Newark Mayor Cory Booker has a lot in common with T-Pain (and maybe Anthony Weiner) ... cause the U.S. Senate hopeful is really tight with a stripper who wants to be his first lady.

Booker's carried on a Twitter relationship with a Portland, OR stripper named Lynsie Lee, and once DM'd her: "The East Coast loves you, and by the East Coast, I mean me."

For her part, Lee has tweeted to Booker: "if you're POTUS I call dibs on First Lady."

Booker, if you don't know, has big celeb backers for his Senate campaign -- including Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Jerry Weintraub -- and has been mentioned as a possible Presidential candidate down the road.

The tweets between Booker, who is a bachelor, and Lee were first revealed by Buzzfeed ... and while they hardly rise to Weiner levels -- they've raised eyebrows because Booker is a rising star in the Democratic party.

It also probably doesn't help that Lee posts lots of topless pics of herself.

Lee told Buzzfeed the "East Coast love" message was just Booker replying to her saying the West Coast loved him.

Booker's campaign manager is also dismissing any controversy, saying ..."I think it's pretty well known that the Mayor talks with people from all walks of life on Twitter."

FUN FACT: Lee strips at Casa Diablo ... which touts itself as the world's first vegan strip club. Ahh, healthy living.

A former star player for the New England Patriots has been threatened with a lawsuit by delusional parents who claim he's ruined the lives of their kids by exposing a drug/alcohol fueled party at his home.

Brian Holloway tells TMZ, "I blew way past furious" when he discovered several hundred teenagers broke into his vacation home outside Albany, NY over Labor Day weekend.

The kids started tweeting and Instagramming madly inside, posting photos of what looked like a scene out of "Animal House."

Holloway went ballistic, created a website -- helpmesave300 -- and started posting pictures of the damage, as well as the tweets from some of the partygoers -- and those tweets ID'd the kids.

Holloway tells TMZ ... he's been told by the Sheriff's Dept. some of the parents are furious because their poor kids have now been exposed. Some bitch that it will hurt their chances of getting into college. Others whine their poor kiddies are being harassed at school. And they actually have the audacity to threaten a lawsuit.

Holloway says there was plenty of evidence of drugs at the party, including crack and meth. And, of course, a river of alcohol.

He says it's gonna cost $20 - $40k to repair the damage.

Hulk Hogan should probably consider a land hobby ... 'cause the wrestling legend says he was involved in another freak boating accident this weekend that left him covered in blood.

Hogan tweeted about the incident last night, writing, "How come everytime we go out on the boat someone ends up bleeding?"

He then explained, "Today both me and Dr. Crespo ended up covered in blood, the windshield on my boat exploded because of the wind and speed on the water, crazy."

Hogan says he wasn't even using his fastest boat at the time of the accident.

So far, Hogan hasn't posted any of the boat damage or any physical damage sustained in the accident -- but he's tweeting, so it can't be too bad.

Of course, it ain't the first time Hulk's been involved in a nasty boating accident -- he burned the living crap out of his hand earlier this year when the radiator on one of his boats exploded.

It's one thing not to be seen together, but when you unfollow someone on Twitter it's pretty clear ... Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are dunzo.

Miley 86'd Liam from the social media site yesterday. He's still following her, but it takes 2 to follow in a fiance sort of way.

Miley and Liam have barely been seen together in the last few months, and when they were they looked like they were in pain.

Was Liam pissed at Miley's twerking video? Was he upset with what she was wearing at the VMAs? Was he infuriated at what she did to Robin Thicke?

Russell Simmons' girlfriend Hana Nitsche is heartbroken ... and "freaking out" because her pet Chihuahua, Ivy, DISAPPEARED three days ago ... and she's hoping a HUGE reward -- $5,000 -- will help bring Ivy back.

Hana -- a German fashion model -- is plastering reward posters all over town ... and bombarding social media with desperate appeals to find her dog -- which vanished Tuesday near Doheny Drive in West Hollywood.

Her tweets have gotten increasingly frantic: "My heart is in so much pain!!" ... "I'm really freaking out!!!" ... "I'm really getting desperate."

Russell has joined the search, too ... posting Ivy's pic and the reward offer on Twitter.

Nicki Minaj appears to have gotten a big pass by a starstruck cop who was on the verge of writing the singer a ticket ... until the officer realized who she was about to bust.

Nicki tweeted a pic of a note she says she wrote to the cop's daughter, in which she wrote, "My beautiful barb Ayana! You and your mom are amazing! Love always, Nicki."

Nicki says Ayana's mom is a traffic cop who was about to write her up.

It's unclear what traffic violation Nicki allegedly committed, but what is pretty clear ... sometimes it pays to be a celeb.

We reached out to several law enforcement agencies in the NYC area -- where Nicki is currently hanging out for Fashion Week -- but so far we don't know which agency let her skate.

One interesting thing ... an NYPD official told us ... they weren't going to investigate to see if it happened in their jurisdiction, because they had way more important things to do. Fair point.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Wladimir Klitschko have taken cyber-flirting to a whole new level ... exchanging topless selfies of each other ... and it's weird.

It all started last week, when Klitschko took off his shirt and did his best Arnold flexing impression in front of a classic photo of the bodybuilding legend (see below).

WK tweeted the pic at Arnold and included a note -- "Trying to catch u since I'm 12."

Arnold, obviously flattered by the pic tweeted back, "Great shot! It’s fantastic to see one of my favorite champions nailing my pose."

The weird part -- the 66-year-old added, "Right back at you" ... and attached a topless pic of himself doing a Klitschko impression in front of an old fight poster that featured the boxer.

Carrie Underwood learned a painful lesson on stage in Corpus Christi, TX last night ... 5-inch stilettos + a long, flowing shirt = RECIPE FOR PAIN!!!

The country star was performing her song, "Undo It" ... when she kicked her heel back and it got CAUGHT in the tail of her shirt and -- BOOM -- she was on her ass.

In a move that says, "F You, I'm too rich to steal your crappy diamonds" ... rapper Tyga has posted a photo of the contents of his jewelry box hoping to publicly shame the guy accusing him of thievery ... and at the very least, it's damn impressive.

We broke the story ... Tyga is being sued by Jason of Beverly Hills -- a famous jeweler who claims Tyga never paid for $91k in diamond and gold jewelry back in 2012 (a pantheon timepiece and a chain).

But hours after we published the story ... Tyga went to Twitter and posted a photo of his finest 27 gold pieces ... with a message that reads, "Shout out to my Jeweler @emitthejeweler !!!!! I don't f*k with #bitchn**gas @jasonofbh."

Translation -- I'm too rich to steal your crappy diamonds and I've got a better jeweler than you anyway.

As for the jewelery at the center of the lawsuit ... those 2 pieces were not on display in Tyga's Instagram pic.

Drumroll please ... Aaryn Gries' Valentine this year WAS A BLACK MAN -- so says the black man himself, and he insists it's proof the "Big Brother" villain isn't the disgusting racist she portrayed on TV.

Shawn Onyechi tells TMZ, he knows Gries from college in Texas and they were pretty close before she left for "Big Brother."

They didn't date, but Shawn says they were Valentines this year ... and he knows for a fact she's NOT the racist pig she appeared to be on the reality show.

Shawn even tweeted, "Who thinks Aaryn Gries from big brother is racist? I've heard her comments, but personally I KNOW otherwise."

The celebrity relationship born on Twitter is still going strong for "iCarly" star Jennette McCurdy and Detroit Pistons star Andre Drummond ... 'cause last night the two went out for a romantic dinner in L.A. and TMZ has the footage.

In case you're unaware, 20-year-old Drummond revealed his longtime crush on 21-year-old McCurdy over the past couple of months during "Woman Crush Wednesdays" on Twitter ... posting several pics of the Nickelodeon star.

Khloe Kardashian's ultimatum to Lamar Odom -- get into rehab or get out of our home -- hasn't exactly forced him to take action ... in fact, Lamar's gone completely off the grid with his wife ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Khloe dropped the tough love on Lamar over the weekend. In the wake of his DUI arrest on Friday, sources tell us she made it clear to Lamar ... he needed to get help, or else the marriage is over.

As one source put it ... right now Khloe is "totally in the dark" about Lamar's comings and goings -- and the prospects of saving their marriage are getting dimmer everyday.

Sean Kingston now says he WASN'T drunk when he got behind the wheel of his Lamborghini and roared down Sunset Blvd. Tuesday night, claiming he doesn't drink when he hits the clubs.

Kingston just went off on Twitter ... reacting to the TMZ video we posted this morning, which shows Kingston hopping into his Lambo, confessing he had "too much drinks" to answer our questions.

Kingston wrote, "For the record @TMZ I’m not 1 of these artist who u may think is living youngwild and free in Hollywood i care about my reputation and brand."

Tami Erin -- the actress who played Pippi Longstocking in the 1988 movie -- insists she had nothing to do with her sex tape being shopped around town ... in fact, she tells TMZ Live, she'll stop at nothing to make sure it NEVER gets released.

39-year-old Erin called in moments ago and she was irate -- blaming a bitter ex-boyfriend for attempting to sell a private hardcore sex tape to the media.

She said, "I think he's the biggest piece of sh*t on the planet for doing this to me."

As for any sex tape deal, Erin says she has not been approached about selling the tape, which is good ... because in order for a company to release this kind of footage, it would need Erin's permission.
