Drew Carey says he attempted to end his life on two occasions when he was young -- and even now ... apparently has some very dark thoughts about death.

"The Price Is Right" host got real about his struggles with depression and mental health during a recent chat with Chris Wallace -- where Drew revealed he'd attempted suicide twice before ... once when he was 18, and another time in his 20s.

The first time he tried this was during a frat party, which Drew describes this way ... "I was so mad that everybody was having a good time. I remember that. I remember walking down the stairs and everybody’s drinking and I was like, 'What the hell are they so happy about?'"

He goes on to say he found himself angry that people there were so happy and decided he was tired of life, going on to wonder to himself ... "Who's gonna miss me?"

Even now, DC admits ... he still fights off those sad thoughts every now and then.

Drew explains ... "I have a lot of that still. Like, the who's-gonna-miss-me type of thing. A lot of times I think to myself. Like, if I die, I'm just gonna have my body cremated. No funeral and anything associated with, like, all my mementos and stuff. You can just burn them and give them away. Like, who cares?" We should note ... he says he's in a better place lately.

Still, it sounds like Drew continues to find the balance -- and he's very honest about it.

GloRilla has a few hot takes that will definitely ruffle some feathers ... especially if you're a guy who enjoys puffing on hookah, or a woman who's raising a kid. She said it, not us!

Big Glo laid out her gripes on Tuesday, claiming every woman she knows who's a "baby mama" is a few sandwiches short of a picnic ... to put it kindly.

She actually called 'em dumb bitches.

The "FNF" creator even went so low as to call those particular chicks the "r-word." Remember, Lizzo recently caught flak for dropping that word in a song, and ended up apologizing and changing the lyric.

Glo identifies as an equal opportunist, so she also has smoke for the males, especially the ones she calls "fake tricks" -- guys who pretend like they have the money to spoil her, but actually have empty pockets.

But, her biggest pet peeve is guys who smoke hookah! Glo even claimed she turned down a guy who caught her eye, after seeing the hookah hose hit his lips.

She might be on her own defending her "baby mama" comments, but 21 Savage is also fully against guys who smoke hookah.

He scolded Kai Cenat last night for partaking in such a "girly" activity.

Snoop Dogg's daughter is in a far better place than she was a couple weeks ago when she suffered a stroke ... in fact, she's showing all the signs of a major comeback, getting in some exercise and some QT with Dad!!!

On Monday, Cori Broadus posted a vid of herself walking down the street basking in the sun -- a far cry from the alarming messages she posted earlier in January while she was hospitalized.

The 24-year-old influencer told her fans she wasn't sure she'd recover ... her blood pressure had spiked to high levels, but doctors and nurses got her on the path to recovery.

Later in the day, she joined her father at Charlie Wilson's 71st birthday bash -- the perfect cherry on top after the Gap Band singer received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Cori was well enough to gangsta boogie along with her dad's performance -- where he performed "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" holding down his and Tupac Shakur's verses!!!

Another fun moment for Snoop happened when he was unexpectedly reunited with his long-lost Nate Dogg tribute jacket ... which journalist Jake Rohn now owns.

Richard says music helps boost his confidence and ignore the naysayers ... and he's recommending three songs from back in the day. Seems Richard is a big Gloria Gaynor fan ... because he says two songs he often listens to are her classic hits "I Will Survive" and "I Am What I Am."

Another tune Richard recommends comes from the soundtrack for "The Greatest Showman" ... with the full cast singing, "This Is Me."

Richard's always been about helping people, and it got to the point back in the day where he basically could not turn anyone down. That seems to be what he's alluding to in these recent posts of his.

RS ultimately disappeared from the spotlight and has been laying low for years, but his recent FB activity seems to be a sign he's getting closer to being back in the public eye.

Richard's been way more active on FB recently, which lines up with Pauly Shore portraying him in a new short film, "The Court Jester," and developing an upcoming biopic ... which Richard may finally be coming around on.

Before Pauly's projects, Richard only had one FB post in all of 2023 ... and he didn't post a lot in 2022 either until our TMZ documentary on his life and his disappearance.

Richard's still got a lot of fans out there ... and while it might feel like we might be hearing (or even seeing) more from him going forward -- we've learned that's not the case. A source directly connected to Richard tells TMZ ... "after all the Pauly news, Richard wanted his fans to know he's doing well and that he appreciates their support."

Oprah Winfrey didn't throw a huge party for her 70th birthday, and she didn't ask for a bunch of gifts either ... instead, she seemed content with a healthy run along the beach.

The legendary talk show host celebrated her birthday milestone Monday, posting a video on social media showing her jogging on a California beach with a friend and one of her dogs. Looks like she had a pal (or perhaps a trainer) who was jogging alongside her.

The media mogul captioned her IG post ... "Celebrating 70 with a run on the beach. #healthisthebestgift. Thank you for all the birthday love." The hashtag is probably good news for Oprah's friends and loved ones ... it's gotta be hard to find a gift for a billionaire!

BTW ... Oprah added Jill Scott's timeless song "Golden" to the post ... and she's certainly looking pretty fit in her golden years. That's the bigger point -- O showing off the fact she works out, which is timely considering her recent confession to using weight-loss drugs.

Fact is ... she's caught a little flak of late for what people perceive as "taking the easy way out" -- this after she denounced drugs like Ozempic, before doing an apparent about-face.

Here, however, she seems to be telegraphing something ... namely, she gets active too.

The beach run obviously dovetails with her latest health transformation ... as we reported, last month Oprah revealed she dropped 40 pounds in 2023, thanks in part to doctors prescribing her some medication.

With this, though ... O seems to be suggesting exercise was part of the drop in poundage. Hard to say if this will appease people like Jillian Michaels -- she seems very anti-Ozempic.

Shannen Doherty's finally catching a break amid her grueling stage 4 cancer battle ... revealing there's been a miracle breakthrough after she took a gamble.

On Monday's installment of her "Let's Be Clear" podcast, the actress says her radiation oncologist, Dr. Amin Mirhadi, put her on a new cancer infusion ... but when they didn't see a difference after 4 treatments, her medical team wanted her to try something else -- though she asked to stick it out.

Sure enough, Shannen's body became receptive to the treatment after the sixth and seventh treatments ... adding she's pleased things are finally working in her favor health-wise after rolling the dice.

She explains the drug breaks down the blood-brain barrier ... which can prevent chemotherapy drugs from reaching the brain tumor cells to destroy them. In Shannen's case, anti-cancer drugs are now able to penetrate her tumor cells via the weakened barrier.

Shannen's continuing with the treatment, saying she believes God's seen her struggle and is intervening.

Shannen was first diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2015, and after 2 years of chemo, she was in remission. Though devastatingly, the cancer returned in 2020 and spread to her brain last year.

The woman who jumped on a moving car to try and stop thieves from stealing her French bulldog says cops are finally taking her case seriously ... all thanks to the media.

Ali Zacharias is the poor woman who had her dog, Onyx, taken from her in broad daylight in downtown Los Angeles earlier this month -- and she joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday to explain exactly how it went down, and what cops are doing now to find the culprits.

Interestingly, she says the LAPD has been much more responsive now that video of the daring and violent dognapping is in the news -- and for good reason ... it was dramatic as hell.

As we reported, Ali was eating outside a Whole Foods in DTLA when a woman walked by and grabbed Onyx's leash and walked away.

Ali says she chased after the dognapper, who got into a car full of people. She says she stood in front of the car, then found herself clinging to the hood for dear life as the thieves sped through town ... fearing for her life as the pavement flew by.

The brazen dognapping is similar to when Lady Gaga's dogwalker got shot over her French bulldogs ... with the Gaga case leading to a huge police response and investigation.

Ali's dog was taken Jan. 18 and the video only surfaced this past weekend, and now that her story is in the media -- she says LAPD is being way more helpful and responsive ... which we suppose is a good thing if it helps get her pooch home sooner.

Gaga's dogs were ultimately returned to her safe and sound ... and Ali's hoping for a happy ending here too, and offering a reward for any info on Onyx.

Shaun Weiss is celebrating another milestone in his amazing turnaround ... and the 'Mighty Ducks' star is marking the occasion with some other kid actors from back in the day.

Shaun reached 4 years sober Thursday, and he was surrounded by a whos who of '90s stars at the Corbin Bowl in Tarzana, CA ... where he thanked everyone who helped him stay on the straight and narrow and performed some of his stand-up comedy routines.

Thomas Ian Nicholas from the 'American Pie' franchise and "Rookie of The Year" provided some of the night's entertainment ... singing and playing guitar.

Other '90s celebs supporting Shaun included ... Nate Richert from "Sabrina The Teenage Witch," Natanya Ross from "The Secret World of Amex Mack," Marty York from "The Sandlot," plus John Diresta from "Mickey Blue Eyes" and "Miss Congeniality."

The milestone is huge for Shaun ... he seemed to hit rock bottom back in 2020 when he was arrested for burglary and meth, posing for an infamous mug shot. Back then, he used to live on the streets.

In the years since, Shaun's cleaned up his act, his look and gotten back into Hollywood ... landing a movie gig and doing stand-up comedy.

Looks like Shaun's got a pretty good support system too.

Orlando Brown's night out for dinner in L.A. came to a chaotic end ... because the hotspot restaurant tossed him out when he absolutely flipped out on a staffer.

TMZ has obtained video of the former Disney star -- who famously played Eddie Thomas on "That's So Raven" -- getting booted from TAO Sunday night, and the whole thing is pretty dramatic ... even by Orlando's standards.

As you can see ... Orlando's got his phone out recording a guy who works there, calling him a bunch of names and screaming obscenities before security escorted him off the property.

Folks who were there say the whole scene started with Orlando acting up at his table. We're told he was shouting at other patrons, and when staff came over to calm him down, he went off ... much of which is depicted in the footage we have here.

In the end, Orlando made a grand exit ... loudly telling the restaurant, "Everybody enjoy your night, I'm sorry for f****ing up your s*** ... F*** everybody!!!" Yeah, it's very Tony Montana.

Frankly, it's a sad scene all around ... as we've reported, the former Disney star has for years battled drug addiction and mental health struggles. He's been in and out of jail, not to mention rehab centers -- and at just about every juncture, he's come across as unhinged.

Strangely enough, he's actually been working again of late -- just last year, Orlando was a cast member for the Zeus Network's "Bad Boys: Texas" ... where he's stirred the pot too.

Jay Leno brought his wife, Mavis, with him to his weekly comedy gig this weekend -- this after revealing in court documents she suffers from dementia ... and it's a brave move.

The couple went out to enjoy Jay's Sunday evening show at The Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, CA ... putting on a united front after Jay took the first step in becoming conservator of his wife's estate just last Friday.

They certainly weren't hiding away from cameras here -- Jay and Mavis held hands as they slowly made their way into the venue ... and on their way out, Mavis was chatting with some friends. The message they seem to be telegraphing ... we're carrying on like normal.

TMZ broke the story ... Jay filed docs Friday to become conservator of Mavis' estate, claiming she may not have the wherewithal to take care of herself because she suffers from dementia. Our sources say Mavis has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.

There's no indication Jay and Mavis are at odds over a potential conservatorship ... they've been happily married for going on 44 years, and Sunday's outing is further proof their bond remains strong.

It's interesting that Jay felt comfortable enough to bring Mavis out so publicly in the wake of that -- like we said, it speaks to a number of things ... including breaking down stigmas about Alzheimer's and dementia. That's one way to interpret this anyway.

In any case, ya gotta figure that a little bit of laughter never hurts the situation ... and Jay can provide plenty of those and then some.

Kate Middleton is finally out of the hospital after undergoing surgery nearly 2 weeks ago -- and the official word is ... she's doing alright, and continues to get better.

The Princess of Wales is back home and resting with her family -- this according to Kensington Palace ... which made the announcement Monday. They wrote, "The Princess of Wales has returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery."

They add, "She is making good progress." This is reassuring, considering how long she was hospitalized, and how suddenly this news was sprung onto the public in the first place.

There's more from Kensington as well -- with the Royal house saying, "The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided."

More good news for the Royals ... King Charles was also released from the hospital Monday. Remember, he went in for a prostate procedure ... just around the same time as KM.

While the King's procedure/health issue was crystal clear ... Kate's remains somewhat of a mystery -- as no one seems to know what exactly the problem was. Although, that hasn't stopped people from speculating ... with all sorts of ailments being floated as possibilities.
