Kanye West's created a monster ... a super-fashionable one, who's taking every opportunity -- including her son's first birthday -- to show off her couture wardrobe.

Julia Fox jumped into fashion runway mode when photogs showed up outside Lucien in NYC's SoHo neighborhood -- posing her ass off (don't worry she's got plenty) in a head-to-toe black ensemble that included a black hoodie ... one of Ye's fave looks.

She was also rocking a black leather trench along with black leather pants and boots. Fact is, Julia's been draped in high fashion designs like Balenciaga -- often at Ye's behest -- ever since they hooked up on New Year's Eve.

Anyone walking past her sidewalk catwalk act Monday in SoHo would never have imagined this was all for a 1-year-old's party!

Yes, Mama Fox was there celebrating her baby boy Valentino's birthday.

We'll say this, her co-parenting seems to be going smoother than her BF's. As you know, Kanye was pissed over the weekend, claiming Kim Kardashian kept the location of their daughter Chicago's birthday party secret from him.

TMZ broke the story ... our Kim sources say she simply thought Ye was throwing a separate 4th birthday party for Chi.

Pete Davidson has been a walking billboard recently, for a sandwich shop in downtown L.A. ... and while he's getting no coins, he's showing lotsa love to the deli and its owners.

The folks at Uncle Paulie's Deli tell TMZ ... Pete doesn't have a stake in Uncle Paulie's, he's just good pals with Paulie, with something in common ... they're both from New York.

Pete was rockin' an Uncle Paulie's hat this week at the Knicks game.

The deli definitely appreciates the support from Pete ... fact is, he's the most famous walking sandwich board in America, and the publicity is worth a fortune.

The Knicks game wasn't a one-off. Pete recently wore a Paulie's hoodie and hat at Nobu in Malibu ... oh, and he ran into Martha Stewart and they posed for a photo.

It's good/great timing ... the deli's opening 2 new shops in L.A. in the next month ... one on W 3rd St., and another in Studio City.

Olivia Culpo had to throw on her BF Christian McCaffrey's hoodie before her flight to Cabo ... and it wasn't due to cold weather -- it's because the airline told the 2012 Miss Universe she was showing too much skin.

OC's sister, Aurora, documented the whole debacle on Thursday ... showing Olivia in an all-black outfit with biker shorts, a crop top and a long cardigan.

Aurora says OC was called up to the front desk at their gate before boarding ... and one of the American Airlines workers told her she needed a blouse in order to get on the flight.

What's interesting -- the Culpo sisters point out another passenger who was also wearing a crop top, yet that lady wasn't told to cover up.

Luckily for Olivia, she didn't have to run to a nearby souvenir shop to fix the situation -- her NFL superstar boo offered up his comfy hoodie ... which led to a pretty cold and uncomfortable ride for him up in the air.

To make the whole situation even more inconvenient, the group's flight was delayed a bit ... but eventually, they made it up in the sky.

Kanye West is plotting on Putin -- he wants to have a sit-down meeting with the Russian leader, that is ... and his team is rooting for the ultimate link up.

We caught up with Ye's manager Bu Thiam, and he's definitely here for a Vladimir Putin meets West sit down ... despite many folks who are side-eyeing the whole situation.

Bu says he looooves the idea of the two men sitting down and having a conversation... “That’s King Ye, Why not?” he asked. Well, depends on who he's asking ...

While many people have suspicions about the Russian leader's alleged brutal tactics ... when it comes to Putin, Bu says that he loves him and backed him up by saying most leaders have to make tough decisions.

He dusted off any backlash saying, in America "we hate" everybody that’s not American ... he even doubled down on that by claiming Putin is loved by his own people.

As we previously told you ... Kanye reportedly wants to have a meeting with the Russian leader. He also is planning to start doing his Sunday Service shows in the country starting in the spring or summer.

Ye's team is divided on the topic, with some saying none of this is happening. His business associate told Billboard about the plans, but then his PR rep shot down the story, saying it was "entirely fabricated."

Wanna dress like Tom Brady?? It's gonna cost you ... 'cause the NFL superstar's new clothing line just dropped ... and just a t-shirt comes with a $75 price tag!!

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB officially launched his own "Brady" brand on Wednesday ... which features several streetwear items donning his last name.

But, the honor of wearing the 7-time champ's name comes with a price. Here's a list of some of the items:

-- Brady ball cap -- $65

-- Brady short sleeve tee -- $75

-- Brady joggers -- $160

-- Brady rain jacket -- $350

The most wallet-friendly item is a pair of socks with the "Brady" logo ... coming in at $20.

As for the design, it's pretty simple -- Brady's custom blue color is featured throughout the catalog ... as well as his last name.

The $75 tee kinda looks like a regular navy shirt ... aside from Brady's name etched in small lettering on the collar bone.

Brady spoke about his new launch in a hype video ... saying, "I'm proud to bring this to all you guys looking for clothing that performs across all of your daily active lives."

"Every item's unique, innovative and it's got great function and purpose," he added. "These are pieces I love."

The 44-year-old QB says he's been working on this line for 3 years -- and partnered with college athletes like Deion Sanders' son, Jackson State's QB Shedeur, for the launch.

Kim Kardashian's got no beef with Kanye dating actress Julia Fox, and actually believes the fact Julia's a huge fan of the Kardashian family could be a good sign of things to come in co-parenting with Kanye.

Sources close to Kim tell us she's happy to see Kanye out smiling again, and only wants to see him end up with a good person -- something that's up to Kanye to figure out -- and not for Kim to judge.

As you know, Julia has raved about the Kardashian family, calling herself a "Die-Hard" fan of 'Keeping Up.'

Our sources say, in Kim's eyes, the fact Julia admires her is a good thing -- and if her relationship with Ye continues to grow and Julia comes around the kids -- it'll make co-parenting easier if everyone gets along.

We're told Kim has fully moved on from her romantic relationship with Kanye ... and positive vibes are all she wants for her estranged hubby.

Of course, Kim's been having plenty of fun of her own with Pete Davidson -- most recently they were in the Bahamas with friends, and before that they rendezvous'd in Palm Springs, and enjoyed private dinners in NYC and L.A.

Atlanta Hawks hooper John Collins has high hopes for his clothing line ... telling TMZ Sports he wants his brand to reach iconic heights like Adidas and Supreme.

24-year-old Collins recently launched his very own line -- "The Baptist" -- which recently hit the shelves in places like Foot Locker and Champs.

The former Wake Forest star tells us he's just getting started ... and his dream is to make his business a household name among some of the biggest clothing brands in the industry.

"I wanna be looked at like Supreme," Collins tells us. "I wanna be looked at like Adidas ... I wanna be looked at in that sphere, so I just gotta keep working. Be consistent."

As for whether he's been speaking with any designers who have come before him, Collins says he's taken inspiration while also being true to himself.

You can tell the guy's seriously passionate about the brand -- Collins says he's as hands-on as they come ... making every choice from design down to the fabrics.

As for who he'd like to model his Baptist clothing line on the runway?!? He's got some huge names in mind.

Kanye West's Presidential campaign was a total bust -- and cost him serious points in his marriage -- but that doesn't mean he's not keeping his political friends close ... dining with Jared Kushner in Miami.

Ye donned a neon hoodie, as he met up with Kushner -- the former Senior Advisor to President Trump, and of course, his son-in-law -- for a dinner meeting at Carbone in Miami Beach.

Unclear what the two discussed, but they've had ties in the past ... Jared also played a big role in getting Kim Kardashian to the White House to speak about her prison reform efforts with then-President Trump.

Of course, Kanye has openly supported Trump in the past and got folks talking when he wore a red MAGA hat. He recently said his wearing the hat caused issues with him and Kim.

Kanye's been back and forth between NYC and Miami this week, but his new boo Julia Fox was nowhere to be seen during the rendezvous with Kushner.

It appears Kanye West's new GF Julia Fox won't be the only one decked out in a Balenciaga look inspired by Ye, 'cause he just teased a massive collab with the fashion brand and his own baby, Yeezy.

Ye posted some sort of "Collaboration Agreement" contract Friday, showing his signature under Yeezy, Gap and Balenciaga brand names. While it's currently unclear exactly what the partnership will bring, the fact 3 of Kanye's favorite fashion outlets are coming together is significant.

Of course, Balenciaga became synonymous with Kim Kardashian when the two were together -- Kanye would dress her in the brand all the time -- and she's continued to wear it almost exclusively over the last few months.

As we told you, Ye's most recent girlfriend, Julia Fox, switched into a look almost made entirely of Balenciaga in the middle of their date night in NYC on Tuesday. When we first saw Ye and Julia leave "Slave Play" on Broadway, she was wearing a blue coat ... but after dinner, she was in a Balenciaga coat, gloves, top and purse.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are finished, but it appears he's now trying to create a new version of his soon-to-be ex-wife -- dressing new girlfriend Julia Fox top to bottom in Balenciaga -- a brand that has become synonymous with Kim.

Check out Julia's looks over the last week or so as the pair hit Miami and NYC. First, Julia was spotted on South Beach rocking a Balenciaga top.

Fast forward to Tuesday night in NYC. Julia wore a blue coat to "Slave Play" on Broadway -- but was in a much different look as she and Ye left dinner at Carbone. Julia was dressed almost head-to-toe in black Balenciaga -- coat, gloves, purse and top -- when she and Kanye piled into their SUV after dinner. We should note -- Carbone is a favorite of Kim's.

Interestingly enough -- Julia seems to be a fan of Kim and her Skims brand -- posing in the shapewear in the past. Not to mention, she follows Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie, Kendall and Scott Disick on Instagram.

Of course, Kim has almost exclusively been spotted in Balenciaga lately -- from the Met Gala to her opening monologue look on 'SNL.'

Bella Thorne's bling has some serious bite ... check out the new piece she's got hanging around her neck, complete with two alligators and a hefty price tag.

Bella hails from Florida, and told jeweler Alex Moss she wanted something that would pay homage to her home and her roots. Moss went to work, designing the necklace ... complete with 18k white gold, 33.1ct VVS diamond D-F color and 16.7ct natural Zambian cushion-cut emerald.

As for the price, the piece is 1 of 1 and we're told it rings in right around $300,000.

Moss says the whole look is not only iconic, but practical, with the alligator tails even bending for some flexibility while Thorne rocks it.

Kanye West was a man about town on New Year's Eve -- and that town was Miami, where the guy got his shop on ... and his party on, with a little assist from Diddy.

As you can see, he seemed to be feeling himself as he walked around the store ... sizing up outfits and walking out with lots of bags in hand (another person's hand, rather).

Come nightfall, KW was ready to rage ... and he got his fill on the mic in front of a packed crowd, which actually included quite a few celebs too -- like French Montana, Quavo and others. Looks like good times were had by all ... and Kanye was right in the mix.

It also appears Diddy might've helped Ye out with a landing spot later in the evening. We got video of Ye popping into the Bad Boy's Star Island home at one point and weaving his way through a gaggle of good-looking guests.

He seems a little shyer in this moment, but the point is ... Ye was on the prowl, and looking pretty unattached in the process. By that we mean -- it's no secret the dude's single these days ... even though he's been pining for a reconciliation with Kim Kardashian.

Of course, he also reportedly broke things with a new-ish flame of his recently ... and has been popping up all over the place next to very attractive women.

Speaking of KK ... she was nowhere to be found in Miami (at least not publicly), but her BF Pete Davidson surely was. Dude was hosting a NYE event for NBC a stone's throw away, alongside Miley Cyrus -- and we wouldn't be surprised if Kim was on hand somewhere too.

Miley Cyrus' wardrobe malfunctioned during her New Year's Eve TV special, but she figured out a way to keep the party going as she regrouped ... but just barely!

She was singing "Party in the U.S.A." when her top was barely hanging on by a thread and she had to clutch it to ward off an FCC disaster. Miley sauntered backstage as the band played on, and then returned in a red jacket.

“Everybody’s definitely looking at me now,” Cyrus said, adding, “I’m still in the most clothes that I’ve ever worn on stage."

You'd think the jacket would solve the problem, but far from it. Later, after "Party," Saweetie joined Miley on stage and the unbuttoned jacket almost revealed too much for S&P.

Pete Davidson, Miley's co-host, decided to show some sympathy later in the show by lifting his tee, revealing a nipple ... which the crowd loved!

It was actually a tough night ... some of the musical acts bowed out because of COVID. Miley addressed it at the end of the show, saying, "Tonight's show was all about being flexible, rolling with the punches, and making the best out of even the worst circumstances." She went on ... "Let's bring that into the New Year with us."

Two Kobe Bryant and LeBron James game-used jerseys just hit the auction block ... and TMZ Sports has learned they're so unique, they're expected to bring in over $100K apiece.

The white Bryant one is ultra-rare -- it's a "Noche Latina" Lakers uni that the Mamba wore when he played against the Bulls back in 2013.

The jersey features "Los Lakers" stitched onto the front for the Latin-themed night -- and, on the back, Bryant signed his name in white inside of the 2.

The jersey also features some significant patches -- there's a "JB" on the front to honor Jerry Buss, and there's also a "Noche Latina" emblem placed on the chest. A "Noche Latina Latin Nights" logo sits on the front tail, too.

James' jersey, meanwhile, doesn't come with an autograph ... but what makes it so unique is that it's a uniform he wore several times during his first season as a Laker.

The guys at Goldin, which is running the auctions, tell us the 37-year-old actually wore the uni for six games in the 2018-19 season -- recording three triple-doubles and a 36-point game with it on.

Both pieces are now on the auction block -- and we're told the Bryant jersey may go for $125k while James' could go up to $150k.

Who says you never get dressed up for your family?

The Kardashians had a scaled-back holiday this year -- with Omicron and such -- but it didn't stop them from dressing to the 9's in an impressive show of glitter.

As we reported, Kris Jenner scaled back her XMAS Eve party, and now we have the pics to show it was both elaborate and intimate.

Christmas trappings are everywhere, and the photos show that as life goes on, people blend families in all sorts of ways.

There are photos, of course, of Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall. But, then there are pics of Travis with his kids and Kourtney with one of her kids (the boys were nowhere to be seen, at least in the pics).

Kim's still deep into Balenciaga. As you know, Kanye inspired it and she connected with it.  BTW, Ye wasn't at the party.

There was even a Santa present ... Kourtney nuzzled up to Mr. Claus.

Petra Ecclestone, the fashion designer/socialite, has filed legal docs to change the names of her 3 kids -- from her ex-husband's name to hers ... and it underscores the bitterness of their divorce.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Petra wants the last name of her three kids -- Andrew Kulbir Stunt, James Robert Frederick Stunt and Lavinia Stunt, to Ecclestone.

As for why, according to the docs, "To conform children's last name to mother's last name ... difficult in both daily life and traveling with children with a different name to mother."

The doc goes on to give another reason for the name change ... "Change and remove last name of absentee father who is subject to regular negative media and tabloid articles and criminal investigation."

The father of the 3 kids, James Stunt, is awaiting trial for money laundering, forgery and racially abusing a black police officer ... charges he has denied.

Stunt, a gold bullion dealer, and Ecclestone divorced in 2017, and it there is clearly still a lot of bad blood.

Petra, whose dad is Formula 1 honcho Bernie Ecclestone, is engaged to Sam Palmer ... they have a one-year-old daughter together.
