Kelly Clarkson will be coughing up almost a quarter of a million dollars every 30 days to her ex-husband in the fallout of their divorce, at least for now ... TMZ has learned.

The judge in her divorce recently signed off on docs formalizing the temporary spousal and child support Kelly will pay Brandon Blackstock -- it's nearly $200k/mo. according to the docs. We're told the ruling actually happened in April, and it merely formalized what Kelly had already been paying her ex since she filed for divorce last June.

According to the docs, Brandon will get $150k in spousal support and $45,601 for their 2 kids. Hard to think of that huge amount as a discount for Kelly, however ... Brandon had requested $436k per month. So, with that in mind, it's a bit of a win for KC.

She does also have to fork over a one-time $1.25 million payment to cover Brandon's attorney fees.

Once the divorce is settled, we're told Brandon will only get 2 more years of spousal support, based on the length of their marriage. The unresolved issue is their prenup. If the judge determines it's valid, all those support numbers go out the window, and Brandon will get whatever is spelled out in the prenup.

Kelly was also awarded primary custody of their children -- 6-year-old River and 4-year-old Remy -- a little while back.

For a couple of months now, John Mulaney's plans had been to file for divorce ... and he's finally pulled the trigger.

According to court records ... the comedian filed for divorce from Anna Marie Tendler Friday in New York court. They married on July 5, 2014, after meeting in the late 2000s on Martha's Vineyard.

It's unclear if they had a prenup or if they've struck a property settlement before filing ... but one thing we know ... this plan had been in the works for some time now. A spokesman for the comedian confirmed to Page Six he asked for a divorce back in February.

You may recall John had checked himself into rehab back in December for 60 days at a facility in Pennsylvania.

As we reported ... John struggled to stay sober during the pandemic. The comedian, who had been sober since he was 23, was no stranger to openly talking about his struggles ... admitting his dabbling with prescription and illegal drugs.

Tarek El Moussa flipped out on his "Flip or Flop" costar and ex-wife, Christina Haack, for letting him know it was time to film ... sources close to the show tell TMZ.

According to our production sources ... Tarek's eruption went down on the set of the popular HGTV series last Wednesday, after he apparently didn't like the way she signaled to him that she and the crew were ready to begin shooting.

We're told Tarek immediately lost his cool and went on a verbal tirade directed toward Christina ... which allegedly included him comparing her to his fiancee, Heather Rae Young, and saying Heather is hotter and richer than Christina.

Our sources say Tarek boasted that he "made" Christina and called her a "washed-up loser," and exclaimed that he enjoys watching her fail.

We're told he also yelled "Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning" and capped off his rant by screaming at her ... "The world knows you're crazy!"

According to our sources ... this isn't the first time Tarek went on a tirade against Christina on set. We're told after the latest incident, production stopped filming them together for the rest of the day ... and simply shot their scenes separately.

A source close to Tarek tells us his anger toward Christina stems from her recent admission she smoked toad venom -- before meeting her new boyfriend -- and his main concern is for the safety of their two children. At the end of the day, both Tarek and Christina are show execs, and our source says there's going to be tension from time to time, this was one of those incidents.

We reached out to reps for Tarek, Christina and HGTV ... so far, no word back.

As you may know ... Christina's made headlines as of late for following up her divorce from Ant Anstead by revealing she's in a new relationship with Joshua Hall -- something that came about after she says she smoked toad venom.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson seem to be keeping their word to co-parent without issue, taking their daughter to dance class as a family unit.

The two exes were spotted walking 3-year-old daughter, True, into her class in Calabasas Tuesday. Tristan did the heavy lifting, while Khloe trailed closely behind.

We're told they were in separate cars. Still, the outing proves what we've already reported ... that they're dedicated to co-parenting True, despite not being romantically involved anymore.

You'll recall ... Khloe pulled the plug on their relationship not too long ago -- this after even more rumors of cheating had been swirling in recent months ... not to mention allegations of paternity against Tristan. For now, they're just playing mom and dad to True -- and are clearly civil with one another.

It's interesting to see them in this type of setting ... because it almost gives a bit more context to the hostility Tristan showed toward Lamar Odom when he commented on a photo of Khloe.

Lamar Odom says things with Tristan Thompson "could have turned ugly" when the two ended up fighting over a steamy pic from Khloe Kardashian ... but cooler heads prevailed.

Khloe's ex-husband is speaking out for the first time since the social media spat last week, saying Tristan made a mistake by seemingly throwing a threat his way.

As we reported ... Lamar left a "hottie" comment on Khloe's outdoor shower pic, and Tristan was quick to respond by bringing up Lamar's nearly-fatal OD and warning him of what was to come if he didn't back off KK.

Lamar says he forgives Tristan because they don't really know each other, are both Black men and part of the NBA fraternity ... but he told "The Megan Pormer Show" the situation could have ended up a lot worse.

LO says he can't be rattled by some tough talk on social media, though ... and he's wishing Tristan the best.

As we first told you ... Lamar's looking to rekindle things with Khloe, who he was married to from 2009 to 2016, and he was shooting his shot with the IG comment.

"Seeking Sister Wife" star Dimitri Snowden appears to have been abandoned yet again ... 'cause his OG wife just declared herself single.

Ashley Snowden announced her "truth" on Wednesday saying she's single. She didn't include any other deets on what her sitch is with Dimitri or what led to the split, but her Instagram post included a massive caption which included "that may make this world a kinder place for everyone, especially people who are experiencing trauma."

She kicked off the IG post saying, "My truth, because misinformation is harmful: I'm single and grateful for life." It should be noted ... Ashley and Dimitri were never legally married. Instead, they apparently opted for a spiritual union. They had called themselves husband and wife on the TLC reality show.

The former couple were recently in the limelight when Dimitri's other wife -- legally, btw -- Christeline Petersen filed for a restraining order against Dimitri and Ashley.

As we reported ... Christeline accused Dimitri of domestic abuse and also claimed Ashley shoved and threw a bottle at her while also being verbally abusive. The judge ended up dissolving the restraining order she filed against him.

The whole ordeal ultimately led Dimitri to file for divorce from Christeline back in May ... claiming she "abandoned their marriage" and "he doesn't know her whereabouts."

Millie Bobby Brown's ex is apologizing for talking about their relationship in a live stream ... he says he was drunk and, rather than ramble on, should've shut his mouth.

TikTok star Hunter Echo just explained his side of the controversial live stream ... saying he was drinking and responded to negative comments the wrong way by continuing to talk about his past with Millie.

Hunter says he shouldn't have said anything at all and he's sorry ... but it's important to note he never apologizes to Millie or claims that what he says was untruthful. In fact, he doesn't even mention Millie by name once in the apology.

Remember ... Hunter recently alluded to having a sexual relationship with Millie when she was 16 years old and he was 20, going on Instagram Live and seemingly aiming crude comments about kinky sex acts at Millie.

Harvey Weinstein is officially free to date whoever he wants -- in prison, of course -- now that he and Georgina Chapman's divorce is a done deal.

Court records confirm the judge signed off on their divorce last week. As we previously reported, the disgraced studio mogul and fashion designer reached a divorce settlement way back in January 2018 ... which included divvying up their property, and hashing out a custody arrangement for their 2 kids -- India and Dashiell. The terms of the deal were confidential.

As we reported ... Georgina filed for divorce from Weinstein in 2017. She reportedly started dating Adrien Brody a couple of years later.

As you know by now ... Georgina and Adrien finally went public with their relationship last month when they attended the Tribeca Film Festival together -- and earlier this month they were hanging out in L.A. with Georgina's kids.

Meanwhile, Weinstein is still waiting to be extradited to L.A. to face a slew of sexual assault charges.

He's currently behind bars in NY following his rape conviction there, but as for the divorce -- his rep, Juda Engelmayer, tells TMZ ... "Harvey's only thoughts are happiness for his family and the hope that his children are always cared for and happy. He loves them hopes that they know it, and that one day soon, he can be closer to them."

Singer Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds and his wife, Nicole Pantenburg, are calling it quits after 7 years of marriage.

In a joint statement, the two tell TMZ, "After much thought and with great sadness, we have decided to end our marriage. We continue to care and have respect for one another and share eternal love for our daughter and her well-being. We ask for personal privacy for ourselves and our daughter as we navigate these new steps as a family.“

The two got married back in 2014 and share one daughter, 12-year-old Peyton Nicole.

It's unclear what led to the split. Babyface was previously married to Tracey Edmonds from 1992 to 2005 ... and they share two sons, Brandon and Dylan.

Babyface and Nicole's 2014 wedding ceremony reportedly included guests like Oprah, the two got hitched after dating for 7 years. The singer was 55 at the time they got hitched, Nicole was 41.

Chace Crawford is NOT back together with Rebecca Rittenhouse ... despite several reports saying so after their recent Italian vacation, and some pretty hot pics together.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... the former "Gossip Girl" and current "The Boys" star took a trip to Capri at the end of June with his ex-girlfriend, but it wasn't just the 2 of them on a romantic getaway -- they were part of a group of 8 friends.

We're told Chace and Rebecca -- who met on the set of "Blood & Oil" and began dating in 2015 -- have remained close since their split in late 2018, but have both dated other people since then.

Our sources say they're "great friends," and add that headlines referring to "The Mindy Project" star as Crawford's girlfriend again are inaccurate.

Zoe McLellan -- an actress most famous from 'NCIS' -- has up and vanished with her and her ex's kid ... so claims the father ... who got a court involved, which has branded her as wanted.

Court records obtained by TMZ show an arrest warrant out of L.A. County was issued for Zoe a few months ago in May ... with outstanding charges of kidnapping, child custody deprivation and child stealing alleged against her for an issue dating back to 2017.

We covered the drama back then -- McLellan's ex-husband, J.P. Gillian, was in a custody war with her over their then 4-year-old, Sebastian ... whom Gillian claimed McLellan was taking to Toronto while she filmed "Designated Survivor" without his permission or consent.

It appears that ended up happening ... except, now, Gillian says he hasn't seen or heard from McLellan OR his boy since at least April 2019. His attorney, Lawrence Markey, tells us ... the child is still missing, and that Gillian and co. believe the kid is still with Zoe.

It doesn't appear she's been hauled in yet -- there's no record of her arrest within the L.A. County Sheriff's Office. Sources familiar with the case say last Gillian heard ... McLellan was said to be somewhere near NOLA. But again, we're told Gillian doesn't know their whereabouts now -- or their status for that matter. We're told they're virtually off the grid.

It's a pretty wild story ... made even more eyebrow raising by the fact that McLellan doesn't appear to have acted in anything major since 2019. So, there too she's kinda vanished.

Tristan Thompson appears to have beef with Lamar Odom ... and Khloe Kardashian is smack in the middle of things.

Here's the deal ... Khloe posted an Instagram photo Friday showing her taking an outdoor shower in a skimpy bikini, and Lamar complimented her in the comments, telling her she's a "hottie" ... a response Tristan's not taking kindly.

Tristan tagged Lamar in the comments and then seemed to loft a threat his way, writing ... "@lamarodom God brought you back the first time. Play if you want, different results 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️"

The comment is obviously referring to Lamar's infamous 2015 drug overdose at a Nevada brothel, which nearly killed the former NBA stud.

As you know ... Tristan's got a child with Khloe, but she's got a long history with Lamar. Khloe and Odom were married from 2009 to 2016 and they had their own reality show, "Khloe & Lamar."

Tristan and Khloe recently called it quits (again) after allegations of cheating (again) ... but he wished her happy birthday last month on his IG and often comments on her posts.

Here's Seth Rogen shooting scenes for the upcoming Hulu series on the Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee romance ... and his role's got him rocking jean shorts and a mullet.

Ya gotta see Seth in character as Rand Gauthier, the guy who famously stole a safe from Pam and Tommy's house which contained their infamous sex tape ... Seth's got a long sleeve shirt tucked in his jorts, plus sideburns and dad sneakers.

Sonia Rockwell's also dressed up as "fake Pam" in the scene, which was being filmed Wednesday afternoon on Hollywood Blvd.

Lily James's playing the "real Pam" in the streaming service limited series, but Sonia's got "fake Pam's" look-down pat with long blonde hair, a red one-piece swimsuit and a lifeguard rescue can.

We've also got video from the shoot too ... and you can see Seth and Sonia interacting before he walks off into a crowd, leaving Sonia with a puzzled look.

Angelina Jolie is running to court so she can shed one of the last remnants of her marriage to Brad Pitt -- including the wine business they owned together, which she wants out of ASAP.

The actress just filed docs asking a judge to lift a restraining order on the transfer of their assets, which was put in place automatically when their divorce paperwork got underway. The asset she's particularly interested in unloading is Nouvel, LLC, their French winery company.

It's a standard thing courts do in cases like these, but now Angie's saying she needs the freeze removed immediately so she can sell her portion of the biz to a third party ... a deal that's apparently on the table, but needs the barrier removed to go through.

Her attorneys note they contacted Brad's legal team over this as well in hopes of resolving things without needing a formal hearing, but she says Brad's lawyer said he'd get back to her on it. Angelina says she was worried about losing the deal in the meantime so she went ahead and asked the judge to intervene.

Nouvel appears to be the LLC started to operate the chateau/vineyard in Provence that the former couple snapped up in 2011 ... for a reported $60 mil or so. Unclear how much the company is worth now ... but the booze biz has been booming.

The Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reunion tour is making a brand new stop ... this time they're hanging at her place in the Hamptons with her kids.

J Lo and Ben -- now fully rekindled -- were out and about Tuesday, with Ben behind the wheel while they drove around New York's summer vacation hot spot.

In addition to driving Ms. Lopez, BA looked very comfy in potential-future-stepdad mode as the couple took Jen's daughter, Emme, out for a shopping excursion.

East Coast Bennifer's picking up where they left off right before the July 4 holiday ... remember, we last saw them out together Friday at Universal Studios theme park in Hollywood.

J Lo's got a pad mansion in the Hamptons, and as we reported ... her ex, Alex Rodriguez, is renting a $200,000 a month pad about a mile down the road from Jennifer's crib.

Matt Barnes has officially "buried the hatchet" with his ex-nemesis, Derek Fisher ... saying he's totally cool with the L.A. Sparks head coach after their infamous backyard brawl.

Of course, the two ex-NBA ballers nearly broke the internet back in 2015 ... when Barnes punched Fisher in the mouth for dating his ex-wife, Gloria Govan, and being around his kids without his knowledge.

The moment got so big, even Kanye West mentioned the incident in his track "30 Hours."

But now, Barnes says he's actually made up with D-Fish ... and explains there are two major reasons why it's so important to have a cordial relationship with him.

"To me, it’s about raising these twins the best we possibly can and co-parenting," Barnes told the Portal A's "Charges With Rex Chapman" podcast.

"So, now he and I are cool, on the same page, we communicate and see each other when we’re at events. They’ve been to my house for the twins’ birthday. I’ve been to their place."

Barnes understands the legendary story will always be a thing, but wants to clear the air about people claiming Fisher "stole my chick."

"Like he started dating my ex-wife," Barnes says. "That’s what it was. He didn’t steal s*** from me. What I’m tripping off is you’re in my house that I pay for with my kids and you didn’t tell me."

As we previously reported, Gloria told us back in 2018 there would be NO WAY Barnes would be invited to her wedding with Fisher (BTW -- their ceremony was delayed due to COVID-19).
