Shocking Video Doc Pulls 4-Foot Snake Out of Woman's Throat!!!

Published

This woman wanted to catch some ZZzz but instead had a SSssslithery nightmare after a 4-foot snake crawled into her throat!!!

The horrifying video was taken in Russia where doctors treated a woman who was rushed to the hospital saying she was not feeling well. She had claimed -- brace yourself -- a snake slithered into her mouth when she fell asleep in her yard. What the hell, Russia???

You can see from the video ... doctors are horrified after pulling the serpent out of her mouth. They're also terrified it's one long-ass snake ... relatively speaking considering it was apparently inside a WOMAN'S THROAT.

It's unclear if the snake was dead or alive at the time of extraction. Also, we can't confirm this vid is totally legit -- either way it's a totally terrifying sight.

The Ministry of Health in Republic of Dagestan is reportedly investigating the video and the chief doctor at the hospital where this allegedly went down said she was unaware of doctors performing the procedure at her facility.

Sounds a little sssssuspect.

UFC's Daniel Cormier Recovers from Torn Cornea in Miocic Fight ... Won't Need Surgery

Published

Daniel Cormier is a LUCKY man -- because somehow he was able to recover from the torn cornea he suffered in his loss to Stipe Miocic ... and won't need eye surgery.

Cormier's left eye got so badly injured from an accidental finger poke during his August 15 UFC heavyweight title fight ... he couldn't open it during the last 2 rounds.

After the fight, Cormier told Joe Rogan, "I can't see anything out of my left eye. It's black."

But, DC appeared on ESPN's "DC & Helwani Show" on Monday and revealed he's actually healing up nicely.

"Luckily I was able to recover, and I feel better," Cormier said,

"The first week and a half, [the eye] was really bad, it wasn't opening, and it was completely blurry, but now it kind of feels like an eyelash is in it."

"I went and saw the doctor last week, and he told me I'm probably not going to have to have surgery, just kind of rest and recover. And today it feels good, but just feels like something in there, you know when you get an eyelash and can't get it out? It's just right in the corner."

It's great news, considering how bad it looked at the time.

As for his fighting future, Cormier insists he's done competing -- and will now focus on growing his career outside the Octagon.

"Yeah, it's over. And I'm not sad about it," Cormier said.

"I'm going to miss it, I'm going to miss the training camps, I'm going to miss the fights, there's nothing like a fight week, but you have to understand when it's your time. I feel it's time."

Cormier will go down as one of the greatest fighters in UFC history -- with victories over stars like Stipe Miocic, Derrick Lewis, Anderson Silva, Rumble Johnson and more.

Minneapolis Unrest Garbage Can Lid Hurled at Cop

Published

A Minneapolis cop is recovering after he was knocked down to the ground when an apparent looter threw a garbage can lid ... hitting the cop squarely in the neck.

The incident went down Wednesday night as people flooded the streets following a false report of a fatal police shooting of a Black man ... and just 3 months after George Floyd died there.

Check out the video -- which was broadcast on Facebook Live -- showing apparent looters making their way inside a Walgreens as a wave of others floods the streets. You see a cop calmly walking back to his patrol unit when, out of nowhere, a garbage can lid strikes him on his neck ... knocking him down. He radios for help and a couple cops show up to provide aid.

A police spokesperson said the cop suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The trouble started after false rumors quickly spread about cops fatally shooting a Black man. The Minneapolis PD tweeted -- and then deleted -- video they say shows a murder suspect turning the gun on himself as cops closed in on him. The tweet included, "No officer weapons were fired. This is a tragedy for our community that is still hurting."

The Minneapolis PD later tweeted and explained it like this, "[On Wednesday] MPD posted a video in order to dispel rumors that caused significant public safety concerns for our city. After receiving feedback from the community, we have removed the video due to the graphic nature and out of respect to the individual, his family and the community."

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that community activists quickly mobilized to spread word that this was NOT a police shooting and didn't warrant a protest. But, clearly few heeded to that message ... because 33 people were arrested.

76ers Star Tobias Harris Hits Head Against Court Floor Returns to Game Soon After!!!

UPDATE

12:31 PM PT -- Lordy, Tobias Harris is BACK IN THE GAME!!! The 76ers say he showed no signs of a concussion, so they patched up his cut and sent the dude back into battle.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Tough guy, no doubt.

Tobias Harris took a scary fall on the basketball court that could've seriously injured the guy, or possibly even killed him -- but fortunately, it looks like he's going to be okay.

The 76ers star was playing in Sunday's game against the Boston Celtics, when at one point late in the third quarter, he went up for a defensive rebound ... but got his legs clipped by Jayson Tatum midair, which tilted his body and made him land hard on the paint headfirst.

You could see he was in excruciating pain as he writhed on the floor and couldn't get up at first. The refs stopped the game and the Philly's medical staff rushed out to the court to evaluate him. It appeared they signaled for trauma too, which meant it was serious.

It also looks like there might've been some blood spattered on the floor, which the med team was quick to wipe up as well.

The good news is that Tobias was able to get up and walk off the court on his own accord. He's said to have suffered a left eye laceration and was being evaluated for a concussion in the locker room.

It could've been much worse ... thank goodness it wasn't.

A Philadelphia Phillies pitcher was hit square in the groin by a 105 mph line drive Thursday ... and the ball caught so flush with the guy's man junk -- he needed a cart to leave the field.

Relief pitcher Jose Alvarez was facing Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurriel in the bottom of the 5th -- when LG launched a comebacker that found its way straight into Alvarez's crotch.

Alvarez was able to shake off the pain for long enough to get the out at first ... but immediately after, the dude crumpled to the grass, wincing and grabbing his ding dong area.

Jose was down on the field for several minutes ... before, eventually, trainers loaded him onto a cart to take him into the locker room.

Unclear the extent of Jose's injuries ... but dude did give a wave on his way off the diamond -- a decent sign everything might be all right after all.

But, man. Yikes.

Cal Ripken Jr. I Was Diagnosed W/ Prostate Cancer ... But Beat It In Weeks!!!

Published

Cal Ripken Jr.'s Iron Man streak is now his second-most awesome feat ... 'cause the MLB legend says he was able to beat prostate cancer in a matter of weeks!!

The 59-year-old told reporters Thursday he was diagnosed with the disease way back in February ... but, thankfully, he says he's been cancer-free since March surgery.

"The cancer was all contained in the prostate, they did a pathology report afterward and confirmed that that was the case," Ripken Jr. said.

"I’ve since had a three-month test to see if my PSA was undetectable and it was, so we can make a case that all the cancer was contained and it’s all out now."

Ripken Jr. says he was initially going to keep everything private ... but after realizing going public with his experiences could help others have similar success with the illness, he let it "slip out."

"I wouldn’t say the Iron Man contributes to it, but I was the kind of person who was thinking, ‘OK, I’ll just keep this a secret,'" Ripken Jr. said.

"But the longer you deal with it and you understand the outcome has been favorable and positive, the reason I’m letting it slip out now is I want to use the opportunity to help other people who struggle with that decision and encourage other people to go get their regular exams, get their tests."

Ripken Jr. -- who says he didn't need any chemotherapy or radiation treatments -- says he's feeling great now ... adding everything was "caught early and contained.”

Chip Banks Ex-NFL Star Injured In Georgia Shooting ... 'Serious Condition'

Published | Updated

Former All-Pro linebacker Chip Banks -- the #3 overall pick in the 1982 NFL Draft -- is fighting for his life after he was shot in an apparent targeted attack in Georgia ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cops tell us officers responded to a call about a shooting in the Atlanta area around noon on Wednesday and arrived to find 3 victims -- including Banks -- suffering from gunshot wounds.

One of the men, cops say, was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.

The other two men -- including Banks -- were "alert, conscious and breathing" and transported to a local hospital for treatment, officials added.

We're told 60-year-old Banks, the 1982 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, is currently in "serious condition."

As for how the shooting went down ... cops told local media outlets Wednesday they believe a group of 5 or 6 men with masks on rolled up to the residence, shot a man in the driveway and then went inside and shot the other two men before running off.

Cops told local outlets they do not believe the shooting was random -- in other words, it appears at least one of the men was the target of a hit.

"Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this incident," a spokesperson for the Atlanta Police Dept. tells us. "The investigation continues."

Banks was a pretty big star in the NFL in the 1980s and early 1990s ... playing for the Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers and Indianapolis Colts.

Banks -- who was drafted out of USC ahead of guys like Jim McMahon and Marcus Allen in 1982 -- was a 4-time Pro Bowler in his 10 seasons in the league.
