get up? I didn't do anything wrong except disagree with you."

The woman tries to break free, wrestling with Davis and elbowing him in the back.

But, Davis is too strong and keeps her under his control until more cops arrive and she's taken to the hospital to be evaluated. The woman spent five whole days in the psych ward before getting discharged -- but she shouldn't have been there in the first place.
