The greatest wide receiver in NFL history is ... Randy Moss!

That's according to the first-ballot Hall of Famer himself who gave his list of greatest wideouts ever when he joined Kevin Hart on his Cold As Balls" show this week ... and yes, that means he's better than Jerry Rice.

"Hands down, I consider myself as the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game," the 46-year-old said.

"It wasn't a shot at Jerry. I still have respect and love for Jerry, but I just thought the way that I changed the game of football."

Of course, it's a debate that's been raging for decades ... with many believing Rice is not just the WR G.O.A.T., but also the best football player, period. With 3 Super Bowl wins, including an SB MVP, and a gang of NFL records, it's a strong argument.

On the other hand, Randy has ridiculous numbers, too ... and he didn't play with two Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Joe Montana and Steve Young. In fairness, Moss did play several seasons with Tom Brady.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the former San Francisco 49ers linebacker pulled up to the luxury store at Tysons Galleria in McLean, Va. back on Nov. 12 -- and copped a bunch of items.

We're told the 35-year-old, who retired in 2019, purchased a coat, shirts, shoes as well as some glasses and other miscellaneous items.

Our sources say Bowman spent well over $10,000 on the trip.

Of course, Bowman can afford it -- the four-time All-Pro reportedly made $44 MILLION during his NFL career.

The 49ers had their bye week, but Christian McCaffrey was still making highlight plays -- surprising his fiancée, Olivia Culpo, with an over-the-top fireworks display during her bachelorette party in Cabo!!

31-year-old Culpo has been living it up in the popular resort city in Mexico to celebrate her engagement to the star NFL running back ... and the whole thing has been nothing short of a movie.

The squad -- including her sisters Sophia and Aurora Culpo -- took a private jet to their destination ... and their flight was decked-out with a half-naked male wait staff and cardboard cutouts of her future hubby.

Not only was Christian's face all over the place, the Pro Bowler also made his presence felt when he surprised Culpo with a fireworks display while the ladies sipped wine -- and Olivia's reaction was priceless.

"Still crying," Culpo said in the caption. "Surprise from Christian."

Outside of that, a blowup doll with McCaffrey's face also made an appearance at Culpo's yacht outing and party bus to the club.

McCaffrey -- who's currently one of the best running backs in the league -- started dating the former Miss Universe in 2019 ... and popped the question during their road trip vacation in April.

As we previously reported, the 27-year-old reached out to the jeweler for the massive engagement ring months before his proposal.

The "Brotherly Shove" has become one of the most polarizing issues in the NFL this year ... after the Philadelphia Eagles have found a way to turn the ugly QB sneak into a first-down-making machine.

Some have argued it's unfair, while others have said it's so convoluted, boring, and even dangerous -- the NFL needs to ban it.

But Long -- who won a Super Bowl with the Eagles in 2018 -- said the league should do no such thing ... explaining he believes the play's detractors are just envious of the Birds.

"The Eagles running it looks totally different than the Niners running it or some other team," the 2008 first-round pick said. "And I think people are just mad at Philly. No one likes us, we don't care."

Long tells us teams shouldn't look to Roger Goodell to fix their problems with the play ... and instead, they should just "draft bigger guys." Or, better yet, he said just avoid third- and fourth-down-and-short plays against Philly altogether!!!

Unclear when the pair -- who began dating in 2019 -- will officially tie the knot ... but the two got engaged back in April, so it seems to be a safe bet it'll all happen at some point during McCaffrey's 2024 offseason.

Kardashian's multi-billion-dollar company is getting into menswear, and Kim wanted a top athlete to promote Skims Mens ... enter the 31-year-old international soccer star from Brazil, who currently plays for Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to Neymar, Skims also signed 49ers star Nick Bosa and OKC Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for the campaign.

The "F*** Dallas" shirt George Kittle wore during the Niners' tilt against the Cowboys over the weekend will cost the tight end a pretty penny.

A league source confirmed to TMZ Sports on Friday that the NFL fined the San Francisco star $13,699. According to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, the NFL dubbed the under-tee that Kittle rocked during the Sunday Night Football blowout as "abusive language."

The league has not yet publicly commented on the punishment.

Of course, Kittle can certainly afford the fine ... he's in the middle of a five-year, $75 million deal. Although based on the interviews he's done this week regarding the shirt, it seems he wouldn't have cared either way.

The 30-year-old told reporters on Thursday it was "100 percent" worth it ... adding, "I'd do it again."

At least one Cowboys fan went home happy after the 49ers rocked Dallas in a one-sided affair on Sunday Night Football ... 'cause she got engaged during the game!!

The 5-0 Niners beat the brakes off the Cowboys en route to the 42-10 victory ... and while S.F. might be thinking it's ring season, it was a Dallas backer who actually went home with one.

NBC cameras caught the moment in the stands when a man in a Christian McCaffrey jersey dropped to one knee and whipped out a ring ... and his lady, wearing Dak Prescott threads, was completely shocked!!

Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth had some fun with the highlights ... with the latter wondering if the guy would've gone through with his plan had the game gone differently.

"Would he have done it if the Cowboys had won? I don't think so," Cris said. "I think he's holding the ring."

"You can't start a marriage like that, with her having the upper hand. But 49ers win, 'Here you go, let's get married.'"

San Francisco 49ers receiver Ray-Ray McCloud is making plays AND bringing the vibes in the latest edition of "Madden NFL 24" ... and the multi-talented athlete tells TMZ Sports he's stoked to have his music featured in the game -- calling it an absolute honor.

Ray-Ray and fellow NFL stars like Darren Waller, Terron Armstead and Melvin Ingram are the first active pros to ever get a spot on the game's official soundtrack ... with all six songs from their "Crowd Control" EP making the cut.

Ray-Ray tells us it's great to see his work get this kind of exposure ... considering he's been making music his entire life.

"For me, it was surreal just to do something I love on a game I've grew up playing my whole life," McCloud says.

Ray-Ray explains he's always had a passion for making tracks -- as his family has deep roots in music. He says getting this exposure is just the beginning for his career in the industry.

In fact, the former Clemson star said he has his own label and company in the works ... and he hopes to make a name for himself off the field.

Several Giants and 49ers fans got into such a wild fistfight in the stands following their game Thursday night ... at least two people were left bloodied.

The brawl went down just minutes after San Francisco beat New York at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. ... after a witness said fans had been trash-talking so much, one of them threw a beer that landed on a woman.

According to the bystander, as soon as the liquid fell on the lady ... a melee immediately broke out -- and in footage from the scene, obtained by TMZ Sports, you can see things got violent in a hurry.

One fan wearing a Joe Montana jersey was punched in the face so many times, his nose gushed blood.

Just feet away, two Giants fans were seen throwing haymakers at a guy in Niners gear ... hitting him so flush in the face, a cut opened above his right eye.

To the SF supporter's credit, he fought off the men ... landing several punches of his own -- before bolting from the area.

One witness tells us authorities did ultimately come to the stands to address the fracas ... though by the time they arrived, nearly all of the combatants had left.

A spokesperson for the Santa Clara Police Dept., however, tells us they are investigating the incident further.

The 49ers didn't have many issues on the field on Thursday night, but their fans in the stands sure as hell did ... getting so mad at each other, they brawled right in their seats!!

The fracas happened at some point during San Francisco's blowout win over the Giants at Levi's Stadium ... when about half a dozen Niner supporters decided to beat the hell out of each other.

It's unclear what started it all -- but both women and men were involved.

You can see in video from the scene, as two ladies decked out in SF gear took swipes at each other ... a man wearing a Richard Sherman jersey grabbed one of the combatants by her hair and threw her several feet down some stairs.

The fight, though, continued ... and when another man jumped into the action, the guy in the Sherman jersey started throwing punches.

Meanwhile, another 49er fan hopped into the fray to land some kicks as well.
