Justin Bieber says the reason he got emotional with Hailey Baldwin this week has to do with the major commitment he's about to make ... and what comes with it.

JB was leaving Hailey's apartment Wednesday night in NYC, where he was in a MUCH better mood than Tuesday -- when he and Hailey broke down during a bike ride. Justin danced, chatted up fans and even explained why he was brought to tears ... sorta.

The "No Brainer" singer flashed a book he was holding to the camera, titled 'The Meaning of Marriage,' and explained it was simply a "bad day" in the long road that's marriage.

It's a pretty philosophical answer, but Justin's clearly not hiding anything when it comes to his (love) life.

Kourtney Kardashian channeled Kool & The Gang with a ladies' night post-Younes Bendjima -- and then she channeled 'Fast & the Furious' ... emphasis on the furious.

Kourt hit the town Wednesday with her good pal, Larsa Pippen, who joined her at Madeo in Bev Hills for some grub. As they were leaving, paps lit up like a bunch of hungry seagulls -- ourselves included -- and peppered the eldest Kardashian about her split with Younes.

Rich was leaving Mastro's last week with a female friend, and jogged out the front door to a waiting car. Our sources tell us a photog asked Rich if that's how he ran from Lil Uzi -- with whom Rich has had beef.

We're told Rich beelined it to the photog and got into a heated argument -- then things got physical, with Rich allegedly punching the photog and hitting his camera. His female friend allegedly grabbed the camera when they bolted ... and law enforcement sources tell us the friend is under investigation ... for theft.

People usually say WTF gratuitously ... but in this case, WTF!!!

"Cruel Intentions" co-stars Sarah Michelle Gellar and Selma Blair went to a Pink Concert Friday night at The Forum in L.A. ... and it just doesn't seem real.

Sarah is 41 and Selma is 45, which just doesn't track with the pic.

The 2 women, who clearly coordinated their outfits, took their daughters to the concert.

Nikki Bella played with fire when she tried messing with the paparazzi ... and it burned her ass.

Nikki tells TMZ ... a story floating around showing her "canoodling with a mystery man" on a Miami balcony does NOT mean she's interested in him. She says it was supposed to be a joke to mess with paps since they had been following her and the rest of the "Total Divas" crew for days.

Nikki says the bartender is a 21-year-old model the show hired to serve them drinks at their penthouse ... but by Thursday Nikki had had enough with the paps. With a little liquid courage, Nikki says she hatched a plan to bring the guy out on the balcony and do some faux flirting to screw with the photogs.

Paps snapped away and a story about her canoodling hit the web ... something she had NOT intended to happen. Nikki wants to set the record straight -- she is NOT dating anyone else right now. And as she told us already ... she's actively trying to work things out with John Cena.

Thomas Markle says he's still being chased by paparazzi days after his daughter's marriage ... and he can't even go through a drive-thru without getting hounded.

Thomas tells TMZ the pictures of him grabbing a drink Monday were taken right after his friend picked him up from a safe house where he'd been recovering from his emergency heart surgery. Thomas says there were 5 cars filled with paps following them. What's worse, his friend's small kid was in the car.

Thomas says he's being bombarded inside his housing complex, where he needed the help of four security guards Monday to get him safely inside his home.

Thomas says he just wants to be left alone. Thomas tells us, "I never asked for this and my friends never asked for this and photographers, knowing there's a child in the car, have no business chasing it."

Justin Bieber is somewhere high-fivin' like crazy right now -- or he should be -- because he's finally nailed the delicate art of backing up his Lamborghini!

That's only slightly tongue-in-cheek. Truth is, we've watched the Biebs struggle for weeks to exit Hillsong Church in his $400k Lambo Aventador, but this Wednesday night ... he went for it and scored.

In the past, we've seen Justin bottom out his ride, or make multi-point turns to avoid reversing out of the steep driveway -- but ya can't say the kid doesn't learn from his mistakes. He revved the engine and made a clean exit ... in reverse.

Still, it doesn't hurt to look back at JB's greatest Lambo misses. We should all have such problems.

Aubrey O'Day is finally returning to going out in public -- on the heels of her alleged Donald Trump Jr. affair becoming huge news -- but she's definitely not pulling a Stormy Daniels. Yet.

The singer, and ex-"Celebrity Apprentice" contestant, was out in Bev Hills over the weekend, and -- as she must have expected -- got hit with questions about Trump Jr. and their alleged 2012 fling.

It's clear Aubrey's not ready to spill the tea, at least publicly. As we reported ... she's already told friends the affair happened, but it has nothing to do with his wife, Vanessa, filing for divorce.

BTW, her companion in this video is infamous for her butt. We're talking about Aubrey's Maltese pup, Ginger -- not her Kim K look-alike friend.

Justin was worshiping Wednesday night at Saban Theatre in Bev Hills ... where once again he decided driving his Lambo was the way to go. Ciara and Russell Wilson also showed up, and Justin parked his whip behind theirs.

As service ended, Justin's struggles were about to begin. You see Justin trying to map out how to back out of a driveway that's truly been a thorn in his side.

Justin Bieber was revving and roaring his new Lamborghini in town -- but not cruising through streets like you might expect ... he was just trying to get out of a driveway.

Biebs was leaving a church service in Bev Hills Wednesday night, and on his way out ... he seemed to have the hardest time reversing his whip out of a steep entrance/exit.

It's pretty damn funny, especially considering this thing's got something like 730 HP ... and is supposed to be the luxury ride of bull-like caliber. You'd never guess all that, though, by how long it took JB to get up the hill here. And yet ... he eventually got it done.

Side note ... what color do you think this Lambo is? We thought white ... but then had to take a second look.

Kim Kardashian got a good laugh from her husband ... and Kanye West got instant relief as he handled his biz wiz.

Kim and Kanye had just arrived Sunday at a warehouse in L.A. when he answered nature's call -- outside the building. Kim, rocking a new pink 'do, turned around and appeared to burst into laughter at Kanye's desperate need to pee.

Y'know this was an emergency, because the couple was fully aware of the paparazzi. Then again ... we haven't seen video, so it's possible 'Ye was just clowning for the cameras and not actually urinating. Either way, Kim was entertained by his antics.

Travis Scott gave what might be the first public update on his and Kylie Jenner's new baby girl -- and, believe it or not, she's a good looking kid ... so says dad.

Paps got Travis Saturday night leaving Poppy, where he actually responded to a camera guy's question about how newborn Stormi Webster is holding up. It's short, but descriptive.

As we reported ... Travis is proving to be a changed man in light of his first child coming into the world, and this video is just more evidence of that. The Houston rapper usually clams up around the paparazzi ... now he's opening up, as slow as it might be.
