Prince Estate Woman Probably Isn't His Kid And, Even IF She Were ...

Published | Updated

Prince's estate has a message for the woman claiming she might be his daughter -- kick rocks, you're way too late ... TMZ has learned.

The estate filed a response to Snowe Melinda Saxman ... saying she missed the deadline to establish the heirs to Prince's fortune. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Prince's estate says they gave everyone a year from May 18, 2017 to file a claim. Saxman filed on May 18, 2018, which the estate says is a day past the limit.

The estate adds ... even if Saxman had been on time, and even if she WAS his actual daughter, there are technicalities under Minnesota law that would prevent her from staking a claim. Saxman had said she was adopted as a child, but believes Prince is her real dad -- but the law prevents adoptees from obtaining heirship to biological parents.

Prince's estate wants Saxman's claim tossed.

Kourtney & Kendall Soak it Up, Girls

Published | Updated

Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner stuck to their guns on Memorial Day -- which, as far as we can tell, reads something like ... wetter is better.

The sisters posed for a photo together Monday, which showed them, Jordyn Woods and one of the Simi and Haze twins in their bathing suits ... and holding Super Soakers.

They definitely looked like a hot new posse of 4, rivaling some classic ones like the 'A-Team,' the 'SATC' gang ... or, hell, even the 'Golden Girls.' And then, suddenly, there were two -- namely, Kourt and Kendall striking floatie poses in the pool. Rear to rear, mind you.

Just goes to show that while there's strength in numbers ... nothing beats a dynamic duo.

Wayne Rooney & Wife Hit the Yacht Before Signing MLS Contract

Published | Updated

Wayne Rooney is taking in some last minute R&R before signing with D.C. United ... chillin' on a yacht in Barbados with his wife and kids ... without a care in the world.

The 32-year-old is thiiiis close to inking his deal to become the latest European superstar to jump to MLS in the U.S. ... even though some critics think he's washed up.

The skeptics ain't bothering Rooney though ... who was busy floating away on an inflatable raft on Monday.

As we previously reported, Rooney flew into D.C. last week to meet with D.C. United team officials to finalize his deal ... though it doesn't appear he's put pen to paper just yet.

Seems Rooney wanted one last getaway before moving the family over and starting his new job -- so expect the official announcement once his vacation wraps up.

MAKES NO DIFFERENCE!

LaVar Ball doesn't care one damn bit that Lonzo Ball won't be Rookie of the Year, telling TMZ Sports 'Zo's NBA freshman season was still a resounding success.

If you remember, LaVar predicted Lonzo would win the award before the season started, but even though Ball had a decent season with the Lakers, 'Zo wasn't named a finalist for ROY.

We got the Big Baller at LAX ... and wanted to know what he thought about one of his predictions not panning out, and you guessed it ... he couldn't care less.

"Who cares?! Who cares about Rookie of the Year?! Who cares about Rookie of the Year?! Ain't no missed prediction. They all going to the NBA."

As a matter of fact, it seems LaVar has had a TOTAL change of heart ... because now he doesn't even think the award matters AT ALL.

"I don't care who Rookie of the Year is. I don't care who's Rookie of the Year. Rookie of the Year don't mean nothing."

The finalists for the meaningless award are Ben Simmons, Donovan Mitchell, and Jayson Tatum.

Congrats, guys.

Kevin Hart, Eniko and Kids Going Strong in Calabasas!!!

Published | Updated

Kevin Hart looked downright domestic Sunday as he strolled through Calabasas with his brood.

Kevin and Eniko Parrish took their 6-month-old baby Kenzo for a walk, along with his older siblings Hendrix and Heaven ... who got treated to some ice cream.

Eniko doesn't look particularly pleased to see a photog in the area, but Kevin seems to pay it no mind.

Hart has had his ups and downs over the last year, but Eniko stood solidly behind him and the pic sure makes it look like the fam is strong.

Blac Chyna House Manager Wouldn't Want Family to Sue

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna firmly believes her late house manager's family is going against her wishes by threatening to sue BC.

Sources close to Blac Chyna tell TMZ ... Patty would have never wanted the family to take out their anger on Chyna because Chyna was more than just Patty's employer. We're told Chyna was like family to Patty ... even helping her pay the rent and giving her money for her kids.

BC's still reeling from losing Patty, who died last week after she was taken off life support following a stroke. As we reported ... Patty, who also helped with BC's clothing line, suffered a stroke in July 2017 but continued to work afterward. She fell into a coma in December due to bleeding on her brain.

Patty's family has reportedly threatened to sue Chyna for not providing her with worker's compensation. We checked and Patty's family has yet to file the suit.

Our BC sources refute claims she was unsympathetic about Patty's dire situation. Those sources say Chyna was very much invested ... sending flowers to the hospital and visiting her. What's more ... BC's 2 baby daddies -- Tyga and Rob Kardashian -- kicked in $15k when the family set up a GoFundMe page.

FEELING CONFIDENT

LiAngelo Ball believes his NBA hopes and dreams are alive and well ... telling TMZ Sports there are definitely NBA teams interested in retaining his services.

'Gelo just killed a private combine at the IMG academy down in Florida ... turning in a 37-inch vertical leap, and draining 3's with ease.

Question is, was it enough to make NBA teams think about taking a flier on the middle Ball brother?

We asked LiAngelo if the workouts had drawn any interest from NBA teams when we saw him out at LAX with LaVar, and his answer was simple.

"Yeah, of course."

There were reports that both the Lakers and the Warriors have agreed to workouts with 'Gelo ... but the Warriors refuted those claims soon after they were made public.

That's cool by LaVar, because he told our guy he'd rather 'Gelo play for a California team a little further south.

"I'd prefer him go to the Lakers, like I said. I prefer him to play with his brother. That's the best duo. And him and 'Melo would be the best trio."

United Airlines Strikes Settlement in Dead Dog Case

Published | Updated

United Airlines has settled with the family whose 10-month-old French bulldog, Kokito, died in an overhead bin ... TMZ has learned.

Although they've reached a settlement with the Robledo family, the amount of dough United is paying is confidential ... according to the family's attorney, Evan Oshan.

As we first reported, the family threatened to sue after a flight attendant allegedly ordered Catalina Robledo to put Kokito in the overheard compartment. After 2 hours of barking, Kokito died of suffocation.

The dog's death threw United into another PR crisis ... less than a year after it settled with Dr. David Dao, who was violently dragged off a flight.

United implemented new pet carrier policies after Kokito's death.

Camila Cabello Getting Lots of Water & Mom's Love After Hospital Stay

Camila Cabello's out in the streets with a big ole bottle in hand ... of water, which is smart since she was recently rushed to a hospital for dehydration.

The "Havana" singer was spotted out Wednesday afternoon in Bev Hills with her mother, looking like she's well on the mend. She was hospitalized after the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night ... for dehydration and a fever.

Camila was forced to cancel her opening spot for Taylor Swift's Reputation Stadium Tour in Seattle. Barring any setbacks, she should be onstage Friday night when the tour hits Denver.

WE HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP

Michael Rotondo, the 30-year-old man whose mom and dad sued to get him booted from their home, claims he'll gladly leave ... eventually ... but he definitely won't forgive his folks.

Rotondo was on "TMZ Live" talking about the court case he lost. The judge sided with his parents and told the grown-ass man -- who doesn't pay rent -- he needed to heed his parents' eviction notice. He says he plans to appeal and, for now, he's still living with them.

He told us nothing's changed in the house, as far as his relationship with his parents -- icy cold as ever. But he really unloaded on them when we asked if he thinks his parents are good people.

As for getting the hell outta Dodge, getting a j-o-b, and getting his own place? Rotondo says he's got a game plan ... although we doubt his parents will like his timeline.

BTW, his Skype signal crapped out right in the middle of our interview, so we finished up by phone. Insert your own "cost of wifi" joke here.

Olivia Munn On Aaron Rodgers' Family Drama 'Neither Side Is Clean'

Published | Updated

When it comes to the drama between Aaron Rodgers and his family, Olivia Munn says ... "I don't think either side of the road is clean."

Aaron's ex-girlfriend -- who RARELY speaks about the Packers QB -- opened up Wednesday on "Andy Cohen Live" ... and addressed the rumors that SHE was the cause of the rift between Aaron and his parents and brothers.

Remember, there was that famous scene on "The Bachelorette" (starring Aaron's brother, Jordan) when the family had an empty chair at the dinner table to symbolize Aaron's absence.

Munn says the truth is ... Aaron had stopped talking to his family about 8 months before they started dating in 2014 and she was the one who tried to convince him to reconcile!

"On my last day when I was filming 'The Newsroom,' I spent the day in my trailer just encouraging him to, like, have an honest conversation with your parents."

Munn suggested there were jealously issues with Aaron's father and brothers -- who each had dreams of sports success -- and it created a complicated family dynamic.

"I don't think either side of the road is clean," Munn said ... "But, I do think it’s NOT okay when you try to stand on someone’s shoulders and then throw dirt in their face, which is what I think they did with him."

Munn and Rodgers called it quits about a year ago and Olivia says they no longer keep in touch.

Rodgers is now dating Danica Patrick.

Kim & Kourtney Kardashian Yeah, Disneyland Really is for Kids The Things We Do For Love

Published | Updated

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian took their kids to Disneyland this week for the umpteenth time -- as you can tell in their faces -- but stuck it out for the sake of their little ones.

The two Kardashian sisters and all 5 of their kids -- sans baby Chicago -- hit up the Happiest Place on Earth Tuesday and, based on the adults' reactions to some of these rides ... it would appear the magic has worn off on 'em. The same can't be said for North and co., though.

While the Kardashian kiddos look pretty ecstatic on each and every attraction, Kim and Kourtney seem to be broadcasting one consistent thought for the most part ... meh.

Can't blame 'em, considering Kourtney was just there for her 39th birthday and Kim swung by with Kanye just last May.

Disney ... it takes its toll after a while.

Derek Jeter Steps Away from Trash Marlins ... to Hang with Baby

Published | Updated

Here's a picture that's as adorable as the Miami Marlins are terrible ... both courtesy of Derek Jeter.

The MLB legend took some time away from his atrocious baseball team to hang with his wife, Hannah Jeter, and their baby, Bella Raine, in New York City.

Props to Jeter for stepping away from his job as the CEO of the Marlins for a little while to squeeze in some quality family time ... but ya gotta wonder when he's gonna start freaking out about how bad his team is playing.

The Marlins are 11.5 games out of 1st place in the NL East with no hope in sight (Fun Fact: the Marlins have scored the least amount of runs in all of MLB baseball).

But, at least his kid's cute!

Kim Kardashian Takes Her Tykes to Disneyland ... And You Can't Miss Her

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian took her oldest 2 kids to the Happiest Place on Earth ... and made no effort to keep it on the DL.

Kim was spotted at Disneyland Tuesday holding her son, Saint, while rocking a bright neon yellow jacket that could light up the inside of Space Mountain. We're told North was also with Mom, and Kourtney and her kids enjoyed the excursion as well ... which included a family ride on It's a Small World.

The Kardashian crew hits up Disneyland a lot for special occasions -- like Kourtney's birthday last month or Kim's bday in October -- but it seems like this time was just for some random fun.

No word yet if Kim's jacket's been added as a new park attraction.

Rafael Palmeiro Hits Monster Home Run ... At 53 Years Old!!

Published | Updated

No, this ain't a clip from 2005 ... Rafael Palmeiro really took a pitcher YARD in an independent minor league baseball game this week -- AT 53 YEARS OLD!!

It all went down Monday night in the fifth inning of the Cleburne Railroaders' tilt with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks -- when Palmeiro hit a BOMB off a pitcher 25 years younger than he is.

Remember, the former Baltimore Orioles All-Star signed with Cleburne earlier this month in what seemed like a PR stunt for Rafael to get some quality time with his son, Patrick, on the baseball diamond.

But, Palmeiro's been ballin' despite being about three decades older than everyone on the field, recording two hits in his third game of the season on Monday.

Cleburne ended up losing 4-3 in extras ... but Raffy and the boys will be back at it in Game 2 of the series Tuesday night!!

Meghan Markle's Dad Buys a Frappuccino Just Days After Heart Surgery

Published | Updated

Meghan Markle's father might've missed his daughter's wedding with Prince Harry, but he wasn't missing his Starbucks while on the mend ... broken hearts be damned.

The Duchess' dad, Thomas Markle, was in Rosarito, Mexico Monday stopping off at a Starbucks drive-thru -- and seemingly walking away with a Frappuccino in hand, whipped cream and all. Mind you ... Thomas just underwent heart surgery last week.

Now, we're not doctors or anything ... but for whatever reason, it doesn't seem like a good idea to slurp up one of Bucks' sweetest, calorie-packed beverages on the heels of a heart procedure -- not to mention a very recent heart attack, too. That's just us, though.

Maybe he's just celebrating the fact that Meghan's wedding went off without a hitch, despite the fact he couldn't be there. Consolation caffeine hits the spot, apparently.
