Tony Robbins Sued Emotions are Everything ... But You Gotta Pay for Fuel!!!

Published | Updated

3/21/18 -- A rep for Robbins tells TMZ ... he nor his companies "have no direct dealings or obligation to Associated Energy Group (AEG)." The rep goes on to say Robins and his companies are not aware of any pending legal claims against them on this matter.

Tony Robbins needs to get motivated -- to take care of the fuel bill for his private jet ... according to a new suit.

The famed life coach's company, Tony Robbins Productions Inc., is being sued by a jet fuel company called Associated Energy Group for allegedly failing to pay up for about $23,000 worth of fuel.

AEG's lawsuit is aimed at several private jet owners, including Robbins, who allegedly used a flight services company called Zetta ... which AEG claims stiffed it out of more than $200k in fuel.

According to the docs ... Robbins portion of that is $23k plus interest, and AEG is asking for attorney fees on top of that.

We reached out to Robbins ... no word back so far.

Blac Chyna & BF Fri$ky Bu$ine$$

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna went on a shopping spree to satisfy her shoe fetish, but her 18-year-old BF didn't come away empty handed, either.

BC, who is 29, and Houston rapper YBN Almighty Jay hit up Saks Fifth Avenue Monday in Bev Hills ... and she beelined it for the women's shoe department to try on multiple pairs of glitzy kicks.

YBN kept busy, holding on to stacks o' cash -- but we don't know if it was his, or if he was just holding for her. He was definitely holding on to BC's famous ass, though.

After some serious PDA, they hopped in BC's Ferrari with huge shopping bags in tow.

The Weinstein Company Files for Bankruptcy Voids Non-Disclosure Agreements

Published | Updated

Harvey Weinstein's The Weinstein Company has filed for bankruptcy after a wave of sexual misconduct allegations against the company's founder.

In a statement Monday, the company announced it has entered into a "stalking horse" agreement with Lantern Capital Partners out of Dallas. As part of its bankruptcy protection filing, Lantern has allegedly agreed to purchase The Weinstein Co. if the court approves.

Lantern's offer is reportedly between $300-$320 million.

The company also effectively voided all non-disclosure agreements with employees, stating their hopes that those agreements -- which were used "as a secret weapon to silence (Weinstein's) accusers" -- will not silence anyone anymore. They stated, "no one should be afraid to speak out or coerced to stay quiet. The Company thanks the courageous individuals who have already come forward."

As TMZ reported, TWC started to fall apart in October after several women -- including some Hollywood A-Listers -- came forward with sexual misconduct allegations against Harvey Weinstein.

The allegations against Weinstein gave birth to the #MeToo and Time's Up movements.

Weinstein has been the target of several criminal investigations across the country but has not yet been officially charged.

The producer's been in Arizona getting treatment for a sex addiction.

Angie Everhart Divorce Hubby Down to Pay Spousal Support

Published | Updated

Angie Everhart and her estranged husband are on the same page for at least one part of their divorce ... and that's spousal support, and who's gonna pay it.

In new court docs filed by Carl Ferro, and obtained by TMZ ... Angie's ex checked the box signaling he's willing to pay the former SI Swimsuit model spousal support. When Angie filed for divorce, she checked the box indicating she wants him to pay spousal support.

One battle down.

Interestingly, Carl opted to file his response to Angie's divorce petition all by himself -- look, Ma ... no lawyers! We're guessing he can more than afford one, though. Carl founded Sunfare, a food delivery service.

As we first reported ... Angie filed divorce docs last month after about 4 years of marriage. She and Carl have no children together.

Britney Spears K-Fed's Making a Shameless Money Grab

Published | Updated

Britney Spears' dad, Jamie, is super upset at Kevin Federline, who called him pleading for more child support when, in fact, all he wants is to jump on her gravy train.

Sources connected to Britney tell TMZ, last Friday K-Fed called Jamie and said he was in a financial bind and wanted to talk about raising his child support. TMZ broke the story K-Fed has been pulling in $20k a month for child support for years, but he now says it's not enough.

We're told Jamie was suspicious and asked Kevin where the $20k was going, but Kevin hedged.

Our sources say, last week, Jamie got a letter from Kevin's lawyer, asking him if they could sit down and talk. They did indeed have a talk, and we're told the lawyer explained now that 12-year-old Sean and 11-year-old Jayden have gotten older, Kevin needed more than $20k.

We're told Jamie pressed again, asking what the kids needed that they weren't getting. We're told Kevin's lawyer wouldn't answer, but said his client needed the means to take care of the 2 kids at Britney's level. Jamie fired back ... Britney's taking care of the kids the way she always did -- nothing's changed.

Our sources say the lawyer repeatedly talked about Britney's recent successes -- particularly her sold-out Vegas shows -- saying she was making a lot more money. We're told Jamie kept pushing back, saying Britney's success has nothing to do with the needs of the children, and his daughter wasn't responsible for taking care of Kevin and his other families.

Britney has paid Kevin a fortune in various forms of support over the years. When they divorced in 2007, she cut him a check for $1.3 million and he got spousal support for several years and continues to get child support.

We're told Kevin and his lawyer never named a figure and never gave a single example of the children's unmet needs.

'Black Panther' Actor Got a Grand a Day To Play Young Killmonger

"Black Panther" is a smashing success and producers probably always knew it would be ... because they paid good money to a kid hardly even in the movie.

10-year-old Seth Carr -- who plays the child version of Michael B. Jordan's character Killmonger in the movie -- got paid $1,000 a day on set ... according to his contract obtained by TMZ.

It is unclear how many days young Seth worked on the film, but his guaranteed paycheck was at least $7,654 ... plus any future residuals.

Not bad at all for the few minutes of screen time.

Along with Young Killmonger, Carr is known for his roles on the shows "Bosch" and "Knight Squad" ... and also played Young Holt on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

'SIX' Star Kyle Schmid Hit by Burglars

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Kyle's apartment in the L.A. area was burglarized. We're told Kyle came home and noticed the sliding door to his balcony was open ... leading cops to believe that was the point of entry.

Problem was ... the sliding door didn't trigger an alarm ... which allowed the perp to search the home and get away with around $30k worth of jewelry. We're told several other units in the same complex were hit that night. LAPD's now investigating.

As we've reported -- again and again and again -- the L.A. area has seen a rash of burglaries involving tons of celebs.

So far, no one's been nabbed in Kyle's burglary.

DON'T FORGET COACH!!!

Hall of Fame coach Barry Switzer is letting the world know he's been CHEATED by father time, saying the HUGE money that the football coaches are making now should've been his ... and he's got PROOF.

Switzer was on Capitol Hill wheelin' and dealin' with the Washington types (on behalf of search and rescue dogs) when we asked him about the insane salaries some NFL players are making.

That's not what Barry wanted to talk about, though -- 'cause he let loose on what the guys in the headsets are making ... and how he feels like he got the short end of the money stick.

"What about the coaches?! The salaries these damn coaches are getting! I got paid $24k a year, went 32-1-1, won 2 national championships, 2 undefeated seasons back-to-back ... I didn't even get a bonus! We were on probation (at Oklahoma)."

Just for some comparison, Jimbo Fisher, who has 1 national title, just signed a 10-year $75 MILLION contract to bolt Florida State and head to Texas A&M.

Man might have a point.

According to new legal docs ... Stormy agreed in the "hush" contract with Trump -- created by his attorney, Michael Cohen -- to fork over $1 million in damages if she breached it, per incident.

Cohen claims Stormy has indeed breached the agreement -- at least 20 times -- so he has the right to go after her for $20 million.

As we reported ... Stormy sued to try to get the "hush" pact tossed, claiming the Prez used an alias and never signed it in the first place. She also started a crowdfunding page to raise funds for her legal costs against Trump and his lawyers.

So far she's raised more than $171,000 from various donors ... and it looks like she might need every penny.

Published | Updated

Blac Chyna's been dodging and ducking her deposition about a 2015 car crash, and the plaintiffs' lawyer has had enough and wants to make her talk ... according to new legal docs.

Jon Teller, the attorney for the plaintiffs in the 2015 crash with Chyna's white BMW, claims they've been trying to interview her for 9 months now ... but she has canceled or failed to appear for her scheduled deposition at least FOUR times now.

Teller says they've been trying to work with Chyna reasonably but have been "stymied" at every stage ... so now he's asking a judge to step in and order Chyna to get grilled. According to the docs ... he also wants the judge to slap her with sanctions in the amount of $4,560 for her actions.

As we reported ... Chyna was scheduled to talk about her involvement -- or possible lack thereof -- in the 2015 hit-and-run case in October, but we now know it never happened.

As far as the crash goes -- Chyna's friend, Paige Addison, told cops she was behind the wheel and BC was not in the car. Paige was charged with felony hit-and-run ... but Teller believes Chyna was there too.

The civil trial against Chyna and Addison is set for June, so clearly ... Teller wants to question BC ASAP.

We reached out to Chyna ... she had no comment.

'Big Bro' Mike 'Boogie' Malin On the Hook for $800,000

Published | Updated

"Big Brother" winner Mike "Boogie" Malin is in the hole for $800,000.

Malin and his business partner, Lonnie Moore, were sued by their former partners and co-owners of Geisha House in L.A. The partners say Boogie and Moore embezzled from the club, gambling away hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for sex, travel and other stuff.

The lawsuit was salacious, saying the duo used company resources "to have multiple sexual encounters with various older men during which Malin would live out fetish role play fantasies." Malin said at the time his partners were just trying to extort him, but ultimately the case resolved with Malin owing $800,000.

Malin filed for bankruptcy, but a judge just ordered the debt will not go away and he will still be on the hook for the full amount.

THE LAST TIME WE SAW ANGIE STONE

Angie Stone says Bruno Mars has a lot of growing up to do, but ain't hard to read between the lines ... she wants him to pay up.

We got the R&B singer Thursday in the ATL and asked her about her rap group, The Sequence, suing Bruno and producer Mark Ronson back in December ... alleging their hit single, "Uptown Funk," is a ripoff of The Sequence's 1979 single, "Funk You Up."

Check it out ... Angie claims Bruno admitted "Uptown Funk" was inspired by "Funk You Up," and insists she ain't trying to bash Bruno, but wants him to show some respect. Translation: Show me the money!!!

As TMZ first reported ... The Sequence is asking for a jury trial and unspecified amount of money from Bruno. Angie's lawsuit ain't the first against Bruno for the same song. Zapp and Roger Troutman made similar allegations back in September.

BTW ... we know our photog screwed up ... Mark Ronson was not a DJ in the '70s -- he was barely born.

A BRIGHT FUTURE

Josh Norman is already getting behind his new QB -- telling TMZ Sports he feels Alex Smith is "underrated" for everything he's done in his career.

We spotted the Washington Redskins star cornerback in Atlanta and asked how he felt about the big quarterback moves in the NFL ... including his old QB Kirk Cousins getting an $84 million deal with the Vikings.

Norman looked a little bummed out (why not? he's a good quarterback) but explained, "It's business. Everything is business."'

He also explained why Cousins is worth every single penny.

By the way ... Norman -- super nice guy.
