O.T. Genasis No Guns at My Bday, Just Booze!!! What Gives, LAPD???

O.T
NO BEEF TO SPEAK OF

O.T. Genasis says he has no clue why cops crashed his birthday party with shotguns out, 'cause there was no sign of trouble inside the event ... just lots of bottles.

We asked O.T. if anyone drew a weapon Wednesday night, as it was reported to cops -- and he said he knows nothing about anything like that.

He does have a funny theory though. The rapper thinks cops caught wind of his poppin' party, and simply wanted to join in on the fun. Not sure if we buy that, but it's a nice thought.

Either way, the whole thing resolved itself. Cops weren't able to find any evidence of guns at the party ... and nobody was arrested.

As Shakespeare put it -- much ado about a rapper turning 31.

Tito Jackson Proud of Paris for Protecting MJ ... Leave the Stars Alone!!!

Published | Updated

Tito Jackson's sad someone tried to disrespect his little brother ... but he's happy Paris Jackson stepped up to make things right.

We got MJ's older bro at LAX Thursday and asked about someone tagging a Michael Jackson star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this week before his niece showed up to scrub it clean. Tito tells us he's proud of her, because it shows she takes pride in her father's legacy ... just like him.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Tito's not sure if the graffiti was a personal attack on Michael this time around or just a random act of vandalism, but the funny thing is ... the perp who tagged the star really failed if their intention was to hate on the King of Pop.

Turns out ... the star that got tagged was actually Michael Jackson, the 84-year-old British radio personality.

Regardless, Paris still took care of the cleanup ... and Tito's got some words for anyone thinking about vandalizing celeb stars in the future.

Drake's 'Degrassi' Music Vid Reunion Planned in Like One Week! Costars Give Drizzy Props

HOW TIMES HAVE CHANGED ...

Drake got his old 'Degrassi' costars to reunite for his new music video on just about a week's notice ... so say two of his former cast/classmates.

Shane Kippel and Ephraim Ellis -- who played Drake's best friend and fateful shooter on the show, respectively -- tell us Drizzy's new treatment for "I'm Upset" was literally shot this past weekend, and that they'd only gotten a heads-up mere days before that.

That's pretty crazy, considering Drake dropped the video Wednesday night ... less than a week after filming. In fact, Ephraim says he got an email about the production last Tuesday.

Sounds like it's been a while since everyone from Degrassi Community School has had a chance to fully get together too ... especially when it comes to seeing their beloved Jimmy. Shane says he hasn't seen the dude in 5 years ... and it's been WAY longer for Ephraim.

Yeah, we're not upset about this at all.

'Degrassi' Actor Daniel Clark I'm Really Upset!!! I Was Left Out of Drake's Reunion Music Vid

THANKS FOR THE INVITE, GUYS

Daniel Clark -- best known for playing Sean Cameron on "Degrassi: The Next Generation" -- isn't feeling the love after missing out on a cameo in Drake's new music vid ... and is clueless why he didn't get the invite.

Daniel tells TMZ ... he found out about the surprise 'Degrassi' cast reunion with Drake, aka Jimmy Brooks, in his "I'm Upset" video just like the rest of us did Wednesday night when it was released. He says nobody ever reached out to him.

He says he's shocked because about 20 of his former costars made the cut. For the record, Daniel would definitely have accepted an invitation, and tells us the cast is "like family." Or so he thought.

His positive spin on it is ... everyone looks great in the vid, and he's happy for his former costars and 'Degrassi' fans who get to see their favorite characters again.

It just stings he wasn't one of them ... and now he's still wondering why.

Teairra Mari Restraining Order vs. 50 Cent Denied Lisa Bloom Cites Gross Technicality as Roadblock

Published | Updated

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari got denied a restraining order against 50 Cent in her revenge porn case ... and her attorney is blasting the judge for getting too technical when it comes to "engaging" in a sexual act.

As we reported ... Teairra went after her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, and his friend, 50, claiming they teamed up to spread images of her on Instagram that included Teairra with ejaculate all over her face.

She went to court to get a restraining order against them to stop sharing the photo ... but the judge has now denied that motion. And according to Lisa Bloom, the judge denied the request "because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client's face, showed her 'engaging' in a sexual act."

Bloom also claims the judge wasn't convinced 50 would post the photo again. Lisa took the judge to task saying, "Common sense dictates that a photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban."

As for Akbar, he's scheduled to face the judge later this month.

Christina Aguilera & Jimmy Fallon Terrible Disguises, Awesome Concert!!

Published | Updated

Christina Aguilera and Jimmy Fallon tried going incognito (keyword: tried) during a surprise show for a throng of fans.

Christina and Jimmy showed up in costumes at an NYC subway terminal Wednesday and filmed their surprise performance for a 'Tonight Show' episode slated to air Thursday night. The pair teamed up for a couple tunes ... including George Michael's "Freedom! '90" and her 2002 hit, "Fighter."

The crowd was diggin' it, though they didn't seem all that surprised it was Christina and Jimmy. That voice and face are instantly recognizable. Watch ... even after the big reveal, the crowd played it off like they knew all along. They kept jamming, and fans kept clapping. A good time was had by all.

French Montana As American As Apple Pie

Published | Updated

French Montana can now vote in the 2020 election and get a U.S. passport because he's finally a U.S. citizen!

French got sworn in Wednesday morning in New Jersey. We're told getting his citizenship was a long process ... he applied in February of 2017. In order to become a citizen you have to take the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance and, from the looks of it ... French nailed it.

The rapper was born and raised in Morocco, but immigrated to the U.S. when he was 13.

Congrats!

Eagles Guitarist Joe Walsh Play 'Hotel California' in North Korea? Not. A. Chance.

Published | Updated

Joe Walsh was almost disgusted at the suggestion the Eagles might ever do a show in North Korea. He's adamant -- it's NOT a lovely place ... thanks to Kim Jong-un.

We got the legendary guitarist leaving Craig's Wednesday night in WeHo, and wanted to know ... with President Trump and Kim Jong-un working towards denuclearization in North Korea, would the band ever consider performing there?

It's a hard pass for Joe, but it's got nothing to do with the fact he ain't buying the peace talks -- it's more about the N. Korean leader's track record with his own citizens.

Watch ... Joe also takes a parting shot at Trump.

Tinashe Done Dating Basketball Players ... After Ben Simmons

Published | Updated

Ben Simmons not only ruined his chances at a reconciliation with Tinashe ... he also blew it for EVERY OTHER PRO BALLER -- because the singer tells TMZ Sports she's 100% done with athletes.

The "Faded Love" singer was leaving Delilah in West Hollywood after hitting the club on Wednesday night -- and, after all the drama with Ben, we asked her what she's looking for NEXT in a man.

"Not to be an idiot," she told us ... noting that she finds a LOT of idiots in this town.

And when we asked if that meant no more ballers, she responded ... "Oh yeah. That's 100."

For the record, Tinashe recently dropped a ton of new music with big stars like Future, Offset, Ty Dolla $ign and French Montana ... so who needs NBA stars when you've got rappers?

Lil Scrappy's friend, Ca$ino Roulette, got the worst of it when they got into that horrific car accident in Florida earlier this month, and now he's preparing to sue over his extensive injuries ... TMZ has learned.

Ca$ino's attorney, Brett L. Schlacter, tells us ... Ca$ino sustained life-altering injuries and is "lucky to be alive." He feels Scrappy was negligent and reckless when he fell asleep at the wheel. Surveillance video of the crash shows they're both damn lucky.

We're told Roulette was in ICU for 3 days following the accident and is now home in South Carolina recovering from his injuries -- broken ribs, concussion, bruised lungs, liver and kidneys -- and 2 major surgeries to repair his ruptured large intestine.

Schlacter says Ca$ino's pursuing legal action to cover medical expenses, and to get compensation for life-altering injuries and significant wage loss.

Lil Scrappy tells us he has no recollection of falling asleep, but admits he might have overdone it by driving too much in one day.

We broke the story ... police say Scrappy won't face criminal charges for the accident. His friendship with Ca$ino, on the other hand, might be tried in court.

SCENE OF THE CRIME

Justin Bieber's head of security lucked out BIG time in his DUI case from last year -- avoiding any felony charges after allegedly injuring 2 cops and fleeing the scene.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bieber's chief bodyguard, Michael Arana, ended up pleading guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving. The 2 misdemeanor charges of DUI and 2 felony charges of fleeing the scene that he was originally facing were dropped.

We're told prosecutors lacked sufficient evidence to prove he'd actually left the scene of the accident. He had already pulled over -- just 150 yards from the impact -- when cops arrived on the scene. They never chased him.

You'll also recall, Arana refused to submit to a breathalyzer or blood test. Sources say Arana didn't show signs of impairment at the scene, so prosecutors dropped the DUI charge.

All in all, Arana is gonna have to pay about $1,000 in fines, complete 100 hours of community service, and enter into a victim impact program. He'll also be on probation for a year.

Jay-Z Sued There's Reasonable Doubt I'm Getting My Royalties!!!

Published | Updated

Jay-Z struck a deal on his debut studio album with a music biz veteran -- agreeing to pay him royalties -- but about 10 years ago the checks stopped coming and the guy wants his money ... according to a new suit.

Raynard Herbert claims he used his connections to help land Jay's Roc-A-Fella a distribution deal in 1995, which led to an agreement where he'd get 1% of sales on the famed "Reasonable Doubt" album, which he also claims to have helped master.

According to the docs ... everything was going fine with the arrangement until November 2008, the last time Herbert claims he got paid.

He says he reached out to Jay-Z's peeps in May 2010 to inquire about his missing royalty checks, and also update his address ... to no avail.

Herbert claims since then, he's not been paid his contractually promised 1% on "Reasonable Doubt." He's suing to get what he believes he's owed ... plus damages, interest and extra fees.

Scrappy spoke for the first time about the accident on "TMZ Live," and he revealed he had driven from South Carolina to Atlanta to Miami on the day of the accident. He admits he might have overextended himself by deciding to go out on the town with his friend, Ca$ino Roulette, who was a passenger in the car.

Cardi B I'm About to Pop!!! Bad Time to Get Grilled

Published | Updated

Cardi B's got no time to sit and answer a bunch of questions from lawyers -- not when she's in the homestretch before she pops out her first kid!

In new legal docs ... Cardi says she's "in her final month of pregnancy and about to give birth," so she needs to push back the date of a scheduled deposition. Lawyers wanna grill her for the lawsuit a guy filed, claiming she copied his back tattoo and used it for album art.

The rapper's legal team struck a deal to move her depo date from July 25 to September 7 ... so she can get a couple months of motherhood under her belt before the grilling.

For the record, Cardi defended the album cover saying the man suing isn't a match -- and neither are his tats ...

We don't know her exact due date, but as we first reported ... it's sometime in the first week of July.

NINJA'S WORLD

You don't gotta be an NBA star to pull world-class chicks -- because pro gamers are doing pretty damn well these days ... this according to Fortnite god Ninja.

With gaming events like Fortnite and League of Legends selling out stadiums -- yes, STADIUMS -- pro gamers are making more cash and are becoming more famous than ever.

So, when we saw Ninja at the Fortnite Pro-Am at the E3 convention in L.A., we asked how he felt about that old stereotype that gamers are just nerds who live in their parents' basement.

Bottom line ... if you're still thinking that way, you're living in the stone age.

"I think that if they want to, [pro gamers] can have relationships, find relationships from their popularity just like professional basketball players can go out and if he's not married ... probably find someone."

He's right. Case in point -- FaZe Censor ... a pro gamer who's dating SMOKING HOT WEATHER GIRL YANET GARCIA!!!

There's more ... Ninja also says there was a celebrity at the Pro-Am who's got real skills on the sticks. And after some sleuthing, we found out the guy he's talking about is Chicago Bears running back Tarik Cohen!

So, if the whole NFL thing doesn't work out, sounds like the pro-gamer life is a pretty sweet gig!!!

Fun Fact: Ninja and his celeb teammate, Marshmello, ended up winning the $1 MILLION top prize at the Pro-Am.
