'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari said her ex-bf leaked a sex video as revenge for breaking up with him ... so she's suing him and 50 Cent for reposting a sexually explicit image.

Teairra -- flanked by her attorneys, Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley -- broke down in tears during an emotional news conference Thursday to announce the suit. Teairra said the ugly episode was triggered after she broke up with Akbar Abdul-Ahad after finding out he was cheating on her.

The reality star claims Akbar had her Instagram password and posted a video and an obscene photo of her as payback and to humiliate her. Teairra claims Fiddy, Akbar's close friend, then reposted an image to his 18 million followers before it was taken down.

Lisa said they'll file a police report later Thursday along with the suit. She added, "We have a significant piece of evidence that points to [Akbar]." AAA denies he was behind the act.

Chris Brown's friend, Lowell Grissom Jr., who's been accused of raping a woman during a party at the singer's house ... is now officially on the L.A. County District Attorney's radar.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD has sent the case to the D.A.'s Office. You'll recall, an anonymous woman claims Grissom, Brown and another woman held her captive in a room at Chris' house ... and that Grissom raped her twice.

The woman, who's suing as a Jane Doe, said she reported the rapes to police. LAPD's completed its investigation, but our sources tell us the evidence is thin, and it will be hard to prove a lack of consensual sex.

Still, it's been presented to the D.A. to make a final decision about charges.

Christie Brinkley's been divorced from Billy Joel for decades, but it seems she still likes big shots ... this one in the form of Stormy Daniels' lawyer.

Christie got super cozy Saturday night with Michael Avenatti. Christie and her brood were dining at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY, when Avenatti pulled up a chair toward the end of the meal. Everyone else left, but Christie and Mike stuck around to chat, laugh and be merry.

It's unclear what exactly they were discussing, but we imagine one subject might've come up -- Donald Trump. She's claimed Trump hit on her while he was married to Ivana Trump, and when she was dating Billy. She said Trump invited her to Aspen on his private jet ... she declined.

Avenatti tells us he and Christie are friends. He says she's a "classy, smart woman with great insight."

Bill Cosby's criminal behavior should not overshadow the cultural impact "A Different World" had in the '80s and '90s -- and could still have today -- according to one of its stars, Kadeem Hardison.

We got Kadeem, aka Dwayne Wayne, at LAX and asked him about the show he and Lisa Bonet made a huge hit. Of course, it was a 'Cosby Show' spin-off -- but Kadeem insists Cosby's sexual assault conviction can't drag down the show.

Kadeem does give Cosby credit for one thing and one thing only. Beyond that ... he says the show's impact on black culture stands on its own, and says it can't be tarnished by its creator.

Dominic Monaghan hasn't been able to escape the harassment of an obsessed fan -- despite a restraining order -- so now cops are taking steps to track her online.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Meredith McLarty has continued to violate the criminal protective order by repeatedly emailing the "Lost" star and even mailed a letter to his house. McLarty allegedly sent 54 unsolicited emails to Monaghan from October 9, 2017 to November 7, 2017 ... some containing disturbing poems, partial nude photos, links to porn sites and "various sexually explicit messages."

McLarty allegedly wrote in one email ... "I could show up in New Zealand tomorrow and you [sic] I could rip off your clothes and f**k the British out of you and you couldn't use the restraining order against me because it's in L.A. County, not New Zealand."

According to the docs, Monaghan told detectives he's had to delete his public email and change the way he interacts with fans due to the harassment. He's also concerned for his safety because McLarty sent an envelope to his L.A. residence.

Cops now have a search warrant to gain access to McLarty's email addresses and social media accounts.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari allegedly took a metal pole to her boyfriend's car windows after accusing him of revenge porn the day before ... TMZ has learned.

Teairra's BF, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, tells us he was working out at his apartment's gym in North Hollywood Thursday when he got a call from security that a woman was smashing his G-Wagon windows outside. Sure enough ... AAA says he came upon Teairra doing just that.

We're told Teairra was using a metal rod from a bar stool, which he claims she was swinging at his passenger side window and windshield. Based on these photos -- obtained by TMZ -- it looks like someone broke through at least one, and was working on the other.

AAA says Teairra was accompanied by another 'L&HH' star, Milan Christopher, and that they took off when he showed up to confront them. Akbar hasn't filed a police report yet.

The alleged attack appears to be in reaction to lewd photos and video of Teairra engaged in sex acts being posted this week, which she accused AAA of leaking. AAA denies being the one who leaked the sensitive material ... but admits to being the male in the clips.

Matt Patricia was a graduate assistant for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football team while he was being prosecuted for sexual assault ... but the head football coach says he was kept in the dark.

Patricia played for RPI from '92 to '95 -- but his coaching career started the very next season when he was a graduate assistant for his alma mater.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged rape occurred on March 15, 1996 and Patricia was indicted on August 14, 1996 -- the same day as RPI's opening game of the '96 season.

So, how was Patricia allowed be a part of the program while being investigated for rape?

We spoke with Matt's coach, Joe King, who told us it's a pretty simple answer ... nobody ever told him Patricia was involved in a rape case.

In fact, King says he was completely unaware about the legal proceedings until this week -- when reports surfaced in the Detroit News.

For his part, King says Patricia was a model student athlete and an all-around great guy.

"He's as high a quality individual as I've ever coached, as I've ever known. I just find it hard to believe that this happened."

Chris Brown's friend, who's been accused of raping a woman while partying at Brown's house, says there's zero evidence of a crime ... and he's blasting Gloria Allred for going after him.

Lowell Grissom Jr. is the man Allred's anonymous client claims raped her twice during the party. The allegations are pretty graphic -- in her lawsuit, the woman says Grissom grabbed her out of a bathroom and raped her. Then later, found her in a laundry room and raped her again.

But Grissom's attorney Anthony Willoughby tells TMZ ... the matter was fully investigated, and his client's name was cleared. He says, "Lowell vehemently denies these false and defaming accusations originated last year, ending with no arrests, no proof, an inconclusive rape kit and after a police investigation -- no charges filed.

He adds, "This civil lawsuit is a blatant attempt at a money grab and to harm the reputation of my client while encouraging PR noise for Gloria Allred while she exploits this young woman for her own financial gains and public persona."

Teairra Mari is really conflicted over what to do about her recently leaked sex tape -- so much so, she hasn't even dumped the guy she believes is responsible!

The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star told us on Thursday's "TMZ Live" ... she's convinced her current boyfriend is behind the pornographic images getting posted online. She says he's claiming his phone got hacked, but she's definitely not buying it.

Still, Teairra shocked us by revealing she's still with him, and explained why she's hesitant to leave him. What makes that even more bizarre is the fact she ALSO admitted she's lawyered up.

Michael Irvin says if Matt Patricia is telling the truth ... there's NOTHING in the world worse than being falsely accused of rape.

Irvin would know ... he was accused of sexually assaulting a 27-year-old woman in Florida hotel back in 2017. Irvin adamantly denied the allegations and prosecutors ultimately dropped the case.

Now, with Patricia denying all wrongdoing in his 1996 sexual assault case -- we asked Irvin for his thoughts.

"It's the worst thing in the world to have to go through when you are falsely accused of anything," Irvin said.

Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia says he's had to live with the "mental torture" of being falsely accused of rape 22 years ago ... but insists, "I was innocent then and I'm innocent now."

The background ... Patricia and a college football teammate were accused of raping a 21-year-old woman in 1996 during a spring break trip to South Padre Island, off the coast of Texas.

He was indicted, but the case was eventually dismissed.

Patricia just addressed the media about the case -- and stated over and over again that he was NOT convicted of a crime.

"There were claims made about me that never happened," Patricia said.

He noted it was "unfair and upsetting" that someone would bring this case back up more than 20 years after it was dismissed.

Patricia says he did not volunteer information about the case to the Lions during the interview process for the head coaching job -- but has never lied about the case when asked about it.

Patricia's position is clear ... since he wasn't convicted of a crime, he felt no obligation to disclose that he was falsely accused of anything.

As far as his job status, "I'm 100% the head coach of the Detroit Lions."

One thing's for sure ... Stormy Daniels knows where her bread's buttered ... and soaked in baby oil, apparently -- 'cause she raked in big money in a New Orleans strip club Wednesday night.

Stormy was spraying herself down, and spitting up a mysterious white liquid, while shaking her money makers at NOLA's Penthouse Club. Besides the baby oil, she got showered in a lotta green ... as patrons showed their appreciation for her umm ... art.

Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia says he was falsely accused of raping a woman in Texas back in 1996 ... and says it's "unfair" the allegations have resurfaced in the media.

Patricia is responding to a report by the Detroit News, which found court records showing Patricia was indicted by a grand jury on one count of aggravated sexual assault in 1996.

According to the report, Patricia -- then 21 years old -- was with another Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute football player during a South Padre Island spring break trip ... when they burst into a hotel room and sexually assualted a 21-year-old woman.

Despite the criminal charge, the case never went to trial and it was eventually dismissed. Patricia went on to become one of Bill Belichick's most trusted assistant coaches with the New England Patriots.

Now, Patricia -- along with the top Detroit Lions execs -- issued a statement saying the allegations were BS in the first place.

"As someone who was falsely accused of this very serious charge over 22 years ago, and never given the opportunity to defend myself and clear my name, I find it incredibly unfair, disappointing, and frustrating that this story would resurface now with the only purpose being to damage my character and reputation."

"I firmly maintain my innocence, as I have always done. I would never condone any of the behavior that was alleged and will always respect and protect the rights of anyone who has been harassed or is the victim of violence."

R. Kelly's had enough with accusations he's holding women hostage to serve as his sex slaves ... straight-up saying it's all just a ploy to get into his pockets and tarnish his legacy.

R. Kelly tells TMZ ... allegations he brainwashed Joycelyn Savage and held her and others captive to be part of a sex cult is a false narrative conjured up by Joycelyn's father and mother who are sour after the singer turned down their services.

The singer tells us Joycelyn's father, Timothy, tried getting his attention through Joycelyn about herself and other relatives he thought could have a singing career. When that plan didn't pan out, Kelly says Timothy fabricated stories -- including sex cult tales -- and demanded money.

Kelly also points to Joycelyn's mother, Jonjelyn, getting upset Kelly's backup dancers didn't use Jonjelyn's dresses for his tour. Kelly says Jonjelyn owns a clothing boutique she was trying to get off the ground.

What's more ... the singer says Joycelyn's parents' claims their daughter was held against her will doesn't add up, since her mother had previously and on numerous occasions visited Kelly's place.

R. Kelly responded for the first time since new accusations surfaced alleging the singer gave a 20-year-old woman an STD and sexually abused an underage girl in the 1990s. For what it's worth ... Joycelyn's said plenty of times she's doing just fine. She even went on vacation in L.A. without Kelly.

As for the new campaign, #MuteRKelly ... the singer says people are misinformed, believing Joycelyn's parents' lies.

The former head prosecutor of the Major Crimes Division for the L.A. County D.A. -- who once allegedly said he wanted to jack off on a colleague while she strangles to death -- received virtually no punishment for the sexual misconduct allegations which resulted in a high 6-figure settlement with the women who sued him ... and he got to retire with a full pension.

How's that feel, Eric Schneiderman?

Gary Hearnsberger was the Head Deputy of the MCD when he was sued in 2015 by 2 female lawyers who worked under him for unwanted physical touching, offensive and graphic sexual comments and sexually suggestive gestures.

According to legal docs ... Hearnsberger frequently commented about their sex life, asking one after she returned from vacation, "Is your p***y sore?" He also allegedly made gestures to the women mimicking oral sex, and was quoted as saying ... "You know what a sign of a good boss is? One who will f*** the people that work for him and still not give them any good cases."

He allegedly reached under the skirt of one of the women suing at a work-related event and grabbed her crotch, and he rubbed the butt of the other woman at another work event and said ... "You know you like it."

According to the suit ... Hearnsberger also remarked about current L.A. judge Deborah Brazil -- who was a Deputy D.A. at the time -- that he'd like to "string her up and jack off on her while she strangles to death."

There's more -- in July 2012, according to the docs, Hearnsberger showed up at a work "Hillybilly Party" with other lawyers from the Hardcore Gang Division, dressed only in denim overalls with a stuffed sheep attached to his crotch, as if he was sodomizing the animal.

Despite the serious allegations against him, Hearnsberger was transferred to run the D.A.'s Public Integrity Division. He was eventually put on administrative leave drawing his full salary and resigned only after one of the women suing demanded he leave the office as a condition to settlement. The county settled with the women for $700k and the county also paid Hearnsberger's legal bills.

We're told the D.A. never launched a criminal investigation.

We reached out to Hearnsberger but he did not respond -- however, he has said in the past the allegations are untrue. The D.A. Office tells us they will not comment on on personnel matters.

Perhaps the most famous of R. Kelly's alleged brainwashed sex slaves sure didn't look like a hostage to her situation late last month -- quite the opposite, actually.

TMZ has obtained video of Kells doing a little shopping with Joycelyn Savage at a mall in Chicago on April 28. You see them walking around a Nordstrom store, checking out products ... and acting super couple-y.

As far as we can tell, there's no indication of distress or forced behavior on Joycelyn's end. In fact, they look more like they're dating. Joycelyn's affectionately touching Kelly's neck says as much, anyway.

As we've reported ... Joycelyn's family insists Kelly has Joycelyn brainwashed, and say she's now a part of his alleged sex cult. She's denied that claim herself, as has Kelly, but her family continues to believe she's being held against her will.
