The all-time greatest come-up is complete -- Jeremy Meeks has a baby boy with his girlfriend, Chloe Green, and the kid's name might say a lot about their relationship.

The billionaire heiress and her man -- formerly known as the "Hot Felon" -- announced the birth of Jayden Meeks-Green, who was born May 29. They both posted a close-up shot of Jayden gripping Mom and Dad's fingers.

Yes, the kid's last name is hyphenated, and yes ... Chloe's name gets the last word. At least for now. As we reported, we kinda knew it was gonna be a boy based on the baby gear they stocked up on back in February.

Jeremy and Chloe started dating just about a year ago, not too long after he was released from a California prison and launched his modeling career.

As for the last name -- it's possible they'll drop the hyphen if Jeremy and Chloe get married. Then again, Mom is heir to the Topshop fortune, so ...

There's no denying Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson make super cute babies, because 2-month-old True could make anyone's heart melt ... although, she needs a tissue.

Khloe shared a video Tuesday morning of True propped up on a couch dolled up in a pink tutu and giant bow. The tiny model definitely looks more like her dad. She got his nose, but she's got her mom's knack for entertaining when the camera's on her.

The Royal Family isn't taking any chances in wake of the terrorist call to action targeting Prince George ... TMZ has learned he'll be getting added protection at his school and on outings around London.

Sources tell us Thomas's Battersea, George's school in London, will have beefed-up security. More officers will also follow Prince George on outings with his mom and his grandma, Carole Middleton, who often cares for him.

As for this weekend's Trooping the Colour ceremony at Buckingham Palace ... we're told it's business as usual. George will appear with the rest of the family on the Buckingham Palace balcony, but there'll be a bigger security presence than usual.

6:24 AM PT 6/4 -- Law enforcement sources tell us Janet expressed she was worried Wissam was using drugs around her child.

Janet Jackson called police to do a welfare check on her 1-year-old, Eissa, this weekend while the child was with his father ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Janet made the call to Malibu authorities late Saturday night, asking cops to check in on her son ... who was with her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, at the Nobu Hotel. We're told police did, in fact, check in -- but found no one to be in danger.

Sources say cops told the 2 parties -- Janet and Wissam, in this case -- to handle the matter civilly. It's unclear if Janet was on the scene or not, though.

According to ET, which first reported the incident ... Janet was supposedly tipped off to some alleged aggressive behavior displayed by Wissam, which concerned a nanny enough to alert Janet.

If Disney is so high and mighty, as they showed by canceling "Roseanne," then why are they screwing over a couple family-run businesses that delivered them a hit kids show? ... is the question posed in a new suit.

Production companies Milk Barn and Microseries claim they spent 2 years creating "Goldie & Bear" ... only to get kicked to the curb by Disney once the company realized it had a hit on their hands.

According to the docs ... Disney secretly lined up a rival production company to replace the family businesses for Season 2, and made it "virtually impossible for these companies to ever be in the children's television or feature business again."

To make it worse, the production companies claim they got stiffed $250k for 18 months of executive producer work ... and Disney crushed their plans to produce other animated children's programming.

Drake has been hit with numerous claims of paternity and there has never been a "credible claim" until now, but the baby's looks raise doubts ... sources connected to Drake tell TMZ.

Our sources say a bunch of women over the years have made such claims ... women he says never had sex with him. Other women who have had sex with him have pressed such a claim, and we're told he has a pat answer ... if there's proof he's the dad, he will fully support the child. Our sources say none of the prior claims have proven true.

As for Sophie Brussaux ... Drake's people initially scoffed at her claim, saying "This woman has a very questionable background. She has admitted to having multiple relationships. We understand she may have problems getting into the United States."

Drake and his people held that position until well after her baby was born, causing Sophie to call him a "deadbeat ass dad." Our sources say something changed Drake's mind and he came to believe he could well be the father, even without a DNA test. TMZ broke the story ... he's paying her support.

The sources say the reason a DNA test hasn't been performed to this point is because he's traveling all the time, and she's mostly overseas. They say they've been told they have to be in somewhat close proximity for the DNA test, but insist it will happen.

Two Drake sources still question if he's the dad, saying the child has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Drake knows how to pick 'em -- the mother of his alleged son starred on a reality show ... about professional side chicks.

We dug up an old trailer for a 2012 show called "Real Mistresses of Atlanta," in which Sophie Brussaux -- who used her stage name, Rosee Divine -- is introduced as one of the four leading ladies. She called herself a French model who likes luxury.

In one scene she's seen talking to an anonymous NBA player over the phone, and he tells her to buy a condo she liked. The implication is pretty clear ... he's married, but he's also Sophie's sugar daddy.

Producer Mickey 'Memphitz' Wright -- the ex-bf of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star K. Michelle -- created and produced the show. He reportedly shopped it around to TV execs, and sources at Oxygen tell us the network was very interested ... but, ultimately no one bought it.

Fans of "Double Dare" have TV shows like "Roseanne" and "Will & Grace" to thank for its comeback ... according to former host Marc Summers.

The "Double Dare" reboot returns this June with Marc as an executive producer. When we got him at LAX Wednesday he told us he'd been hounding Nickelodeon to bring back the game show for years, but they finally moved forward when they saw how other reboots were successful.

Pete Wentz is a big Fortnite gamer -- he loves it -- but he knows he's got NO CHANCE in hell of winning a single dollar from the upcoming $100 MILLION prize pool.

Instead, Wentz says the only real gamers who could get rich from Fortnite are players like Ninja ... a Fortnite god who chews up and spits out casual gamers like Drake for breakfast.

The two Kardashian sisters and all 5 of their kids -- sans baby Chicago -- hit up the Happiest Place on Earth Tuesday and, based on the adults' reactions to some of these rides ... it would appear the magic has worn off on 'em. The same can't be said for North and co., though.

But, when she sent a friend to pick up the cake, the word "Cum" was edited out -- an apparent violation of the grocery store's obscenity policy!!!!

"My son was humiliated," the woman posted on her Facebook page ... "I seriously couldn't make this crap up!!!"

"How utterly ridiculous and I will be speaking to a manager for a refund. Shame on you Publix for turning an innocent Latin phrase into a total embarrassment for having to explain to my son and others (including my 70 year old mother) about this joke of a cake."

FYI, "Summa Cum Laude" is a Latin phrase that means "with highest honor."

The new "Double Dare" reboot will feature one very familiar face -- the show's OG host, Marc Summers -- but Summers' new gig has a different job title.

Nickelodeon is bringing back the hugely successful game show this summer, and sources close to production tell us Summers was a quick hire. We're told he'll hold an Executive Producer title and will also have a role on camera. However, our sources say he won't be the show's host -- that role is going to actress Liza Koshy.

"Double Dare" first ran on Nickelodeon from 1986-1993 with Summers and then returned again in 2000 as "Double Dare 2000."

The new "Double Dare" will feature two teams facing off in obstacle courses and answering various trivia questions for cash and prizes -- just like the original version. We're told some of the OG obstacles will be back in action. The show will return June 25th.

Chrissy Teigen didn't hesitate to show the world her new bundle of joy -- she plastered the kid's cute mug just 3 days after popping him out. All we can say ... AWWW.

Chrissy posted a photo Sunday of her and hubby John Legend's baby boy, whom they named Miles Theodore Stephens -- solid name after a lot of interesting ones have been flying around lately. BTW, John's real surname is Stephens ... chill, everyone!

As we reported ... Chrissy announced she'd given birth Thursday by writing "Somebody’s herrrrrrre!" with a happy face and baby bottle emojis on social media. This is her and John's second child -- they have a 2-year-old daughter, Luna.

John Cena's very public campaign to win back Nikki Bella is working, but she's still not ready to seal the deal with the wrestling/movie star.

Nikki tells TMZ, John's public hand-wringing -- including posting a photo of John Cusack holding the boombox over his head in the film "Say Anything" -- has convinced her his change of heart about wanting kids wasn't hollow. She says, "I believe 100% he wants kids. It makes me want to run back and jump into his arms."

She says she believes he's now sincere that he wants children ... which was the deal breaker that caused her to break up with him. Until this week, Nikki believed she had forced John to say what she wanted to hear so she'd take a walk down the aisle.

Here's the problem ... Nikki says it's kind of been like a Pandora's Box. The conflict over children has raised issues in her head about the relationship. She says, "I care about him and love him a lot," but now she has to do some serious thinking about the turn in their relationship and feel if it's still right.

She says she's really hurt by the buzz that the whole conflict -- and even the relationship -- is fake to goose ratings for her reality show and John's career. She says, "A lot of people get married for publicity. I'm not like those reality show people. I don't want to be hesitant. I want to do what my heart says."

Nikki says she has no idea what she'd say if John comes face-to-face with her and begs her to marry him. She says, "I'm a girl who lives in the moment and I honestly don't know what I'd say."
