Jon Jones UFC 295 Fight W/ Stipe Miocic Off ... Suffers Serious Pec Injury

Published

Jon Jones vs. Stipe Miocic will not happen at UFC 295 next month -- Dana White just announced the heavyweight champion suffered a torn pectoral tendon while training earlier this week ... sidelining him for the next eight months.

"What's up, everybody? Here we are again," Dana said in a social media video late Tuesday night. "Jon Jones was training last night, got injured. He was wrestling and he tore the tendon that connects your pec to the bone off the bone."

"Eight months, gonna need surgery. He's out."

White shared footage of the moment Jones went down ... showing him wincing in pain as he reached for his chest.

The UFC honcho said fans can now tune in to see Sergei Pavlovich take on Tom Aspinall for the interim heavyweight title at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 11 ... which will be the co-main event alongside the Jiri Prochazka vs. Alex Pereira bout.

Despite the bumming news about Jones vs. Miocic, White is clearly fired up about the new fight ... as No. 2-ranked Pavlovich is 18-1 with 15 knockouts, and No. 4 Aspinall is 13-3 with 10 K.O. and three submissions -- meaning he's never let any of his wins go to the judges.

"A combined 25 knockouts, 26 first-round finishes -- No. 2 vs. No. 4 in the heavyweight division for the interim heavyweight title."

Dana reportedly still wants to make Jones vs. Miocic happen ... once Jon is all healed up and ready to go in 2024.

Dunkin' Donuts WOMAN GETS $3M FOR SPILLED COFFEE ... Franchise Settles Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Dunkin' Donuts allegedly dished out a very hot, and very expensive cup of coffee ... a franchise in Georgia just settled a lawsuit over some spilled java for $3 million.

Here's the deal ... an elderly woman in Atlanta sued after claiming she suffered third-degree burns when her Dunkin' Donuts coffee spilled on her lap as she sat in her car in the drive-thru of a DD in Sugar Hill, GA.

The woman, represented by Benjamin Welch at Morgan & Morgan, claimed the lid was not secured on the coffee cup, causing a spill she says burned her body so badly she had to get extensive skin grafts and re-learn how to walk.

The law firm says the incident happened back in February 2021 ... and now there's been a settlement, with the woman set to receive $3 million from the Dunkin' Donuts franchisee.

Morgan & Morgan says the woman racked up more than $200k in medical bills, and still struggles with day-to-day life as a result of the burns, which require her to apply creams and ointments several times a day.

The lawsuit and settlement bring back memories of a famous 1994 lawsuit against McDonald's, when another woman claimed she was burned by hot coffee.

That suit eventually went to trial and triggered a massive push for tort reform in America ... not to mention getting referenced in a "Seinfeld" episode and a Toby Keith song.

DUNKIN' DONUTS UNA MUJER RECIBE 3 MILLONES DE DÓLARES POR CAFÉ DERRAMADO

Published | Updated

3-Year-Old Girl Shooting 911 Caller Claims Adults Tried To Hide Incident

Published | Updated

The adults in the room when a 3-year-old shot herself with an unattended gun tried covering up the bloody incident ... at least according to the woman who called 911.

In the dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ, the caller says she's not at the home but has been informed about the shooting and is rushing over to help. She's not sure if anyone in the home called 911, and the dispatcher can't seem to find any prior call about the shooting.

The caller begs for an ambulance to rush over to the home, adding ..."And, they are trying to hide it. That's why they didn't call fire rescue. I need an officer over there. I need fire rescue over there."

She also tells the dispatcher the people in the home are trying to take the kiddo to the hospital themselves and "they just let her shoot herself in the hand."

As we reported ... home surveillance video shows the young girl, Serenity, playing in the living room at her grandma's Florida home, jumping onto a couch where a loaded firearm is sitting in plain view.

Serenity grabs the pistol and peers over at a relative, Orlando Young, who is watching a football game on a laptop ... and then the gun goes off. The bullet strikes her hand, and she cries out in pain as chaos ensues.

The caller is on the phone with 911 as she races to the house, and she's still on the line when she pulls up ... and you hear her yelling at someone, "Why didn't they call fire rescue?!?"

Miami-Dade County police say family members took Serenity to a hospital ... and Young was arrested and charged with child neglect.

It's unclear if the caller is the girl's mother, Warnicia Williams, who told Local 10 News she wants Young held accountable.

We reached out to Young's attorney, who declined to comment at this time.

NIÑA DE 3 AÑOS se dispara LOS ADULTOS INTENTARON OCULTAR EL INCIDENTE

Published

American Airlines Passenger Sues Over 'Scalding Hot' Coffee Spill ... My Arm and Tat are Burned to a Crisp!!!

Published

American Airlines could be in hot water ... just like the passenger who was burned when a flight attendant spilled a hot cup of java on his arm.

George Latorre says he was minding his own business on a flight from Vietnam to NYC earlier this month when he asked for a cup of coffee. According to the lawsuit, the flight attendant was all sorts of negligent by spilling what he claims was "scalding coffee" on his left arm.

Latorre says he suffered second-degree burns to his upper left arm, as well as blistering, peeling and bleeding. He says it was so bad it damaged his tattoo.

The lawsuit claims Latorre's "cosmetic deformity and scarring" may be permanent, and he's still suffering "extreme pain and suffering, emotional harm, mental anguish and distress," among other things.

Latorre's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, tells TMZ ... after the spill, Latorre asked for a more comfortable seat -- even offering to pay for the upgrade -- but he was denied and remained in economy for the rest of the flight.

Jaroslawicz says his client beelined it to a doctor after he landed in NYC, and was told the burn was so bad he needed to see a surgeon who specializes in burns.

We reached out to American Airlines, but it does not comment on pending litigation.

Miami Dentist Rips Down Posters of Missing Israelis ... Fired By Employer

Published | Updated

A dentist in Miami is out of a job after he was spotted ripping down posters of Israelis kidnapped by Hamas ... learning the definition of f*** around and find out.

A viral video from earlier this week shows two men removing missing people posters put up in Miami's Brickell neighborhood. Internet sleuths were quick on the case, identifying one of the men ripping them down in the footage as dentist Ahmed ElKoussa.

The guy's employer, CG Smile, caught wind of the video and took action ... firing him.

ElKoussa's former dental practice says  ... "We are very sad to see this situation upon waking up. Our office CG Smile is not in favor of any of the actions taken by De. ElKoussa. We do not support terrorist groups, actions or supporters. He has been removed from our staff, all of our social media pages and groups."

Folks in the comments are applauding CG Smile for dismissing ElKoussa, while also wondering what spurred him to rip down the posters.

MOST FASCINATING STORY THIS SERIES

It's been over a month since Max Scherzer has thrown for the Rangers, but ALCS announcer Joe Davis says the Astros still better be wary of the ace ... telling TMZ Sports the guy could turn into "a psycho" in Game 3 on Wednesday night.

"I mean this in the best way I could," Davis said of the term with a smile, hours before Texas and Houston kick-off.

"I wouldn't be shocked if he found a way to go five innings and they couldn't touch him."

Of course, Davis says he could see things going the other way for the 39-year-old too ... as Scherzer's been away from the mound for such a lengthy period of time while trying to get his shoulder healthy.

"I think it's the most fascinating storyline of this series," Davis said. "What are they going to get from Scherzer?"

If last week's ALDS celebration showed anything, it's that Scherzer will be fired up to take the bump Wednesday night regardless ... particularly with the Rangers already up 2-0 in the series.

As for Max's opponent, the Astros will have a pretty good pitcher on the mound too in Cristian Javier ... a guy that Davis says has been so impressive in big games, he once earned an amazing nickname!

Kardashians, Logan Paul Doctor Behind Bars For NBA Fraud Scheme ... Worked With Tons of Celebs

Published | Updated

The chiropractor to a ton of Hollywood stars -- ranging from the Kardashians to Logan Paul and Kevin Hart -- won't be providing services any time soon ... cuz he's now behind bars.

Dr. Patrick Khaziran is famous for appearing on "The Kardashians" and working with huge names like Jamie Foxx and Diddy ... but he got busted for his role in a fraud scheme with former NBA players and is now locked up at USP Lompoc in California.

Known as "Dr. Pat" to the Kardashians, he's featured on the latest episode of the famous family's Hulu series ... getting high praise from Khloe, who is trying to sell him as the answer to Scott Disick's lingering back problems from a 2022 car accident.

In the episode, Scott and Khloe pay Dr. Pat a visit at his chiropractic office in Los Angeles ... which prosecutors claimed was at the center of a scheme to defraud the NBA's health plan out of millions.

The feds say Dr. Pat created fraudulent invoices former NBA players used to bill the league's healthcare plan for medical services that were never actually provided.

The FBI says Dr. Pat was part of the fraud scheme from at least 2016 to 2019 ... during which the feds say he cost the NBA health plan $1.3 million in losses, pocketing $439K for himself and splitting the rest of the dough with former NBA players.

Dr. Pat, who is also a favorite of current NBA players Tristan Thompson and Justise Winslow, was ultimately convicted ... and in February he was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

No word if the inmates watch "The Kardashians" where Dr. Pat's locked up.

Kelly Clarkson Lookin' Incredible After Divorce ... Fans Go Nuts with Theories

Published | Updated

Kelly Clarkson sent fans into a frenzy after looking incredible, appearing to have recently shed some weight ... this after last year's rough divorce from Brandon Blackstock.

The singer stunned her followers online after she showed off her slim physique with a snap last weekend getting ready to appear on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" -- rocking a black lace top and a huge smile on her face.

Fans were praising Kelly left and right in the comments, with loads of folks shouting out how fantastic she looks ... but some pointed to the potential for meds contributing -- at least, in part -- to the slimmed look.

There are a handful of comments talking about Ozempic -- one wrote, "Ozempic to the rescue!!!" and another said, "looks like you've been hitting the ozempic."

For the record, Kelly hasn't spoken out about her recent weight loss, so it's unclear if meds were at play ... but safe to say, fans love the way she looks.

Some have also called it a "revenge bod" after settling her tumultuous divorce in March 2022 -- one commenter even wrote, "Brandon Blackstock eat your heart out."

TMZ broke the story, Kelly walked away with loads of assets at the end of their divorce, and she won primary custody of their 2 kids.

Brandon is currently getting $115k a month in spousal support, but that deal ends in January. He's also getting $45,600 monthly in child support ... and Kelly had to cough up another $1.3 mil as part of the settlement.

WARMING UP

Aaron Rodgers gave Jets fans further hope that he can make a comeback this season ... looking good while throwing passes before New York's game Sunday.

The 39-year-old, who tore his Achilles during a game five weeks ago, was seen warming up with some teammates prior to the Jets vs. Eagles matchup ... and he didn't seem impaired at all.

He tossed the pigskin around ... and bounced a bit on both feet, before he headed off the turf.

UP AND AT 'EM

It's the second time in the last few days that Rodgers has shown progress since doctors surgically repaired his leg ... earlier this month, he was seen walking around in the Jets' locker room without any use of crutches.

He, of course, has made it a goal to return at some point to the Jets this year ... this despite most people with similar injuries requiring around 12 months to get healthy.

He told Pat McAfee just days after he was hurt in September that he was going to do all he could to get back under center ... and he was hopeful his doubters would help him return.

"Give me the timetables," he said. "Give me all the things that you think can, should, or will happen because all I need is that one little extra percent of inspiration. That's all I need."
