At least Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are heading to Mexico after doing their time ... or at least that's their hope, but first, they need approval from a federal judge.
The famous couple's legal team filed new docs asking the judge in their college admissions scandal case for permission to boogie down to San Jose del Cabo for a family vacation.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lori and Mossimo say they want to travel to Cabo for about a week in June to be with their family, and they claim they've been complying with the terms of their supervised releases.
Lori and Mossimo also claim their probation officers are cool with them saying "adios" to America -- just for the vacay, of course -- so, now they just need the judge to give his blessing.
As we first told you ... Lori finished her 2-month prison sentence in December and flew back home in a private jet.
Mossimo, meanwhile, was sprung early from prison last month and recently finished home confinement ... so, he's finally free to leave his crib.
Looks like Lori and Mossimo want their first big family vacation post-prison life to be in Cabo ... as long as the judge says "si."

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro No Charges In Dom. Violence Case
-

- 1.4K shares
Ronnie Magro-Ortiz will NOT be charged in his domestic violence case ... but his arrest for the alleged incident with his girlfriend, Saffire Matos, is triggering a different legal problem for him.
A rep for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... they will not charge Ronnie with a misdemeanor, but instead will move to violate his probation and will hold a hearing on the matter next month.
As we reported ... Ronnie didn't get charged with a felony in the case because the L.A. County District Attorney's Office determined it didn't have sufficient evidence to convict him. That's how his case ended up in the City Attorney's Office.
Now, the one issue remaining -- his potential probation violation. Remember, Ronnie's on probation for a domestic violence case involving his ex, Jenn Harley. He could find out his fate during next month's hearing, and, yes ... jail time is a real possibility.
As we first reported ... Saffire called the police following an argument that allegedly turned physical. Following Ronnie's arrest, Saffire took to social media to downplay the allegations.
Ronnie's attorney, Scott Leemon, tells TMZ ... "“We are very happy that after further investigation both the LA County District Attorney’s office and the LA City Attorney’s office determined that criminal charges were not warranted against Ronnie related to the incident that occurred in April."
He continues, "We will review the alleged violation of probation claim and deal with it accordingly. As for Ronnie personally, he is currently seeking medical treatment for psychological issues that he has ignored for a long time. His only present goal is to address these issues professionally and make himself and better person and the best father he can be to his loving daughter."

Carole Baskin's stepping up to try to rescue the tiger that got loose in a Houston neighborhood last weekend ... and punish the people allegedly involved in the transfer of the exotic animal, said to be a male named India.
The 'Tiger King' star's Big Cat Rescue in Tampa is offering a $5,000 reward "to the person responsible for the immediate, safe hand over of India the Tiger to a sanctuary that is accredited by the Global Federation of Sanctuaries."
Carole tells TMZ she's very worried about the tiger's well-being considering "the owners of the tiger have shown a serious lack of responsibility so far."
Baskin stipulates that in order to get the cash reward, whoever has India and turns him in must work with law enforcement, and those efforts must be "sufficient to convict both buyer and seller involved in the transfers of the tiger."
She adds that India would not be coming to her Big Cat Rescue, but another accredited big cat sanctuary that would provide lifetime care.
As we reported ... police arrested a man named Victor Hugo Cuevas for evading police after they say he's the guy who was seen on video wrangling the tiger Sunday -- after it was nearly shot -- and later hauling it away in a white SUV.
However, Cuevas' lawyer denies his client is the tiger's owner and claims they don't know where India is ... and says Houston PD's made some false assumptions about the situation.
Victor's lawyer also stated they believe the true owner of the tiger is a man in his mid-30s, identified only as "Deandre" or "D."
Carole's clearly hoping her reward money helps locate India no matter who he's currently with and get him to a safe place. As you know ... she's not down with people keeping tigers as pets.

Ex-"Deadliest Catch" star Jake Harris may not have learned his lesson from a previous DUI bust that landed him behind bars ... 'cause we’ve learned he was busted again for DUI.
A spokesperson for the Washington State Patrol tells TMZ ... Harris was busted near Mount Vernon, WA. last week after cops say they clocked him driving a Dodge Journey 86 MPH in a 70 MPH zone.
We're told Harris didn't initially pull over ... and drove another 3 miles to stop in a safe location. Cops say they discovered Harris’ license is revoked. Even if it wasn’t revoked, cops say Harris was required to have an ignition interlocking device installed -- a requirement from his previous DUI conviction.
And, you guessed it, cops say Harris didn't have the device installed since the car apparently belonged to a friend who had loaned it to him. In any event ... cops said Harris' eyes were bloodshot, his pupils were constricted, face was pale and his speech was repetitive.
Cops say Harris told them he had taken prescribed meds that morning, though the cop wouldn't say what kind. They suspected he was impaired ... and after Harris refused a sobriety test, cops arrested him.
He was booked into county jail for felony DUI, misdemeanor driving on a license revoked and misdemeanor failure to have an ignition interlock installed. Records show he posted $50k bond and was released on Tuesday.
As we first reported ... Harris was sentenced to 18 months behind bars in 2019 following a bizarre police chase that led to his arrest on 2 felony charges ... driving under the influence and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance ... heroin.

Jack Harlow is finally speaking out about the fatal Louisville nightclub shooting for which his DJ's been indicted for murder -- and his first words are ones of sorrow and regret for the victim.
The rapper shared his thoughts Wednesday about the chaos he was smack in the middle of 2 weeks ago on the eve of the Kentucky Derby ... violence that led to a grand jury indicting his DJ, Ronnie Luciano.
Jack says, "My heart is broken by the events that occurred over Derby weekend. My heart breaks for Kasmira, her children, and everyone else touched by this tragic death."
He goes on to explain that he's been in touch with Kasmira's family, who've apparently been pretty receptive to talking. Jack adds, "Nothing can reverse what happened. Too many lives have been changed forever. My life will remain committed to making Louisville a better place."
As we reported, Ronnie turned himself in Tuesday after the grand jury indictment for his alleged role in the shooting.
It appears that Kasmira -- the 37-year-old woman who was killed -- was the one shown in our video ... which captured the moment a gunshot went off and sent everyone scrambling, including Jack, who was close to the action.
Ronnie's been part of Jack's inner circle for years -- well before he blew up, having served as his DJ since the guy first started touring back in 2018.

Andrew Brown Jr. Dispel D.A. Myths & Release Police Body Cam ... Family Attorney Says
-
Exclusive
The family attorney for Andrew Brown Jr. can't reconcile the D.A.'s account of Andrew's fatal shooting with what he saw on deputies' body cameras -- and he says the only way to settle it is to release ALL of the video.
Chance Lynch joined "TMZ Live" Wednesday, telling us it's unfathomable where or how Pasquotank County District Attorney Andrew Womble -- or "the elected," as Lynch calls him -- is coming up with his assertion Brown threatened cops with his car.
5/11/21
Lynch says the full video he and Andrew's sons saw Tuesday does NOT support Womble's theory. If anything, Lynch says the officers are the ones who made contact with Brown when they walked up to him, not the other way around.
He's fully aware there's a major discrepancy between what he saw and what the D.A. is saying. He insists there's only one way to settle that ... and it's by letting the world see the video, so the public can judge for itself.
Lynch says he's certain it'll be clear Andrew never posed a threat to cops, and that what the family's been saying all along is true ... he was executed.
5/11/21
As we reported ... Lynch and Brown's immediate family saw the full police footage which Lynch says shows Brown sitting in his vehicle outside of his home as he was surrounded by deputies.
He says it was only AFTER cops fired the first shot when Brown put his car in reverse to get away from the hail of bullets -- but the deputies were not behind the vehicle.
The family said a private autopsy showed one bullet to the back to the head killed Brown. The findings of that report also show he suffered 4 gunshot wounds to his right arm.
Lynch also reiterated the family's desire for Womble to recuse himself from the case -- due to his ties to the Sheriff's Department -- and let a special prosecutor take over.

LAPD Officer Sued Cop Ordered Another Officer to Shoot his Nephew During George Floyd Protest
-
Breaking News
A 23-year-old filmmaker is suing his own uncle who ordered him shot, and the uncle is an LAPD cop.
Jamal Shakir Jr. joined a George Floyd protest a year ago this month in downtown L.A. and urged some of the cops on the scene to participate in the demonstration.
According to Jamal's lawyer, Carl Douglas, Jamal came face-to-face with officer Eric Anderson, but the cop was in no mood to engage Jamal. Instead, according to Douglas, Anderson told another cop to fire some sort of non-lethal weapon -- presumably loaded with rubber bullets -- at the filmmaker. According to Douglas, Anderson ordered that 2 shots be fired, striking Jamal in the hand and the butt and damaging ligaments.
The shocking part of the story -- Anderson is Jamal's uncle.
Jamal has not recovered from his injuries and is still receiving treatment a year later.
Jamal is now suing both his uncle and the City of L.A. for civil rights violations, assault and battery, false imprisonment and negligence. The lawsuit offers a blistering account of the incident, alleging Anderson "turned his trained wrath against a member of his own family, leaving a promising young entrepreneur, his own blood, scarred and reeling in the wake of his malicious attack."
Jamal claims his uncle "maliciously punished his own blood for merely calling him out against others protesting the tragic death of an unarmed Black man" during a peaceful protest.

Andrew Brown Jr. Police Shooting Vids Shown to His Family ... They Claim Killing 'Absolutely Unjustified'
-
Breaking News

5/11/21
The full police body cam footage of Andrew Brown Jr.'s fatal encounter with cops in North Carolina has been shown to his immediate family ... and they claim it corroborates their belief that he was unjustly gunned down.
Attorney Chance Lynch just gave a rundown of what Brown's family saw on the police footage. According to Lynch ... the video shows Brown sitting in his vehicle outside his home when he was ambushed by officers, and he never made any movement to provoke cops to shoot.
Lynch claims at all times Brown's hands were visible and he did not pose a threat to law enforcement, but then after the first shot, he put his car in reverse to try to get away.
Lynch says Brown was backing his car away from officers -- insisting at no time was a cop behind the vehicle -- but claims police kept firing shots at Brown's car ... too many to count.
After the final shot, Lynch says Brown lost control of his car and it went down a ditch and hit a tree. Lynch claims when the cops pulled Brown out of the car, they laid him flat on his face so they could see he was shot in the back of the head. Lynch says the cops then began to search Brown's home.
Lynch adds that no weapons were found and makes it very clear -- Brown's family and legal team firmly believe the fatal shooting was "absolutely unjustified."
5/11/21
Attorneys Bakari Sellers and Harry Daniels also spoke at a news conference immediately following the family's viewing of the police body cam footage at the Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office.
Sellers called for the District Attorney to recuse himself, while Daniels encouraged peaceful protests in light of what the family saw on the footage.
Two of Brown's sons also spoke, and reiterated their belief that their father posed no threat to law enforcement and did not deserve to be killed. Brown's oldest son said ... "He wasn't in the wrong at all ... he's going to get his justice."
As we reported ... Pasquotank County Judge Jeffrey Foster made the controversial ruling last month to make the video available to Brown's family only -- not the media -- and also ordered the faces of any deputies and other identifying info in the video be blurred.
The judge ruled the footage should be available to the family within 10 days, and Pasquotank Sheriff Tommy Wooten showed the vids to the family on Tuesday.
The judge's orders stated only Brown’s immediate family and one lawyer could view the footage, and they could not record it for dissemination.
As you know ... prior to this, the family had only been shown about 20 seconds of Brown's killing, but that was enough for them to deem it an "execution."
Brown's family says it was one bullet to the back of his head that killed him based on a private autopsy, and the findings of that report show he also suffered 4 gunshot wounds to his right arm.
The family and legal team are still demanding the full body cam footage be released to the public, but the judge has stated he's going to wait a few more weeks to reevaluate making it available to more eyes.
Brown's killing -- which occurred on April 21 as police say they were executing a search warrant -- set off protests and demonstrations in Elizabeth City and surrounding areas. Mayor Bettie Parker declared a state of emergency, saying law enforcement expects a "period of civil unrest" following the video's release.
In the wake of the deadly shooting, 7 deputies have been placed on administrative leave and 3 more have resigned. Investigator Daniel Meads, Deputy Robert Morgan, and Corporal Aaron Lewellyn have been identified as the officers who fired their weapons during the incident.

The footage appears to show an altercation between a woman and at least one man, who lean into each other before falling over in a scuffle. At that moment, you hear what sounds like a gunshot, and everyone in the club makes a run for it, including Jack.
Cops say a 37-year-old woman was found dead from the shooting, and a man was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An LAPD station got firebombed by someone who threw a Molotov cocktail at its doors ... but it was all captured on video, and cops already nabbed the suspect.
The frightening scene went down around 1 AM Sunday at LAPD's Topanga Division Station and was caught on surveillance footage.
As you can see, the guy walks up with what appears to be an already-lit explosive device in his hand and hurls it at the front of the building, then takes off running.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Molotov cocktail cracked the station window but did not break it, and the explosion looked bigger on video than it actually was.
We're told the suspect -- later ID'd as Jonathon Rosin -- was chased down by officers and arrested. He's been booked for igniting an explosive, a felony, and is still in custody.
Cops say Rosin might be homeless and did not explain why he did what he did. Our sources say nobody suffered injuries and it seems the damage is just the cracked window.

According to law enforcement sources ... the singer and the woman got into an argument while they were each in their cars Thursday ... shortly after midnight.
