Jenelle Evans is taking care of her and David Eason's daughter in the wake of filing for divorce ... and she aims to keep it that way.

Sources close to the former 'Teen Mom' star tell TMZ ... she has the ex-couple's 2-year-old, Ensley, with her and will fight for full custody if their case goes to court.

We're told she believes she's the more fit parent of the two, based on David's troubling history ... which as you know includes shooting and killing the family dog because it nipped at the child.

Our sources say Jenelle doesn't intend to keep Ensley away from David. We're told she acknowledges he's a good dad and loves his daughter, so she wants them to have contact.

It's unclear how she feels about David regarding her 2 older children, to whom he's been a stepfather since they married in Sept. 2017. Fact is ... he really has no right when it comes to them. It would all be based on what Jenelle wants to do.

As we reported ... Jenelle threw in the towel on their marriage this week, saying, "that's what is best for me, and for my kids." We're told it's also because she believes she will not have a career in any field if she stays with David.

Farrah Abraham is glad that Jenelle Evans is leaving what she considers to be a bad relationship with David Eason ... but isn't totally satisfied with the apparent motivations.

We got the fellow 'Teen Mom' alumna Saturday in L.A., where she weighed in on the big news that broke this past week ... Jenelle announcing that she's leaving David and would be proceeding with divorce. Farrah says that's great ... if she's doing it for the right reasons.

As far as FA is concerned, she tells us that herself and others have been trying to get Jenelle to split from David for a while -- but now that it's actually happening ... Farrah says she only sees an unflattering headline out of it. Namely, Jenelle wants back in with MTV.

TMZ broke the story ... Jenelle's vying for a spot back on the show that made her famous, and one of the reasons she called it quits was in hopes for a possible reality TV comeback.

We've been told Jenelle feels David was screwing her over financially and holding her back from potential deals, so with him gone ... she's hoping she can make some cash again.

Farrah doesn't like that rationale -- even though we know that's not the only reason Jenelle's splitting from David. Still, that seems to be all Farrah's hearing ... and she says Jenelle hopefully cut it off with David for way more important things ... like, ya know, the safety of her kids, which Farrah insinuates might be an afterthought here for JE.

Rudy Boesch, who was on the debut season of 'Survivor' has died ... TMZ has learned.

Rudy was the retired Navy SEAL who had an alliance with the ultimate winner, Richard Hatch. A member of Rudy's family tells us he died Friday night of complications from Alzheimer's Disease.

During his time on the show, Rudy was 72 ... the oldest contestant by far.

The show was called "Survivor: Borneo" and was a ratings smash hit and was the trigger for a number of similar shows, including "The Amazing Race." 'Survivor' is now in season 38.

As for Rudy ... he joined the Navy in 1945 and quickly volunteered for "secret hazardous duty." In 1962 Rudy became one of the first 50 officers of the original SEAL Team Two.

Rudy served in Vietnam and earned the Bronze Star Medal for heroic action. He retired from the military in 1990 ... 10 years before making his debut on 'Survivor.'

After the debut season of 'Survivor,' Rudy made an encore on "Survivor: All-Stars" in 2004.

Rudy's wife, Marge, passed away in 2008. He is survived by 3 kids.

Rob Kardashian looks great ... and this picture proves he's turned things around.

Kylie posted this pic of her, Rob and Kendall, with the caption, "5am birthday adventures with my two fav people." Kendall's 24th birthday is Sunday.

As we reported, Rob's emerged from what seemed like self-imposed captivity for a long time. Check out the pic below, where Rob is posing with Kris Jenner. He's Papa Troll Doll, and she's in Dia de los Muertos gear ... in case you can't translate, it means Day of the Dead.

He showed up at Delilah nightclub in WeHo earlier this week celebrating Halloween with other members of fam along with friends. Before hitting up Delilah he was a karaoke bar -- Blind Dragon -- so he's hitting the town again.

There was a lot of buzz when Rob put his arm around Kylie's BFF, Stassi, but we're told they're just friends.

We're guessing we may see Rob again tonight for Kendall's official 24th.

Vicki Gunvalson is fuming over some good ol' fashioned trash talk her 'RHOC' costar Kelly Dodd dropped because she fears it could sink her real-life career.

According to docs filed Friday, and obtained by TMZ, a Jane Roe is suing Kelly and "The Real Housewives of Orange County" producers at Bravo and NBCUniversal over 3 statements Kelly allegedly barked at Vicki while shooting an episode in Key West:
- "You prey on older people."
- "You are a con woman."
- "You engaged in 'fraud.'"

Vicki says those things are all lies, and she told producers so, in writing ... explaining why each claim was false and could be damaging to her livelihood if they air.

Now, it's pretty clear the person behind the pseudonym, "Jane Roe," is Vicki because she describes herself as a TV personality on 'RHOC' who is also a retirement planning specialist and prez of an insurance and financial services company. So, yeah ... it's Vicki.

In the suit, Vicki points out she's never been sued over the last 31 years of her profession ... and has an A-Plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

It's unclear from the docs if Kelly's remarks are actually going to air on the current season of 'RHOC,' but Vicki's going on the offensive because she believes the producers are going to leave it in the episode. She has reason to be worried ... in the trailer for season 14, Kelly drops the "con woman" line.

Vicki's not asking producers to kill the whole episode, she just wants those 3 sentences from Kelly's lips to be left on the cutting room floor. As she puts it, NBCUniversal "will suffer no harm to their popular TV program by removing a fraction of an overall episode."

Vicki's suing to get an injunction to block the episode from airing as is, and also for damages.

Rob Kardashian's stepping back out into the public eye ... for another one of his sister's birthday parties.

Rob was spotted entering Delilah in WeHo well after 1 AM to celebrate Kendall Jenner’s 24th bday, decked out in an orange hoodie and his signature blue baseball cap. As he walked in, he put his hands around the waist of Kylie's current BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou.

We're told Rob was at Blind Dragon for a while beforehand ... along with a massive celeb guest list partying with Kendall on Halloween.

As we told you ... Rob was seen for the first time in a long while last week on Kim's Instagram Story while he was celebrating with the family at her 39th birthday dinner. He's looking a lot slimmer.

Our Kardashian sources told us he'd lost weight by eating healthier, exercising, and most significantly ... quitting alcohol.

It's unclear if Rob abstained from drinking as he was hanging with his sis at the Hollywood hot spots, but at least he's joining the party.

Jenelle Evans is desperate for MTV to re-hire her on "Teen Mom," and the reason is simple -- her well has run dry.

Sources close to Jenelle tell TMZ ... she wasn't financially prepared for such a sudden split with the network when they dropped her after David killed the family dog. We're told while she did have a cosmetics line, it wasn't that successful and she needed the cash.

We're told Jenelle -- who has now split from David -- is trying to set up a meeting with the network in NYC.

Jenelle's pitch, we're told, is simple -- she was a ratings grabber when she was on the show, and although it may be for the wrong reasons, her profile is even higher after all the drama and legal troubles with David. People who knew nothing about "Teen Mom" know her.

She also plans to tell the network there should be a measure of fairness here ... she did nothing wrong. David was the problem, and now that she's jettisoned him, all should be good.

She wants back on the show stat ... in time for the holidays. She thinks a Thanksgiving and XMAS sans David would make for good TV.

Dog the Bounty Hunter's still very much in the throes of his grief from losing his soulmate ... and he spent her birthday grieving, all by himself.

Sources close to Dog tell TMZ ... Beth Chapman's death hit him especially hard on October 29 ... when he would have been celebrating her 52nd birthday. We're told Dog was back in their hometown of Denver that day and spent the entire time indoors.

Dog sat alone going through photos of Beth and himself, with their family ... reflecting on their lives. We're told it was a tear-filled day, but he wasn't in complete solitude. We're told he called their children and many of Beth's friends to reminisce and talk about the positive impact she had on their lives.

Dog paid tribute to his late wife on Instagram that day too, with a series of video clips of Beth from their most recent reality show. He captioned one, "There will never be another like you. Happy birthday Beth! We [love] you!"

As we've told you, along with trying to recover emotionally, Dog's been focused on getting healthier ... starting with his diet. He revealed to Dr. Oz he was diagnosed with a life-threatening condition -- a pulmonary embolism --  and added he wouldn't be around for long without improving his heart condition.

Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison were able to reach Hugh Hefner from the great beyond ... and Bridget says Holly's finally made peace with her famous ex.

Bridget came on "TMZ Live" this Halloween, breaking down her séance at Holly's house -- which she claims is haunted -- and telling us about the girls' paranormal chat with the late Playboy founder.

As we first told you ... the former 'Girls Next Door' stars planned to contact Hef the night before Halloween with the help of "Ghost Adventures" star and Hollywood psychic medium Patti Negri.

The girls accomplished their metaphysical mission, contacting Hef and several other spirits from beyond the grave.

Holly and Hugh had a rocky history before his death -- she claimed he abused her emotionally and verbally while she was in the Playboy Mansion -- but Bridget says Holly was totally okay with getting in touch with Hef's spirit.

It's kinda spooky ... Bridget says during the séance, Holly learned Hef periodically checks in on her from the spirit world, but Holly's happy to know he still cares about her.

Jenelle Evans has thrown in the towel on her marriage ... because she's filed for divorce from David Eason.

The former 'Teen Mom' star said, "Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but i know that's what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I've filed papers to start that process."

She doesn't say what caused her to end the marriage, but our sources tell us Jenelle believes she will not have a career in any field if she stays with David. She says she's looking out for her kids, knowing that she must provide for them.

We're told she also has come to realize her marriage to David was anything but healthy. As we extensively reported, David shot and killed the family dog after it nipped at their 2-year-old child, Ensley.

Children's Services investigated, the kids were temporarily removed from the home and there were challenges to custody in court. They eventually got the kids back, but MTV dropped Jenelle and she's had a hard time making her next business move ... in part because of her relationship with David.

They married in Sept. 2017 and were together 2 years before that.

Jenelle says, "I appreciate the support from everybody who has asked how I am. me and the kids are doing great. We need some time to be together. But you'll hear from us again soon."

This will be Jenelle's second divorce.

Amber Portwood has a chance to avoid jail time in her domestic violence case after striking a plea deal ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the "Teen Mom OG" star has agreed to plead guilty to 2 felonies -- domestic battery and intimidation. As part of the deal, she'll get 906 days of probation and if she successfully completes it ... the domestic battery charge will be dismissed and the intimidation charge will be reduced to a misdemeanor.

Amber must also take 26 weeks of a Batterers' Intervention Program, submit to random urine and breath testing. She's also been ordered not to contact her ex-BF, Andrew Glennon, EXCEPT for arranging custody exchanges of their 1-year-old son, James.

TMZ broke the story ... Amber was busted back in July in Indianapolis after Andrew claimed she attacked him while he was holding their son. Andrew said she came after him with a machete during the attack.

A treasure trove of dangerous items seized from Ted Bundy's infamous Volkswagen Beetle now have a new owner ... Zak Bagans.

The "Ghost Adventures" star tells TMZ ... he bought a ton of Ted's murderous memorabilia from a key detective who worked the Bundy case ... and the big-ticket item is Ted's murder kit, which includes Bundy's ski mask and a red-handled ice pick.

Also in Zak's haunted haul  -- 2 mismatched gloves, a flashlight, orange wire, Glad trash bags, a brown gym bag, white clothesline rope and strips of bed sheets used for tying up his victims.

The items were seized by cops when they pulled over Ted's car way back in 1975 ... and they were in former detective Jerry Thompson's possession until his wife sold them to Zak.

Bundy's ski mask is the pièce de résistance -- Ted wore it during his gruesome crimes -- and Zak tells us it's terrifying and oozes bad energy.

The murder kit is pretty spooky on its own ... and Zak tells us he also bought Bundy's trial papers, photos, audiotapes and evidence samples ... and it's all headed to his Haunted Museum in Vegas, where everything will be displayed publicly for the first time.

As we first reported ... Zak previously dropped $50,000 on the glasses Ted used to disguise himself and elude authorities.

Bagans says he wants to display part of Ted's dark history so folks learn about the "monsters that walk among us."

Pauly D and Vinny Gaudagnino are giving 2 of their exes another shot at love, and the decision-making process requires some intense bumping and grinding ... in a Vegas club.

Brody Jenner is a single man after splitting from Josie Canseco, and we know what you're thinking, but ... no, the breakup has nothing to do with his freshly single ex, Kaitlynn Carter.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Brody and Josie are telling friends they've broken up, and one of their main issues was their age difference -- Brody is 36 and Josie is 22. We're told they're just on different pages in life.

The timing is interesting ... as we first reported, Miley Cyrus ended things with Kaitlynn a few weeks ago. Remember, the two women were first linked when they were kissing in Italy ... just as Miley announced she'd separated from her husband, Liam Hemsworth. Of course, Kaitlynn and Brody had also just split.

We got Brody's mom, Linda Thompson, over the weekend at the Casamigos Halloween party in Bev Hills after our photog saw her hugging and chatting up Kaitlynn. Linda told us Brody and Josie are on opposite sides of the world, but claimed they were still dating.

However, our sources say they're definitely dunzo, and their social media backs that up -- Brody and Josie have already scrubbed each other from their accounts.

As for Brody and Kaitlynn -- we're told they still communicate, but there's no chance of a romantic reconciliation. While Brody is still in party animal mode ... she's ending that phase.

As we've first reported, Brody and Kaitlynn split this summer after he wouldn't commit to giving her the two things she wanted -- a baby and a legal marriage. Although they had a big ceremony in Indonesia in 2018, they never followed up with a marriage license in the States.

Shortly after that split, Brody and Josie hooked up ... which, in hindsight, looks pretty rebound-y.

Far as we know, Brody never got a chance to hit the batting cages with Josie's pops, Jose Canseco.

TMZ got a hold of the official judgment that was entered last week. It ain't all that fancy -- a name change isn't complicated. But, for Jonathan Foodgod, it carries significant weight.

If you don't know, FG's been all about the eats for a while now -- being a bonafide foodie is kinda his thing, and he proudly showcases it all over his social media pages. Literally, it seems like just about every post is related to good grub ... he even sleeps with food.

And, of course, Jon's been rockin' the @foodgod handle for a minute too. But, if you check out his IG today ... you'll see he's got the registered trademark symbol next to it.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's baby mama, Jen Harley, is in the market for more junk in her trunk ... and she's gonna do it with the help of some fat donations.

Harley's set to get fat injections early next month, however, it won't be her own blubber. We're told doctors take fat cells out of other patients, clean them up, and then inject them into folks looking for a thicker caboose.

L.A. Dr. Jaime Schwartz will do the honors ... he specializes in performing the procedure on women who don't have enough fat in their bodies to move around.

We're told the process takes about an hour and a half and is pretty much pain-free. Jen will be awake during the whole time.

BTW the procedure costs around $25k.

When all is said and done, Jen's ass will be fuller, rounder and better sculpted.

The timing makes sense for someone looking to move on ... Jen and Ronnie just had a nasty breakup after a domestic incident in L.A. Ronnie's been charged with 5 misdemeanors for the incident, including domestic violence and child endangerment.
